The package's component integrality is comparative with the other advanced models physics. A three-level structure of connecting GRAPES physics and dynamic frame has been constructed. The friendly interface is designed for users to plug in their own physics packages. Phenomenon of grid-point storm rainfall in numerical prediction is analyzed with the numerical tests. The scheme of air vertical velocity calculation is improved. Optimizing tests of physics schemes are performed with the correlative parameters adjusting. The results show that the false grid-point storm rainfall is removed by precipitation scheme improving. | 5 | Targeting and exploitation of tumor-associated neutrophils to enhance immunotherapy and drug delivery for cancer treatment显示文摘Neutrophils,the most abundant leukocytes in human blood,are essential fighter immune cells against microbial infection.Based on the finding that neutrophils can either restrict or promote cancer progression,tumor-associated neutrophils(TAN)are classified into anti-tumor N1 and pro-tumor N2 subsets.One of the major mechanisms underlying the tumor-promoting function of N2-TANs is suppression of adaptive immune cells,in particular,cytotoxic T lymphocytes.Currently,no established methodologies are available that can unequivocally distinguish immunosuppressive TANs and granulocytic/polymorphonuclear myeloid-derived suppressor cells(G/PMN-MDSC).In view of the critical role of PMN-MDSCs in immune evasion and resistance to cancer immunotherapy,as established from data obtained with diverse cancer models,therapeutic strategies targeting these cells have been actively developed to enhance the efficacy of immunotherapy.Here,we have reviewed the available literature on strategies targeting PMN-MDSCs and summarized the findings into four categories:(1)depletion of existing PMN-MDSCs,(2)blockade of the development of PMNMDSCs,(3)blockade of PMN-MDSC recruitment,(4)inhibition of immunosuppressive function.Owing to their high mobility to inflamed organs and ability to trespass the blood-brain barrier,neutrophils are outstanding candidate carriers in nanoparticle-based therapies.Another attractive application of neutrophils in cancer therapy is the use of neutrophil membrane-derived nanovesicles as a surrogate of extracellular vesicles for more efficient and scalable drug delivery.In the second part of the review,we have highlighted recent advances in the field of neutrophil-based cancer drug delivery.Overall,we believe that neutrophil-based therapeutics are a rapidly growing area of cancer therapy with significant potential benefits. | Yuting Zhang Guoqiang Liu Miaomiao Sun Xin Lu | 2020 | Cancer Biology & Medicine2020,17,1: | 9 |

This paper presents a numerical simulation of the response of SRC columns subjected to blast loading using hydrocode LS-DYNA. In the numerical model, a sophisticate concrete material model (the Concrete Damage Model) is employed with consideration of the strain rate effect and the damage accumulation. An erosion technique is adopted to model the spalling process of concrete. The possible failure modes of SRC columns are evaluated. | 11 | Fenton-like degradation of Methylene Blue using paper mill sludge-derived magnetically separable heterogeneous catalyst:Characterization and mechanism显示文摘For the paper industry, the disposal and management of the yielded sludge are a considerable challenge. In our work, the paper mill sludge-derived magnetically separable heterogeneous catalyst(PMS-Fe-380) was prepared easily through a facile synthesis method. The morphology and structure of PMS-Fe-380 were fully characterized by means of X-ray diffraction, Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy, scanning electron microscopy, and Brunauer–Emmet–Teller analysis. The catalytic activity of PMS-Fe-380 was evaluated by degradation of Methylene Blue(MB). The reusability and stability of PMS-Fe-380 were evaluated in five repeated runs, which suggested that PMS-Fe-380 manifested excellent stability of catalytic activity. Moreover,leaching tests indicated that the leached iron is negligible(<0.5 mg/L). | 16 | The m6A methylation regulates gonadal sex differentiation in chicken embryo显示文摘Background:As a ubiquitous reversible epigenetic RNA modification,N6-methyladenosine(m6A)plays crucial regulatory roles in multiple biological pathways.However,its functional mechanisms in sex determination and differentiation during gonadal development of chicken embryos are not clear.Therefore,we established a transcriptome-wide m6A map in the female and male chicken left gonads of embryonic day 7(E7)by methylated RNA immunoprecipitation sequencing(MeRIP-seq)to offer insight into the landscape of m6A methylation and investigate the post-transcriptional modification underlying gonadal differentiation.Results:The chicken embryonic gonadal transcriptome was extensively methylated.We found 15,191 and 16,111 m6A peaks in the female and male left gonads,respectively,which were mainly enriched in the coding sequence(CDS)and stop codon.Among these m6A peaks,we identified that 1013 and 751 were hypermethylated in females and males,respectively.These differential peaks covered 281 and 327 genes,such as BMP2,SMAD2,SOX9 and CYP19A1,which were primarily associated with development,morphogenesis and sex differentiation by functional enrichment.Further analysis revealed that the m6A methylation level was positively correlated with gene expression abundance.Furthermore,we found that YTHDC2 could regulate the expression of sex-related genes,especially HEMGN and SOX9,in male mesonephros/gonad mingle cells,which was verified by in vitro experiments,suggesting a regulatory role of m6A methylation in chicken gonad differentiation.Conclusions:This work provided a comprehensive m6A methylation profile of chicken embryonic gonads and revealed YTHDC2 as a key regulator responsible for sex differentiation.Our results contribute to a better understanding of epigenetic factors involved in chicken sex determination and differentiation and to promoting the future development of sex manipulation in poultry industry. | Jianbo Li Xiuan Zhang Xiqiong Wang Congjiao Sun Jiangxia Zheng Junying Li Guoqiang Yi Ning Yang | 2022 | Journal of Animal Science and Biotechnology2022,13,6: | 4 |

By taking into account stochastic disturbances induced by the integration of renewable energies,a new sliding surface function is constructed to guarantee the fast response and robust performance, then the sliding mode control law is designed to guarantee the reach ability of the sliding surface in a finite-time interval. The sufficient robust frequency stabilization result for multi-area power system with time delay is presented in terms of linear matrix inequalities(LMIs). | 20 | Effect of Friction Reclaimed Materials of Waste Brake-shoe on Basic Performance of Mortar显示文摘Discarded train brake shoes mainly consist of steel-backed friction material. To be better reutilized, its essential features and its interaction in cement-based material need to be studied. Consequently, particle size analysis, SEM, IR and TGA were used to investigate two types of waste brake shoes, i e, mechanical grinding friction reclaimed material of waste brake-shoe(G-FRMWBS) and pyrolysis-friction reclaimed materials of waste brake-shoe(P-FRMWBS). The latter exhibited less organic content, larger range of particle size distribution and smaller medium particle diameter. Both types contained inorganic particles of spherical and irregular shapes, striped with steel fiber. Upon isometric substituting fine aggregates, G-FRMWBS lifted the strength of mortar effectively that was increased by 16.6% and 17.5% when the replacing rate was 5%; the value went up to 19.2% and 19.2% when the replacing rate was 10%.
