2Detection of a half-microgal coseismic gravity change after the Ms7. 0 Lushan earthquake显示文摘Because only a small near-field coseismic gravity change signal remains after removal of noise from the accuracy of observations and the time and spatial resolution of the earth's surface gravity observation system,it is difficult to verify simulations of dislocation theory.In this study,it is shown that the GS15 gravimeter,located 99.5 km from the epicenter of the Ms7.0 Lushan earthquake on April 20,2013 at 08∶04 UTC+8,showed the influence of the earthquake from 2013-04-16 to 2013-04-26 after a time calibration,tide corrections,drift correction,period correction and relaxation correction were applied to its data.The post-seismic relaxation process of the spring in the gravimeter took approximately 430 minutes and showed a 2.5×10-8ms-2gravity change.After correcting for the relaxation process,it is shown that a coseismic gravity change of approximately+0.59±0.4×10-8ms-2was observed by the GS15 gravimeter;this agrees with the simulated gravity change of approximately 0.31×10-8ms-2.The rate of the coseismic gravity change and the coseismic vertical displacement,as measured by one-second and one-day sampling interval GPS units,is also consistent with the theoretical rate of change.Therefore,the GS15 gravimeter at the Pixian Station observed a coseismic gravity change after the Ms7.0 Lushan earthquake.This and similar measurements could be applied to test and confirm the theory used for these simulations.Wei Jin Zhao Bin Tan Hongbo Yu Dan Shen Chongyang Li Hui 2013Geodesy and Geodynamics2013,4,3:7
3Recent gravity changes in China Mainland显示文摘Based on results of the mobile gravity measurements of the Crustal Movement Observation Network of China and Digital Earthquake Observation Network of China, this paper shows the pattern of temporal gravity changes in China mainland on a time scale of 2-3 years since 1998, and gives an analysis of the patterns. 4Recent progress in preventive effect of collagen peptides on photoaging skin and action mechanism显示文摘Ultraviolet(UV)-induced photoaging skin has become an urgent issue.The functional foods and cosmetics aiming to improve skin photoaging are developing rapidly,and the demand is gradually increasing year by year.Collagen peptides have been proven to display diverse physiological activities,such as excellent moisture retention activity,hygroscopicity,tyrosinase inhibitory activity and antioxidant activity,which indicates that they have great potential in amelioration of UV-induced photoaging.The main objective of this article is to recap the main mechanisms to improve photoaging skin by collagen peptides and their physiological activities in photo-protection.Furthermore,the extraction and structural characteristics of collagen peptides are overviewed.More importantly,some clinical trials on the beneficial effect on skin of collagen peptides are also discussed.In addition,prospects and challenges of collagen peptides are emphatically elucidated in this review.This article implies that collagen peptides have great potential as an effective ingredient in food and cosmetics industry with a wide application prospect.Chongyang Li Yu Fu Hongjie Dai Qiang Wang Ruichang Gao Yuhao Zhang 2022Food Science and Human Wellness2022,11,2:7
5Characteristics of subsurface density variations before the 4.20 Lushan M_s7.0 earthquake in the Longmenshan area: inversion results显示文摘The 4.20 Lushan MS7.0 earthquake occurred on the southwest segment of the Longmenshan fault on 20 April 2013. Some meaningful information on the preparation and occurrence of this earthquake was found based on the dynamic variation of gravity(DVG). To examine the great progress of the Lushan earthquake, we obtained the density variation(DENV) derived from the DVG using the compact gravity inversion method in this article. The inversion results reveal three main findings:(1) the DENV in the crust in the Jinshajiang fault area changed from positive in 2010–2011 to negative in 2011–2012.(2) The DENV in the Xianshuihe fault area decreased continuously from 2010 to 2012.(3) The DENV of the uppermost mantle of South China decreased in 2010–2011 and increased in 2011–2012. 