1Methodological exploration on the construction of a traditional Chinese medicine nursing expert consensus based on evidence--taking stroke as an example显示文摘Objective: To explore the methodology of the evidence-based expert consensus formulation process of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) nursing taking stroke as an example.Methods: First, preliminary and comprehensive presentation of all stroke-related symptoms and corresponding TCM nursing techniques involved were revealed through bibliometric analysis. Then, selection of stroke symptoms and TCM nursing techniques for inclusion in the consensus was performed using an expert consultation method. Next, we determined the search strategy for a precise evidence search;conducted an evaluation of evidence quality and the grade of the evidence;and completed evidence extraction, evidence analysis, and evidence synthesis based on the included symptoms and TCM nursing techniques. The Delphi method was then applied to determine the strength of each recommendation and the choice of nursing care points by referring to the Grading of Recommendations, Assessment, Development, and Evaluations grid. Finally, we conducted an external expert validation of the Delphi results to form an expert consensus guideline.Results: Through the bibliometric analysis, 22 stroke symptoms and 18 TCM nursing techniques were identified in the literature. Then, after expert consultation, 22 symptoms and 111 pairs of symptoms combined with TCM nursing techniques were selected for the evidence search. Evidence integration yielded 10 stroke symptoms corresponding to 29 bodies of evidence;these 10 symptoms were retained through the Delphi consultation, and recommendation strength results for 26 recommendations were obtained. A total of 9 symptoms were further retained for expert external validation to form 24 recommendations, with a recommendation process score range of 7.64-9.99 points and a more scientific and standardized recommendation-formation process.Conclusion: Owing to the current limited conditions of evidence-based resources for TCM nursing, the present consensus-building process represents only a preliminary exploration of an evidence-based expert consensus for TCM nursing to provide a reference for a more scientific and standardized methodology.Xuejing Li Ke Peng Meiqi Meng Liu Han Dan Yang Junqiang Zhao Yufang Hao 2022Journal of Traditional Chinese Medical Sciences2022,9,2:2
2Refractive index and temperature optical fiber sensor based on thin core S-taper and spherical structure显示文摘A Mach-Zehnder interferometer(MZI)for simultaneously measuring refractive index(RI)and temperature is proposed and verified in this paper.The sensor head is composed of thin core fiber(TCF)S-taper structure and spherical structure.By monitoring two interference dips,experimental results show that the RI sensitivities are-70.392 nm/RIU and-60.08 nm/RIU in the RI range of 1.3384—1.3500,respectively.And the temperature sensitivities are 0.05072 nm/℃and 0.0717 nm/℃in the temperature range of 30—70℃,respectively.The simultaneous measurement of the temperature and external RI is demonstrated based on the sensitive matrix.The sensor also has the advantages of low cost,simple structure and high sensitivity.YANG Fan CAO Ye LI Meiqi JU Hui LI Lijun 2022Optoelectronics Letters2022,18,6:2
3Construction of ultra-stable NiFe armored catalyst for liquid and flexible quasi-solid-state rechargeable Zn-air batteries显示文摘The commercial application of non-precious metal-based electrocatalysts is not only limited by the intrinsic activity of the catalysts,but also the stability of the catalysts is extremely important.Herein,we fabricated an ultra-stable NiFe armored catalyst(Ar-NiFe/NC)by a simple secondary pyrolysis strategy.The as-obtained Ar-NiFe/NC electrocatalyst exhibits an excellent bifunctional oxygen electrocatalytic performance with an activity indicatorΔE of 0.74 V vs.reversible hydrogen electrode(RHE).More importantly,the Ar-NiFe/NC electrocatalyst also shows a remarkable operational and storage stability.After accelerated durability test(ADT)cycles,no obvious degradation of oxygen electrocatalytic performance could be observed.In addition,the Ar-NiFe/NC electrocatalyst still exhibits an unbated oxygen electrocatalytic performance comparable to fresh catalysts after three months of air-exposed storage.The assembled liquid and flexible quasi-solid-state rechargeable Zn-air batteries with the Ar-NiFe/NC electrocatalyst exhibit impressive performance.The liquid rechargeable Zn-air batteries possess a high open-circuit voltage(OCV)of 1.43 V and a salient peak power density of 146.40 mW·cm^(−2),while the flexible quasi-solid-state rechargeable Zn-air batteries also exhibit an excellent OCV of 1.60 V and an exciting peak power density of 41.99 mW·cm^(−2).Hanqin Sun Meiqi Zhao Chao Ma Wen Chen Yong Yang Yunhu Han 2023Nano Research2023,16,4:1
