| 1 | Adaptive Backstepping Slide Mode Control of Pneumatic Position Servo System显示文摘With the price decreasing of the pneumatic proportional valve and the high performance micro controller, the simple structure and high tracking performance pneumatic servo system demonstrates more application potential in many fields. However, most existing control methods with high tracking performance need to know the model information and to use pressure sensor. This limits the application of the pneumatic servo system. An adaptive backstepping slide mode control method is proposed for pneumatic position servo system. The proposed method designs adaptive slide mode controller using backstepping design technique. The controller parameter adaptive law is derived from Lyapunov analysis to guarantee the stability of the system. A theorem is testified to show that the state of closed-loop system is uniformly bounded, and the closed-loop system is stable. The advantages of the proposed method include that system dynamic model parameters are not required for the controller design, uncertain parameters bounds are not need, and the bulk and expensive pressure sensor is not needed as well. | 2 | Immune particle swarm optimization of linear frequency modulation in acoustic communication显示文摘With the exploration of the ocean, underwater acoustic communication has attracted more and more attention in recent years. The underwater acoustic channel is considered to be one of the most complicated channels because it suffers from more serious multipath effect, fewer available bandwidths and quite complex noise. Since the signals experience a serious distortion after being transmitted through the underwater acoustic channel,the underwater acoustic communication experiences a high bit error rate(BER). To solve this problem, carrier waveform interdisplacement(CWID) modulation is proposed. It has been proved that CWID modulation is an effective method to decrease BER.The linear frequency modulation(LFM) carrier-waves are used in CWID modulation. The performance of the communication using CWID modulation is sensitive to the change of the frequency band of LFM carrier-waves. The immune particle swarm optimization(IPSO) is introduced to search for the optimal frequency band of the LFM carrier-waves, due to its excellent performance in solving complicated optimization problems. The multi-objective and multipeak optimization nature of the IPSO gives a suitable description of the relationship between the upper band and the lower band of the LFM carrier-waves. | 3 | First experimental constraints on WIMP couplings in the effective field theory framework from CDEX显示文摘We present weakly interacting massive particles(WIMPs) search results performed using two approaches of effective field theory from the China Dark Matter Experiment(CDEX), based on the data from both CDEX-1B and CDEX-10 stages. In the nonrelativistic effective field theory approach, both time-integrated and annual modulation analyses were used to set new limits for the coupling of WIMP-nucleon effective operators at 90% confidence level(C.L.) and improve over the current bounds in the low mχregion. In the chiral effective field theory approach, data from CDEX-10 were used to set an upper limit on WIMP-pion coupling at 90% C.L. The synchronization between a drive system and the response system can be implemented by employing the RBFNN model and state feedback control. In this case, the exact mathematical model, which is the precondition for the conventional method, is unnecessary for implementing synchronization. The effect of the model error is investigated and a corresponding theorem is developed. The effect of the parameter perturbations and the measurement noise is investigated through simulations. | 17 | Echo state network based symbol detection in chaotic baseband wireless communication显示文摘The Chaotic Baseband Wireless Communication System(CBWCS)is expected to eliminate the Inter-Symbol Interference(ISI)caused by multipath propagation by using the optimal decoding threshold that is the sum of the ISI caused by past decoded bits and the ISI caused by future transmitting bits.However,the current technique is only capable of removing partial effects of the ISI,because only past decoded bits are available for the suboptimal decoding threshold calculation.The unavailability of the future information needed for the optimal decoding threshold is an obstacle to further improve the Bit Error Rate(BER)performance.In contrast to the previous method using Echo State Network(ESN)to predict one future bit,the proposed method in this paper predicts the optimal decoding threshold directly using ESN.The proposed ESN-based threshold prediction method simplifies the symbol decoding operation by avoiding the iterative prediction of the output waveform points using ESN and accumulated error caused by the iterative operation.With this approach,the calculation complexity is reduced compared to the previous ESN-based approach.The proposed method achieves better BER performance compared to the previous method.The reason for this superior result is twofold.First,the proposed ESN is capable of using more future symbols information conveyed by the ESN input to obtain more accurate threshold rather than the previous method in which only one future symbol was available.Second,the proposed method here does not need to estimate the channel information using Least Squared(LS)method,which avoids the extra error caused by inaccurate channel information estimation.Simulation results and experiment based on a wireless open-access research platform under a practical wireless channel show the effectiveness and superiority of the proposed method. | Huiping Yin Chao Bai Haipeng Ren | 2023 | Digital Communications and Networks2023,9,6: | 0 |

| 19 | Diffusion effect on the decay of time-resolved photoluminescence under low illumination in lead halide perovskites显示文摘Time-resolved photoluminescence(TRPL)has been extensively used to measure the carrier lifetime in lead halide perovskites.The TRPL curves of perovskite materials are usually fitted with a multi-exponential function,instead of a single exponential one.This was considered to be a result of the surface and the bulk recombination or the additional radiative recombination caused by the high excited carrier density.Here,a new model considering the diffusion and the trap-assisted recombination of carriers is proposed to explain the TRPL curves.The expressions of the TRPL curves and the transient absorption(TA)dynamic curves are theoretically derived,demonstrating that the TRPL curve is an infinite exponential series,regardless of the presence of surface recombination or not.Our newly developed highly sensitive nanosecond TA and TRPL were employed to measure the carrier dynamics of the same sample under low illumination in the linear response region of TA,thereby experimentally verifying our model.These results suggest that the decay of the TRPL is not only a consequence of the carrier recombination but also the carrier diffusion.TRPL cannot provide a direct measurement of the carrier lifetime,whereas TA spectroscopy can.Furthermore,the surface and the bulk recombination can be resolved and the average diffusion coefficient(D)can also be correctly obtained by combining TRPL and TA measurements.We also propose an approximate method for calculating the carrier lifetime and diffusion coefficient of high-quality perovskite films.Our model provides not only a new interpretation of the dynamics of the PL decay but also a deep insight into the carrier dynamics in the nanosecond time scale under working condition of perovskites solar cells. | Huang Li Haipeng Di Xingan Wang Zefeng Ren Ming Lu An-An Liu Xueming Yang Nanlin Wang Yiying Zhao Bohan Li | 2023 | Science China(Physics,Mechanics & Astronomy)2023,66,8: | 0 |
| 20 | Fixed-point ICA algorithm for blind separation of complex mixtures containing both circular and noncircular sources显示文摘Fixed-point algorithms are widely used for independent component analysis(ICA) owing to its good convergence. However, most existing complex fixed-point ICA algorithms are limited to the case of circular sources and result in phase ambiguity, that restrict the practical applications of ICA. To solve these problems, this paper proposes a two-stage fixed-point ICA(TS-FPICA) algorithm which considers complex signal model. In this algorithm, the complex signal model is converted into a new real signal model by utilizing the circular coefficients contained in the pseudo-covariance matrix. The algorithm is thus valid to noncircular sources. Moreover, the ICA problem under the new model is formulated as a constrained optimization problem, and the real fixed-point iteration is employed to solve it. In this way, the phase ambiguity resulted by the complex ICA is avoided. The computational complexity and convergence property of TS-FPICA are both analyzed theoretically. Simulation results show that the proposed algorithm has better separation performance and without phase ambiguity in separated signals compared with other algorithms.
