Effect of Oxygen Concentration and Annealing Theatment on the Optical Properties of the Transparent Conductive CdIn_2O_4 Thin Films显示文摘Transparent conductive cadmium indium oxide films (CdIn2O4) were prepared by r.f. reactive sputtering from Cd-In alloy targets under an Ar-O2 atmosphere. Electrical conductivity of the order of 105Ω-1.m-1 and the optical transmission as high as 94% are easily attained by postdeposition annealing treatment. The effects of oxygen concentration in the reactive gas mixture and post-deposition annealing treatment on the optical transmittance as well as optical parameters, such as refractive index (n), extinction coefficient (k), real part (ε’) and imaginary part (ε') of the dielectric constant, were studied in the visible and near-infrared region. The highfrequency dielectric constant ε∞ the plasma frequency ωP, and the conduction band effective mass mc of different samples were also | Bin WU Changyong CHEN and Shibin ZHANG(Physics Dept., Lanzhou University, Lanzhou 730000, China)Wanlu WANG and Kejun LIAO(Applied Physics Dept., Chongqing University, Chongqing 400044, China) | 1998 | Journal of Materials Science & Technology1998,14,2: | 4
First experimental constraints on WIMP couplings in the effective field theory framework from CDEX显示文摘We present weakly interacting massive particles(WIMPs) search results performed using two approaches of effective field theory from the China Dark Matter Experiment(CDEX), based on the data from both CDEX-1B and CDEX-10 stages. In the nonrelativistic effective field theory approach, both time-integrated and annual modulation analyses were used to set new limits for the coupling of WIMP-nucleon effective operators at 90% confidence level(C.L.) and improve over the current bounds in the low mχregion. In the chiral effective field theory approach, data from CDEX-10 were used to set an upper limit on WIMP-pion coupling at 90% C.L. We for the first time extended the limit to the m_(χ)<6 GeV/c^(2) region. | Yi Wang Zhi Zeng Qian Yue LiTao Yang KeJun Kang YuanJing Li Mehment Agartioglu HaiPeng An JianPing Chang JingHan Chen YunHua Chen JianPing Cheng Cheng Yi Chiang WenHan Dai Zhi Deng ChangHao Fang XinPing Geng Hui Gong QiuJu Guo XuYuan Guo HongJian He Li He ShengMing He JinWei Hu TuChen Huang HanXiong Huang HaiTao Jia LiPing Jia Xi Jiang HauBin Li JianMin Li Jin Li MingXuan Li RenMingJie Li Xia Li YuLan Li Bin Liao FongKay Lin ShinTed Lin ShuKui Liu YanDong Liu Yu Liu YuanYuan Liu ZhongZhi Liu Hao Ma YuCai Mao QiYuan Nie JinHua Ning Hui Pan NingChun Qi Jie Ren XiChao Ruan ChangSong Shang Vivek Sharma Ze She Lakhwinder Singh Monoj Kumar Singh TianXi Sun ChangJian Tang WeiYou Tang Yang Tian GuangFu Wang Li Wang Qing Wang Yu Chen Wang YunXiang Wang Zhen Wang Henry Tsz-King Wong ShiYong Wu YuCheng Wu HaoYang Xing Yin Xu Tao Xue YuLu Yan Nan Yi ChunXu Yu HaiJun Yu JianFeng Yue Ming Zeng BingTao Zhang Lei Zhang FengShou Zhang ZhenYu Zhang KangKang Zhao MingGang Zhao JiFang Zhou ZuYing Zhou JingJun Zhu | 2021 | Science China(Physics,Mechanics & Astronomy)2021,64,8: | 3
Piezoresistive Effect of Diamond Films Produced by dc Plasma CVD显示文摘The piezoresistive effect of polycrystalline p-type diamond films formed by dc plasma chemical vapour deposition has been investigated. The gauge factor is about 116 at 500 microstrains at room temperature, and strongly increases with increasing temperature, exceeding that of polycrystalline-and single-silicon.The origin of the piezoresistivity in boron doped polycrystalline diamond films may be ascribed to strain-induced shift of the boron acceptor level and grain boundaries. | WANG Wanlu LIAO Kejun | 1994 | Chinese Physics Letters1994,11,9: | 3
Piezoresistive effect in carbonnanotube films显示文摘The piezoresistive effect of the pristine carbon nanotube (CNT) films has been studied. Carbon nanotubes were synthesized by hot filament chemical vapor deposition. The piezoresistive effect in the pristine CNT films was stud-ied by a three-point bending test. The gauge factor for the pristine CNT films under 500 microstrains was found to be at least 65 at room temperature, and increased with tem-perature, exceeding that of polycrystalline silicon (30) at 35℃. The origin of the piezoresistivity in CNT films may be ascribed to a pressure-induced change in the band gap and the defects. | LI Yong, WANG Wanlu, LIAO Kejun, HU Chenguo, HUANG Zhi & FENG Qing Department of Applied Physics, Chongqing University, Chongqing 400044, China Correspondence should be addressed to Wang Wanlu (e-mail: wanluw@ cqu.edu.cn) | 2003 | Chinese Science Bulletin2003,48,2: | 2

