3New Gene Variants Associated with the Risk of Chronic HBV Infection显示文摘Some patients with chronic hepatitis B virus(HBV)infection failed to clear HBV,even persistently continue to produce antibodies to HBV.Here we performed a two stage genome wide association study in a cohort of Chinese patients designed to discover single nucleotide variants that associate with HBV infection and clearance of HBV.The first stage involved genome wide exome sequencing of 101 cases(HBsAg plus anti-HBs positive)compared with 102 control patients(antiHBs positive,HBsAg negative).Over 80%of individual sequences displayed 209 sequence coverage.Adapters,uncertain bases[10%or low-quality base calls([50%)were filtered and compared to the human reference genome hg19.In the second stage,579 chronic HBV infected cases and 439 HBV clearance controls were sequenced with selected genes from the first stage.Although there were no significant associated gene variants in the first stage,two significant gene associations were discovered when the two stages were assessed in a combined analysis.One association showed rs506121-“T”allele[within the dedicator of cytokinesis 8(DOCK8)gene]was higher in chronic HBV infection group than that in clearance group(P=0.002,OR=0.77,95%CI[0.65,0.91]).The second association involved rs2071676—A allele within the Carbonic anhydrase(CA9)gene that was significantly elevated in chronic HBV infection group compared to the clearance group(P=0.0003,OR=1.35,95%CI[1.15,1.58]).Upon replication these gene associations would suggest the influence of DOCK8 and CA9 as potential risk genetic factors in the persistence of HBV infection.Mengjie Fan Jing Wang Sa Wang Tengyan Li Hong Pan Hankui Liu Huifang Xu Daria V.Zhernakova Stephen J.O’Brien Zhenru Feng Le Chang Erhei Dai Jianhua Lu Hongli Xi Yanyan Yu Jianguo Zhang Binbin Wang Zheng Zeng 2020Virologica Sinica2020,35,4:1

5An inactivated recombinant rabies virus chimerically expressed RBD induces humoral and cellular immunity against SARS-CoV-2 and RABV显示文摘Many studies suggest that severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2(SARS-CoV-2)can infect various animals and transmit among animals,and even to humans,posing a threat to humans and animals.There is an urgent need to develop inexpensive and efficient animal vaccines to prevent and control coronavirus disease 2019(COVID-19)in animals.Rabies virus(RABV)is another important zoonotic pathogen that infects almost all warmblooded animals and poses a great public health threat.The present study constructed two recombinant chimeric viruses expressing the S1 and RBD proteins of the SARS-CoV-2 Wuhan01 strain based on a reverse genetic system of the RABV SRV9 strain and evaluated their immunogenicity in mice,cats and dogs.The results showed that both inactivated recombinant viruses induced durable neutralizing antibodies against SARS-CoV-2 and RABV and a strong cellular immune response in mice.Notably,inactivated SRV-nCoV-RBD induced earlier antibody production than SRV-nCoV-S1,which was maintained at high levels for longer periods.Inactivated SRV-nCoV-RBD induced neutralizing antibodies against both SARS-CoV-2 and RABV in cats and dogs,with a relatively broadspectrum cross-neutralization capability against the SARS-CoV-2 pseudoviruses including Alpha,Beta,Gamma,Delta,and Omicron,showing potential to be used as a safe bivalent vaccine candidate against COVID-19 and rabies in animals.Haili Zhang Hongli Jin Feihu Yan Yumeng Song Jiaxin Dai Cuicui Jiao Yujie Bai Jingxuan Sun Di Liu Shen Wang Mengyao Zhang Jilong Lu Jingbo Huang Pei Huang Yuanyuan Li Xianzhu Xia Hualei Wang 2023Virologica Sinica2023,38,2:0

11Effect of complexing agent concentration on properties of CdZnS thin films in ammonia-thiourea system显示文摘In this paper,the effects of different concentrations of complexing agent(ammonia)on the surface morphology,composition,structure and photoelectric properties of Cd Zn S films were studied.The results of X-ray diffraction(XRD),scanning electron microscopy(SEM)and UV-visible spectrum showed that the surface morphology of the films became worse and the content of zinc decreased significantly with the increase of ammonia concentration.The crystalline phase of Cd Zn S films was not influenced by the ammonia concentration.Because the film has good absorbance,transmittance greater than 70%and band gap width between 3.5 eV and 3.07 eV,it is suitable to be used as a buffer layer for solar cells.Cd S,Zn O and Zn(OH)_(2) were found in the precipitates at the bottom of the solution,and the formation of these precipitates affected the properties of the Cd Zn S films.Lü Chaoqun XUE Yuming DAI Hongli WANG Luoxin WANG Yifan XIE Xin 2023Optoelectronics Letters2023,19,4:0
