1Predictive factors associated with gefitinib response in patients with advanced non-small-cell lung cancer(NSCLC)显示文摘Purpose: A number of different clinical characteristics have been reported to singly correlate with therapeutic activity of epidermal growth factor receptor(EGFR) tyrosine kinase inhibitors(TKIs) in advanced non-small-cell lung cancer(NSCLC). This study aimed to identify predictive factors associated with prognostic benefits of gefitinib.Patients and methods: EGFR gene typing in 33 advanced NSCLC patients received gefitinib(250 mg/day) were analyzed with mutant-enriched PCR assay. Gefitinib response was evaluated with potential predictive factors retrospectively.Results: The overall objective response rate(ORR) and median progression-free survival(PFS) in the 33 patients treated by gefitinib were 45.5% and 3.0(2.0-4.0) months. The ORR and median PFS in EGFR gene mutation patients were significantly higher/longer than those in EGFR gene wild-type patients(P<0.01). Similarly, the ORR and median PFS in non-smoker patients were significantly higher/longer than those in smoker patients(P<0.05, P<0.01, respectively). However, no difference for ORR and median PFS occurred between male and female patients. Logistic multivariate analysis showed that only EGFR mutated gene was significantly associated with the ORR(P<0.01). Both EGFR mutated gene and non-smoker were the major factors that contributed to PFS(P<0.05). 2Influencing factors of the neurodevelopment of high-risk infants显示文摘Background High-risk infants refer to newborns exposed to high-risk factors in the prenatal, natal or postnatal period. High-risk infants are at high risk of developmental retardation, and early identification of developmental abnormalities plays a vital role in improving high-risk infants' quality of life.Aims To describe the neurodevelopment of high-risk infants aged less than 1 year old, and to analyse the incidences and influencing factors of neurodevelopmental abnormalities in order to provide a basis for neurodevelopment monitoring and management of highrisk infants.Methods High-risk infants born between January 2016 and December 2016 in the maternity and infant health hospitals of three districts in Shanghai were followed up.The Gesell Developmental Scale was used to assess the neurodevelopmental level at the time of recruitment(0-2 months) and at 9 months. Univariate and multivariate analyses of the influencing factors were conducted.Results 484 high-risk infants(male 51 %, female 49%)with an average gestation age of 36.5±2.2 weeks were recruited. At the time of recruitment, the average age was2.1(0.8) months, and the developmental quotient(DQ)scores of full-term high-risk infants in motor(t=3.542,p=0.001), cognitive(t=3.125, p=0.002), language(t=3.189, p=0.002) and social(t=3.316, p=0.001) areas were higher than those of preterm infants. The incidences of developmental abnormalities of full-term high-risk infants in motor(χ~2 =9.452, p=0.002), cognitive(χ~2=6.258, p=0.012), language(χ~2 =12.319, p =0.001) and social(χ~2 =6.811, p=0.009) areas were lower than the preterm infants. At 9 months, there was no difference in the DQ scores and incidences of developmental abnormalities in four areas between full-term and preterm high-risk infants, and the incidence of developmental abnormalities was around 10%.Conclusion The incidence of neurodevelopmental abnormalities in high-risk infants aged less than 1 year old is high. 4Investigation on process mechanism of a novel energy-saving synthesis for high performance Li_(4)Ti_(5)O_(12) anode material显示文摘Li_(4)Ti_(5)O_(12)(LTO) anode material demonstrates superior cycling performance due to its stable spinel structure and high lithiation/de-lithiation potential.Herein,a novel energy-saving solid-phase synthesis route for LTO has been successfully designed,employing the cheap industrial intermediate product of metatitanic acid (HTO) as titanium source.Through the in-situ Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR)and ex-situ X-ray diffraction (XRD),it is revealed for the first time that the amorphous crystal structure of HTO is more conducive for the Li+insertion,making it possible to prepare LTO at a relatively lower sintering temperature.Utilizing the dehydration carbonization reaction between glucose and sulfuric acid,an ingenious strategy of glucose pre-coating is adopted to avoid the generation of Li_(2)SO_(4) impurity caused by the residual sulfuric acid on the surface of HTO,which meanwhile enhances the conductivity and inhibits the particle growth of LTO.The obtained ALTO@C anode material consequently exhibits excellent electrochemical performance that 132.0 m Ah g^(-1)is remained even at 20 C,and ultra low decay rate of 0.015% per cycle is achieved during 1000 cycles at 2 C.Remarkably,LiCoO_(2)//ALTO@C full cell delivers conspicuous low-temperature property (130.7 m Ah g^(-1)at 0.5 C and almost no attenuation after 300 cycles under-20℃).Guochuan Wang Hongmei Wang Guangqiang Ma Xinhe Du Liyu Du Peng Jing Yanqing Wang Kaipeng Wu Hao Wu Qian Wang Yun Zhang 2022Journal of Energy Chemistry2022,31,7:1
