| 1 | Landscape of DILI-related adverse drug reaction in China Mainland显示文摘Drug-induced liver injury(DILI)is a type of bizarre adverse drug reaction(ADR)damaging liver(L-ADR)which may lead to substantial hospitalizations and mortality.Due to the general low incidence,detection of L-ADR remains an unsolved public health challenge.Therefore,we used the data of 6.673 million of ADR reports from January 1st,2012 to December 31st,2016 in China National ADR Monitoring System to establish a new database of L-ADR reports for future investigation.Results showed that totally 114,357 ADR reports were retrieved by keywords searching of liver-related injuries from the original heterogeneous system.By cleaning and standardizing the data fields by the dictionary of synonyms and English translation,we resulted 94,593 ADR records reported to liver injury and then created a new database ready for computer mining.The reporting status of L-ADR showed a persistent 1.62-fold change over the past five years.The national population-adjusted reporting numbers of L-ADR manifested an upward trend with age increasing and more evident in men.The annual reporting rate of L-ADR in age group over 80 years old strikingly exceeded the annual DILI incidence rate in general population,despite known underreporting situation in spontaneous ADR reporting system.The percentage of herbal and traditional medicines(H/TM)L-ADR reports in the whole number was 4.5%,while 80.60%of the H/TM reports were new findings.There was great geographical disparity of reported agents,i.e.more cardiovascular and antineoplastic agents were reported in higher socio-demographic index(SDI)regions and more antimicrobials,especially antitubercular agents,were reported in lower SDI regions.In conclusion,this study presented a large-scale,unbiased,unified,and computer-minable L-ADR database for further investigation.Age-,sex-and SDI-related risks of L-ADR incidence warrant to emphasize the precise pharmacovigilance policies within China or other regions in the world. | Jiabo Wang Haibo Song Feilin Ge Peng Xiong Jing Jing Tingting He Yuming Guo Zhuo Shi Chao Zhou Zixin Han Yanzhong Han Ming Niu Zhaofang Bai Guangbin Luo Chuanyong Shen Xiaohe Xiao | 2022 | Acta Pharmaceutica Sinica B2022,12,12: | 12 |

| 3 | Environmentally Friendly and Multifunctional Shaddock Peel-Based Carbon Aerogel for Thermal-Insulation and Microwave Absorption显示文摘Eco-friendly electromagnetic wave absorbing materials with excellent thermal infrared stealth property,heat-insulating ability and compression resistance are highly attractive in practical applications.Meeting the aforesaid requirements simultaneously is a formidable challenge.Herein,ultra-light carbon aerogels were fabricated via fresh shaddock peel by facile freeze-drying method and calcination process,forming porous network architecture.With the heating platform temperature of 70℃,the upper surface temperatures of the as-prepared carbon aerogel present a slow upward trend.The color of the sample surface in thermal infrared images is similar to that of the surroundings.With the maximum compressive stress of 2.435 kPa,the carbon aerogels can provide favorable endurance.The shaddock peel-based carbon aerogels possess the minimum reflection loss value(RLmin)of−29.50 dB in X band.Meanwhile,the effective absorption bandwidth covers 5.80 GHz at a relatively thin thickness of only 1.7 mm.With the detection theta of 0°,the maximum radar cross-sectional(RCS)reduction values of 16.28 dB m^(2) can be achieved.Theoretical simulations of RCS have aroused extensive interest owing to their ingenious design and time-saving feature.This work paves the way for preparing multi-functional microwave absorbers derived from biomass raw materials under the guidance of RCS simulations. | Weihua Gu Jiaqi Sheng Qianqian Huang Gehuan Wang Jiabin Chen Guangbin Ji | 2021 | Nano-Micro Letters2021,13,7: | 11 |
| 4 | Guaranteed Cost Consensus for High-dimensional Multi-agent Systems With Time-varying Delays显示文摘Guaranteed cost consensus analysis and design problems for high-dimensional multi-agent systems with time varying delays are investigated. The idea of guaranteed cost con trol is introduced into consensus problems for high-dimensiona multi-agent systems with time-varying delays, where a cos function is defined based on state errors among neighboring agents and control inputs of all the agents. By the state space decomposition approach and the linear matrix inequality(LMI)sufficient conditions for guaranteed cost consensus and consensu alization are given. Moreover, a guaranteed cost upper bound o the cost function is determined. It should be mentioned that these LMI criteria are dependent on the change rate of time delays and the maximum time delay, the guaranteed cost upper bound is only dependent on the maximum time delay but independen of the Laplacian matrix. | 5 | The point defect and electronic