1Design,modeling and experiments of broadband tristable galloping piezoelectric energy harvester显示文摘Galloping based piezoelectric energy harvester is a kind of micro-environmental energy harvesting device based on flowinduced vibrations.A novel tristable galloping-based piezoelectric energy harvester is constructed by introducing a nonlinear magnetic force on the traditional galloping-based piezoelectric energy harvester.Based on Euler-Bernoulli beam theory and Kirchhoff’s law,the corresponding aero-electromechanical model is proposed and validated by a series of wind tunnel experiments.The parametric study is performed to analyse the response of the tristable galloping-based piezoelectric energy harvester.Numerical results show that comparing with the galloping-based piezoelectric energy harvester,the mechanism of the tristable galloping-based piezoelectric energy harvester is more complex.With the increase of a wind speed,the vibration of the bluff body passes through three branches:intra-well oscillations,chaotic oscillations,and inter-well oscillations.The threshold wind speed of the presented harvester for efficiently harvesting energy is 1.0 m/s,which is decreased by 33% compared with the galloping-based piezoelectric energy harvester.The maximum output power of the presented harvester is 0.73 mW at 7.0 m/s wind speed,which is increased by 35.3%.Compared with the traditional galloping-based piezoelectric energy harvester,the presented tristable galloping-based piezoelectric energy harvester has a better energy harvesting performance from flow-induced vibrations.Junlei Wang Linfeng Geng Shengxi Zhou Zhien Zhang Zhihui Lai Daniil Yurchenko 2020Acta Mechanica Sinica2020,36,3:9
2Synthesis of graphene on a Ni film by radio-frequency plasma-enhanced chemical vapor deposition显示文摘Large-area single-or multilayer graphene of high quality is synthesized on Ni films by radio-frequency plasma-enhanced chemical vapor deposition (RF-PECVD) at a relatively low temperature (650℃).In the deposition process,a trace amount of CH4 gas (2-8 sccm (sccm denotes standard cubic centimeter per minute at STP)) is introduced into the PECVD chamber and only a short deposition time (30-60 s) is used.Single-or multilayer graphene is obtained because carbon atoms from the discharging CH4 diffuse into the Ni film and then segregate out at its surface.The layer number of the obtained graphene increases when the deposition time or CH4 gas flow rate is increased.This investigation shows that PECVD is a simple,low-cost,and effective technique to synthesize large-area single-or multilayer graphene,which has potential for application as electronic devices.QI JunLei ZHANG LiXia CAO Jian ZHENG WeiTao WANG Xin FENG JiCai 2012Chinese Science Bulletin2012,57,23:8
3Bile acids evoke placental inflammation by activating Gpbar1/NF-κB pathway in intrahepatic cholestasis of pregnancy显示文摘Intrahepatic cholestasis of pregnancy(ICP)is a cholestatic disorder with potentially deleterious consequences for fetuses.Although a clear correlation between the elevated levels of maternal serum bile acids and deficient fetal outcome has been established in clinical practice,the underlying mechanisms remain elusive.Herein,we report that bile acids induce NF-κB pathway activation via G protein-coupled bile acid receptor 1(Gpbar1),with consequent upregulation of inflammatory genes in trophoblasts,leading to aberrant leukocyte infiltration and inflammation in placenta.Ursodeoxycholic acid(UDCA),a drug used clinically to treat ICP,competes with other bile acids for binding with Gpbar1 and thus inhibits bile acid-induced inflammatory response in trophoblasts and improves fetal survival in pregnant rats with obstructive cholestasis.Notably,inhibition of NF-κB by andrographolide is more effective than UDCA in benefiting placentas and fetuses.Thus,anti-inflammation therapy targeting Gpbar1/NF-κB pathway could be effective in suppressing bile acid-induced inflammation and alleviating ICP-associated fetal disorders.YouHua Zhang YouDong Pan ChangDong Lin YaJuan Zheng Hao Sun HaiLong Zhang JunLei Wang MengYa Yuan Tao Duan QiaoLing Du JianFeng Chen 2016Journal of Molecular Cell Biology2016,8,6:8