5Dense small cell clustering based on undirected weighted graph for local mobility management显示文摘The concept of dense small cell has been recently emerged as a promising architecture that can significantly improve spectrum efficiency and system capacity.However, it brings frequent handover for user equipment(UE).Furthermore, this will bring a great deal of signaling overhead to the core network.Virtual technology has been received widespread attention for solving this problem.Its essence is to form virtual cells by clustering various terminals properly.The local mobility management proposed recently is based on the virtual technology.Therefore, the formation process of virtual cells is the basis for the research in local mobility management.So clustering scheme for dense small cell network has been studied in this paper, and a maximum benefit merging algorithm based on undirected weighted graph has been proposed.There are X2 interfaces between the cluster head and each of cluster members within the same cluster.The cluster heads manage the handover among cluster members acting as the local anchors.The proposed clustering scheme is useful for local mobility management.The simulation results show that the proposed clustering algorithm can decrease the signaling overhead more than 70% and 20% compared with the non-clustering algorithm and other clustering algorithms respectively.Li Yingying Ma Zhonggui Liu Liyu Yan Wenbo 2016The Journal of China Universities of Posts and Telecommunications2016,23,5:1
6Research on coupled thermo-hydro-mechanical dynamic response characteristics of saturated porous deep-sea sediments under vibration of mining vehicle显示文摘The excessive deformation of deep-sea sediments caused by the vibration of the mining machine will adversely affect the efficiency and safety of mining.Combined with the deep-sea environment,the coupled thermo-hydro-mechanical problem for saturated porous deep-sea sediments subject to the vibration of the mining vehicle is investigated.Based on the Green-Lindsay(G-L)generalized thermoelastic theory and Darcy’s law,the model of thermo-hydro-mechanical dynamic responses for saturated porous deep-sea sediments under the vibration of the mining vehicle is established.We obtain the analytical solutions of non-dimensional vertical displacement,excess pore water pressure,vertical stress,temperature,and change in the volume fraction field with the normal mode analysis method,and depict them graphically.The normal mode analysis method uses the canonical coordinate transformation to solve the equation,which can quickly decouple the equation by ignoring the modal coupling effect on the basis of the canonical mode.The results indicate that the vibration frequency has obvious influence on the vertical displacement,excess pore water pressure,vertical stress,and change in volume fraction field.The loading amplitude has a great effect on the physical quantities in the foundation,and the changes of the physical quantities increase with the increase in loading amplitude.Wei ZHU Xinyu SHI Rong HUANG Liyue HUANG Wenbo MA 2021Applied Mathematics and Mechanics(English Edition)2021,42,9:1

8Batalin-Vilkovisky algebra structures on Hochschild cohomology of generalized Weyl algebras显示文摘We devote to the calculation of Batalin–Vilkovisky algebra structures on the Hochschild cohomology of skew Calabi–Yau generalized Weyl algebras.We first establish a Van den Bergh duality at the level of complex.Then based on the results of Solotar et al.,we apply Kowalzig and Krähmer's method to the Hochschild homology of generalized Weyl algebras,and translate the homological information into cohomological one by virtue of the Van den Bergh duality,obtaining the desired Batalin–Vilkovisky algebra structures.Finally,we apply our results to quantum weighted projective lines and Podleśquantum spheres,and the Batalin–Vilkovisky algebra structures for them are described completely.Liyu LIU Wen MA 2022Frontiers of Mathematics in China2022,17,5:0
9Alternating current stimulation promotes neurite outgrowth and plasticity in neurons through activation of the PI3K/AKT signaling pathway显示文摘As a commonly used physical intervention,electrical stimulation(ES)has been demonstrated to be effective in the treatment of central nervous system disorders.Currently,researchers are studying the effects of electrical stimu-lation on individual neurons and neural networks,which are dependent on factors such as stimulation intensity,duration,location,and neuronal properties.However,the exact mechanism of action of electrical stimulation remains unclear.In some cases,repeated or prolonged electrical stimulation can lead to changes in the morphology or function of the neuron.In this study,immunofluorescence staining and Sholl analysis are used to assess changes in the neurite number and axon length to determine the optimal pattern and stimulation parameters of ES for neurons.Neuronal death and plasticity are detected by TUNEL staining and microelectrode array assays,respec-tively.mRNA sequencing and bioinformatics analysis are applied to predict the key targets of the action of ES on neurons,and the identified targets are validated by western blot analysis and qRT-PCR.The effects of alternating current stimulation(ACS)on neurons are more significant than those of direct current stimulation(DCS),and the optimal parameters are 3μA and 20 min.ACS stimulation significantly increases the number of neurites,the length of axons and the spontaneous electrical activity of neurons,significantly elevates the expression of growth-asso-ciated protein-43(GAP-43)without significant changes in the expression of neurotrophic factors.Furthermore,application of PI3K/AKT-specific inhibitors significantly abolishes the beneficial effects of ACS on neurons,con-firming that the PI3K/AKT pathway is an important potential signaling pathway in the action of ACS.Hao Zhong Cong Xing Mi Zhou Zeyu Jia Song Liu Shibo Zhu Bo Li Hongjiang Yang Hongpeng Ma Liyue Wang Rusen Zhu Zhigang Qu Guangzhi Ning 2023Acta Biochimica et Biophysica Sinica2023,55,11:0