4Industrial Poverty Alleviation Model in Deep Poverty-stricken Villages in the Dry-hot Valley of Jinsha River: A Case Study of Poverty Alleviation in the Green Prickleyash Planting Industry in Laopingzi Village,Luquan County显示文摘Industrial poverty alleviation is the core of poverty alleviation in rural areas of China,and it is the fundamental way for the rural poor to achieve stable income and poverty alleviation. Laopingzi Village,Jiaopingdu Town,Luquan County,Kunming County,Yunnan Province,located in the dry-hot valley area of Jinsha River,has become a typical deep poverty-stricken village due to its special natural conditions.In recent years,in the battle to win the fight against poverty,the people of Laopingzi Village have achieved a virtuous cycle of the ecological environment and an access to get rid of poverty and get rich through vigorously developing green prickleyash planting industry. By the end of 2018,the incidence of poverty in Laopingzi Village Committee dropped from 45. 62% in 2014 to 1. 11%,and the green prickleyash planting industry had achieved remarkable results in poverty alleviation. 5Theoretical Research on Cultivated Land Ecological Compensation Based on Targeted Poverty Alleviation and Development显示文摘The effectiveness of targeted poverty alleviation is related to whether China can build a well-off society on schedule. Poverty alleviation is an arduous and urgent major issue in China,and the Party and the government have always been very concerned about and attached importance to poverty alleviation. At present,China’s poverty alleviation and development faces enormous pressures and challenges. Some poor areas actually shoulder the heavy responsibility of ecological protection in the process of national development. The contradiction between economic development and ecological protection is intensifying. Objectively,these poor areas have made outstanding contributions and great sacrifices for the country’s ecological construction. Therefore,it is necessary to balance the two goals of poverty reduction and building an ecological environment and explore a win-win path that is in line with the actual ecological protection and poverty alleviation and development in poverty-stricken areas. Ecological compensation for poverty alleviation is one of the basic contents of the ' five-batch' project of China to implement poverty alleviation. Cultivated land is a very important ecosystem on land. On the basis of studying the ecological effects of cultivated land,the implementation of cultivated land ecological compensation has become an important part of the research on ecological poverty alleviation. On the one hand,ecological compensation for cultivated land can support or promote poverty alleviation and development. On the other hand,poverty alleviation and development policies also provide practical opportunities for cultivated land ecological compensation. Carrying out research on cultivated land ecological compensation and practicing this new direction and new poverty alleviation mode is of great significance to promote and improve the construction of ecological system for cultivated land,targeted poverty alleviation and development,and ecological protection of cultivated land. 6Polarization modulation with optical lock-in detection reveals universal fluorescence anisotropy of subcellular structures in live cells显示文摘The orientation of fluorophores can reveal crucial information about the structure and dynamics of their associated subcellular organelles.Despite significant progress in super-resolution,fluorescence polarization microscopy remains limited to unique samples with relatively strong polarization modulation and not applicable to the weak polarization signals in samples due to the excessive background noise.Here we apply optical lock-in detection to amplify the weak polarization modulation with super-resolution.This novel technique,termed