Light-Written Reversible 3D Fluorescence and Topography Dual-Pattern with Memory and Self-Healing Abilities显示文摘To achieve the dynamical dual-pattern with multiplex information of complex topography and 3D fluorescence is challenging yet promising for wide applications ranging from visual bioassays, memory, smart devices to smart display. Here,we develop a convenient, reliable, and versatile method to realize the well-ordered dual-pattern with reversible topography and 3D fluorescence via a light direct-writing approach based on the wrinkle mechanism.By introducing the charge transfer(CT)interaction betweenπ-electron-rich anthracene(AN)andπ-electron-poor naphthalene diimide(NDI)into the polymer system, both modulus and fluorescence of the polymer films can be spatially regulated through the photodimerization of AN,which is controlled in-plane by photomasks, and becomes gradient in the vertical direction due to the filter effect of light. Therefore, the exposed sample displays a well-ordered complex pattern with the same topography as the applied photomask and 3D gradient change of fluorescence from red to green laterally across the layers simultaneously. The spatial cross-linking and CT interaction of the gradient layer can be controlled independently, which not only provides the reliability and reversibility of the topographical and fluorescence dual-pattern but also endows the possibility for tailoring the pattern with memory and selfhealing. These characters of the dual-pattern with reversible topography and 3D fluorescence declare the clear applications in smart multiplex displays, memory, anticounterfeiting, visual detections, and so on. | Jing Bai Luzhi Zhang Honghao Hou Zixing Shi Jie Yin Xuesong Jiang | 2019 | Research2019,,1: | 4

Feasibility and physics potential of detecting ^(8)B solar neutrinos at JUNO显示文摘The Jiangmen Underground Neutrino Observatory(JUNO)features a 20 kt multi-purpose underground liquid scintillator sphere as its main detector. Some of JUNO's features make it an excellent location for^8B solar neutrino measurements, such as its low-energy threshold, high energy resolution compared with water Cherenkov detectors, and much larger target mass compared with previous liquid scintillator detectors. In this paper,we present a comprehensive assessment of JUNO's potential for detecting^8B solar neutrinos via the neutrino-electron elastic scattering process.A reduced 2 MeV threshold for the recoil electron energy is found to be achievable, assuming that the intrinsic radioactive background^(238)U and^(232)Th in the liquid scintillator can be controlled to 10^(-17)g/g.With ten years of data acquisition, approximately 60,000 signal and 30,000 background events are expected. This large sample will enable an examination of the distortion of the recoil electron spectrum that is dominated by the neutrino flavor transformation in the dense solar matter, which will shed new light on the inconsistency between the measured electron spectra and the predictions of the standard three-flavor neutrino oscillation framework.IfDelta m^(2)_(21)=4.8times10^(-5);(7.5times10^(-5))eV^(2),JUNO can provide evidence of neutrino oscillation in the Earth at approximately the 3sigma(2sigma)level by measuring the non-zero signal rate variation with respect to the solar zenith angle. Moreover,JUNO can simultaneously measureDelta m^2_(21)using^8B solar neutrinos to a precision of 20% or better, depending on the central value, and to sub-percent precision using reactor antineutrinos.A comparison of these two measurements from the same detector will help understand the current mild inconsistency between the value of Delta m^2_(21)reported by solar neutrino experiments and the KamLAND experiment. | 7 | Red blood cell distribution width improves the prediction of 28-daymortality for patients with sepsis-induced acute kidney injury:A retrospective analysis from MIMIC-IV database usingpropensity score matching显示文摘Background:The predictive value of red blood cell distribution width(RDW)for mortality in patients withsepsis-induced acute kidney injury(SI-AKI)remains unclear. The present study aimed to investigate the potentialassociation between RDW at admission and outcomes in patients with SI-AKI.Methods:The Medical Information Mart for Intensive Care(MIMIC)-IV(version 2.0)database,released in Juneof 2022,provides medical data of SI-AKI patients to conduct our related research.Based on propensity scorematching(PSM)method, the main risk factors associated with mortality in SI-AKI were evaluated using Coxproportional hazards regression analysis to construct a predictive nomogram. The concordance index(C-index)and decision curve analysis were used to validate the predictive ability and clinical utility of this model.Patientswith SI-AKI were classified into the high-and low-RDW groups according to the best cut-off value obtained bycalculating the maximum value of the Youden index. Results:A total of 7574 patients with SI-AKI were identified according to the filter criteria.Compared withthe low-RDW group, the high-RDW group had higher 28-day(9.49%vs.31.40%,respectively,P<0.001)and7-day(3.96%vs.13.93%,respectively,P<0.001)mortality rates.Patients in the high-RDW group were moreprone to AKI progression than those in the low-RDW group(20.80%vs.13.60%,respectively,P<0.001).Basedon matched patients,we developed a nomogram model that included age, white blood cells,RDW,combinedhypertension and presence of a malignant tumor, treatment with vasopressor, dialysis, and invasive ventilation, sequential organ failure assessment, and AKI stages. The C-index for predicting the probability of 28-day survivalwas 0.799.Decision curve analysis revealed that the model with RDW offered greater net benefit than that withoutRDW.Conclusion:The present findings demonstrated the importance of RDW,which improved the predictive ability ofthe nomogram model for the probability of survival in patients with SI-AKI. | Honghao Lai Guosheng Wu Yu Zhong Guangping Chen Wei Zhang Shengjun Shi Zhaofan Xia | 2023 | Journal of Intensive Medicine2023,3,3: | 0