4Zircon SHRIMP geochronology and Nd-Pb isotopic characteristics of the meta-basalt in the central part of Tibetan Plateau's Qiangtang region显示文摘A small-sized meta-basic rock system is discovered in Qilongwuru Gully of Central Qiangtang’s Shuanghu region and contains a meta-basalt and garnet-bearing plagioclase amphibolite.The zircon U/Pb age of this meta-basalt by SHRIMP analysis is463.3±4.7 Ma,suggesting that this lava formed in the Middle Ordovician,and is consistent with that of the meta-basic rocks in the Taoxing Lake and Guoganjianian Mountain ophiolite found in the Qiangtang plate.As this lava system bears similar geochemistry to N-MORB,it might be a component of ophiolite that represents the trail of the extinction of the Proto-Tethys,suggesting that the formation of Proto-Tethys oceanic basin in the Longmu Co-Shuanghu suture zone could date as far back as to the Middle Ordovician.Isotopic geochemical analysis indicates that the magma source area consists of both depleted mantle(DM)and enriched mantle(EMII)end members and bears Dupal anomaly,similar to that of the Paleo-Tethys in the Neo-Tethys represented by the Yarlung-Tsangpo suture zone,the Paleo-Tethys represented by the Changning-Menglian suture zone,and the Paleo-Tethys in Sanjiang region.This suggests that they have inherited the attribute of the Proto-Tethys mantle domain,and the Longmu Co-Shuanghu suture zone may be a representative of the northern boundary of Gondwana.PENG ZhiMin GENG QuanRu PAN GuiTang WANG LiQuan ZHANG Zhang CONG Feng GUAN JunLei 2014Science China Earth Sciences2014,57,3:5

6Porous g-C3N4 with enhanced adsorption and visible-light photocatalytic performance for removing aqueous dyes and tetracycline hydrochloride显示文摘Porous g-C_3N_4samples were obtained by simply calcining bulk g-C_3N_4in static air in a muffle oven.The photocatalytic performance of these samples was evaluated through the removal of aqueous organic dyes(methylene blue and methyl orange)and tetracycline hydrochloride under visible-light irradiation(λ>420 nm).Compared to bulk g-C_3N_4,porous g-C_3N_4exhibited much better capability for removing these contaminants,especially under visible-light irradiation,due to the enlarged specific surface area and more efficient separation of photogenerated charge carries.In particular,porous g-C_3N_4obtained by calcining bulk g-C_3N_4in air at 525°C showed the highest visible-light-driven catalytic activity among these samples.Superoxide radical anions(·O_2^-)were found to be the primary active species responsible for photodegradation.Junlei Zhang Zhen Ma 2018Chinese Journal of Chemical Engineering2018,26,4:3
7Multi-example feature-constrained back-projection method for image super-resolution显示文摘Example-based super-resolution algorithms,which predict unknown high-resolution image information using a relationship model learnt from known high- and low-resolution image pairs, have attracted considerable interest in the field of image processing. In this paper, we propose a multi-example feature-constrained back-projection method for image super-resolution. Firstly, we take advantage of a feature-constrained polynomial interpolation method to enlarge the low-resolution image. Next, we consider low-frequency images of different resolutions to provide an example pair. Then, we use adaptive k NN search to find similar patches in the low-resolution image for every image patch in the high-resolution low-frequency image, leading to a regression model between similar patches to be learnt. The learnt model is applied to the low-resolution high-frequency image to produce high-resolution high-frequency information. 8Pyrochlore-based high-entropy ceramics for capacitive energy storage显示文摘High-performance dielectrics are widely used in high-power systems,electric vehicles,and aerospace,as key materials for capacitor devices.Such application scenarios under these extreme conditions require ultra-high stability and reliability of the dielectrics.Herein,a novel pyrochlore component with high-entropy design of Bi1.5Zn_(0.75)Mg_(0.25)Nb_(0.75)Ta_(0.75)O_(7)(BZMNT)bulk endows an excellent energy storage performance of Wrec≈2.72 J/cm3 together with an ultra-high energy efficiency of 91%at a significant enhanced electric field Eb of 650 kV/cm.Meanwhile,the temperature coefficient(TCC)of BZMNT(~−220 ppm/℃)is also found to be greatly improved compared with that of the pure Bi1.5ZnNb1.5O7(BZN)(~−300 ppm/℃),demonstrating its potential application in temperature-reliable conditions.The high-entropy design results in lattice distortion that contributes to the polarization,while the retardation effect results in a reduction of grain size to submicron scale which enhances the Eb.The high-entropy design provides a new strategy for improving the high energy storage performance of ceramic materials.Yiying CHEN Junlei QI Minhao ZHANG Zixi LUO Yuan-Hua LIN 2022Journal of Advanced Ceramics2022,11,7:2

