1Application and future perspective of CRISPR/Cas9 genome editing in fruit crops显示文摘Fruit crops, including apple, orange, grape,banana, strawberry, watermelon, kiwifruit and tomato, not only provide essential nutrients for human life but also contribute to the major agricultural output and economic growth of many countries and regions in the world. Recent advancements in genome editing provides an unprecedented opportunity for the genetic improvement of these agronomically important fruit crops. Here, we summarize recent reports of applying CRISPR/Cas9 to fruit crops,including efforts to reduce disease susceptibility, change plant architecture or flower morphology, improve fruit quality traits, and increase fruit yield. We discuss challenges facing fruit crops as well as new improvements and platforms that could be used to facilitate genome editing in fruit crops, including d Cas9-base-editing to introduce desirable alleles and heat treatment to increase editing efficiency. In addition, we highlight what we see as potentially revolutionary development ranging from transgene-free genome editing to de novo domestication of wild relatives. Without doubt, we now see only the beginning of what will eventually be possible with the use of the CRISPR/Cas9 toolkit. 2Progress in graphene-based magnetic hybrids towards highly efficiency for microwave absorption显示文摘Nowadays, the yearning for microwave absorption materials(MAMs) are more and more urgent for dealing with the increasingly serious electromagnetic pollution and the demand of modern military security.Among potential candidates, the graphene(GE) based magnetic hybrids have advantages in structural controllable and designing flexibility, providing opportunities for achieving highly efficiency of microwave absorption(MA). Thus, the structural regulation and MA performances of GE-based magnetic hybrids arouse great attention in related fields. In this review, we summarize the recently progress in MA performance of GE-based magnetic hybrids. Typical absorption process and corresponding mechanism are firstly introduced, for guiding the design of GE-based magnetic MAMs. Then, the magnetic components, synthesis methods, structural features and regulation strategies of these GE-related magnetic materials are reviewed, and their influences on MA performances have also been discussed. Challenges, and prospects of the GE-based magnetic MAMs are suggested. 3Short-wavelength static optical recording properties of subphthalocyanine thin films显示文摘The static optical recording properties of novel bromoboron trinitro-subphthalocyanine (BTN-SubPc) thin films were studied using a self-developed short-wavelength optical disk tester with high NA objective lens. High reflectivity contrast (>30%) was obtained at low writing power (8 mW) and short writing pulsewidth (200 ns) using the Ar+ laser (514.5 nm) irradiation. These results demonstrate thatsubphthalocyanine is not only qualified for red-light recording but also a promising candidate for the recording medium of a green-light DVD-R. The leading edge, just like the falling edge, of the dye’s absorption band can also be used to realize optical disk storage if an appropriate reflector was used. 4Linking moisture and near-surface wind with winter temperature to reveal the Holocene climate evolution in arid Xinjiang region of China显示文摘An increasing number of palaeo-climatic records have been reported to identify the Holocene climate history in the arid Xinjiang region of northwest China. However, few studies have fully considered the internal linkages within the regional climate system, which may limit our understanding of the forcing mechanisms of Holocene climate change in this region. Here, we systematically consider three major issues of the moisture/precipitation, temperature and near-surface wind relevant to the Holocene climate history of Xinjiang. First, despite there still has debated for the Holocene moisture evolution in this region, more climatic reconstructions from lake sediments, loess, sand-dunes and peats support a long-term regional wetting trend. Second, temperature records from ice cores, peats and stalagmites demonstrate a long-term winter warming trend during the Holocene in middle-to high-latitudes of Asia. Third, recent studies of aeolian sedimentary sequences reveal that the near-surface winds in winter gradually weakened during the Holocene, whereas the winter mid-latitude Westerlies strengthened in the Tienshan