| 1 | Occurrence and assessment of veterinary antibiotics in swine manures:A case study in East China显示文摘We investigated the occurrence of 14 selected antibiotics including five therapeutic classes of tetracyclines,sulfonamides,macrolides,fluoroquinolones and chloramphenicols in manures collected from four swine farms of different sizes in eastern China.Tetracyclines(tetracycline,oxytetracycline,chlortetracycline,and doxycycline) and sulfadiazine were the most prominent contaminants in the manure samples,with maximum concentrations reaching 98.2 × 10 3,354.0 × 10 3,139.4 × 10 3,37.2× 10 3,and 7.1× 10 3 μg/kg,respectively.The occurrence of these compounds was dependent on breeding scale,animal type,and breeding season.Manure storage and vermiculture were not able to effectively deplete the heavier contaminants(tetracyclines and sulfadiazine),resulting in high levels of these chemicals remaining in manures.Therefore,the occurrence of these antibiotics in agricultural soils(0.1-205.1 μg/kg) collected from four types of agricultural land(pear orchard,tea plantation,bamboo forest,and paddy field) near the studied farms,was a reflection of manure application.However,the extremely high concentrations of antibiotics in manures were unlikely from feed consumption,but from other direct forms of medicine application. | CHEN YongShan ZHANG HaiBo LUO YongMing SONG Jing | 2012 | Chinese Science Bulletin2012,57,6: | 29 |
| 2 | 2D materials via liquid exfoliation:a review on fabrication and applications显示文摘Since graphene was discovered, the study of two-dimensional(2D) materials with atomic thickness has become a hot spot. To prepare different 2D materials,different methods have been groped, such as mechanical exfoliation, chemical vapor deposition(CVD), liquid-phase exfoliation. This review mainly introduced the sonication liquid-phase exfoliation, an effective method to prepare 2D materials. Compared with mechanical exfoliation and CVD methods, liquid-phase exfoliation is convenient and costeffective and provides high yield. We focused on both theoretical and experimental details of this method. | 5 | Landscape of DILI-related adverse drug reaction in China Mainland显示文摘Drug-induced liver injury(DILI)is a type of bizarre adverse drug reaction(ADR)damaging liver(L-ADR)which may lead to substantial hospitalizations and mortality.Due to the general low incidence,detection of L-ADR remains an unsolved public health challenge.Therefore,we used the data of 6.673 million of ADR reports from January 1st,2012 to December 31st,2016 in China National ADR Monitoring System to establish a new database of L-ADR reports for future investigation.Results showed that totally 114,357 ADR reports were retrieved by keywords searching of liver-related injuries from the original heterogeneous system.By cleaning and standardizing the data fields by the dictionary of synonyms and English translation,we resulted 94,593 ADR records reported to liver injury and then created a new database ready for computer mining.The reporting status of L-ADR showed a persistent 1.62-fold change over the past five years.The national population-adjusted reporting numbers of L-ADR manifested an upward trend with age increasing and more evident in men.The annual reporting rate of L-ADR in age group over 80 years old strikingly exceeded the annual DILI incidence rate in general population,despite known underreporting situation in spontaneous ADR reporting system.The percentage of herbal and traditional medicines(H/TM)L-ADR reports in the whole number was 4.5%,while 80.60%of the H/TM reports were new findings.There was great geographical disparity of reported agents,i.e.more cardiovascular and antineoplastic agents were reported in higher socio-demographic index(SDI)regions and more antimicrobials,especially antitubercular agents,were reported in lower SDI regions.In conclusion,this study presented a large-scale,unbiased,unified,and computer-minable L-ADR database for further investigation.Age-,sex-and SDI-related risks of L-ADR incidence warrant to emphasize the precise pharmacovigilance policies within China or other regions in the world. | Jiabo Wang Haibo Song Feilin Ge Peng Xiong Jing Jing Tingting He Yuming Guo Zhuo Shi Chao Zhou Zixin Han Yanzhong Han Ming Niu Zhaofang Bai Guangbin Luo Chuanyong Shen Xiaohe Xiao | 2022 | Acta Pharmaceutica Sinica B2022,12,12: | 12 |
