1Seismic wave input method for three-dimensional soil-structure dynamic interaction analysis based on the substructure of artificial boundaries显示文摘The method of inputting the seismic wave determines the accuracy of the simulation of soil-structure dynamic interaction. The wave method is a commonly used approach for seismic wave input, which converts the incident wave into equivalent loads on the cutoff boundaries. The wave method has high precision, but the implementation is complicated, especially for three-dimensional models. By deducing another form of equivalent input seismic loads in the fi nite element model, a new seismic wave input method is proposed. In the new method, by imposing the displacements of the free wave fi eld on the nodes of the substructure composed of elements that contain artifi cial boundaries, the equivalent input seismic loads are obtained through dynamic analysis of the substructure. Subsequently, the equivalent input seismic loads are imposed on the artifi cial boundary nodes to complete the seismic wave input and perform seismic analysis of the soil-structure dynamic interaction model. Compared with the wave method, the new method is simplifi ed by avoiding the complex processes of calculating the equivalent input seismic loads. 2Enhanced removal of organics by permanganate preoxidation using tannic acid as a model compound-Role of in situ formed manganese dioxide显示文摘The eect of permanganate preoxidation on organic matter removal during the coagulation with aluminum chloride was investigated using tannic acid as a model compound. Results showed that a small amount of KMnO4 (0.75 mg/L) increased the removal eciency of tannic acid up to 20%, as compared to the process of coagulation by aluminum chloride alone. The key factor enhancing the removal eciency of tannic acid in preoxidation process was the in situ formation of a reductant manganese dioxide. The complexation model was used to describe the reaction between MnO2 and tannic acid. Under weak pH condition, tannic acid was dicult to be adsorbed by MnO2 due to the static electrical repulsive forces. The presence of Ca2+ served as a bridge to hold the negative charged MnO2 and tannic acid together, which could be a crucial factor inuencing tannic acid adsorption by in-situ manganese dioxide.ZHANG Lizhu MA Jun LI Xin WANG Shutao 2009Journal of Environmental Sciences2009,21,7:7
32001-2005年中国4省份精神疾病的患病率、治疗情况和相关残疾:一项流行病学调查显示文摘背景在中国和其他中等收入国家,神经精神状况是影响男性和女性健康的最重要的原因,但由于缺乏有关各种精神疾病患病率、治疗情况和相关残疾的高质量的和具有国家特异性的资料,这些国家提高精神卫生服务的工作受到了限制。因此,我们在中国4个省份开展了一系列流行病学研究,以此来估算相关数据。方法采用多阶段分层随机抽样的方法在中国的4个省抽取了96个城市和267个农村作为初级抽样点;1.13亿个年龄≥18岁的成年人的抽样框架涵盖了中国12%的成年人。在抽样点使用简单随机抽样法选取63004例受试者,采用一般健康问卷(GHQ)的扩展版对这些个体进行筛查,并由精神科医生使用中文版的诊断与统计手册(DSM).Iv轴I障碍定式临床检查(SCID)问卷对其中的16577例受试者进行调查。结果所有精神疾病近1个月的校正患病率为17.5%(95%CI16.6%~18.5%)。其中,心境障碍患病率为6.1%(95%CI5.7%~6.6%),焦虑障碍为5.6%(95%cI5.0%~6.3%),物质滥用障碍为5.9%(95%CI5-3%~6.5%),精神病性障碍为1.0%(95%C10.8%~1.1%)。女性的心境障碍和焦虑障碍的患病率比男性高,年龄〉140岁个体的患病率高于年龄〈40岁的个体。男性酒精使用障碍的患病率是女性的48倍。农村居民比城市居民更可能患有抑郁障碍和酒精依赖。在被诊断患有某种精神疾病的人群中,24%存在由所患精神疾病引起的中度或重度残疾,8%曾向专业人员寻求过帮助,5%曾就诊于精神科。结论本研究结果与全球疾病负担分析中使用的中国精神疾病的患病率、残疾和治疗率估计值有相当大的差距,这需要引起中、低收入国家注意,在提高精神卫生服务前需针对国家具体情况进行详细的现状分析。Jingxuan Zhang Qichang Shi Zhiqiang Song Zhijie Ding Shutao Pang Xianyun Li Yali Zhang Zhiqing Wang 张亚利(译) 安静(审校) 费立鹏(审校) 2009世界临床医学2009,,11:5

