| 1 | Rock burst prevention based on dissipative structure theory显示文摘Dynamic collapses of deeply mined coal rocks are severe.In order to explore new ideas for rock burst prevention,the relationship between entropy equations and dissipative structure was studied,and a concept-rock burst activity system(RAS) was proposed and its entropy was analyzed.The energy features of RAS were analyzed,and the relationship between electromagnetic radiation(EMR) intensity E and dissipated energy Ud was initially established.We suggest that rock burst normally happens only when diS deS in RAS;RAS is the dissipative structure before collapse,and after which it become a new orderly structure,i.e.,a ''dead'',a statically orderly structure.We advanced that the effective way to prevent rock burst is to introduce entropy to the system for it keeps the system away from the dissipative structure.E and Ud of RAS are positively related,which is used as a bridge between dissipative structure theory and rock burst prevention engineering applications.Based on this,and using the data of rock burst prevention for working face No.250205up of Yanbei coal mine,an engineering verification for the dissipative structure of RAS was carried out,which showed good results. | Song Dazhao Wang Enyuan Li Nan Jin Mingyue Xue Shipeng | 2012 | International Journal of Mining Science and Technology2012,22,2: | 17 |
| 2 | Infrared radiation signature of exhaust plume from solid propellants with different energy characteristics显示文摘The infrared radiation signature of the plume from solid propellants with different energy characteristics is not the same. Three kinds of double-base propellants of different energy characteristics are chosen to measure the infrared spectral radiance from 1000 cm 1 to 4500 cm 1 of their plumes. The radiative spectrum is obtained in the tests. The experimental results indicate that the infrared radiation of the plume is determined by the energy characteristics of the propellant. The radiative transfer calculation models of the exhaust plume for the solid propellants are established. By including the chemical reaction source term and the radiation source term into the energy equation, the plume field and the radiative transfer are solved in a coupled way. The calculated results are consistent with the experimental data, so the reliability of the models is confirmed. The temperature distribution and the extent of the afterburning of the plume are distinct for the propellants of different energy characteristics, therefore the plume radiation varies for different propellants. | 4 | Gene mutations and clinical phenotypes in Chinese children with Blau syndrome显示文摘The mutations of CARD15 gene and clinical features of Chinese patients with Blau syndrome were analyzed. We identified10 missense mutations, out of which five were new: R334 L, E383 D, R471 C, C495 R and D512 F. The rest of them, R334 W,R334Q, G481 D, M513 T and R587 C, have been reported previously. Among all the mutations, R334 W, R334 Q and C495 R had the highest frequency. Blau syndrome was found at early age after birth. It began with lepidic rash and symmetric polyarthritis and was phenotypically characterized by typical rash, arthritis, iridocyclitis and arteritis. Cardiac involvement was also found in Blau syndrome. In addition to nerve deafness, renal involvement, osteochondroma and central nervous system involvement were also found in our patients. Therefore, Chinese children with Blau syndrome have unique gene mutations and complicated clinical phenotypes. | 5 | Gene mutations and clinical phenotypes in 15 Chinese children with cryopyrin-associated periodic syndrome(CAPS)显示文摘The aim of our study is to explore the features of clinical manifestations and genetic mutations in Chinese CAPS patients. Fifteen confirmed patients with CAPS were enrolled. The onset time ranges from 2 days after birth to 6 years and 1 month. Recurrent urticaria rash(93.3%) with fever(100%) were two dominant characteristics of these patients that were presented as either acute or chronic process. Systemic involvements were found in all patients except for one with only rash and fever. The top three symptoms were fever(100%), rash(93.3%) and myalgia(76%). Other clinical manifestations include arthritis(11 cases), lung involvement(seven cases), optical dysfunction(seven cases), nerve deafness(six cases), nervous system involvement(five cases), hepatomegaly, splenomegaly and lymphadenectasis(five cases). Also, four patients had heart involvement and one patient suffered kidney involvement. The laboratory inflammation index such as leukocyte counts, platelet counts, erythrocyte sedimentation rate(ESR), C-reactive protein(CRP), serum amyloid A(SAA) and fibrinogen(FIB) increased significantly at initial stage, but decreased after therapy. As for gene mutation detection, Twelve out of 15 patients were confirmed with mutation in NLRP3, including 11 mutant site: c1789 A>G, c.1703 T>A, c.913 G>A, c.1710 G>C, c.1057 G >T, c.2335 C>T, c.932 T>C,c.296 G>C, c.663 C>T, t.1702 T>A, 299 G>A. Mutation sites c.1703 T>A, c.2335 C>T, c.296 G>C, c.663 C>T, and 299 G>A were newly identified. The association between gene mutation and clinical manifestation shows that D305 N was highly associated with severe organs involvements, and therefore, the time of therapy and regimen were critical for the prognosis of disease. As the largest cohort study of Chinese CAPS patients, we confirmed that all patients presented typical clinical manifestations, identified five new mutation sites on NLRP3 and analyzed the correlation between the genotypes and