| 6 | Recent advances and prospects toward blue perovskite materials and light-emitting diodes显示文摘Perovskite based light-emitting diodes(PeLEDs)have become a powerful candidate for next-generation solid-state lightings and high-definition displays due to their high photoluminescence quantum yield(PLQY),tunable emission wavelength over the visible spectrum,and narrow emission linewidths.Over the past few years,the development of red-and green-emissive PeLEDs has rapidly increased,and the corresponding external quantum efficiencies(EQE)have exceeded 20%.However,the research progress of blue-emitting PeLEDs is limited by its poor material quality and inappropriate device structure.Currently,the maximum EQE of blue PeLED is only 6.2%,which is far from the industrialization requirements.In order to promote the development of blue PeLEDs,we summarize the recent research progress of blue perovskite materials and LEDs and discuss several fatal challenges,mainly embodied in low efficiency and poor stability.In order to overcome these challenges,detailed analysis and strategies are put forward in terms of the materials and devices.For the former,we summarize the feasible strategy for the preparation of efficient and stable blue-emissive perovskites using component engineering.For the latter,we analyze the advantages and limitations of the different strategies for blue-emissive perovskite in LEDs.At the end of the review,a comprehensive outlook is detailed,including future development directions and several technical problems to be solved.Thus,we aim to highlight the significance and promote the industrialization of PeLEDs. | Tao Fang Fengjuan Zhang Shichen Yuan Haibo Zeng Jizhong Song | 2019 | InfoMat2019,1,2: | 9 |

| 12 | Biodegradation behavior of magnesium and ZK60 alloy in artificial urine and rat models显示文摘In this work, the biodegradable and histocompatibility properties of pure Mg and ZK60 alloy wereinvestigated as new temporary implants for urinary applications. The corrosion mechanism in artificialurine was proposed using electrochemical impedance spectroscopy and potentiodynamic polarizationtests. The corrosion potential of pure magnesium and ZK60 alloy were -1820 and -1561 mV, respectively,and the corrosion current densities were 59.66 ± 6.41 and 41.94 ± 0.53 μA cm^-2, respectively. Thein vitro degradation rates for pure Mg and ZK60 alloy in artificial urine were 0.382 and 1.023 mm/y,respectively, determined from immersion tests. The ZK60 alloy degraded faster than the pure Mg in bothartificial urine and in rat bladders (the implants of both samples are ø 3 mm × 5 mm). Histocompatibilityevaluations showed good histocompatibility for the pure Mg and ZK60 alloy during the 3 weeks postimplantationin rat bladders, and no harm was observed in the bladder, liver and kidney tissues. | 15 | Development of an aero-thermal coupled through-flow method for cooled turbines显示文摘The influence of complicated interaction between the flow field and heat transfer in cooled turbines becomes more and more significant with the increasing turbine inlet temperature. However, classical through-flow methods did not take into account the influence of the interaction caused by air cooling. The aerodynamic design and cooling design of cooled turbines were carried out separately, and the iterations between the aerodynamic design and cooling design led to a long design period and raised the design cost. To shorten the design period and decrease the design cost, this paper proposes a concise aero-thermal coupled through-flow method for the design of cooled turbines, taking into account the influence of the complicated interaction between the flow field and heat transfer in cooled turbines. The governing equations, such as energy equation and continuity equation in classical through-flow method are re-derived theoretically by considering the historical influence of cooling with the same method that deals with viscous losses in this paper. A cooling model is developed in this method. The cooled blade is split into a number of heat transfer elements, and the heat transfer is studied element by element along both the span and the chord in detail. This paper applies the method in the design of a two-stage axial turbine, of which the first stator is cooled with convective cooling. With the prescribed blade temperature limitation and the knowledge of the flow variables of the mainstream at the turbine inlet, such as the total pressure, total temperature and mass flow rate, the convergence of the calculation is then obtained and the properties of the flow field, velocity triangles and coolant requirement are well predicted. | 16 | Enhanced Damping Capacities of Mg–Ce Alloy by the Special Microstructure with Parallel Second Phase显示文摘Microstructure evolution and damping capacities of Mg–Ce binary alloys with three different Ce contents(0.5, 1, or 2 wt%) have been systematically investigated in this work. Numerous fine parallel second phases in Mg–2Ce alloy are obtained, as well as a large number of dislocations around them, but few dislocations appear around the reticular second phase in the Mg–1Ce alloy. Among the three alloys, two internal friction peaks(P_1 and P_2) are detected at about 78 and 167?C in both the Mg–0.5Ce and Mg–1Ce alloys.In addition, the alloy with special parallel second phase structure exhibits excellent damping capacity in both strain amplitude and temperature-dependent regions. These results may be ascribed to the stress concentration and the formation of abundant parallel and uniform dislocation configurations in the ?