10Porous tantalum-composited gelatin nanoparticles hydrogel integrated with mesenchymal stem cell-derived endothelial cells to construct vascularized tissue in vivo显示文摘The ideal scaffold material of angiogenesis should have mechanical strength and provide appropriate physiological microporous structures to mimic the extracellular matrix environment.In this study,we constructed an integrated three-dimensional scaffold material using porous tantalum(pTa),gelatin nanoparticles(GNPs)hydrogel,and seeded with bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells(BMSCs)-derived endothelial cells(ECs)for vascular tissue engineering.The characteristics and biocompatibility of pTa and GNPs hydrogel were evaluated by mechanical testing,scanning electron microscopy,cell counting kit,and live-cell assay.The BMSCs-derived ECs were identified by flow cytometry and angiogenesis assay.BMSCs-derived ECs were seeded on the pTa-GNPs hydrogel scaffold and implanted subcutaneously in nude mice.Four weeks after the operation,the scaffold material was evaluated by histomorphology.The superior biocompatible ability of pTa-GNPs hydrogel scaffold was observed.Our in vivo results suggested that 28 days after implantation,the formation of the stable capillary-like network in scaffold material could be promoted significantly.The novel,integrated pTa-GNPs hydrogel scaffold is biocompatible with the host,and exhibits biomechanical and angiogenic properties.Moreover,combined with BMSCs-derived ECs,it could construct vascular engineered tissue in vivo.This study may provide a basis for applying pTa in bone regeneration and autologous BMSCs in tissue-engineered vascular grafts.Zhenhua Zhao Mang Wang Fei Shao Ge Liu Junlei Li Xiaowei Wei Xiuzhi Zhang Jiahui Yang Fang Cao Qiushi Wang Huanan Wang Dewei Zhao 2021Regenerative Biomaterials2021,8,6:2
11Enhanced ionic diffusion interface in hierarchical metal-organic framework@layered double hydroxide for high-performance hybrid supercapacitors显示文摘Layered double hydroxides(LDHs)with abundant accessible active sites are promising electrode materials for hybrid supercapacitor(HSC)due to their ultrahigh theoretical capacitances.However,the structural agglomeration of LDH leads to poor rate capability and durability.Herein,we construct a diffusion-controlled interface in hierarchical architecture of metal-organic framework(MOF)HKUST-1@cobalt-nickel LDH(denoted as HKUST-1@CoNiLDH)through an in situ etching/electro-deposition strategy.The rapid charge transfer and ionic diffusion in HKUST-1@CoNiLDH deliver a remarkable specific capacity of 297.23 mAh·g^(−1) at 1 A·g^(−1),superior to mostly reported LDH-based electrodes.More importantly,the as-prepared HKUST-1@CoNiLDH//activated carbon HSC exhibit a high energy density of 39.8 Wh·kg^(−1) at a power density of 799.9 W·kg^(−1) with an outstanding capacitance retention of 90%after 5,000 charge–discharge cycles.The in-depth understanding of the ionic diffusion among the MOF/LDH interfaces will greatly promote the further development of designing and synthesizing high performance energy conversion and storage devices.Yanan Zhang Junlei Chen Chenyang Su Keyao Chen Huabin Zhang Yuhao Yang Wenhuan Huang 2022Nano Research2022,15,10:2
12Atomic-scale structural and chemical evolution of Li3V2(PO4)3 cathode cycled at high voltage window显示文摘Here,by using atomically resolved scanning transmission electron microscopy and electron energy loss spectroscopy,we investigate the structural and chemical evolution of Li3V2(PO4)3 (LVP) upon the high-voltage window (3.0-4.8 V).We find that the valence of vanadium gradually increases towards the core corresponding to the formation of electrochemically inactive Li3-xV2(PO4)3 (L3-xVP) phases.These Li-deficient phases exhibit structure distortion with superstructure stripes,likely caused by the migration of the vanadium,which can slow down the lithium ion diffusion or even block the diffusion channels.Such kinetic limitations lead to the formation of Li-deficient phase along with capacity loss.Thus,the LVP continuously losses of electrochemical activity and Li-deficient phases gradually grow from the particle core towards the surface during cycling.After 500 cycles,the thickness of active LVP layer decreases to be - 5-20 nm.Moreover,the micromorphology and chemical composition of solid electrolyte interphase (SEI) have been investigated,indicating the thick SEI film also contributes to the capacity loss.The present work reveals the structural and chemical evolution in the cycled electrode materials at an atomic scale,which is essential to understand the voltage fading and capacity decaying of LVP cathode.Shulin Chen Jian Zou Yuehui Li Ning Li Mei Wu Jinghuang Lin Jingmin Zhang Jian Cao Jicai Feng Xiaobin Niu Jianming Bai Junlei Qi Peng Gao Liping Wang Hong Li 2019Nano Research2019,12,7:1
13Cenozoic magmatic activity and oblique uplifting of the Ailao Mountain: Evidence from a short-period dense seismic array显示文摘Geological studies show that the southern part of Ailaoshan-Red River shear zone(ALSRRSZ)has experienced complex metallogenic processes and multi-stage non-uniform uplifting,called oblique uplifting since the Cenozoic.To detect the deep structure and geodynamic background beneath Daping,Chang’an and other gold and polymetallic deposits in this area,we carried out a high-density short-period seismic array survey in southern Yunnan province.The array used is approximately240 km long with an interval of 500 m between two adjacent stations.Based on the data collected by the array,we used H-κstacking and common conversion point(CCP)methods of receiver functions to reveal the fine crustal structure beneath this array,which was located from Lvchun(western end)to the east and ended in Maguan.The three main conclusions are as follows.