phenotypes. | 7 | Effect of miniscalpel-needle on relieving the pain of myofascial pain syndrome: a systematic review显示文摘OBJECTIVE: To evaluate the effect and safety of miniscalpel-needle(MSN) on reducing the pain of myofascial pain syndrome(MPS).METHODS: We reviewed the available literatures inception up to February 2014 using Pubmed, EMBASE, Cochrane Library, Chinese National Knowledge Infrastructure Database, Chinese Biomedical Database and Wanfang Database.RESULTS: Eight randomized controlled trials were finally identified. The main controls involved acupuncture, medications, injection, massage and cupping. We found that all of the studies agreed on the potential benefit of MSN as a strategy for MPS and the superiority compared to the controls, however,randomized methods applied in most of the trials could be criticized for their high or unclear risk of bias. Further research is also needed to clarify questions around the appropriate frequency and number of treatment sessions of MSN.CONCLUSION: This review shows that MSN might have the effect on MPS, even though there were some limitations in the studies included in the review. In this paper, we introduce several issues regarding the key technology implementation of high-repetition-rate SLR system. Compared with traditional technology, using kHz and 8ps pulse width laser component, the data quantity and quality of high-repetition-rate satellite laser ranging (SLR) can be significantly improved. The characteristics of high-repetition-rate laser ranging and the key technologies are presented, including the event timer with the precision of picosecond, the generation of range gate signal, and so on. All of them are based on the Field Programmable Gate Arrays (FPGA) and tested on China mobile SLR system-TROS1000. | 10 | Influence of thermal inhibitor position and temperature on vortex-shedding-driven pressure oscillations显示文摘Vortex-acoustic coupling is one of the most important potential sources of combustion instability in solid rocket motors (SRMs). Based on the Von Karman Institute for Fluid Dynamics (VKI) experimental motor, the influence of the thermal inhibitor position and temperature on vortex-shedding-driven pressure oscillations is numerically studied via the large eddy simulation (LES) method. The simulation results demonstrate that vortex shedding is a periodic process and its accurate frequency can be numerically obtained. Acoustic modes could be easily excited by vortex shedding. The vortex shedding frequency and second acoustic frequency dominate the pressure oscillation characteristics in the chamber. Thermal inhibitor position and gas temperature have little effect on vortex shedding frequency, but have great impact on pressure oscillation amplitude. Pressure amplitude is much higher when the thermal inhibitor locates at the acoustic velocity anti-nodes. The farther the thermal inhibitor is to the nozzle head, the more vortex energy would be dissipated by the turbulence. Therefore, the vortex shedding amplitude at the second acoustic velocity antinode near 3/4L (L is chamber length) is larger than those of others. Besides, the natural acoustic frequencies increase with the gas temperature. As the vortex shedding frequency departs from the natural acoustic frequency, the vortex-acoustic feedback loop is decoupled. | 11 | Discovery and Geological Significance of Neoproterozoic Metamorphic Granite in Jimo, Shandong Province, Eastern China显示文摘During the 1:50000 regional geological survey in Jimo,east Shandong Province,Paleoproterozoic metamorphic supracrustal rocks and Neoproterozoic metamorphic plutonite were newly discovered. These rocks displayed inclusions which had occurred in the Mesozoic granite,and the main lithologies are schist,granulite,marble,and granitic gneiss. Geochemical analyses suggest that Neoproterozoic metamorphic plutonite are characterized by high-K,metaluminous to weakly peraluminous. They are enriched in LILE and depleted in HFSE,with moderately enrichment of LREE,weak fractionation of LREE from HREE and negative Eu anomalies. The surface age of plutonic rocks in the survey area is 770.2±2.4 Ma,representing the age of magma crystallization,which is agreement with the the Neoproterozoic magmatic event after Rodinia supercontinent in the northern margin of Southern China continental block. In addition,the age of sporadic distribution(298 Ma and 269 Ma) is mixed zircon age,representing the rocks experienced metamorphism in Indosinian period. According to the associated mineral assemblages,and the characteristic metamorphic minerals and temperature pressure conditions,four metamorphic facies were identified,including amphibolitic,epidote amphibolite,greenschist,and mid-high pressure greenschist. Analysis of tectonic setting suggests that granitic gneiss is formed in an extensional environment and was involved from the continental margin magmatic arc to intraplate environment. Jimo is distributed in the east of Zhuwu fault,and has the same Spatial distribution location with the Weihai uplift UHP metamorphic belt rocks. The metamorphic rocks in Jimo area have similar geochemical characteristics of elements,tectonic setting and retrograde metamorphism with that in the Sulu UHP metamorphic belt. | 12 | Ginsenoside Rh2 suppresses colon cancer growth by targeting the miR-150-3p/SRCIN1/Wnt axis显示文摘Ginsenoside Rh2,which is extracted from ginseng,exerts antitumor activity.Recent studies suggest that Rh2 may suppress the growth of colon cancer(CC)in vitro.However,the underlying mechanism remains unclear.In this study,we identified the relative levels of