Mountains. Based on this evidence, in the arid Xinjiang region we propose an early to middle Holocene relatively cold and dry interval, with strong near-surface winds;and a warmer, wetter interval with weaker near-surface winds in the middle to late Holocene during winter. Additionally,we develop a conceptual model to explain the pattern of Holocene climate changes in this region.From the early to the late Holocene, the increasing atmospheric COcontent and winter insolation,and the shrinking of high-latitude continental ice-sheets, resulted in increasing winter temperatures in middle to high latitudes in the Northern Hemisphere. Subsequently, the increased winter temperature strengthened the winter mid-latitude Westerlies and weakened the Siberian high-pressure system,which caused an increase in winter precipitation and a decrease in near-surface wind strength. This scenario is strongly supported by evidence from geological records, climate simulation results, and modern reanalysis data. 10Current Status and Main Scientific Results of In-flight CSES Mission显示文摘The CSES(China Seismo-Electromagnetic Satellite)is the electromagnetism satellite of China’s Zhangheng mission which is planned to launch a series of microsatellites within next 10 years in order to monitor the electromagnetic environment,gravitational field.The CSES 01 probe(also called ZH-1)was launched successfully on 2 February 2018,from the Jiuquan Satellite Launch Centre(China)and is expected to operate for 5 years in orbit.The second probe CSES 02 is going to be launched in 2022.The scientific objectives of CSES are to detect the electromagnetic field and waves,plasma and particles,for studying the seismic-associated disturbances.To meet the requirements of scientific objective,the satellite is designed to be in a sun-synchronous orbit with a high inclination of 97.4°at an altitude around 507 km.CSES carries nine scientific payloads including Search-coil magnetometer,Electric Field Detector,High precision Magnetometer,GNSS occultation Receiver,Plasma Analyzer,Langmuir Probe,two Energetic Particle Detectors(including an Italian one),and Tri-Band Transmitter.Up to now,CSES has been operating in orbit for 2 years with stable and reliable performance.By using all kinds of data acquired by CSES,we have undertaken a series of scientific researches in the field of global geomagnetic field re-building,the ionospheric variation environment,waves,and particle precipitations under disturbed space weather and earthquake activities,the Lithosphere-Atmosphere-Ionosphere coupling mechanism research and so on.SHEN Xuhui ZEREN Zhima HUANG Jianping YANG Yanyan ZHAO Shufan YAN Rui ZHANG Zhenxia LIU Dapeng WANG Qiao CHU Wei LU Hengxin XU Song GUO Feng TAN Qiao LI Wenjing ZHOU Na SONG Fuxi 2020空间科学学报2020,40,5:1

12Personalized Query Recommendation Using Semantic Factor Model显示文摘In the field of query recommendation,the current techniques for semantic analysis technology can’t meet the demands of users.In order to meet diverse needs,we improved the LDA model and designed a new query recommendation model based on collaborative filtering-Semantic Factor Model(SFM),which combines text information,user interest information and web source.First,we improved the LDA model from bag-of-word to bag-of-phrase to understand the topics expressed by users’frequently used sentences.The phrase bag model treats phrases as a whole and can capture more accurate query intent.Second,we use collaborative filtering to build an evaluation matrix between user interests and personalized expressions.Third,we designed a new scoring function that can recommend the top n resources to users.Finally,we conduct experiments on the AOL data set.The experimental results show that compared with other latest query recommendation techniques,SFM has higher recommendation quality.Jin Xie Fuxi Zhu Huanmei Guan Jiangqing Wang Hao Feng Lin Zheng 2021China Communications2021,18,8:0
13Effects of Nd Doping on Magnetic-Optical Properties of GdFeCo Thin Films显示文摘The GdFeCo and NdGdFeCo thin films were prepared by sputtering, and their hysteresis loops, the temperature dependence of the saturation magnetization M_s and the magneto-optical Kerr spectrum in the visible light range were measured. By studying the effects of light rare earth element Nd doping on the magneto-optical Kerr rotation angle of GdFeCo thin films, it is found that proper Nd additives in GdFeCo films could enhance Kerr rotation at short wavelengths.
