| 3 | Experimental Investigation on Noise of Cavitation Nozzle and Its Chaotic Behaviour显示文摘The researches of cavitation noise mainly focus on the incipiency and developing of cavitation to prevent the cavititation erosion in the hydraulic machinery, while there is few report about the collapse strength of cavitation bubbles produced by water jet through the cavitation nozzle to utilize efficiently the collapse energy of cavitation bubbles. The cavitation noise signals are collected with hydrophones for the cavitation nozzle and general nozzle at the target position and the nozzle exit separately in the conditions of different standoff distance. The features of signal's frequency spectrum and power spectrum are analyzed for various nozzles by way of classical methods. Meanwhile, based on chaotic theory, phase space reconstruction is processed and the maximum Lyapunov index is calculated separately for each cavitation signal's time series. The results of chaotic analysis are compared with the one of conventional analysis. The analyzed data show that there are the marked differences at the spectrum between the cavitation nozzle and general nozzle at the target position while the standoff distance is 35 mm, which mainly displays at the high frequency segment (60-120 kHz). The maximum Lyapunov index calculated appear at standoff distance 35 mm, which is an optimum standoff distance for the most bubbles to collapse at the target. At the nozzle exit, the noise signal of cavitation nozzle is different from the general nozzle, which also displays at the high frequency segment. The results demonstrate that the water jet modulated by the cavitation nozzle can produce effectually cavitation, and at the target position the amplitude and energy of noise spectrum in high frequency segment for cavitation nozzle are higher than conventional nozzle and the Lyapunov index of cavitation nozzle is larger than conventional nozzle as the standoff distance is less than 55 mm. | 5 | Effects of Urbanization,Soil Property and Vegetation Configuration on Soil Infiltration of Urban Forest in Changchun,Northeast China显示文摘Urban forest soil infiltration, affected by various factors, is closely related with surface runoff. This paper studied the effect of urban forest types, vegetation configuration and soil properties on soil infiltration. In our study, 191 typical plots were sampled in Changchun City, China to investigate the soil infiltration characteristics of urban forest and its influencing factors. Our results showed that the steady infiltration rates of urban forest soil were highly variable. High variations in the final infiltration rates were observed for different vegetation patterns and compaction degrees. Trees with shrubs and grasses had the highest infiltration rate and trees with bare land had the lowest infiltration rate. In addition, our results showed that the soil infiltration rate decreased with an increase in the bulk density and with a reduction in the soil organic matter content and non-capillary porosity. The soil infiltration rate also had significantly positive relationships with the total porosity and saturated soil water content. Urban soil compaction contributed to low soil infiltration rates. To increase the infiltration rate and water storage volume of urban forest soil, proper techniques to minimize and mitigate soil compaction should be used. | 7 | Mechanical and tribological performance of CoCrNiHf_(x)eutectic medium-entropy alloys显示文摘The excellent properties of the multi-principal element alloys(e.g.,the CoCrNi medium-entropy alloy)make them a perfect candidate for structure materials.Their low strength and poor wear-resistance,however,limit considerably their applications.In this study,a lamellar eutectic microstructure was introduced by addition of Hf into CoCrNi alloy to produce a series of CoCrNiHf_(x)(x=0.1,0.2,0.3 and 0.4)eutectic medium-entropy alloys.A homogeneous eutectic microstructure with an alternate array of the soft FCC solid-solution phase and the hard Laves phase was identified for the as-cast CoCrNiHf_(0.3)alloy.After an investigation of the microstructure,mechanical and tribological properties,it was found that