miR-150-3p in CC tissues and cells by a comprehensive strategy of data mining,computational biology,and real-time reverse transcription PCR(qRT-PCR)experiments.The regulatory effects of miR-150-3p/SRCIN1 on the proliferative and invasive abilities of CC cells are evaluated by CCK-8,EdU,wound healing,and transwell assays.Cell cycle-and apoptosis-related protein levels are assessed by western blot analysis.An in vivo tumor formation assay was conducted to explore the effects of miR-150-3p on tumor growth.Furthermore,bioinformatics and dual luciferase reporter assays are applied to determine the functional binding of miRNA to mRNA of the target gene.Finally,the relationship between Rh2 and miR-150-3p was further verified in SW620 and HCT-116 cells.miR-150-3p is downregulated in CC tissues and cell lines.Functional assays indicate that the upregulation of miR-150-3p inhibits tumor growth both in vivo and in vitro.In addition,SRCIN1 is upregulated in CC and predicts a poor prognosis,and it is the direct target for miR-150-3p.Moreover,the miR-150-3p mimic decreases Topflash/Fopflash-dependent luciferase activity,resulting in the inhibition of Wnt pathway activity.Rh2 can suppress the growth of CC by increasing miR-150-3p expression.Rh2 alleviates the accelerating effect on Wnt pathway activity,cell proliferation/migration,and colony formation caused by miR-150-3p inhibition.Rh2 inhibits the miR-150-3p/SRCIN1/Wnt axis to suppress colon cancer growth. | Shipeng Li Wenfeng Han Qichen He Yang Wang Gang Jin Youcheng Zhang | 2023 | Acta Biochimica et Biophysica Sinica2023,55,4: | 2 |

| 15 | Enhanced interfacial polarization of defective porous carbon confined CoP nanoparticles forming Mott-Schottky heterojunction for efficient electromagnetic wave absorption显示文摘Integrating heterogeneous interface through nanostructure design and interfacial modification is essential to realize strengthened interfacial polarization relaxation in electromagnetic wave absorption.However,an in-depth comprehension of the interfacial polarization behavior at hetero-junction/interface is highly desired but remains a great challenge.Herein,a Mott-Schottky heterojunction consisting of honeycomb-like porous N-doped carbon confined CoP nanoparticles(CoP@HNC)is designed to elevate the interfacial polarization strength.Simultaneously,corresponding electron migration and redistribution between the heterointerface of defective carbon and CoP nanoparticles are revealed.The significant difference in the work function on both sides of heterogeneous interface boosts the interfacial polarization in high frequency region.Furthermore,the relevant spectroscopic characterizations demonstrate that electron spontaneously migrates from CoP to N-doped carbon at the heterointerface,thereby contributing to the accumulation of electron on defective carbon side and the distribution of hole on CoP side.Impressively,benefitting from the synergistic effects of three-dimensional porous conductive carbon skeleton,foreign N heteroatoms,special CoP nanoparticles,and the resultant CoP/N-doped carbon Mott-Schottky heterojunction,the CoP@HNC exhibits remarkable electromagnetic wave absorption performances with minimum reflection loss up to−60.8 dB and the maximum effective absorption bandwidth of 4.96 GHz,which is superior to most of recently reported transition metal phosphides microwave absorbing composites.The present work opens a new avenue for designing heterogeneous interface to realize strengthened microwave absorption capability and also reveals the in-depth influence of interface structure on electromagnetic wave absorption. | Baojun Wang Fangzhi Huang Hao Wu Zijie Xu Shipeng Wang Qinghua Han Fenghua Liu Shikuo Li Hui Zhang | 2023 | Nano Research2023,16,3: | 2 |

| 18 | Fluid evolution and hydrocarbon accumulation model of ultra-deep gas reservoirs in Permian Qixia Formation of northwest Sichuan Basin,SW China显示文摘The fluid evolution and reservoir formation model of the ultra-deep gas reservoirs in the Permian Qixia Formation of the northwestern Sichuan Basin are investigated by using thin section,cathodoluminescence,inclusion temperature and U-Pb isotopic dating,combined with gas source identification plates and reservoir formation evolution profiles established based on burial history,thermal history,reservoir formation history and diagenetic evolution sequence.The fluid evolution of the marine ultra-deep gas reservoirs in the Qixia Formation has undergone two stages of dolomitization and one phase of hydrothermal action,two stages of oil and gas charging and two stages of associated burial dissolution.The diagenetic fluids include ancient seawater,atmospheric freshwater,deep hydrothermal fluid and hydrocarbon fluids.The two stages of hydrocarbon charging happened in the Late Triassic and Late Jurassic–Early Cretaceous respectively,and the Middle to Late Cretaceous is the period when the crude oil cracked massively into gas.The gas reservoirs in deep marine Permian strata of northwest Sichuan feature multiple source rocks,composite transportation,differential accumulation and late finalization.The natural gas in the Permian is mainly cracked gas from Permian marine mixed hydrocarbon source rocks,with cracked gas from crude oil in the deeper Sinian strata in local parts.The scale development of paleo-hydrocarbon reservoirs and the stable and good preservation conditions are the keys to the forming large-scale gas reservoirs. | LI Jianzhong BAI Bin BAI Ying LU Xuesong ZHANG Benjian QIN Shengfei SONG Jinmin JIANG Qingchun HUANG Shipeng | 2022 | Petroleum Exploration and Development2022,49,4: | 2 |