6Effect of Shot Peening and Plasma Electrolytic Oxidation on the Intergranular Corrosion Behavior of 7A85 Aluminum Alloy显示文摘The effects of shot peening(SP) and plasma electrolytic oxidation(PEO) on the intergranular corrosion behavior of the novel high strength aluminum alloy 7A85(AA 7A85) were investigated by electrochemical polarization and electrochemical impedance tests.The intergranular corrosion mechanism of SP,PEO and PEO combined with sealingtreated AA 7A85 was studied by the metallographic analysis,residual stress testing,X-ray diffractometer analysis and scanning electron microscopy.The results show that AA 7A85-T7452 is very sensitive to intergranular corrosion.SP would significantly improve its intergranular corrosion resistance.This is attributed to the combination action of residual compressive stress and grain refinement.PEO would reduce the largest corrosion depth by 41.6%.Moreover,PEO without sealing did not eliminate the intergranular corrosion due to the existence of the micropores and microcracks in the oxide coating.However,PEO combined with the SiO2sol–gel sealing treatment could effectively protect the AA 7A85-T7452 from intergranular corrosion because of the good corrosion resistance and barrier function of the sealed coating.Zuoyan Ye Daoxin Liu Chongyang Li Xiaoming Zhang Zhi Yang Mingxia Lei 2014Acta Metallurgica Sinica(English Letters)2014,27,4:4
7Domesticated cynomolgus monkey embryonic stem cells allow the generation of neonatal interspecies chimeric pigs显示文摘Blastocyst complementation by pluripotent stem cell(PSC)injection is believed to be the most promising method to generate xenogeneic organs.However,ethical issues prevent the study of human chimeras in the late embryonic stage of development.Primate embryonic stem cells(ESCs),which have similar pluripotency to human ESCs,are a good model for studying interspecies chimerism and organ generation.However,whether primate ESCs can be used in xenogenous grafts remains unclear.In this study,we evaluated the chimeric ability of cynomolgus monkey(Macaca fascicularis)ESCs(cmESCs)in pigs,which are excellent hosts because of their many similarities to humans.We report an optimized culture medium that enhanced the anti-apoptotic ability of cmESCs and improved the development of chimeric embryos,in which domesticated cmESCs(D-ESCs)injected into pig blastocysts differentiated into cells of all three germ layers.In addition,we obtained two neonatal interspecies chimeras,in which we observed tissue-specific D-ESC differentiation.Taken together,the results demonstrate the capability of D-ESCs to integrate and differentiate into functional cells in a porcine model,with a chimeric ratio of 0.001-0.0001 in different neonate tissues.We believe this work will facilitate future developments in xenogeneic organogenesis,bringing us one step closer to producing tissue-specific functional cells and organs in a large animal model through interspecies blastocyst complementation.Rui Fu Dawei Yu Jilong Ren Chongyang Li Jing Wang Guihai Feng Xuepeng Wang Haifeng Wan Tianda Li Libin Wang Ying Zhang Tang Hai Wei Li Qi Zhou 2020Protein & Cell2020,11,2:4
8Temporal gravity changes before the 2008 Yutian Ms7.3 earthquake显示文摘Based on the data of the repeated gravity observation network in Chinese mainland since 1998,we analyzed the temporal changes of regional gravity field before the 2008 Yutian Ms7.3 earthquake.The result shows some mid-to-long term(two to ten years)changes during the earthquake's preparation.Notable features are a gravity increase lasting several years and a relatively large-scaled gradient zone of gravity change,the former indicating a continuous energy accumulation and the latter a possible location of seismic rupture.These gravity changes showed a trend of increase-accelerated increase-decelerated increase,similar to that of the Tangshan Ms7.8 earthquake in 1976.The maximum accumulated gravity change related to the earthquake reached 200×10-8 ms-2.Shen Chongyang Li Hui Sun Shaoan Yang Guangliang Xuan Songbai Tan Hongbo Liu Shaoming 2012Geodesy and Geodynamics2012,3,1:3

