1Microfluidic Electrospray Niacin Metal-Organic Frameworks Encapsulated Microcapsules for Wound Healing显示文摘Niacin metal-organic frameworks(MOFs)encapsulated microcapsules with alginate shells and copper-/zinc-niacin framework cores were in situ synthesized by using a microfuidic electrospray approach for wound healing.As the alginate shells were bacteriaresponsively degradable,the niacin MOFs encapsulated microcapsules could intelligently,controllably,and programmably release calcium,copper,and zinc ions,depending on the degree of infections.Te released ions could not only kill microbes by destroying their membrane and inducing the outfow of nutrient substance,but also activate copper/zinc superoxide dismutase(Cu/ZnSOD)to eliminate oxygen free radicals and rescue the cells from oxidative stress injury.Furthermore,the simultaneously released niacin could promote hemangiectasis and absorption of functional metal ions.Tus,the niacin MOFs encapsulated microcapsules were imparted with outstanding antibacterial,antioxidant,and angiogenesis properties.Based on an in vivo study,we have also demonstrated that the chronic wound healing process of an infected full-thickness skin defect model could be signifcantly enhanced by using the niacin MOFs encapsulated microcapsules as therapeutic agent.Terefore,the microfuidic electrospray niacin MOFs encapsulated microcapsules are potential for clinical applications.Guopu Chen Yunru Yu Xiuwen Wu Gefei Wang Guosheng Gu Feng Wang Jianan Ren Huidan Zhang Yuanjin Zhao 2019Research2019,,1:21

3Origin, evolution, and molecular function of DELLA proteins in plants显示文摘Gibberellic acid(GA), a ubiquitous phytohormone, has various effects on regulators of plant growth and development. GAs promote growth by overcoming growth restraint mediated by DELLA proteins(DELLAs). DELLAs, in the GRAS family of plant-specific nuclear proteins, are nuclear transcriptional regulators harboring a unique N-terminal GA perception region for binding the GA receptor GIBBERELLIN INSENSITIVE DWARF1(GID1) and a C-terminal GRAS domain necessary for GA repression activity via interaction with multiple regulatory proteins. The N-terminal conserved region of DELLAs evolved to form a mode of GID1/DELLA-mediated GA signaling originating in bryophytes and ferns. Binding of GA to GID1 increases the affinity between DELLAs and a SCF E3 ubiquitin–ligase complex, thus promoting the eventual destruction of DELLAs by the 26 S proteasome. DELLAs negatively regulate GA response by releasing transcription factors to directly activate downstream genes and indirectly regulate GA biosynthesis genes increasing GA responsiveness and feedback control by promoting GID1 transcription. GA communicates extensively with other plant hormones and uses crosstalk to regulate plant growth and development. 4GIL:a tightly coupled GNSS PPP/INS/LiDAR method for precise vehicle navigation显示文摘Accurate positioning and navigation play a vital role in vehicle-related applications,such as autonomous driving and precision agriculture.With the rapid development of Global Navigation Satellite Systems(GNSS),Precise Point Positioning(PPP)technique,as a global positioning solution,has been widely applied due to its convenient operation.Nevertheless,the performance of PPP is severely affected by signal interference,especially in GNSS-challenged environments.Inertial Navigation System(INS)aided GNSS can significantly improve the continuity and accuracy of navigation in harsh environments,but suffers from degradation during GNSS outages.LiDAR(Laser Imaging,Detection,and Ranging)-Inertial Odometry(LIO),which has performed well in local navigation,can restrain the divergence of Inertial Measurement Units(IMU).However,in long-range navigation,error accumulation is inevitable if no external aids are applied.To improve vehicle navigation performance,we proposed a tightly coupled GNSS PPP/INS/LiDAR(GIL)integration method,which tightly integrates the raw measurements from multi-GNSS PPP,Micro-Electro-Mechanical System(MEMS)-IMU,and LiDAR to achieve high-accuracy and reliable navigation in urban environments.Several experiments were conducted to evaluate this method.The results indicate that in comparison with the multi-GNSS PPP/INS tightly coupled solution the positioning Root-Mean-Square Errors(RMSEs)of the proposed GIL method have the improvements of 63.0%,51.3%,and 62.2%in east,north,and vertical components,respectively.The GIL method can achieve decimeter-level positioning accuracy in GNSS partly-blocked environment(i.e.,the environment with GNSS signals partly-blocked)and meter-level positioning accuracy in GNSS difficult environment(i.e.,the environment with GNSS hardly used).Besides,the accuracy of velocity and attitude estimation can also be enhanced with the GIL method.Xingxing Li Huidan Wang Shengyu Li Shaoquan Feng Xuanbin Wang Jianchi Liao 2021Satellite Navigation2021,2,1:2
5Cultivar-dependent rhizobacteria community and cadmium accumulation in rice: Effects on cadmium availability in soils and iron-plaque formation显示文摘The association between the rhizospheric microbial community and Cd accumulation in rice is poorly understood.A field trial was conducted to investigate the different rhizobacterial communities of two rice cultivars with high Cd accumulation(HA)and low Cd accumulation(LA)at four growth stages.Results showed that the Cd content in the roots of the HA cultivar was 1.23-27.53 higher than that of the LA cultivar(0.08-10.5μg/plant)at four stages.The LA cultivar had a significantly lower Cd availability in rhizosphere and a higher quantity of iron plaque(IP)on the root surface than the HA cultivar at four stages.This resulted in the reduction of Cd concentration in IPs and Cd translocation from IP-to-root.Microbial analysis indicated that the LA cultivar formed a distinct rhizobacterial community from the HA cultivar and had lessα-diversity.The rhizosphere of the LA cultivar was enriched in specific bacterial taxa(e.g.,Massilia and Bacillus)involved in Cd immobilization by phosphate precipitation and IP formation by iron oxidization.However,the rhizosphere in the HA cultivar assembled abundant sulfur-oxidizing bacteria(e.g.,Sulfuricurvum)and iron reduction bacteria(Geobacter).They promoted Cd mobilization and reduced IP formation via the metal redox process.This study reveals a potential approach in which specific rhizobacteria decrease or increase Cd accumulation in rice on contaminated soil and provides a new perspective for secure rice production.Feng Zhang Di Peng Lu Liu Huidan Jiang Lianyang Bai 2022Journal of Environmental Sciences2022,34,6:2

