| 1 | Facile microwave-assisted ionic liquid synthesis of sphere-like BiOBr hollow and porous nanostructures with enhanced photocatalytic performance显示文摘In this work, two kinds of self-assembled hierarchical BiOBr microcrystals were rapidly synthesized through a simple microwave-assisted route in the presence of reactable ionic liquid 1-hexadecyl-3-methylimidazolium bromide([C_(16)mim]Br). These porous and hollow BiOBr microspheres were obtained via a facile solvothermal method with or without polyvinyl pyrrolidone(PVP), respectively. During the synthetic process, ionic liquid [C_(16)mim]Br played as solvent, reactant and template at the same time. Moreover, the BiOBr hollow and porous microspheres exhibited outstanding photocatalytic activities for the degradation of rhodamine B(RhB) under visible light irradiation. A possible photocatalytic mechanism was also discussed in detail. | 6 | Bayesian Network Based Imprecise Probability Estimation Method for Wind Power Ramp Events显示文摘Although wind power ramp events(WPREs)are relatively scarce,they can inevitably deteriorate the stability of power system operation and bring risks to the trading of electricity market.In this paper,an imprecise conditional probability estimation method for WPREs is proposed based on the Bayesian network(BN)theory.The method uses the maximum weight spanning tree(MWST)and greedy search(GS)to build a BN that has the highest fitting degree with the observed data.Meanwhile,an extended imprecise Dirichlet model(IDM)is developed to estimate the parameters of the BN,which quantificationally reflect the ambiguous dependencies among the random ramp event and various meteorological variables.The BN is then applied to predict the interval probability of each possible ramp state under the given meteorological conditions,which is expected to cover the target probability at a specified confidence level.The proposed method can quantify the uncertainty of the probabilistic ramp event estimation.Meanwhile,by using the extracted dependencies and Bayesian rules,the method can simplify the conditional probability estimation and perform reliable prediction even with scarce samples.Test results on a real wind farm with three-year operation data illustrate the effectiveness of the proposed method. | Yuanchun Zhao Wenli Zhu Ming Yang Mengxia Wang | 2021 | Journal of Modern Power Systems and Clean Energy2021,9,6: | 1 |

| 8 | In situ formation of fluorescent silicon-containing polymer dots for alkaline phosphatase activity detection and immunoassay显示文摘The discovery and application of analyte-triggered fluorophore generation or fluorogenic reaction are significant and beneficial to the development of novel fluorescence(FL) analysis method. In this study, for the first time, we have reported a fluorogenic reaction to prepare fluorescent silicon-containing polymer dots(Si-PDs) by simply mixing N-[3-(trimethoxysilyl)propyl]ethylenediamine(DAMO) and hydroquinone(HQ) in aqueous solution at ambient temperature. Inspired by the alkaline phosphatase(ALP)-catalyzed hydrolysis of the substrate sodium 4-hydroxyphenyl phosphate(4-HPP) into HQ and the resultant HQcontrolled intense green Si-PDs generation, we have established a straightforward ALP activity assay by innovatively employing commercially available 4-HPP as the substrate. More significantly, the specific preparation method, clear formation mechanism and excellent performance enable the Si-PDs as well as its generation process to develop facile and attractive FL immunoassay.With the help of the universal ALP-based enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA) platform and corresponding antibody, a convenient and conceptual ALP-based fluorescent ELISA has been constructed and applied in sensing cardiac troponin Ⅰ(cTnI),a well-known biomarker of acute myocardial infarction.