11Molecular mechanism of non-alcoholic fatty liver disease induced and aggravated by chronic stress through HSL/ATGL-FFA which promotes fat mobilization显示文摘Objective:To study the effects of social stress(CS)and social stress combined with high-fat diet on fat mobilization as a candidate mechanism for the induction or aggravation of non-alcoholic fatty liver disease(NAFLD).Methods:Thirty-two male Wistar rats(250±10 g)were randomly allocated to a blank control group(BC),a high-fat diet group(HFD),a CS group,and a combined CS and high-fat diet group(CS t HFD).Rats were sacrificed and tissues were collected after 8 weeks.Liver and body mass were measured and used to calculate the liver index.Serum aspartate aminotransferase(AST),alanine aminotransferase(ALT),and free fatty acids(FFAs)were measured.Liver sections were examined microscopically after oil red O and hematoxylin and eosin staining.The relative mRNA expression of acetyl-CoA carboxylase(ACCase),hydroxymethylglutaryl coenzyme A(HMG-CoA)reductase in liver,and hormone-sensitive lipase(HSL),and adipose triglyceride lipase(ATGL)in subcutaneous adipose tissue,were measured by real-time PCR.The liver concentrations of triglyceride,reactive oxygen species,and ACCase were measured by ELISA and HSL activity was determined using turbidimetry.Results:NAFLD developed in the CS,HFD,and CS t HFD groups,with the most severe NAFLD being in the CS t HFD group.Serum AST,ALT,and FFA,liver index,and hepatic triglyceride,FFA,and tumor necrosis factor-a were significantly higher in both the CS and CS t HFD groups.However,food intake and ACCase mRNA expression were lower.The mRNA expression of HSL and ATGL in adipose tissue was much higher,and HSL activity was higher in the CS group than in the BC group,and in the CS t HFD group than in the HFD group.Conclusion:We have successfully established two models of stress-induced NAFLD,suggesting stress can induce and aggravate NAFLD by promoting fat mobilization through upregulation of HSL and ATGL.Jie Mu Xueqian Wang Qingguo Wang Fafeng Cheng Wenxiang Zhu Changxiang Li Chongyang Ma Changming Zhai Yajun Lian Xin Du 2019Journal of Traditional Chinese Medical Sciences2019,6,4:2

13Is 1.28 parts per million biomarker specific for neural progenitor cells?显示文摘Nuclear magnetic resonance-visible mobile lipid,at 1.28 parts per million(ppm),is thought to be due to mobile lipid droplets formed in cells and has been considered unique for neural progenitor cells.However,this idea remains controversial.The present study examined the 1.28 ppm biomarker in other stem cells and non-stem cells,and explored the relationship between 1.28 ppm biomarker and mobile lipid droplets.1H nuclear magnetic resonance spectroscopy of EC109 cells,mesenchymal stem cells(MSCs) and adipogenic cells differentiated from MSCs was performed.Results show that 1.28 ppm biomarker was observed in human MSCs,but was absent from EC109 cells.Following adipogenic differentiation induced for 2 weeks,the 1.28 ppm biomarker climbed remarkably,with mobile lipid droplet generation,suggesting that the 1.28 ppm biomarker is not specific for neural progenitor cells because it is also observed in MSCs and adipogenic-induced differentiated cells.Moreover,it is possible to monitor MSCs differentiation following cell transplantation,using 1.28 ppm biomarker changes.Zhifeng Xu Chongyang Shen Haiqiang Zhu Yaowen Chen Linping Wu Peng Huang YeyuXiao Zhiwei Shen Li Pang Xiuqin Guo Lian Ma Renhua Wu 2010Neural Regeneration Research2010,5,15:2
14The MEKK1-MKK1/2-MPK4 cascade phosphorylates and stabilizes STOP1 to confer aluminum resistance in Arabidopsis显示文摘Aluminum(Al)toxicity can seriously restrict crop production on acidic soils,which comprise 40%of the world’s potentially arable land.The zinc finger transcription factor STOP1 has a conserved and essential function in mediating plant Al resistance.Al stress induces STOP1 accumulation via post-transcriptional regulatory mechanisms.However,the upstream signaling pathway involved in Al-triggered STOP1 accumulation remains unclear.Here,we report that the MEKK1-MKK1/2-MPK4 cascade positively regulates STOP1 phosphorylation and stability.Mutations of MEKK1,MKK1/2,or MPK4 lead to decreased STOP1 stability and Al resistance.Al stress induces the kinase activity of MPK4,which interacts with and phosphorylates STOP1.The phosphorylation of STOP1 reduces its interaction with the F-box protein RAE1 that mediates STOP1 degradation,thereby leading to enhanced STOP1 stability and Al resistance.Taken together,our results suggest that the MEKK1-MKK1/2-MPK4 cascade is important for Al signaling and confers Al resistance through phosphorylation-mediated enhancement of STOP1 accumulation in Arabidopsis.Fanglin Zhou Somesh Singh Jie Zhang Qiu Fang Chongyang Li Jiawen Wang Chunzhao Zhao Pengcheng Wang Chao-Feng Huang 2023Molecular Plant2023,16,2:1

16In-situ structural evolution of Bi_(2)O_(3) nanoparticle catalysts for CO_(2) electroreduction显示文摘Under the complex external reaction conditions,uncovering the true structural evolution of the catalyst is of profound significance for the establishment of relevant structure–activity relationships and the rational design of electrocatalysts.Here,the surface reconstruction of the catalyst was characterized by ex-situ methods and in-situ Raman spectroscopy in CO_(2)electroreduction.The final results showed that the Bi_(2)O_(3) nanoparticles were transformed into Bi/Bi_(2)O_(3) two-dimensional thin-layer nanosheets(NSs).It is considered to be the active phase in the electrocatalytic process.The Bi/Bi_(2)O_(3) NSs showed good catalytic performance with a Faraday efficiency(FE)of 94.8%for formate and a current density of 26 mA cm^(−2) at−1.01 V.While the catalyst maintained a 90%FE in a wide potential range(−0.91 V to−1.21 V)and long-term stability(24 h).Theoretical calculations support the theory that the excellent performance originates from the enhanced bonding state of surface Bi-Bi,which stabilized the adsorption of the key intermediate OCHO^(∗) and thus promoted the production of formate.Hongbo Wang Chongyang Tang Bo Sun Jiangchao Liu Yan Xia Wenqing Li Changzhong Jiang Dong He Xiangheng Xiao 2022International Journal of Extreme Manufacturing2022,4,3:1
17Mechanism of the trivalent lanthanides’persistent luminescence in wide bandgap materials显示文摘The trivalent lanthanides have been broadly utilized as emitting centers in persistent luminescence(PersL)materials due to their wide emitting spectral range,which thus attract considerable attention over decades.However,the origin of the trivalent lanthanides’PersL is still an open question,hindering the development of excellent PersL phosphors and their broad applications.Here,the PersL of 12 kinds of the trivalent lanthanides with the exception of La^(3+),Lu^(3+),and Pm^(3+) is reported,and a mechanism of the PersL of the trivalent lanthanides in wide bandgap hosts is proposed.According to the mechanism,the excitons in wide bandgap materials transfer their recombination energy to the trivalent lanthanides that bind the excitons,followed by the generation of PersL.During the PersL process,the trivalent lanthanides as isoelectronic traps bind excitons,and the binding ability is not only related to the inherent arrangement of the 4f electrons of the trivalent lanthanides,but also to the extrinsic ligand field including anion coordination and cation substitution.Our work is believed to be a guidance for designing high-performance PersL phosphors.Leipeng Li Tianyi Li Yue Hu Chongyang Cai Yunqian Li Xuefeng Zhang Baolai Liang Yanmin Yang Jianrong Qiu 2022Light(Science & Applications)2022,11,3:1
18Autonomous planning and control strategy for space manipulators with dynamics uncertainty based on learning from demonstrations显示文摘Autonomous planning is a significant development direction of the space manipulator,and learning from demonstrations(LfD)is a potential strategy for complex tasks in the field.However,separating control from planning may cause large torque fluctuations and energy consumptions,even instability or danger in control of space manipulators,especially for the planning based on the human demonstrations.Therefore,we present an autonomous planning and control strategy for space manipulators based on LfD and focus on the dynamics uncertainty problem,a common problem of actual manipulators.The process can be divided into three stages:firstly,we reproduced the stochastic directed trajectory based on the Gaussian process-based LfD;secondly,we built the model of the stochastic dynamics of the actual manipulator with Gaussian process;thirdly,we designed an optimal controller based on the dynamics model to obtain the improved commanded torques and trajectory,and used the separation theorem to deal with stochastic characteristics during control.We evaluated the strategy with locating pre-screwed bolts experiment by Tiangong-2 manipulator system on the ground.The result showed that,compared with other strategies,the strategy proposed in this paper could significantly reduce torque fluctuations and energy consumptions,and its precision can meet the task requirements.LI ChongYang LI ZhiQi JIANG ZaiNan CUI ShiPeng LIU Hong CAI HeGao 2021Science China(Technological Sciences)2021,64,12:1
