1工艺参数随机扰动下的传输线建模与分析新方法显示文摘本文考虑集成电路制造过程中传输线制造工艺参数随机扰动对传输线传输性能的影响,建立了传输线的随机模型.结合精细积分算法与蒙特卡洛方法分析了该传输线随机模型的瞬态响应,通过对模型输出的正态性进行偏度-峰度检验给出了最差情况估计.对于正弦激励情况推导了无耗传输线相应随机微分方程解的一阶矩的解析形式,给出了二阶矩的数值计算方法,最后估计出输出信号振幅与相移的上下界.实验结果表明本文提出的传输线随机模型及其分析方法可以对传输线的性能进行有效的评估.张瑛 Janet M Wang 肖亮 吴慧中 2005电子学报2005,33,11:14
2Mechanosignaling activation of TGFβmaintains intervertebral disc homeostasis显示文摘Intervertebral disc(IVD) degeneration is the leading cause of disability with no disease-modifying treatment.IVD degeneration is associated with instable mechanical loading in the spine, but little is known about how mechanical stress regulates nucleus notochordal(NC) cells to maintain IVD homeostasis. Here we report that mechanical stress can result in excessive integrin α_vβ_6-mediated activation of transforming growth factor beta(TGFβ), decreased NC cell vacuoles, and increased matrix proteoglycan production, and results in degenerative disc disease(DDD). Knockout of TGFβ type II receptor(TβRII) or integrin α_v in the NC cells inhibited functional activity of postnatal NC cells and also resulted in DDD under mechanical loading.Administration of RGD peptide, TGFβ, and α_vβ_6-neutralizing antibodies attenuated IVD degeneration. Thus,integrin-mediated activation of TGFβ plays a critical role in mechanical signaling transduction to regulate IVD cell function and homeostasis. 3Review of treatment assessment using DCE-MRI in breast cancer radiation therapy显示文摘As a noninvasive functional imaging technique, dynamic contrast-enhanced magnetic resonance imaging(DCEMRI) is being used in oncology to measure properties of tumor microvascular structure and permeability. Studies have shown that parameters derived from certain pharmacokinetic models can be used as imaging biomarkers for tumor treatment response. The use of DCE-MRI for quantitative and objective assessment of radiation therapy has been explored in a variety of methods and tumor types. However, due to the complexity in imaging technology and divergent outcomes from different pharmacokinetic approaches, the method of using DCE-MRI in treatment assessment has yet to be standardized, especially for breast cancer. This article reviews the basic principles of breast DCE-MRI and recent studies using DCE-MRI in treatment assessment. 5Mutations in TP53, ZNF750, and RB1 typify ocular sebaceous carcinoma显示文摘Sebaceous carcinoma (SC) of the eyelid is a rare but aggressive malignancy, accounting for 3%—5% of eyelid malignancies in the United States, and up to 35% in Asian populations (Deprez and Uffer, 2009;Xu et al., 2018;Yu et al., 2018). It is frequently mistaken for benign conditions or less aggressive malignancies such as basal cell carcinoma (Muqit et al., 2013), and the effects of delay in diagnosis can be devastating to patients. Aggressive surgical resection is the primary treatment of these tumors and often invoIves orbital exenteration with significant morbidity to patients, and these tumors frequently recur, with local recurrence rate as high as 18%. Importantly, this disease has a high metastatic potential, and there are very limited data guiding systemic treatment options;ultimately 6%—18% of patients diagnosed with SC of the eyelid succumb to metastatic disease (Zurcher et al., 1998;Shields et al., 2004).Yongyang Bao J. 11The intermediate water in the Philippine Sea显示文摘The dimensional and temporal distribution of Antarctic Intermediate Water(AAIW)and North Pacifi c Intermediate Water(NPIW)in the Philippine Sea were explored using Argo profi les and gridded Argo data.As the salinity minimum of intermediate water from mid-high latitude of the southern and northern hemisphere of the Pacifi c Ocean,the properties of AAIW and NPIW merge at about 10°N with diff erent properties in the Philippine Sea.The core of AAIW is located below 600 dbar with potential density of 27≤σθ≤27.3 kg/m 3 and salinity of 34.5≤S≤34.55.The core of NPIW is located between 300–700 dbar with potential density of 26.2≤σθ≤27 kg/m 3 and salinity of 34≤S≤34.4.The volume of AAIW and NPIW during January 2004 to December 2017 is negatively correlated.The time series of AAIW and NPIW is dominated by signifi cant periods of 6 and 8 months,respectively.The variations of AAIW and NPIW are mainly aff ected by volume transport through a 130°E section by the North Equatorial Current(NEC)and North Equatorial Undercurrent(NEUC).ZANG Nan WANG Fan SPRINTALL Janet 2020Journal of Oceanology and Limnology2020,38,5:1

15工艺变化下互连线分布参数随机建模与延迟分析显示文摘随着超大规模集成电路制造进入深亚微米和超深亚微米阶段,电路制造过程中的工艺变化已经成为影响集成电路互连线传输性能的重要因素。文中引入高斯白噪声建立了互连线分布参数的随机模型,并提出基于Elmore延迟度量的工艺变化下的互连延迟估计式;通过简化工艺变化量与互连线参数之间的关系式,对延迟一阶变化量与二阶变化量进行了分析,给出一般工艺变化下互连延迟的统计特性计算方法;另,针对线宽工艺变化推导出互连延迟均值与方差的计算公式。最后通过仿真实验对工艺变化下互连线延迟分析方法及其统计特性计算公式的有效性进行了验证。张瑛 Janet M.