Feasibility and physics potential of detecting ^(8)B solar neutrinos at JUNO显示文摘The Jiangmen Underground Neutrino Observatory(JUNO)features a 20 kt multi-purpose underground liquid scintillator sphere as its main detector. Some of JUNO's features make it an excellent location for^8B solar neutrino measurements, such as its low-energy threshold, high energy resolution compared with water Cherenkov detectors, and much larger target mass compared with previous liquid scintillator detectors. In this paper,we present a comprehensive assessment of JUNO's potential for detecting^8B solar neutrinos via the neutrino-electron elastic scattering process.A reduced 2 MeV threshold for the recoil electron energy is found to be achievable, assuming that the intrinsic radioactive background^(238)U and^(232)Th in the liquid scintillator can be controlled to 10^(-17)g/g.With ten years of data acquisition, approximately 60,000 signal and 30,000 background events are expected. This large sample will enable an examination of the distortion of the recoil electron spectrum that is dominated by the neutrino flavor transformation in the dense solar matter, which will shed new light on the inconsistency between the measured electron spectra and the predictions of the standard three-flavor neutrino oscillation framework.IfDelta m^(2)_(21)=4.8times10^(-5);(7.5times10^(-5))eV^(2),JUNO can provide evidence of neutrino oscillation in the Earth at approximately the 3sigma(2sigma)level by measuring the non-zero signal rate variation with respect to the solar zenith angle. Moreover,JUNO can simultaneously measureDelta m^2_(21)using^8B solar neutrinos to a precision of 20% or better, depending on the central value, and to sub-percent precision using reactor antineutrinos.A comparison of these two measurements from the same detector will help understand the current mild inconsistency between the value of Delta m^2_(21)reported by solar neutrino experiments and the KamLAND experiment. | 9 | Thermodynamics-guided two-way interlocking DNA cascade system for universal multiplexed mutation detection显示文摘Detection of point mutations in driver genes is of great significance for the early diagnosis, treatment, and prognostic evaluation of cancer. However, current detection methods do not offer versatility, specificity, and rapid performance simultaneously. Thus, multiple mutation detection processes are necessary, which results in long processing times and high costs. In this study,we developed a thermodynamics-guided two-way interlocking DNA cascade system for universal multiplexed mutation detection(TTI-CS).This strategy is based on the DNA probe, which changes the thermodynamic balance of the DNA cascade by the designed bubble structure, thereby achieving a good distinction between mutant and wild-type DNA.The designed method greatly shortens the detection time through two-way intrusion. In addition, this method only changes two inexpensive trigger and bridge sequences, which replace the specific and expensive nucleic acid probes used in analyses based on traditional DNA probe methods, thereby enabling multiple detections. We performed the detection of synthetic single-stranded DNA for the five mutation points and successfully detected in endometrial cancer specimens. The detection limit of this method is0.1%,which better meets the needs of clinical low-abundance multiple mutation detection.Overall,TTI-CS is currently one of the best methods for detecting multiple mutation detections. | Wei Zhang Liquan Liu Yangwei Liao Wan Shu Xiaofeng Tang Kejun Dong Zhihao Ming Xianjin Xiao Hongbo Wang | 2022 | Chinese Chemical Letters2022,33,1: | 0
Tensor Train Random Projection显示文摘This work proposes a Tensor Train Random Projection(TTRP)method for dimension reduction, where pairwise distances can be approximately preserved. Our TTRP is systematically constructed through a Tensor Train(TT)representation with TT-ranks equal to one.Based on the tensor train format, this random projection method can speed up the dimension reduction procedure for high-dimensional datasets and requires fewer storage costs with little loss in accuracy, comparedwith existingmethods. We provide a theoretical analysis of the bias and the variance of TTRP,which shows that this approach is an expected isometric projectionwith bounded variance, and we show that the scaling Rademacher variable is an optimal choice for generating the corresponding TT-cores.Detailed numerical experiments with synthetic datasets and theMNIST dataset are conducted to demonstrate the efficiency of TTRP. | Yani Feng Kejun Tang Lianxing He Pingqiang Zhou Qifeng Liao | 2023 | Computer Modeling in Engineering & Sciences2023,,2: | 0
