1Exosomes with low miR-34c-3p expression promote invasion and migration of non-small cell lung cancer by upregulating integrinα2β1显示文摘Exosomes play critical roles in regulating various physiological and pathological processes,including immune stimulation,immune suppression,cardiovascular diseases,and cancers.Recent studies show that exosomes that transport specific microRNAs(miRNAs)are involved in tumor development.However,the molecular mechanism by which tumor invasion and migration are regulated by exosomes from non-small cell lung cancer(NSCLC)is not well understood.Here,we show that exosomes shuttling low levels of miR-34c-3p are involved in NSCLC progression.Our results showed that exosomes derived from NSCLC cells carrying low levels of miR-34c-3p could be transported into the cytoplasm of NSCLC cells and accelerate NSCLC invasion and migration by upregulating integrinα2β1.A luciferase assay revealed that integrinα2β1 was the direct target of miR-34c-3p,and overexpression of integrinα2β1 could promote the invasion and migration of NSCLC cells.The analysis of exosomes derived from clinical serum samples indicated that the expression of miR-34c-3p was significantly downregulated in exosomes from NSCLC patients compared with that of normal controls.A549-derived exosomes promoted NSCLC cells lung metastases in vivo.Exosomes shuttling low levels of miR-34c-3p were associated with the progression of NSCLC in vitro and in vivo.Our data demonstrate that exosomes shuttling low levels of miR-34c-3p can accelerate the invasion and migration of NSCLC by upregulating integrinα2β1.MiR-34c-3p can be a diagnostic and prognostic marker for NSCLC.High expression of integrinα2β1 is positively related to the migration and metastasis of NSCLC cells.Wenjing Huang Yanyan Yan Yun Liu Minting Lin Jinxiang Ma Wei Zhang Jianwei Dai Jiajun Li Qiaoru Guo Hubiao Chen Bolat Makabel Hong Liu Chaoyue Su Hong Bi Jianye Zhang 2020Signal Transduction and Targeted Therapy2020,5,1:5
2Phase 1 studies comparing safety, tolerability, pharmacokinetics and pharmacodynamics of HLX01(a rituximab biosimilar) to reference rituximab in Chinese patients with CD20-positive B-cell lymphoma显示文摘Objective: This study aimed to compare the pharmacokinetic, pharmacodynamic and safety profiles of HLX01(a rituximab biosimilar) and reference rituximab sourced from China(Mab Thera?;rituximab-CN).Methods: Here we report the results of two phase 1 studies. In the phase 1 a, open-label, dose-escalation study(NCT03218072, CTR20140400), eligible patients received 250, 375 and 500 mg/m^(2) HLX01 sequentially at 7-day intervals, after confirming no dose-limiting toxicity(DLT). In the phase 1 b, double-blind study(NCT02584920,CTR20140764), eligible patients were given a single dose of 375 mg/m^(2) HLX01 or rituximab-CN. The primary endpoints included safety and tolerability parameters for the phase 1 a and the area under the plasma concentrationtime curve from time zero to day 91(AUC0-91 d) for the phase 1 b study. Equivalence was concluded if 90%confidence interval(90% CI) for the geometric least squares mean ratio(GLSMR) fell in the pre-specified equivalence criteria(80%-125%).Results: Between June 20, 2014 and January 5, 2015, 12 patients were enrolled in the phase 1 a study. The pharmacokinetics of HLX01 showed dose proportionality and accumulation to steady state. HLX01 was well tolerated, with no serious adverse events(AEs), discontinuations or DLTs. Between November 8, 2014 and August13, 2015, 87 eligible patients were enrolled in the phase 1 b study, including 43 who received HLX01 and 44 who were treated with rituximab-CN. The equivalence endpoint was met with GLSMR for AUC0-91 d being 89.6%(90% CI: 80.4%-99.8%). 3Stabilization Mechanism of Calcium Lignosulphonate Used in Expansion Sensitive Soil显示文摘A series of tests were performed to investigate the macroscopic properties and the stabilization mechanism of calcium lignosulphonate modified expansive soil.Compared with natural soil,soil modified by 4%calcium lignosulphonate showed 56.5%increased 28 days unconfined compressive strength and 23.8%decreased free expansion rate.The X-ray diffraction analysis results indicate the existence of cation exchange and the reduction of montmorillonite interplanar spacing.The X-computed tomography results demonstrate that calcium lignosulphonate decreased the porosity and optimized the pore distribution.The calcium lignosulphonate also increased the stability of the suspension system according to the Zeta potential results.Moreover,the results of rheological tests show that the moderate amount of calcium lignosulphonate enhanced the yield stress and the plastic viscosity,proving the formation of a strong connection between soil particles.吴大江 佘伟 WEI Luansu ZUO Wenqiang HU Xiangyu HONG Jinxiang MIAO Changwen 2020Journal of Wuhan University of Technology(Materials Science)2020,35,5:2