optical lock-in detection super-resolution dipole orientation mapping(OLID-SDOM),could achieve a maximum of 100 frames per second and rapid extraction of 2D orientation,and distinguish distance up to 50 nm,making it suitable for monitoring structural dynamics concerning orientation changes in vivo.OLID-SDOM was employed to explore the universal anisotropy of a large variety of GFP-tagged subcellular organelles,including mitochondria,lysosome,Golgi,endosome,etc.We found that OUF(Orientation Uniformity Factor)of OLID-SDOM can be specific for different subcellular organelles,indicating that the anisotropy was related to the function of the organelles,and OUF can potentially be an indicator to distinguish normal and abnormal cells(even cancer cells).Furthermore,dual-color super-resolution OLID-SDOM imaging of lysosomes and actins demonstrates its potential in studying dynamic molecular interactions.The subtle anisotropy changes of expanding and shrinking dendritic spines in live neurons were observed with real-time OLID-SDOM.Revealing previously unobservable fluorescence anisotropy in various samples and indicating their underlying dynamic molecular structural changes,OLID-SDOM expands the toolkit for live cell research.Meiling Guan Miaoyan Wang Karl Zhanghao Xu Zhang Meiqi Li Wenhui Liu Jing Niu Xusan Yang Long Chen Zhenli Jing Micheal Q.Zhang Dayong Jin Peng Xi Juntao Gao 2022Light(Science & Applications)2022,11,1:1

8In-situ imaging the electrochemical reactions of Li-CO_(2) nanobatteries at high temperatures in an aberration corrected environmental transmission electron microscope显示文摘Rechargeable lithium-carbon dioxide(Li-CO_(2))batteries have attracted much attention due to their high theoretical energy densities and capture of C0_(2).However,the electrochemical reaction mechanisms of rechargeable Lo-CO_(2) batteries,particularly the decomposition mechanisms of the discharge product Li_(2)CO_(3) are still unclear,impeding their practical applications.Exploring electrochemistry of Li_(2)CO_(3) is critical for improving the performance of Li-C0_(2) batteries.Herein,in-situ environmental transmission electron microscopy(ETEM)technique was used to study electrochemistry of Li_(2)CO_(3) in Li-C0_(2) batteries during discharge and charge processes.During discharge,Li_(2)CO_(3) was nucleated and accumulated on the surface of the cathode media such as carbon nanotubes(CNTs)and Ag nanowires(Ag NWs),but it was hard to decompose during charging at room temperature.To promote the decomposition of Li2C03,the charge reactions were conducted at high temperatures,during which Li_(2)CO_(3) was decomposed to lithium with release of gases.Density functional theory(DFT)calculations revealed that the synergistic effect of temperature and biasing facilitates the decomposition of Li_(2)CO_(3).This study not only provides a fundamental understanding to the high temperature Li-C0_(2) nanobatteries,but also offers a valid technique,i.e.,discharging/charging at high temperatures,to improve the cyclability of Li-CO_(2) batteries for energy storage applications.Peng Jia Meiqi Yu Xuedong Zhang Tingting Yang Dingding Zhu Tongde Shen Liqiang Zhang Yongfu Tang Jianyu Huang 2022Nano Research2022,15,1:0
9Defect-modulated synthesis and optoelectronic properties in chemical vapor deposited CsPbBr_(3) microplates显示文摘The remarkable optoelectronic features of halide perovskite promote their potential applications in semiconductor devices beyond solar cells,which require high-quality single crystals with controlled defect levels.Herein,we investigated the synthesis mechanism of chemical vapor deposited single-crystalline all-inorganic perovskite microplates(MPs),and reported a defect-modulated photocurrent which is closely related to the growth sequence of the MPs.The MP synthesis initiates from island-like nano-disks,and subsequently transits to a layer-by-layer fashion,resulting in a defect-rich area at the center of the MPs.At elevated temperatures,these central defects may be thermally activated and become highly mobile,leading to photoluminescence quenching and degression of local and overall optoelectronic attributes,as evidenced by the spatial resolved optical and electrical scanning probe microscopy.Overall,this work shines light on the formation,proliferation and dynamics of defects in perovskites,and offers guidance for preparation of high-quality perovskites micro-crystals for functional semiconductor devices with high temperature stability.Yanan Bao Hengshan Wang Meiqi An Huayi Tang Jing Li Jianliang Li Conghui Tan Yingmin Luo Jiao Xu Yiming Yang 2024Nano Research2024,17,5:0