Hot-Casting Large-Grain Perovskite Film for Efficient Solar Cells:Film Formation and Device Performance显示文摘Organic-inorganic metal halide perovskite solar cells(PSCs) have recently been considered as one of the most competitive contenders to commercial silicon solar cells in the photovoltaic field. The deposition process of a perovskite film is one of the most critical factors affecting the quality of the film formation and the photovoltaic performance.A hot-casting technique has been widely implemented to deposit high-quality perovskite films with large grain size, uniform thickness, and preferred crystalline orientation. In this review,we first review the classical nucleation and crystal growth theory and discuss those factors affecting the hot-casted perovskite film formation.Meanwhile, the effects of the deposition parameters such as temperature, thermal annealing, precursor chemistry, and atmosphere on the preparation of high-quality perovskite films and high-efficiency PSC devices are comprehensively discussed. The excellent stability of hot-casted perovskite films and integration with scalable deposition technology are conducive to the commercialization of PSCs.Finally, some open questions and future perspectives on the maturity of this technology toward the upscaling deposition of perovskite film for related optoelectronic devices are presented. | Kejun Liao Chengbo Li Lisha Xie Yuan Yuan Shurong Wang Zhiyuan Cao Liming Ding Feng Hao | 2020 | Nano-Micro Letters2020,12,11: | 0
Cubic Boron Nitride Films Formed by Thermally Assisted rf Plasma CVD显示文摘Cubic boron nitride films have been synthesized using thermally assisted rf plasma chemical vapour deposition (CVD) with a tungsten filament in the reactive gasses of B_(2)H_(6) and NH_(3). The films obtained are of good quality and are characterized by transmission electron microscope, infrared absorption measurement and electron energy loss spectrometry. Experimental results showed that the structure and quality of cubic boron nitride films closely depend on the growth conditions of the films. | LIAO Kejun WANG Wanlu | 1995 | Chinese Physics Letters1995,12,1: | 0
Performances of a prototype point-contact germanium detector immersed in liquid nitrogen for light dark matter search显示文摘The CDEX-10 experiment searches for light weakly interacting massive particles, a form of dark matter, at the China Jinping Underground Laboratory, where approximately 10 kg of germanium detectors are arranged in an array and immersed in liquid nitrogen. Herein, we report on the experimental apparatus, detector characterization, and spectrum analysis of one prototype detector. Owing to the higher rise-time resolution of the CDEX-10 prototype detector as compared with CDEX-1 B, we identified the origin of an observed category of extremely fast events. For data analysis of the CDEX-10 prototype detector, we introduced and applied an improved bulk/surface event discrimination method. The results of the new method were compared to those of the CDEX-1 B spectrum. Both sets of results showed good consistency in the 0-12 ke Vee energy range, except for the 8.0 keV K-shell X-ray peak from the external copper. | Hao Jiang LiTao Yang Qian Yue KeJun Kang JianPing Cheng YuanJing Li Henry Tsz-King Wong M.A?artio?lu HaiPeng An JianPing Chang JingHan Chen YunHua Chen Zhi Deng Qiang Du Hui Gong Li He Jin Wei Hu QingDong Hu HanXiong Huang LiPing Jia HauBin Li Hong Li Jian Min Li Jin Li Xia Li XueQian Li YuLan Li Bin Liao FongKay Lin ShinTed Lin ShuKui Liu YanDong Liu YuanYuan Liu ZhongZhi Liu Hao Ma JingLu Ma Hui Pan Jie Ren XiChao Ruan B.Sevda Vivek Sharma ManBin Shen Lakhwinder Singh Monoj Kumar Singh TianXi Sun ChangJian Tang WeiYou Tang Yang Tian GuangFu Wang JiMin Wang Li Wang Qing Wang Yi Wang ShiYong Wu YuCheng Wu HaoYang Xing Yin Xu Tao Xue SongWei Yang Nan Yi ChunXu Yu HaiJun Yu JianFeng Yue XiongHui Zeng Ming Zeng Zhi Zeng FengShou Zhang YunHua Zhang MingGang Zhao JiFang Zhou ZuYing Zhou JingJun Zhu ZhongHua Zhu | 2019 | Science China(Physics,Mechanics & Astronomy)2019,62,3: | 0