6Poly(N-isopropylacrylamide)-based thermo-responsive surfaces with controllable cell adhesion显示文摘Poly(N-isopropylacrylamide)(PNIPAAm)-based thermo-responsive surfaces can switch their wettability(from wettable to non-wettable) and adhesion(from sticky to non-sticky) according to external temperature changes. These smart surfaces with switchable interfacial properties are playing increasingly important roles in a diverse range of biomedical applications; these controlling cell-adhesion behavior has shown great potential for tissue engineering and disease diagnostics. Herein we reviewed the recent progress of research on PNIPAAm-based thermo-responsive surfaces that can dynamically control cell adhesion behavior. The underlying response mechanisms and influencing factors for PNIPAAm-based surfaces to control cell adhesion are described first. Then, PNIPAAm-modified two-dimensional flat surfaces for cell-sheet engineering and PNIPAAm-modified three-dimensional nanostructured surfaces for diagnostics are summarized. 7Cell adhesive spectra along surface wettability gradient from superhydrophilicity to superhydrophobicity显示文摘Surface wettability is important to design biointerfaces and functional biomaterials in various biological applications. However,to date, it remains some confusions about how cells would response to the surfaces with different wettabilities. Herein,we systematically explore the adhesive spectra of cells to the surface with wettability gradient from superhydrophilicity to superhydrophobicity, clarifying the effect of wettability on cell adhesion. 8Photo-responsive polymer materials for biological applications显示文摘Photo-responsive polymer materials from zero-dimensional micelles, two-dimensional surfaces to three-dimensional hydrogels have been designed, synthesized and applied for various biological fields including drug delivery and cell manipulation. Many remarkable works have been reported, revealing the advantages of photo-responsive polymers such as noninvasion and spatiotemporal control. In this review, we briefly summarized the remarkable progress of photo-responsive polymers with irreversible or reversible moieties and their further biological applications. 9Effects of ZnO nanoparticles on perfluorooctane sulfonate induced thyroid-disrupting on zebrafish larvae显示文摘Perfluorooctane sulfonate(PFOS) and ZnO nanoparticles(nano-ZnO) are widely distributed in the environment.However,the potential toxicity of co-exposure to PFOS and nano-ZnO remains to be fully elucidated.The test investigated the effects of co-exposure to PFOS and nano-ZnO on the hypothalamic–pituitary–thyroid(HPT) axis in zebrafish.Zebrafish embryos were exposed to a combination of PFOS(0.2,0.4,0.8 mg/L) and nano-ZnO(50 mg/L)from their early stages of life(0–14 days).The whole-body content of TH and the expression of genes and proteins related to the HPT axis were analyzed.The co-exposure decreased the body length and increased the malformation rates compared with exposure to PFOS alone.Co-exposure also increased the triiodothyronine(T3) levels,whereas the thyroxine(T4)content remained unchanged.Compared with the exposure to PFOS alone,exposure to both PFOS(0.8 mg/L) and nano-ZnO(50 mg/L) significantly up-regulated the expression of corticotropin-releasing factor,sodium/iodidesymporter,iodothyronine deiodinases and thyroid receptors and significantly down-regulated the expression of thyroid-stimulating hormone,thyroglobulin(TG),transthyretin(TTR) and thyroid receptors.The protein expression levels of TG and TTR were also significantly down-regulated in the co-exposure groups.In addition,the expression of the thyroid peroxidase gene was unchanged in all groups.The results demonstrated that PFOS and nano-ZnO co-exposure could cause more serious thyroid-disrupting effects in zebrafish than exposure to PFOS alone.Our results also provide insight into the mechanism of disruption of the thyroid status by PFOS and nano-ZnO.Jia Du Shutao Wang Hong You Zhongqiang Liu 2016Journal of Environmental Sciences2016,28,9:3