-Mg matrix without the influence of crystal orientation. | 17 | Experimental and numerical investigation on surface quality for two-point incremental sheet forming with interpolator显示文摘The unsatisfied surface quality seriously impedes the wide application of incremental sheet forming(ISF)in industrial field.As a novel approach,the interpolator method is a promising strategy to enhance the surface quality in ISF.However,the mechanism for the improvement of surface quality and the influence of interpolator properties on surface roughness are not well understood.In this paper,the influences of process variables(i.e.tool diameter,step size and thickness of interpolators)on the forming process(e.g.surface roughness,forming force and geometric error)are investigated through a systematic experimental approach of central composite design(CCD)in two-point incremental sheet forming(TPIF).It is obtained that the increase in thickness of interpolators decreases the surface roughness in direction vertical to the tool path while increases the surface roughness in direction horizontal to the tool path.Nevertheless,the combined influence between thickness of interpolators and process parameters(tool diameter and step size)is limited.Meanwhile,the placement of interpolator has little influence on the effective forming force of blank.In addition,the geometric error enlarges with the increase of step size and thickness of interpolator while decreases firstly and then increase with an increase in tool diameter.Finally,the influencing mechanism of the interpolator method on surface quality can be attributed to the decrease of thecontact pressure due to the increase of contact area with the unchanged contact force.Meanwhile,the interpolator method eliminates the sliding friction on the surface of blank due to the stable relative position between the blank and the interpolator. | Xiaoqiang LI Kai HAN Xu SONG Haibo WANG Dongsheng LI Yanle LI Qing LI | 2020 | Chinese Journal of Aeronautics2020,33,10: | 3 |

| 20 | All-trans retinoic acid(ATRA)inhibits insufficient radiofrequency ablation(IRFA)-induced enrichment of tumor-initiating cells in hepatocellular carcinoma显示文摘Objective:Local recurrence of hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC)after radiofrequency ablation(RFA)treatment remains a serious problem.Tumor-initiating cells(TICs)are thought to be responsible for tumor relapse.Here,we investigated the effect of the TIC differentiation inducer,all-trans retinoic acid(ATRA),on RFA and explored the potential molecular mechanisms.Methods:The proportions of CD133+and epithelial cell adhesion molecule(Ep CAM);TICs in recurrent HCC after RFA and primary HCC were first determined in clinic.Then,the effect of heat intervention or insufficient RFA(IRFA)on the malignant potential of HCC cells,including cell migration,sphere formation ability,tumor growth,the proportion of CD133+and Ep CAM+TICs and expression of stem cell-related genes,was evaluated in vitro and in vivo.Finally,the effect of ATRA on the tumor growth and the proportion of TICs was evaluated.Results:In clinical data,a higher proportion of CD133+and Ep CAM+TICs was found in recurrent tumors than in primary tumors.In vitro heat intervention promoted the cell migration and sphere formation ability.Additionally,it increased the proportion of CD133+and Ep CAM+TICs and the expression of stem cell-related genes.In addition,after IRFA the residual tumors in xenografts grew faster and had more TICs than untreated tumors.ATRA remarkably inhibited residual tumor growth after IRFA by elimination of TICs though the PI3 K/AKT pathway.Combination treatment with ATRA resulted in longer survival outcomes in mouse xenografts than RFA alone.Conclusions:ATRA,as a TIC differentiation inducer,could help to improve the effect of RFA treatment,which was partially attributed to its effect against TICs.The data indicated its potential as an alternative drug in the development of better therapeutic strategies for use in combination with RFA. | Song Wang Jingtao Liu Hao Wu Anna Jiang Kun Zhao Kun Yan Wei Wu Haibo Han Yanhua Zhang Wei Yang | 2021 | Chinese Journal of Cancer Research2021,33,6: | 2 |