(1)The average crustal thickness is approximately 37 km and the Vp/Vsratio is 1.75.However,the thickness and Vp/Vsratio of the Ailao Mountain are rather greater or higher than those of the western Lanping-Simao Basin and eastern South-China block.These results may indicate that the crust is rich in ferromagnesian minerals or has a thermal fluid anomaly after orogenic movement.(2)There are two obvious inclined interfaces beneath the Ailao Mountain in the mid-upper crust,which suggests that strong deformation occurred there during the orogenic period.Some evidences,such as the weak converted-wave Pms phase from the Moho,low P-wave velocities of the upper mantle,high surface heat flow values,and generally developed hot springs,indicate that a strong crust-mantle interaction exists in the southern segments of the Ailaoshan-Red River shear zone.These interactions include a diapir of mantle-sourced magma(stronger in the east than that in the west),lateral collision from the Indian Plate,and the differential uplift caused by the strike-slip movement of the Red River Fault.All of above deep processes led to the Cenozoic oblique uplifting of Ailao Mountain.(3)By combining the location of the deposits on the surface,characteristics of the average crustal Vp/Vsratio,hypocenters of the small earthquakes along the research profile,Moho shape,and horizontal variations of the Pms phase amplitudes,we speculate that the Ailaoshan Fault was the upgoing conduit for metallogenic magma and played a significant role in the Cenozoic development of the multiform metal deposits around the Ailao Mountain area.Lu ZHANG Zhiming BAI Tao XU Zhenbo WU Minfu HUANG Guiping YU Junlei CHEN Mengjie ZHENG 2020Science China Earth Sciences2020,63,9:1
14YAP mediates the positive regulation of hnRNPK on the lung adenocarcinoma H1299 cell growth显示文摘Lung cancer is the leading cause of cancer death worldwide, and non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) accounts for 80%–85% of diagnostic cases. The molecular mechanisms of NSCLC pathogenesis are not well understood. Heterogeneous nuclear ribonucleoprotein K (hnRNPK) is a multifunctional protein that regulates gene expression and signal transduction and closely associated with tumorigenesis, but its mechanism of action in the pathogenesis of NSCLC is unclear. In this study, we observed that the expression pattern of hnRNPK in H1299 lung adenocarcinoma cells varied depending on the cell density in culture. Moreover, hnRNPK stimulated the ability of proliferation and colony formation of H1299 cells, which is important for the multilayered cell growth in culture. We further investigated whether there is an association between hnRNPK and the elements involved in the cell contact inhibition pathway. By using quantitative reverse transcriptase-polymerase chain reaction assay and a YAP activity reporter system, we found that hnRNPK upregulated the mRNA and protein levels and transcriptional activity of Yes-associated protein 1 (YAP), a master negative regulator of Hippo contact inhibition pathway. Furthermore, YAP knockdown with siRNA abolished the stimulatory effect of hnRNPK on H1299 cell proliferation. These results suggested that YAP could be one of the effectors of hnRNPK. 16Design of pure aluminum laminates with heterostructures for extraordinary strength-ductility synergy显示文摘Heterogeneous metals and alloys are a new class of materials with superior mechanical properties.In this paper,we engineered sandwich-structured pure aluminum laminates composed of middle coarse-grained layer and outer fine-grained layer via extrusion,rolling and annealing.By controlling the post-annealing regimes,a larger degree of microstructure heterogeneities such as boundary spacing,misorientation and texture across the hetero-interface were obtained,which resulted in obvious mechanical differences.Tensile tests indicated that the 300℃/30 min annealed laminates enabled a relatively high tensile ductility while simultaneously retaining a high strength,which was better than prediction by the rule-of-mixture.To explain the reasons behind it,the evolution of geometrically necessary dislocations and strain gradient at the hetero-interface zone were detected using in-situ tension and microscopic digital image correlation technique.It was found that with the increasing applied strain,a significant strain gradient was developed near the interface,which was accommodated by geometrically necessary dislocations,thereby contributing to higher hetero-deformation induced(HDI)strengthening and hardening.Xiang Chen Baoxuan Zhang Qin Zou Guangsheng Huang Shuaishuai Liu Junlei Zhang Aitao Tang Bin Jiang Fusheng Pan 2022Journal of Materials Science & Technology2022,,5:1
