1Fuzzy adaptive robust control for space robot considering the effect of the gravity显示文摘Space robot is assembled and tested in gravity environment, and completes on-orbit service(OOS) in microgravity environment. The kinematic and dynamic characteristic of the robot will change with the variations of gravity in different working condition. Fully considering the change of kinematic and dynamic models caused by the change of gravity environment, a fuzzy adaptive robust control(FARC) strategy which is adaptive to these model variations is put forward for trajectory tracking control of space robot. A fuzzy algorithm is employed to approximate the nonlinear uncertainties in the model, adaptive laws of the parameters are constructed, and the approximation error is compensated by using a robust control algorithm. The stability of the control system is guaranteed based on the Lyapunov theory and the trajectory tracking control simulation is performed. The simulation results are compared with the proportional plus derivative(PD) controller, and the effectiveness to achieve better trajectory tracking performance under different gravity environment without changing the control parameters and the advantage of the proposed controller are verified.Qin Li Liu Fucai Liang Lihuan Gao Jingfang 2014Chinese Journal of Aeronautics2014,27,6:14
2GENETIC DIVERSITY AND GEOGRAPHIC PATTERN OF WILD LOTUS (NELUMBO NUCIFERA) IN HEILONGJIANG PROVINCE显示文摘Based on 47 accessions from Ussuri River Valley, Songhua River Valley and Heilong River Valley together with 2 accessions from Russia and 27 accessions of cultivated lotus from other provinces in China, genetic diversity of wild lotus (Nelumbo nucifera) were revealed using RAPD and ISSR markers. Twenty RAPD primers generated 113 loci, of which 71.68% were polymorphic across all sam-ples. The expected heterozygosity was 0.1583. The percentage of polymorphic loci and expected het-erozygosity in the wild lotus were 50.44% and 0.1241, respectively. The parameters of the cultivated lotus were slightly higher, 53.98% and 0.1651 corre-spondingly. Sixteen ISSR primers produced 90 loci. The percentages of polymorphic loci and expected heterozygosity were 41.11% and 0.0851 at species level, 28.89% and 0.0661 for the wild lotus, and 32.22% and 0.0963 for the cultivated lotus. AMOVA analysis of the wild lotus showed that a small number of variances exist among the 3 river valleys (21.68% for RAPD with Gst=0.1312 and 15.11% for ISSR with Gst=0.1352). The molecular variances of both the wild and the cultivated lotuses came predominantly from within the 3 river valleys and the cultivated samples (73.25% for RAPD and 81.11% for ISSR). Variance components from the wild and the cultivated lotus accounted for 19.17% for RAPD and 13.17% for ISSR, and variations among the valleys and the culta seemed the least important (7.585 for RAPD and 5.725 for ISSR). Neighbor-joining analysis demon-strated that considerable differentiation happened between the wild and the cultivated lotus. The wildlotus at middle reaches of the Songhua River Valley seemed to be the centre of remnants, from which it spread to the Ussuri River Valley and the Heilong River Valley. The very limited genetic diversity sug- gests that the wild lotus has experienced severe bot- tleneck effect, founder effect and rebirth effect. Con- sidering its long evolutionary history, scarcity of ge- netic variations and importance in wetland ecosys- tems, we appeal to take lawful measures to protect the wild lotus. 4Kiwifruit Genome Database(KGD):a comprehensive resource for kiwifruit genomics显示文摘Kiwifruit(Actinidia spp.)plants produce economically important fruits containing abundant,balanced phytonutrients with extraordinarily high vitamin C contents.Since the release of the first kiwifruit reference genome sequence in 2013,large volumes of genome and transcriptome data have been rapidly accumulated for a handful of kiwifruit species.To efficiently store,analyze,integrate,and disseminate these large-scale datasets to the research community,we constructed the Kiwifruit Genome Database(KGD;http://gffzz6fc08c45f9754a68hfcwfu9qcffpo60wb.ffgz.tsg.suse.edu.cn/).The database currently contains all publicly available genome and gene sequences,gene annotations,biochemical pathways,transcriptome profiles derived from public RNA-Seq datasets,and comparative genomic analysis results such as syntenic blocks and homologous gene pairs between different kiwifruit genome assemblies.A set of user-friendly query interfaces,analysis tools and visualization modules have been implemented in KGD to facilitate translational and applied research in kiwifruit,which include JBrowse,a popular genome browser,and the NCBI BLAST sequence search tool.Other notable tools developed within KGD include a genome synteny viewer and tools for differential gene expression analysis as well as gene ontology(GO)term and pathway enrichment analysis.Junyang Yue Jiacheng Liu Wei Tang Ya Qing Wu Xiaofeng Tang Wei Li Ying Yang Lihuan Wang Shengxiong Huang Congbing Fang Kun Zhao Zhangjun Fei Yongsheng Liu Yi Zheng 2020Horticulture Research2020,7,1:6