structure of K doped LaCo_(0.9)Fe_(0.1)O_(3)perovskite with enhanced microwave absorbing ability显示文摘ABO_(3)perovskites,owning unique properties,have great research prospect in electromagnetic wave absorption field.Normally,doping can significantly regulate the dielectric loss,whereas the magnetic loss can be ignored.In this work,the crystal structure and electromagnetic properties can be regulated systematically by the K,Fe co-doping for LaCoO_(3)perovskites(LKCFO)under the condition of fixed F content.In addition,the obtained samples show the obvious interfacial polarization effect on accounting to the small size effect,which is conducive to the effective microwave absorption.By analyzing the evolution of the positron annihilation lifetime and the first-principles calculation of the oxygen density of states for the series of LKCFO perovskites,it is found that the charge transport characteristics will be controlled by the point defect generated by allelic doping.The point defect content decreases and then increases as the doping level rises.The prepared perovskite exhibits the lowest defect density and the largest dielectric loss capability,which indicates that the lower point defects promote electron migration and thus enhance the dielectric loss;thus,the electromagnetic wave absorption bandwidth up to 6.2 GHz is reached.In contrast,both insufficient and excessive K doping are detrimental to the enhancement of microwave absorption.Especially,the practical application value was investigated using Computer Simulation Technology(CST)simulations.The LKCFO-2 exhibits the smallest RCS value(below-10 dBm^(2))at almost-90°-90°with a thickness of 2 mm,providing an effective method for study excellent microwave absorption and scattering property. | Fan Wang Weihua Gu Jiabin Chen Yue Wu Ming Zhou Shaolong Tang Xingzhong Cao Peng Zhang Guangbin Ji | 2022 | Nano Research2022,15,4: | 7 |
| 6 | DG Poisson algebra and its universal enveloping algebra显示文摘We introduce the notions of differential graded(DG) Poisson algebra and DG Poisson module. Let A be any DG Poisson algebra. We construct the universal enveloping algebra of A explicitly, which is denoted by A^(ue). We show that A^(ue) has a natural DG algebra structure and it satisfies certain universal property. As a consequence of the universal property, it is proved that the category of DG Poisson modules over A is isomorphic to the category of DG modules over A^(ue). Furthermore, we prove that the notion of universal enveloping algebra A^(ue) is well-behaved under opposite algebra and tensor product of DG Poisson algebras. | 8 | Multifunctional Integrated Transparent Film for Efficient Electromagnetic Protection显示文摘Silver nanowire(Ag NW)has been considered as the promising building block for the fabrication of transparent electromagnetic interference(EMI)shielding films.However,the practical application of Ag NW-based EMI shielding films has been restricted due to the unsatisfactory stability of Ag NW.Herein,we proposed a reduced graphene oxide(rGO)decorated Ag NW film,which realizes a seamless integration of optical transparency,highly efficient EMI shielding,reliable durability and stability.The Ag NW constructs a highly transparent and conductive network,and the rGO provides additional conductive path,showing a superior EMI shielding effectiveness(SE)of 33.62 dB at transmittance of 81.9%.In addition,the top rGO layer enables the hybrid film with reliable durability and chemical stability,which can maintain 96%and 90%EMI SE after 1000 times bending cycles at radius of 2 mm and exposure in air for 80 days.Furthermore,the rGO/Ag NW films also possess fast thermal response and heating stability,making them highly applicable in wearable devices.The synergy of Ag NW and rGO grants the hybrid EMI shielding film multiple desired functions and meanwhile overcomes the shortcomings of Ag NW.This work provides a reference for preparing multifunctional integrated transparent EMI shielding film. | Gehuan Wang Yue Zhao Feng Yang Yi Zhang Ming Zhou Guangbin Ji | 2022 | Nano-Micro Letters2022,14,5: | 5 |

| 11 | Impacts of building information modeling(BIM) implementation on design and construction performance: a resource dependence theory perspective显示文摘Drawing on resource dependence theory, this paper develops and empirically tests a model for understanding how the implementation of building information modeling(BIM) in construction projects impacts the performance of different project participating organizations through improving their interorganizational collaboration capabilities. Based on two sets of survey data collected from designers and general contractors in BIMbased construction projects in China, the results from partial least squares analysis and bootstrapping mediation test provide clear evidence that BIM-enabled capabilities of information sharing and collaborative decision-making as a whole play a