10Tuning precise numbers of supported nickel clusters on graphdiyne for efficient CO_(2)electroreduction toward various multi-carbon products显示文摘Compared to single-atom catalysts,supported metal clusters can exhibit enhanced activity and designated selectivity in heterogeneous catalysis due to their unique geometric and electronic features.Herein,by means of comprehensive density functional theory (DFT) computations,we systematically investigated the potential of several Ni clusters supported on graphdiyne (Ni_(x)/GDY,x=1–6) for CO_(2) reduction reaction (CO_(2)RR).Our results revealed that,due to the strong interaction between Ni atoms and sp-hybridized C atoms,these supported Ni clusters on GDY exhibit high stabilities and excellent electronic properties.In particular,according to the computed free energy profiles for CO_(2)RR on these Ni_(x)/GDY systems,the anchored Ni_(4) cluster was revealed to exhibit high CO_(2)RR catalytic activity with a small limiting potential and moderate kinetic barrier for C–C coupling,and CH_(4),C_(2)H_(5)OH,and C_(3)H_(7)OH were identified as the main products,which can be attributed to its strong capacity for CO_(2) activation due to its unique configuration and excellent electronic properties.Thus,by carefully controlling the precise numbers of atoms in sub-nano clusters,the spatially confined Ni clusters can perform as promising CO_(2)RR catalysts with high-efficiency and high-selectivity,which may provide a useful guidance to further develop novel and low-cost metal clusters-based catalysts for sustain CO_(2)conversion to valuable chemicals and fuels.Meiqi Yang Zhongxu Wang Dongxu Jiao Yu Tian Yongchen Shang Lichang Yin Qinghai Cai Jingxiang Zhao 2022Journal of Energy Chemistry2022,31,6:0
11Epstein-Barr virus DNA loads in the peripheral blood cells predict the survival of locoregionally-advanced nasopharyngeal carcinoma patients显示文摘Objective:Circulating cell-free Epstein-Barr virus(EBV)DNA has been shown to be a valuable biomarker for population screening and prognostic surveillance for nasopharyngeal carcinoma(NPC).Despite important insights into the biology of persistence,few studies have addressed the clinical significance of cell-based EBV-DNA loads in peripheral blood cells(PBCs).Methods:A prospective observational cohort study was conducted involving 1,063 newly diagnosed,locoregionally-advanced NPC patients at Sun Yat-sen University Cancer Center from 2005 to 2007.Cox regression analysis was conducted to identify the association of PBC EBV DNA loads to overall survival(OS)and other prognostic outcomes.Prognostic nomograms were developed based on PBC EBV DNA loads to predict survival outcomes for NPC patients.Results:After a median follow-up of 108 months,patients with higher PBC EBV-DNA loads had significantly worse OS[hazard ratio(HR)of medium,medium-high,and high vs.low were 1.50,1.52,and 1.85 respectively;Ptrend<0.001].Similar results were found for progression-free survival and distant metastasis-free survival.The concordance index of the prognostic nomogram for predicting OS in the training set and validation set were 0.70 and 0.66,respectively.Our data showed that the PBC EBV DNA load was an independent and robust survival biomarker,which remained significant even after adjusting for plasma EBV DNA loads in a subset of 205 patients of the cohort(HR:1.88;P=0.025).Importantly,a combination of PBC EBV DNA load and plasma EBV DNA load improved the predicted OS.Conclusions:The EBV-DNA load in PBCs may be an independent prognosis marker for NPC patients.Yongqiao He Dawei Yang Ting Zhou Wenqiong Xue Jiangbo Zhang Fangfang Li Fang Wang Tongmin Wang Ziyi Wu Ying Liao Meiqi Zheng Changmi Deng Danhua Li Yijing Jia Leilei Yuan Wenli Zhang Weihua Jia 2021Cancer Biology & Medicine2021,18,3:0