4Alkylation of naphthalene with n-butene catalyzed by liquid coordination complexes and its lubricating properties显示文摘With the development of coal chemical industry,large amounts of naphthalene and n-butene are produced,and converting them into high value-added products through alkylation has gained particular importance and interest.In this work,liquid coordination complexes(LCCs)were used as acid catalysts for the first time in the naphthalene alkylation reaction under mild conditions to obtain multibutylnaphthalenes with high yield.Various reaction conditions were thoroughly investigated.The LCC consisting of urea and AlCl_(3) showed excellent catalytic performance under optimal reaction conditions,giving 100%conversion of naphthalene and 99.66%selectivity towards multi-butylnaphthalenes.Combining the catalyst properties and catalytic results,a plausible reaction mechanism was proposed.The lubricating properties of the synthesized products were investigated for their potential application as lubricating base oils.The synthesized multi-butylnaphthalenes showed comparable physicochemical properties and tribological performances as the commercial cycloalkyl base oil.Chen Chen Qiong Tang Hong Xu Lei Liu Mingxing Tang Xuekuan Li Jinxiang Dong 2021Chinese Journal of Chemical Engineering2021,34,11:2

8Tribological and rheological performance of lithium grease with poly-a-olefin and alkyl-tetralin as base oils显示文摘A new category of lithium greases was synthesized by using poly-a-olefin(PAO8) and alkyl-tetralin as base oil, where the alkyl-tetralins were synthesized by the alkylation of tetralin and olefins. The influence of thickener concentration, alkyl-tetralin content and type of blend oils on the rheological and tribological performance of lithium grease was investigated. The microstructures of soap fibers were measured to reveal the structure-property correlations. The concentration of thickener and alkyl-tetralin content obviously affect the lubricating performance of lithium grease, while the molecular structure of alkyltetralin has no obvious impact on their properties. 15Synthesis and Tribological Properties of Sodium-Ion-Exchangedα-Zirconium Phosphate显示文摘Sodium-ion-exchangedα-zirconium phosphate(Na-α-ZrP)was synthesized by using disodium hydrogen phosphate as the sodium source,which was an efficient ion exchange way.The tribological properties of Na-α-ZrP as an additive in lithium grease were investigated by a four-ball friction tester and a SRV tester,respectively.The synergistic effect of Na-α-ZrP with ZDDP was also studied.Results indicate that Na-α-ZrP can effectively improve the antiwear and friction-reducing properties of lithium grease.Combined with ZDDP,the grease demonstrated excellent anti-wear performance,especially under high loads.The possible wear mechanism was discussed by observing the worn surface using 3D optical profiler,scanning electron microscopy(SEM),energy-dispersive spectrometry(EDS),and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy(XPS).The simple synthetic method and superior tribological performance make the Na-α-ZrP become a potential choice for lubricant additives.Tian Chengguang Zhang Xiaosheng Xu Hong Dong Jinxiang 2021China Petroleum Processing & Petrochemical Technology2021,23,4:1
16Multiplication of the Recombinant Strain Re-7 of Avian Influenza Virus Subtype H5 in MDCK Cells显示文摘This study was conducted to explore the multiplication pattern of the recombinant strain Re-7 of avian influenza virus subtype H5 in Madin Darby Canine Kidney(MDCK) cells and to determine the optimal multiplicity of infection(MOI) and the optimal time for virus harvest. The recombinant strain Re-7 was inoculated at different MOIs into MDCK cells grown in serum-free medium in 100 L bioreactors for replication. Then,the hemagglutination(HA) titer, 50% tissue culture infectious dose(TCID50) and 50% embryo infectious dose(EID50) of culture medium were measured once every 12 h from 24 h after virus inoculation to determine the optimal MOI. After that, virus was inoculated at the optimal MOI deter-mined above into MDCK cells for large-scale virus replication to determine the optimal time for virus harvest. The results showed that the optimal MOI was 10^(-2), and the optimal time for virus harvest was 60 h after inoculation. Under these conditions, the HA titer, TCID_(50) per 1 m L and EID50 per 0.1 m L were increased to 1∶102 4, 10^(7.33) and 10^(6.83), respectively. 17A Protocol to Develop Phenolic Emulsifiers Used in Micro-surface by Control Technology显示文摘The phenolic emulsifiers used in emulsified asphalt of micro-surfacing, which was the most important tools in the road maintenance, were investigated by control technology. Many factors influencing this reaction were studied and three kinds of phenolic emulsifiers were prepared without catalyst in ethanol. The performance was researched that 2-({2-[2-(2-Amino-ethylamino)-ethylamino]–ethyl-amino}-methyl)-4-nonyl-phenol(abbreviated as TETA) could be used in micro-surface. With addition of 0.5 % demulsifier, the mixing time was extended to 120 seconds obviously, and the cohesion torque(60 min) was 2.8 N*m, which satisfied the opening traffic time shorter than 1 h. The wet track abrasion(6 d) was lower than 807 g/m2, with interfacial modifier added, but the load wheel was increased with interfacial modifier increasing. When the TETA: demulsifier: interfacial modifier =3:1:3, excellent performance was obtained and the experimental results met the International Slurry Surfacing Association(ISSA) standard. 