the hardness(plasticity)increases(decreases)with the increasing volume fraction of the Laves phase and the CoCrNiHf_(0.3)eutectic alloy exhibits both good plasticity and high strength.The wear behavior is strongly dependent on the applied normal load.For a low normal load,its tribological behavior follows the Archard's equation and a higher hardness due to Hf addition can resist plastic deformation and abrasive wear.When the normal load is high enough,the hypoeutectic or hypereutectic alloy,which possessing either high strength or good ductility but not at the same time,exhibit a poor wear resistance.In comparison,the full eutectic CoCrNiHf_(0.3)alloy with a superior combination of strength and toughness shows the best wear performance,as it can significantly reduce fracture during wear. | Yin Du Xuhui Pei Zhaowu Tang Fan Zhang Qing Zhou Haifeng Wang Weimin Liu | 2021 | Journal of Materials Science & Technology2021,,31: | 4 |

This technique can directly detect the deflection angle of a focused electron beam, thus allowing clear identification of the real magnetic structures of two magnetic objects including three-ring and complex arch-shaped vortices in Fe_(3)Sn_(2) by Lorentz-TEM imaging. Numerical calculations based on real material-specific parameters well reproduced the experimental results, showing that the magnetic objects can be attributed to integral magnetizations of two types of complex three-dimensional(3D) magnetic bubbles with depth-modulated spin twisting. Magnetic configurations obtained using the high-resolution TEM are generally considered as two-dimensional(2D)magnetic objects previously. | 11 | 洛铂联合依托泊苷与顺铂联合依托泊苷一线治疗广泛期小细胞肺癌随机对照临床研究(英文)显示文摘Objective: To compare the efficacy and safety of Lobaplatin plus Etoposide (EL) and Cisplatin plus Etoposide (EP) regimens in chemonaive with extensive-stage small-cell lung cancer (SCLC). Methods: Between July 2010 and July 2011, a total of 62 patients with extensive-stage small-cell lung cancer who received initial treatment in our hospital and 309 hospital of PLA. 31 patients were randomly assigned to the EL Group: Lobaplatin was given intravenously at a dose of 30 mg/m2 on day 1 and Etoposide 100 mg/m2 on days 1 to 3 of 21-day cycles for a maximum of six cycles. Another 31 patients were assigned to the EP Group: Cisplatin was given intravenously at a dose of 75 mg/m2 on day 1 and Etoposide 100 mg/m2 on days 1 to 3 of 21-day cycles for a maximum of six cycles. We evaluated the efficacy, overall response rate (ORR), disease control rate (DCR), the progression-free survival (PFS) and toxicity between the patients of the two groups. Results: All 62 patients were eligible. In the EL group, 2 (6.5%) patients had complete response, 20 (64.5%) patients had partial response, 5 (16.1%) patients had stable disease and 4 (12.9%) patients had progress disease. In the EP group, 2 (6.5%) patients had complete response, 22 (70.9%) patients had partial response, 4 (12.9%) patients had stable disease and 3 (9.7%) patients had progress disease. The ORR of EL and EP group were 70.9% and 77.4%, respectively, showing no significant difference (P = 0.562). The DCR of both groups were 87% and 90%, respectively, showing no significant difference (P = 0.688). Median PFS of patients with EL and EP regimens were 5.5 months and 5 months, respectively, showing no significant difference (P = 0.637). Adverse events were observed in all 62 patients. Grade 1 to 4 anemia was higher in the EP group than in EL group, showing significant difference (P = 0.02). Grade 3 and 4 thrombocytopenia was seen in 4 patients (12.9%) in EL group and 1 patient (3.2%) in EP group. Although one patient had platelet transfusion owing to Grade 4 thrombocytopenia in EL group, no significant difference (P = 0.637) were shown. The incidence of nausea/vomiting was higher in the EP group than in the EL group (96.7% vs 51.6%, P = 0.00). The average concentration of total 2,3,7,8-PCDD/Fs was(2.30 ± 1.02) pg/g, and World Health Organization Toxicity Equivalency(WHO-TEQ) average concentration was(0.013 ± 0.010)pg WHO-TEQ/g. The average concentration of ∑PCBs(7 indicator PCB and 12 dioxin like-PCB congeners) was(16.2 ± 9.25) pg/g, and WHO-TEQ average concentration was 0.043 ±0.049 pg WHO-TEQ/g. Comparing to previous studies in similar environmental conditions,PCDD/Fs and PCBs in this study showed a relatively lower concentration. The altitude dependences of PCDD/Fs and PCBs were also studied. Total organic carbon(TOC) normalized concentrations presented a quadratic relation with the altitudes, and an inflection could be found on the parabola of the total concentrations and some congeners of high concentration.The concentrations decreased with altitudes below about 4500 m above sea level(a.s.l.), while they increased with altitudes above it. | 15 | Preparation of nitrogen doped clews-like carbon materials and their application as the electrode in supercapacitor显示文摘In this work, nitrogen doped clews-like carbon materials were successfully fabricated through hydrothermal polymerization method, followed by post treatment that integrated the carbonization,activation and post-nitrogen doping into one process. This preparation method can form particular hierarchical porous structure without using any sacrificial templates. The experimental results show that the nitrogen doped clews-like hierarchical porous carbon materials possess a relatively high specific surface area of 815 m^2/g with the nitrogen content of 10.58 at%. The electrochemical properties show that the resulting sample delivers 258 F/g at a 0.5 A/g and excellent capacity retention of 79% at 20 A/g. | 19 | Dietary protein levels changed the hardness of muscle by acting on muscle fiber growth and the metabolism of collagen in sub-adult grass carp(Ctenopharyngodon idella)显示文摘Background:Nutrient regulation has been proven to be an effective way to improve the flesh quality in fish.As a necessary nutrient for fish growth,protein accounts for the highest proportion in the fish diet and is expensive.Although our team found that the effect of protein on the muscle hardness of grass carp was probably related to an increased collagen content,the mechanism for this effect has not been deeply explored.Moreover,few studies have explored the protein requirements of sub-adult grass crap(Ctenopharyngodon idella).Therefore,the effects of different dietary protein levels on the growth performance,nutritional value,muscle hardness,muscle fiber growth,collagen metabolism and related molecule expression in grass carp were investigated.Methods:A total of 450 healthy grass carp(721.16±1.98 g)were selected and assigned randomly to six experimen-tal groups with three replicates each(n=25/replicate),and were fed six diets with 15.91%,19.39%,22.10%,25.59%,28.53%and 31.42%protein for 60 d.Results:Appropriate levels of dietary protein increased the feed intake,percentage weight gain,specific growth rate,body composition,unsaturated fatty acid content in muscle,partial free amino acid content in muscle,and muscle hardness of grass carp.These protein levels also increased the muscle fiber density,the frequency of new muscle fibers,the contents of collagen and IGF-1,and the enzyme activities of prolyl 4-hydroxylases and lysyloxidase,and decreased the activity of matrix metalloproteinase-2.At the molecular level,the optimal dietary protein increased col-lagen type Iα1(Colα1),Colα2,PI3K,Akt,S6K1,La ribonucleoprotein domain family member 6a(LARP6a),TGF-β1,Smad2,Smad4,Smad3,tissue inhibitor of metalloproteinase-2,MyoD,Myf5,MyoG and MyHC relative mRNA levels.The levels of the myostatin-1 and myostatin-2 genes were downregulated,and the protein expression levels of p-Smad2,Smad2,Smad4,p-Akt,Akt,LARP6 and Smad3 were increased.Conclusions:The appropriate levels of dietary protein promoted the growth of sub-adult grass carp and improved muscle hardness by promoting the growth of muscle fibers,improving collagen synthesis and depressing collagen degradation.In addition,the dietary protein requirements of sub-adult grass carp were 26.21%and 24.85%according to the quadratic regression analysis of growth performance(SGR)and the muscle hardness(collagen content),respectively. | Min Dong Lu Zhang Pei Wu Lin Feng Weidan Jiang Yang Liu Shengyao Kuang Shuwei Li Haifeng Mi Ling Tang Xiaoqiu Zhou | 2023 | Journal of Animal Science and Biotechnology2023,14,2: | 1 |