12Effect of oxygen terminated surface of boron-doped diamond thin-film electrode on seawater salinity sensing显示文摘Tremendous demands for highly sensitive and stable seawater salinometers have motivated intensive research on advanced electrode materials.Boron-doped diamond(BDD)is attractive in terms of its high mechanical stability and chemical inertness,but is usually hindered by its low double-layer capacitance(C_(dl))for seawater salinity detection.Here,inspired by the principle of oxygen-terminated BDD electrode endowing higher C_(dl)than hydrogen-terminated surface,we introduce the oxygen terminated surface by oxygen plasma or reactive ion etch(RIE),and the fabricated oxygen terminated BDD electrodes demonstrate high sensitivity and long-term stability in seawater salinity detection comparing with the hydrogen terminated BDD electrodes.Significantly,the as-fabricated O-BDD-RIE electrodes not only show remarkable enhanced response even better than the commercial platinum black electrodes but also display long-time stability which is weekly verified by continuous monitor for 90 days.The outstanding performance of the oxygen terminated BDD electrodes can be ascribed to the enhancement of C-O surface functional group on C_(dl).In addition,a comprehensive analysis of effective electroactive surface area(EASA)and C_(dl)proves that the surface oxygen is the major factor for the improved C_(dl).In summary,the excellent oxygen terminated BDD electrodes promise potential application in seawater salinity detection.Dan Shi Lusheng Liu Zhaofeng Zhai Bin Chen Zhigang Lu Chuyan Zhang Ziyao Yuan Meiqi Zhou Bing Yang Nan Huang Xin jiang 2021Journal of Materials Science & Technology2021,,27:0
13Study on the Action Mechanism of Isodon suzhouensis Stems in the Treatment of Prostate Cancer Based on UPLC-Q-TOF-MS/MS Combined with Network Pharmacology and Molecular Docking显示文摘[Objectives]This study was conducted to explore the action mechanism of chemical components from stems of Isodon suzhouensis on prostate cancer based on UPLC-Q-TOF-MS/MS technique,network pharmacology,and molecular docking validation.[Methods]UPLC-Q-TOF-MS/MS was applied to search active components in stems of I.suzhouensis,and SwissTargetPrediction and PharmaMapper databases were used to predict their potential targets.The GeneCards database was adopted to screen the targets of prostate cancer,and the targets of the active components and the targets of prostate cancer were intersected to obtain common targets.A protein-protein interaction network was constructed,and also,an'active component-target-disease-pathway'network was constructed using Metascape for gene ontology function and Kyoto Encyclopedia of Genes and Genomes pathway enrichment analysis.Moreover,AutoDock was adopted to perform molecular docking verification on key active components and core targets.[Results]Sixty three active components were screened from stems of I.suzhouensis,and they had 233 common targets with prostate cancer,mainly involving biological processes such as protein phosphorylation,response to hormones,active regulation of cell movement,cell response to lipids,and response to oxidative stress,as well as pathways in cancer,prostate cancer,micro ribonucleic acids in cancer,p53 signaling pathway,NF-κB signaling pathway and other signaling pathways,exerting anti-tumor effects.Molecular docking showed that the top 5 key active components had good binding ability with the top 5 core targets.[Conclusions]Active components from stems of I.suzhouensis can exert therapeutic effects on prostate cancer through multiple targets and pathways.Peigui LIU Weiqing ZHANG Xianji LIU Meihui DUAN Weixian YANG Meiqi WEI 2023Agricultural Biotechnology2023,12,5:0

15Atomic Dispersed Hetero‑Pairs for Enhanced Electrocatalytic CO_(2)Reduction显示文摘Electrochemical carbon dioxide reduction reaction(CO_(2)RR)involves a variety of intermediates with highly correlated reaction and ad-desorption energies,hindering optimization of the catalytic activity.For example,increasing the binding of the*COOH to the active site will generally increase the*CO desorption energy.Breaking this relationship may be expected to dramatically improve the intrinsic activity of CO_(2)RR,but remains an unsolved challenge.Herein,we addressed this conundrum by constructing a unique atomic dispersed hetero-pair consisting of Mo-Fe di-atoms anchored on N-doped carbon carrier.This system shows an unprecedented CO_(2)RR intrinsic activity with TOF of 3336 h−1,high selectivity toward CO production,Faradaic efficiency of 95.96%at−0.60 V and excellent stability.Theoretical calculations show that the Mo-Fe diatomic sites increased the*COOH intermediate adsorption energy by bridging adsorption of*COOH intermediates.At the same time,d-d orbital coupling in the Mo-Fe di-atom results in electron delocalization and facilitates desorption of*CO intermediates.Thus,the undesirable correlation between these steps is broken.This work provides a promising approach,specifically the use of di-atoms,for breaking unfavorable relationships based on understanding of the catalytic mechanisms at the atomic scale.Zhaoyong Jin Meiqi Yang Yilong Dong Xingcheng Ma Ying Wang Jiandong Wu Jinchang Fan Dewen Wang Rongshen Xi Xiao Zhao Tianyi Xu Jingxiang Zhao Lei Zhang David J.Singh Weitao Zheng Xiaoqiang Cui 2024Nano-Micro Letters2024,16,1:0