10Nonswellable hydrogels with robust micro/nano-structures and durable superoleophobic surfaces under seawater显示文摘Hydrogels, composed mainly of water trapped in three dimensional cross-linked polymer networks, have been widely utilized to construct underwater superoleophobic surfaces. However, the swelling nature and instability of hydrogels under complex marine environment will weaken their underwater superoleophobicity. Herein, we synthesize structured poly(2-hydroxyethylmethacrylate)(PHEMA) hydrogels by using sandpaper as templates. The robust non-swelling of PHEMA hydrogel ensures that micro/nano-structures on the surface of PHEMA hydrogels can be well maintained. Moreover, when roughness Ra of about 3~4 μm, the surface has superior oil-repellency. Additionally, even after immersing in seawater for one-month, their breaking strength and toughness can be well kept. 11Oil-soluble Ni-Mo sulfide nanoparticles and their hydrogenation catalytic properties显示文摘Oil-soluble bimetallic Ni-Mo sulfide nanoparticles(NiMoS) with narrow size distribution were successfully synthesized through a composite-surfactants-assisted-solvothermal process.The surface functionality and lipophilicity of the Ni-Mo sulfides were shown by transmission electronic microscopy,Fourier transform infrared and ultraviolet spectroscopy.The as-prepared Ni-Mo sulfides supported on activated carbon(NiMoS/AC) exhibited enhanced catalytic activity towards naphthalene hydrogenation instead of cracking.For comparison,CoMoS/AC and MoS2/AC catalysts were also prepared through similar procedures,and it was found that their catalytic performance decreased in the order of NiMoS/AC>CoMoS/AC>MoS2/AC.Furthermore,the activity of the bimetallic NiMoS nanocatalyst can be effectively tuned via variation of the atomic ratio of Ni/(Ni+Mo).Liu Chenguang Wang Shutao An Changhua Yan Fang He Jie Wang Zongxian Zhang Qin-Hui 2013Petroleum Science2013,10,4:2

13Genetic and Proteomic Analyses of a Xanthomonas campestris pv.campestris purC Mutant Deficient in Purine Biosynthesis and Virulence显示文摘Bacterial proliferation in hosts requires activation of a number of housekeeping pathways,including purine de novo biosynthesis.Although inactivation of purine biosynthesis genes can attenuate virulence,it is unclear which biochemical or virulence factors are associated with the purine biosynthesis pathway in vivo.We report that inactivation of purC,a gene encoding phosphoribosylaminoimidazole-succinocarboxamide synthase,caused complete loss of virulence in Xanthomonas campestris pv.campestris,the causal agent of black rot disease of cruciferous plants.The purC mutant was a purine auxotroph;it could not grow on minimal medium,whereas addition of purine derivatives,such as hypoxanthine or adenine plus guanine,restored growth of the mutant.The purC mutation also significantly enhanced the production of an unknown purine synthesis associated pigment and extracellular polysaccharides by the bacterium.In addition,comparative proteomic analyses of bacteria grown on rich and minimal media revealed that the purC mutation affected the expression levels of diverse proteins involved in purine and pyrimidine synthesis,carbon and energy metabolisms,iron uptake,proteolysis,protein secretion,and signal transduction.These results provided clues to understanding the contributions of purine synthesis to bacterial virulence and interactions with host immune systems.Zhihui Yuan Li Wang Shutao Sun Yao Wu Wei Qian 2013Journal of Genetics and Genomics2013,40,9:2