18Effectively improving the extreme-pressure capacity of a class of intercalated zirconium phosphate materials显示文摘We studied different long-chain ammonium ions intercalated zirconium phosphate α-ZrP, methylamine intercalated ZrP(MAZrP), tetramethylammonium hydroxide intercalated ZrP(TMAH-ZrP), dodecyltrimethylammonium bromide intercalated ZrP(DTAB-ZrP), and stearyl trimethyl ammonium bromide intercalated ZrP(STAB-ZrP) as grease co-additives in combination with isobutylene sulfide(SIB). The grease with co-additives displayed excellent extreme-pressure and anti-wear performance.Moreover, the combination of the longest chain ammonium ion intercalated zirconium phosphate, STAB-ZrP/SIB, had the best tribological properties. In comparison to α-ZrP, the advantage of STAB-ZrP was that it did not form a large area of the dense physical film like α-ZrP on the worn surface, but rather gave the SIB a chance to contact with the fresh metal surface to generate a chemical film. Therefore, the sub-micron physical film and nanoscale chemical film always exist side by side on the contact surface during the friction process. 19Effect of Photovoltaic Power Generation on Carbon Dioxide Emission Reduction under Double Carbon Background显示文摘Increasing the efficiency and proportion of photovoltaic power generation installations is one of the best ways to reduce both CO_(2) emissions and reliance on fossil-fuel-based power supplies.Solar energy is a clean and renewable power source with excellent potential for further development and utilization.In 2021,the global solar installed capacity was about 749.7 GW.Establishing correlations between solar power generation,standard coal equivalent,carbon sinks,and green sinks is crucial.However,there have been few reports about correlations between the efficiency of tracking solar photovoltaic panels and the above parameters.This paper calculates the increased power generation achievable through the use of tracking photovoltaic panels compared with traditional fixed panels and establishes relationships between power generation,standard coal equivalent,and carbon sinks,providing a basis for attempts to reduce reliance on carbon-based fuels.The calculations show that power generation efficiency can be improved by about 26.12%by enabling solar panels to track the sun's rays during the day and from season to season.Through the use of this improved technology,global CO_(2) emissions can be reduced by 183.63 Mt,and the standard coal equivalent can be reduced by 73.67 Mt yearly.Carbon capture is worth approximately EUR 15.48 billion,and carbon accounting analysis plays a vital role in carbon trading.Zhao Xinrui Hao Lei Wu Yiling Xu Hong Dong Jinxiang 2023China Petroleum Processing & Petrochemical Technology2023,25,4:0
20An investigation on failure behavior of semi-flexible composite mixture at different temperatures显示文摘Semi-flexible composite mixture(SFCM)is a kind of pavement material formed by pouring cement-based grout material into a porous asphalt mixture with air voids from 20%to 30%.SFCM is widely used for its outstanding anti-rutting performance.Its mechanical performance is complicated due to its heterogeneity and interlocking structure.According to the present study,asphalt deforms at different temperatures,whereas cement-based grout has no similar characteristics.Rare research focuses on the temperature-based performance of SFCM.Therefore,the study was on the thermal performance of SFCM by seven open-graded asphalt mixture skeletons with different porosities and two types of grouts with early strength(ES)and high strength(HS).The test temperatures ranged from 10℃to 60℃.The mechanical investigation was performed using the semi-circular-bending(SCB)and beam bending tests.The strain sensor was used for analyzing the thermal performance of SFCM.The results show that the temperature significantly affected the SFCM's performance.The porosity was selected for three sections based on the trend of fracture energy(Gf)curves at 25℃.The turning points were the porosity values of 20%and 26%.The initiation slope during elastic deformation increases with the porosity increase.This trend was more evident at intermediate temperature.The shrink strain of SFCM was lower than that of the usual asphalt mixture(AC).The thermal stress of the SFCM filled with HS(HS-SFCM)was higher than that of the SFCM filled with ES(ES-SFCM)at 10℃.Moreover,the thermal failure characteristics of SFCM were influenced by porosity.Zijia Xiong Minghui Gong Jinxiang Hong Lei Zhang 2023Journal of Road Engineering2023,3,2:0