16Study on the Action Mechanism of Euphorbia peplus in the Treatment of Alzheimer s Disease Based on UPLC-Q-TOF-MS/MS Combined with Network Pharmacology and Molecular Docking显示文摘[Objectives]Based on UPLC-Q-TOF-MS/MS,network pharmacology and molecular docking techniques,the mechanism of Euphorbia peplus in the treatment of Alzheimer s disease(AD)was studied.[Methods]The UPLC-Q-TOF-MS/MS technique was used to rapidly analyze the chemical components of E.peplus.Active components and potential targets of E.peplus were retrieved from TCMSP and Swiss Target Prediction database,and AD targets were screened using GeneCards database.The targets of E.peplus in the treatment of AD were obtained.The PPI network was constructed using String platform,and the network topology of Cytoscape software was used to compute and screen key targets,and the GO and KEGG pathway enrichment analysis was carried out in Metascape database to construct the'component-target-pathway-disease'network.Molecular docking was used to predict the binding properties of active ingredients and targets.[Results]The results of UPLC-Q-TOF-MS/MS showed that 83 compounds were identified from E.peplus,including 19 terpenoids,10 phenolic acids and phenols,16 flavonoids,2 phenylpropanoids,4 coumarins,1 alkaloid,1 anthraquinone and 30 other compounds.The results of network pharmacological analysis showed that 82 active ingredients were screened,and 279 common targets were identified for the treatment of AD,among which the key targets were ALB(albumin),GAPDH(glyceraldehyde triphosphate dehydrogenase),TNF(tumor necrosis factor),AKT1(serine/threonine protein kinase 1),and IL6(interleukin-6).KEGG enrichment analysis showed that key signaling pathways include cancer pathways,lipid and atherosclerosis,Alzheimer s disease,insulin resistance,serotonergic synapses,calcium signaling pathway,cAMP signaling pathway and other signaling pathways.Molecular docking results showed that 14-deoxyandrographolide,dehydroandrographolide,licochalcone B,apigenin and naringenin may be the key components of E.peplus in the treatment of AD.[Conclusions]The results suggest that E.peplus can be used to treat Alzheimer s disease through multi-component,multi-target and multi-pathway.Liping ZHANG Weiqing ZHANG Weixian YANG Meihui DUAN Meiqi WEI 2023Agricultural Biotechnology2023,12,4:0
17IGF2BPs as novel m^(6)A readers:Diverse roles in regulating cancer cell biological functions,hypoxia adaptation,metabolism,and immunosuppressive tumor microenvironment显示文摘m^(6)A methylation is the most frequent modification of mRNA in eukaryotes and plays a crucial role in cancer progression by regulating biological functions.Insulin-like growth factor 2 mRNA-binding proteins(IGF2BP)are newly identified m^(6)A‘readers’.They belong to a family of RNA-binding proteins,which bind to the m^(6)A sites on different RNA sequences and stabilize them to promote cancer progression.In this review,we summarize the mechanisms by which different upstream factors regulate IGF2BP in cancer.The current literature analyzed here reveals that the IGF2BP family proteins promote cancer cell proliferation,survival,and chemoresistance,inhibit apoptosis,and are also associated with cancer glycolysis,angiogenesis,and the immune response in the tumor microenvironment.Therefore,with the discovery of their role as‘readers’of m^(6)A and the characteristic re-expression of IGF2BPs in cancers,it is important to elucidate their mechanism of action in the immunosuppressive tumor microenvironment.We also describe in detail the regulatory and interaction network of the IGF2BP family in downstream target RNAs and discuss their potential clinical applications as diagnostic and prognostic markers,as well as recent advances in IGF2BP biology and associated therapeutic value.Meiqi Duan Haiyang Liu Shasha Xu Zhi Yang Fusheng Zhang Guang Wang Yutian Wang Shan Zhao Xiaofeng Jiang 2024Genes & Diseases2024,11,2:0