significant role in determining BIMenabled efficiency and effectiveness benefits for both designers and general contractors. The results further reveal that designers and general contractors benefit from project BIM implementation activities significantly nonequivalently, and that this non-equivalence closely relates to the different roles played by designers and general contractors in BIM-enabled interorganizational resource exchange processes. | 14 | Contribution of periphytic biofilm of paddy soils to carbon dioxide fixation and methane emissions显示文摘Rice paddies are major contributors to anthropogenic greenhouse gas emissions via methane(CH_(4))flux.The accurate quantification of CH_(4)emissions from rice paddies remains problematic,in part due to uncertainties and omissions in the contribution of microbial aggregates on the soil surface to carbon fluxes.Herein,we comprehensively evaluated the contribution of one form of microbial aggregates,periphytic biofilm(PB),to carbon dioxide(CO_(2))and CH_(4)emissions from paddies distributed across three climatic zones,and quantified the pathways that drive net CH_(4)production as well as CO_(2)fixation.We found that PB accounted for 7.1%-38.5%of CH_(4)emissions and 7.2%-12.7%of CO_(2)fixation in the rice paddies.During their growth phase,PB fixed CO_(2)and increased the redox potential,which promoted aerobic CH_(4)oxidation.During the decay phase,PB degradation reduced redox potential and increased soil organic carbon availability,which promoted methanogenic microbial community growth and metabolism and increased CH_(4)emissions.Overall,PB acted as a biotic converter of atmospheric CO_(2)to CH_(4),and aggravated carbon emissions by up to 2,318 kg CO_(2)equiv ha^(-1)season^(-1).Our results provide proof-of-concept evidence for the discrimination of the contributions of surface microbial aggregates(i.e.,PB)from soil microbes,and a profound foundation for the estimation and simulation of carbon fluxes in a potential novel approach to the mitigation of CH_(4)emissions by manipulating PB growth. | Sichu Wang Pengfei Sun Guangbin Zhang Neil Gray Jan Dolfing Sofia Esquivel-Elizondo Josep Peñuelas Yonghong Wu | 2022 | The Innovation2022,3,1: | 2 |

| 16 | Elevated atmospheric CO_(2) reduces CH_(4)and N_(2)O emissions under two contrasting rice cultivars from a subtropical paddy field in China显示文摘Elevated CO_(2)(eCO_(2))and rice cultivars can strongly alter CH_(4)and N_(2)O emissions from paddy fields.However,detailed information on how their interaction affects greenhouse gas fluxes in the field is still lacking.In this study,we investigated CH_(4)and N_(2)O emissions and rice growth under two contrasting rice cultivars(the strongly and weakly responsive cultivars)in response to eCO_(2),200μmol mol^(-1)higher than the ambient CO_(2)(aCO_(2)),in Chinese subtropical rice systems relying on a multi-year in-situ free-air CO_(2)enrichment platform from 2016 to 2018.The results showed that compared to aCO_(2),eCO_(2)increased rice yield by 7%-31%,while it decreased seasonal cumulative CH_(4)and N_(2)O emissions by 10%-59%and 33%-70%,respectively,regardless of rice cultivar.The decrease in CH_(4) emissions under eCO_(2)was possibly ascribed to the lower CH_(4)production potential(MPP)and the higher CH_(4)oxidation potential(MOP)correlated with the higher soil redox potential(Eh)and O_(2)concentration([O_(2)])in the surface soil.The mitigating effect of eCO_(2)on N_(2)O emissions was likely associated with the reduction of soil soluble N content.The strongly responsive cultivars had lower CH_(4)and N_(2)O emissions than the weakly re sponsive cultivars,and the main reason might be that the former induced higher soil Eh and[O_(2)]in the surface soil and had larger plant biomass and greater N uptake.The findings indicated that breeding strongly responsive cultivars with the potential for greater rice production and lower greenhouse gas emissions is an effective agricultural practice to ensure food security and environmental sustainability under future climate change scenarios. | Haiyang YU Guangbin ZHANG Jing MA Tianyu WANG Kaifu SONG Qiong HUANG Chunwu ZHU Qian JIANG Jianguo ZHU Hua XU | 2022 | Pedosphere2022,32,5: | 2 |

Consequently, the constructed flexible composite demonstrates enhanced mechanical properties with a tensile stress of 1.2 MPa, which was almost 6 times that of the original material. This is mainly attributed to the fact that the PNAI(branch) was firmly attached to the CF(trunk) through polydopamine(PDA), forming a robust interlocked structure. Meanwhile, the composite possesses excellent thermal insulation and heat preservation capacity owing to the synergistically low thermal conductivity and emissivity. More importantly, the conductive path of the composite established by the three 1D materials greatly improved its EMI shielding property and Joule heating performance at low applied voltage.