7Lipidomics reveals carnitine palmitoyltransferase 1C protects cancer cells from lipotoxicity and senescence显示文摘Lipotoxicity, caused by intracellular lipid accumulation, accelerates the degenerative process of cellular senescence, which has implications in cancer development and therapy. Previously, carnitine palmitoyltransferase 1C(CPT1C), a mitochondrial enzyme that catalyzes carnitinylation of fatty acids, was found to be a critical regulator of cancer cell senescence. However, whether loss of CPT1C could induce senescence as a result of lipotoxicity remains unknown. An LC/MS-based lipidomic analysis of PANC-1,MDA-MB-231, HCT-116 and A549 cancer cells was conducted after siRNA depletion of CPT1C. Cellular lipotoxicity was further confirmed by lipotoxicity assays. Significant changes were found in the lipidome of CPT1C-depleted cells, including major alterations in fatty acid, diacylglycerol, triacylglycerol, oxidative lipids, cardiolipin, phosphatidylglycerol, phosphatidylcholine/phosphatidylethanolamine ratio and sphingomyelin. This was coincident with changes in expressions of mRNAs involved in lipogenesis.Histological and biochemical analyses revealed higher lipid accumulation and increased malondialdehyde and reactive oxygen species, signatures of lipid peroxidation and oxidative stress. Reduction of ATP synthesis, loss of mitochondrial transmembrane potential and down-regulation of expression of mitochondriogenesis gene m RNAs indicated mitochondrial dysfunction induced by lipotoxicity, which could further result in cellular senescence. 8Cellulose Nanofibrous Membranes Modified with Phenyl Glycidyl Ether for Efficient Adsorption of Bovine Serum Albumin显示文摘Hydrophobic interaction chromatography(HIC)as an indispensable method for protein purification has attracted considerable attentions of researchers as well as biopharmaceutical industries.However,the low binding capacity and slow adsorption rate of the currently available HIC media lead to a little supply and high price of the highly purified proteins.Herein,nanofibrous membranes with hydrophobic binding sites were developed for HIC by directly coupling phenyl glycidyl ether on the hydrolyzed cellulose acetate nanofiber membrane(cellulose-phenyl NFM).Scanning electron microscope(SEM),water contact angle(WCA),Fourier transform infrared(FTIR),thermogravimetric analysis(TGA),Brunauer-Emmett-Teller(BET)surface area analysis and capillary flow porometer(CFP)were applied to evaluate the physically and chemically structural transformation.The obtained cellulose-phenyl NFMs showed a proper hydrophilcity(WCA=37°),a relatively high BET surface area(3.6 times the surface area of commercial fibrous membranes),and tortuous-channel structure with through-hole size in the range of 0.25-1.2μm,which led to a little non-specificity adsorption,high bovine serum albumin adsorption capacity of 118 mg g^(−1),fast adsorption process within 12 h,good long-term stability and reusability.Moreover,compared with traditional modification methods which always include activation and graft two steps,direct coupling method is more efficient for HIC media fabrication.Therefore,cellulose-phenyl NFMs with outstanding protein adsorption performance could be a kind of promising candidate for HIC.Lihuan Wang Qiuxia Fu Jianyong Yu Lifang Liu Bin Ding 2019Advanced Fiber Materials2019,1,3:3
9Ticagrelor inhibits the NLRP3 inflammasome to protect against inflammatory disease independent of the P2Y_(12 ) signaling pathway显示文摘Ticagrelor is the first reversibly binding oralP2Y_(12) receptor antagonist to inhibit platelet activation and has been approved by the Food and Drug Administration for the treatment of coronary artery disease. At present, the other pharmacological functions of ticagrelor remain poorly understood. The NOD-, LRR-, and pyrin domain-containing protein 3 (NLRP3) inflammasome plays a critical role in the innate immune system, but its excessive activation also contributes to the pathogenesis of complex diseases. In this study, we systematically examined the effects of ticagrelor on the NLRP3 inflammasome and found that ticagrelor inhibits NLRP3 inflammasome activation in macrophages independent of its classic inhibitory effect on theP2Y_(12) signaling pathway. Further mechanistic studies demonstrate that ticagrelor attenuates the oligomerization of apoptosis-associated speck-like protein containing a CARD (ASC) by blocking chloride efflux, an effect achieved through the degradation of chloride intracellular channel proteins (CLICs) and blockade of the translocation of CLICs to the plasma membrane. Moreover, experiments on lipopolysaccharide-induced sepsis and alum-induced peritonitis in mice confirmed that ticagrelor mitigates the severity of systemic inflammation independent ofP2Y_(12) receptor antagonism. Importantly, oral administration of ticagrelor rapidly and strongly inhibited NLRP3 inflammasome activation in peripheral blood mononuclear cells from patients with acute coronary syndrome. The phase behavior of the mixtures of Al(OOCC11H23)3 and C14DMAO in water was studied and birefringent Lα-phase was observed. The birefringent Lα-phase consists of vesicles that were demonstrated by Polarizer and Transmission Electron Microscope (TEM) micrographs.