7Loss-of-function of KMT5B leads to neurodevelopmental disorder and impairs neuronal development and neurogenesis显示文摘Autism spectrum disorder(ASD)is a group of neurodevelopmental disorders that cause severe social,communication,and behavioral problems.Recent studies show that the variants of a histone methyltransferase gene KMT5B cause neurodevelopmental disorders(NDDs),including ASD,and the knockout of Kmt5b in mice is embryonic lethal.However,the detailed genotype-phenotype correlations and functional effects of KMT5B in neurodevelopment are unclear.By targeted sequencing of a large Chinese ASD cohort,analyzing published genome-wide sequencing data,and mining literature,we curated 39 KMT5B variants identified from NDD individuals.A genotype-phenotype correlation analysis for 10 individuals with KMT5B pathogenic variants reveals common symptoms,including ASD,intellectual disability,languages problem,and macrocephaly.In vitro knockdown of the expression of Kmt5b in cultured mouse primary cortical neurons leads to a decrease in neuronal dendritic complexity and an increase in dendritic spine density,which can be rescued by expression of human KMT5B but not that of pathogenic de novo missense mutants.In vivo knockdown of the Kmt5b expression in the mouse embryonic cerebral cortex by in utero electroporation results in decreased proliferation and accelerated migration of neural progenitor cells.Our findings reveal essential roles of histone methyltransferase KMT5B in neuronal development,prenatal neurogenesis,and neuronal migration.Guodong Chen Lin Han Senwei Tan Xiangbin Jia Huidan Wu Yingting Quan Qiumeng Zhang Bin Yu Zhengmao Hu Kun Xia Hui Guo 2022Journal of Genetics and Genomics2022,49,9:1

14Tuning electronic configuration of WP_(2) nanosheet arrays via nickel doping for high-efficiency hydrogen evolution reaction显示文摘Modulate the electronic structure and surface energy by nanostructure and heteroatom doping is an efficient strategy to improve electrocatalytic activity of hydrogen evolution reaction(HER).Herein,nickel incorporated WP_(2) self-supporting nanosheet arrays cathode was synthesized on carbon cloth(Ni-WP_(2) NS/CC)by in-situ phosphating reduction of the Ni-doped WO3.It shows that heteroatom doping and the three-dimensional(3D)nanosheet arrays morphology both facilitate to reduce the interfacial transfer resistance and increase electrochemical-active surface areas,which effectively improve electrocatalytic hydrogen evolution reaction(HER)activity.The optimized catalyst,1%Ni-WP_(2) NS/CC,exhibits an outstanding electrocatalytic performance with an overpotential of 110 m V at 10 m A cm^(-2) and a Tafel slope of 65 m V dec^(-1) in the acid solution.DFT calculations further demonstrate the nickel doping can adjust the intrinsic structure of electronics,lower the Gibbs free energy of adsorption of hydrogen(DGH*),and effectively improve the HER performance.Wei Liu Peng Geng Shiqing Li Wenhui Liu Dayong Fan Huidan Lu Zhenhuan Lu Yongping Liu 2021Journal of Energy Chemistry2021,30,4:1