Effects of Dietary Supplementation of Zinc-Methionine on Growth Performance and Serum Parameters of Jirong Rabbits显示文摘A 45-day growth trial was conducted to investigate the effects of 4 concentrations(0,40,80,120 mg · kg-1) Zinc-Methionine(Zn-Met) supplementation on growth and serum biochemical indexes of Jirong rabbits(60-day-old).A total of 72 Jirong rabbits were randomly divided into 4 groups,3 replicates with 6 rabbits each. The Met value in the basal diet was 0.60%.ADGs of groupⅡ,Ⅲ and Ⅳ were significantly different than that of control, increased by 3.16%,7.53%,8.14% during 0-15 days and 7.58%,15.60%,15.71% during 16-30 days and 8.27%,12.43%,11.44% during 31-45 days(P<0.05),but it was not significantly different in ADG among groupⅡ,Ⅲ and Ⅳ(P>0.05).The fur area and the density of hair of groupsⅡ,Ⅲ and Ⅳ were not significantly different than that of control(P>0.05).The content of serum zinc,AKP,ALB for groupsⅡ,Ⅲ and Ⅳ were significantly different than that of control(P<0.05).The serum TP and SUN in groupⅡ,Ⅲ and Ⅳ were not significantly different than that of control(P>0.05).The results show that dietary supplementation of Zn-Met is much more efficient than dietary without Zn-Met for 60-day-old Jirong rabbits. | ZHANG Jing ZHOU Xu SHEN Jinglin DING Honghao ZHAO Yun TANG Hongyu SHI Xudong FANG Hengtong YAN Hailiang | 2008 | Journal of Northeast Agricultural University(English Edition)2008,15,2: | 0
High-Resolution Data on Human Behavior for Effective COVID-19 Policy-Making—Wuhan City,Hubei Province,China,January 1–February 29,2020显示文摘Introduction:High-resolution data is essential for understanding the complexity of the relationship between the spread of coronavirus disease 2019(COVID-19),resident behavior, and interventions, which could be used to inform policy responses for future prevention and control. Methods:We obtained high-resolution human mobility data and epidemiological data at the community level. We propose a metapopulation Susceptible-Exposed-Presymptomatic-Infectious-Removal(SEPIR)compartment model to utilize the available data and explore the internal driving forces of COVID-19 transmission dynamics in the city of Wuhan.Additionally,we will assess the effectiveness of the interventions implemented in the smallest administrative units(subdistricts)during the lockdown. Results:In the Wuhan epidemic of March 2020,intra-subdistrict transmission caused 7.6 times more infections than inter-subdistrict transmission. After the city was closed, this ratio increased to 199 times. The main transmission path was dominated by population activity during peak evening hours.Discussion:Restricting the movement of people within cities is an essential measure for controlling the spread of COVID-19.However,it is difficult to contain intra-street transmission solely through citywide mobility restriction policies. This can only be accomplished by quarantining communities or buildings with confirmed cases, and conducting mass nucleic acid testing and enforcing strict isolation protocols for close contacts. | Jingyuan Wang Honghao Shi Jiahao Ji Xin Lin Huaiyu Tian | 2023 | China CDC weekly2023,5,4: | 0
LOEN:Lensless opto-electronic neural network empowered machine vision显示文摘Machine vision faces bottlenecks in computing power consumption and large amounts of data.Although opto-electronic hybrid neural networks can provide assistance, they usually have complex structures and are highly dependent on a coherent light source;therefore, they are not suitable for natural lighting environment applications. In this paper,we propose a novel lensless opto-electronic neural network architecture for machine vision applications. The architecture optimizes a passive optical mask by means of a task-oriented neural network design, performs the optical convolution calculation operation using the lensless architecture, and reduces the device size and amount of calculation required. We demonstrate the performance of handwritten digit classification tasks with a multiple-kernel mask in which accuracies of as much as 97.21%were achieved.Furthermore,we optimize a large-kernel mask to perform optical encryption for privacy-protecting face recognition, thereby obtaining the same recognition accuracy performance as no-encryption methods.Compared with the random MLS pattern, the recognition accuracy is improved by more than 6%. | Wanxin Shi Zheng Huang Honghao Huang Chengyang Hu Minghua Chen Sigang Yang Hongwei Chen | 2022 | Light(Science & Applications)2022,11,6: | 0
Big data technology in infectious diseases modeling, simulation, and prediction after the COVID-19 outbreak显示文摘After the outbreak of COVID-19,the interaction of infectious disease systems and social systems has challenged traditional infectious disease modeling methods.Starting from the research purpose and data, researchers im-proved the structure and data of the compartment model or used agents and artificial intelligence based models to solve epidemiological problems. In terms of modeling methods, the researchers use compartment subdivi-sion,dynamic parameters,agent-based model methods, and artificial intelligence related methods. In terms of factors studied, the researchers studied 6 categories:human mobility, nonpharmaceutical interventions(NPIs),ages, medical resources, human response, and vaccine. The researchers completed the study of factors through modeling methods to quantitatively analyze the impact of social systems and put forward their suggestions for the future transmission status of infectious diseases and prevention and control strategies. This review started with a research structure of research purpose, factor, data, model, and conclusion.Focusing on the post-COVID-19 infectious disease prediction simulation research, this study summarized various improvement methods and analyzes matching improvements for various specific research purposes. | Honghao Shi Jingyuan Wang Jiawei Cheng Xiaopeng Qi Hanran Ji Claudio J Struchiner Daniel AM Villela Eduard V Karamov Ali S Turgiev | 2023 | Intelligent Medicine2023,3,2: | 0
