1Changes of Extreme Precipitation and its Associated Mechanisms in Northwest China显示文摘Characterized by scarce water resources and fragile ecosystems,Northwest China(NWC)has experienced a climate shift from warm-dry to warm-wet conditions since the 1980s that has garnered extensive concern in recent years.In this study,the variability in extreme precipitation(EP)during 1961-2016 in different climate zones of NWC and the possible mechanisms for this variation are investigated.The results show that the EP trends significantly increased in most of the westerly zone(WZ)and plateau zone(PZ),while the EP trends did not significantly decrease in the monsoon zone(MZ).The start dates of extreme precipitation(SDEP)and end dates of extreme precipitation(EDEP)advanced and were postponed,respectively,in the WZ and PZ,while the opposite occurred in the MZ.Summer atmospheric circulation,water vapor transport,and atmospheric instability over NWC varied greatly with the interdecadal shift in EP before and after 1986.During 1986-2016,upper-level divergence and lower-level convergence occurred in the MZ and PZ,which strengthened ascending flow.In addition,the summer water vapor and atmospheric instability increased in the WZ and PZ.These characteristics created favorable conditions for increased occurrences of EP in the WZ and PZ in summer.Conversely,the upper-level convergence and lower-level divergence in the MZ strengthened descending flow.Decreases in summer water vapor and atmospheric instability occurred in the MZ after 1986.Hence,the environmental conditions in the MZ may have prevented the occurrence and development of EP in summer during 1986-2016.Shan LU Zeyong HU Haipeng YU Weiwei FAN Chunwei FU Di WU 2021Advances in Atmospheric Sciences2021,38,10:4
2Diffusion effect on the decay of time-resolved photoluminescence under low illumination in lead halide perovskites显示文摘Time-resolved photoluminescence(TRPL)has been extensively used to measure the carrier lifetime in lead halide perovskites.The TRPL curves of perovskite materials are usually fitted with a multi-exponential function,instead of a single exponential one.This was considered to be a result of the surface and the bulk recombination or the additional radiative recombination caused by the high excited carrier density.Here,a new model considering the diffusion and the trap-assisted recombination of carriers is proposed to explain the TRPL curves.The expressions of the TRPL curves and the transient absorption(TA)dynamic curves are theoretically derived,demonstrating that the TRPL curve is an infinite exponential series,regardless of the presence of surface recombination or not.Our newly developed highly sensitive nanosecond TA and TRPL were employed to measure the carrier dynamics of the same sample under low illumination in the linear response region of TA,thereby experimentally verifying our model.These results suggest that the decay of the TRPL is not only a consequence of the carrier recombination but also the carrier diffusion.TRPL cannot provide a direct measurement of the carrier lifetime,whereas TA spectroscopy can.Furthermore,the surface and the bulk recombination can be resolved and the average diffusion coefficient(D)can also be correctly obtained by combining TRPL and TA measurements.We also propose an approximate method for calculating the carrier lifetime and diffusion coefficient of high-quality perovskite films.Our model provides not only a new interpretation of the dynamics of the PL decay but also a deep insight into the carrier dynamics in the nanosecond time scale under working condition of perovskites solar cells.Huang Li Haipeng Di Xingan Wang Zefeng Ren Ming Lu An-An Liu Xueming Yang Nanlin Wang Yiying Zhao Bohan Li 2023Science China(Physics,Mechanics & Astronomy)2023,66,8:0
3Association between availability of glucose-lowering drugs in primary health institutions and diabetes patients’medication adherence:a cross-sectional study in Shandong Province,China显示文摘Background:Primary health care system is a critical component of diabetes care and management.This article aimed to analyze the availability of glucose-lowering drugs in primary health institutions(PHIs)in China,and to explore the relationship between availability of glucose-lowering drugs and medication adherence among type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2DM)patients.Methods:This cross-sectional study conducted in Shandong Province,eastern China(hereafter referred to as Shandong),between August and December 2017.In total,2520 community-managed T2DM patients were selected from 68 PHIs in Shandong,including 62 village-level and 6 township-level PHIs.The self-developed questionnaire was used to survey the availability of glucose-lowering drugs in PHIs.Patients’medication adherence was assessed by four self-reported questions,and was classified as either adherent or non-adherent.Descriptive statistics was used to analyze the availability of glucose-lowering drugs in PHIs and the medication adherence among the T2DM patients.Multilevel logistic regression models were used to explore the relationship between the availability of glucose-lowering drugs in PHIs and patients’medication adherence.Results:A total of 1866 T2DM patients prescribed with at least one glucose-lowering drug were included in analysis.Among them,58.5%patients followed their antidiabetic treatment well.In village-level PHIs,the patient’s adherence rate was lower than in township-level PHIs(55.9%vs.61.1%,P<0.05).Among the 68 PHIs,average(2.53±0.97)glucose-lowering products(generic names)were available,which in village-level PHIs were less than in township-level PHIs(2.47 vs.3.17,P<0.05).And the number of available glucose-lowering products in PHIs was associated with the adherence of T2DM patients.Conclusion:Poor availability of glucose-lowering products was found in PHIs in Shandong.The availability of glucose-lowering products in PHIs was positively associated with patients’medication adherence,and could be enhanced to improve the control of diabetes in primary care settings.Jiansen Yao Haipeng Wang Di Shao Jia Yin Xiaolei Guo Xiao Yin Qiang Sun 2021Global Health Journal2021,5,2:0