12Structural,electrochemical and cycling properties of Nb^(5+)doped LiNi_(0.8)Co_(0.1)Mn_(0.1)O_(2)cathode materials at different calcination temperatures for lithium-ion batteries显示文摘LiNi_(0.8)Co_(0.1)Mn_(0.1)O_(2)cathode material is prepared by sol-gel method and the effects of Nb^(5+)doping and different calcination temperatures on cathode materials were deeply investigated.Structural and morphological characterizations revealed that the optimal content of 1 mol%Nb^(5+)can stabilize layered structures,mitigate Ni^(2+)migration to Li layers,improve lithium diffusion capacity,and reduce lattice expansion/shrinkage while cycling.And calcination temperature at 800℃can not only ensure good morphology,but also suppress the mixed discharge of lithium and nickel in the internal structure.Electrochemical performance evaluation revealed that Nb^(5+)doping improves the discharge-specific capacity of the material,which is conducive to ameliorating its rate capability and cycle performance.And the material at 800℃exhibits the highest discharge specific capacity,the best magnification performance,low polarizability,and the best cycle reversibility.WANG Jiangchao XUE Yuming DAI Hongli WANG Luoxin ZHANG Jiuchao HU Zhaoshuo 2023Optoelectronics Letters2023,19,9:0
13Knockdown of Nav1_5 inhibits cell proliferation,migration and invasion via Wnt/β-catenin signaling pathway in oral squamous cell carcinoma显示文摘Oral squamous cell carcinoma(OSCC)is a common type of malignant oral cancer that has a high recurrence rate.Voltage-gated sodium channel Nav1.5 was reported to be highly up-regulated in various types of cancers.However,the regulatory mechanism of Nav1.5 in cancers including OSCC still remains elusive.In this study,Nav1.5 was found to be highly expressed in OSCC tissues and cells.Through the analysis of clinical characteristics of patients,we found that the expression level of Nav1.5 was closely related to neutrophil-to-lymphocyte ratio,platelet-to-lymphocyte ratio,tumor-node-metastasis stage,and lymph node metastasis.Moreover,we found that Nav1.5 mainly located on the cell membrane as well as cytoplasm and knockdown of Nav1.5 promoted cell apoptosis and decreased proliferation in OSCC.Transwell assay results showed that knockdown of Nav1.5 effectively suppressed the migration and invasion in OSCC.In addition,knockdown of Nav1.5 was found to inhibit the protein and mRNA expression levels ofβ-catenin,cyclin D1,and C-Myc in the Wnt/βcatenin signaling pathway.In summary,these results indicated that Nav1.5 may be involved in the progression of OSCC through the Wnt/βcatenin signaling pathway.Xiaoli Xu Yongzheng Dai Linfei Feng Hongli Zhang Yukun Hu Le Xu Xinwei Zhu Yong Jiang 2020Acta Biochimica et Biophysica Sinica2020,52,5:0
14Observation-based sources evolution of non-methane hydrocarbons (NMHCs) in a megacity of China显示文摘Both concentrations and emissions of many air pollutants have been decreasing due to implement of control measures in China,in contrast to the fact that an increase in emissions of non-methane hydrocarbons(NMHCs)has been reported.This study employed seven years continuous NMHCsmeasurements and the related activities data of Shanghai,a megacity in China,to explore evolution of emissions and effectiveness of air pollution control measures.The mixing ratio of NMHCs showed no statistical interannual changes,of which their compositions exhibited marked changes.This resulted in a decreasing trend of ozone formation potential by 3.8%/year(p<0.05,the same below),which should be beneficial to ozone pollution mitigation as its production in Shanghai is in the NMHCs-limited regime.Observed alkanes,aromatics and acetylene changed by+3.7%/year,-5.9%/year and-7.4%/year,respectively,and alkenes showed no apparent trend.NMHCs sources were apportioned by a positive matrix factorization model.Accordingly,vehicular emissions(-5.9%/year)and petrochemical industry emissions(-7.1%/year)decreased significantly,but the decrease slowed down;significant reduction in solvent usage(-9.0%/year)appeared after 2010;however,emissions of natural gas(+12.6%/year)and fuel evaporation(with an increasing fraction)became more important.The inconsistency between observations and inventories was found in interannual trend and speciation as well as source contributions,emphasizing the need for further validation in NMHCs emission inventory.Our study confirms the effectiveness of measures targeting mobile and centralized emissions from industrial sources and reveals a need focusing on fugitive emissions,which provided new insights into future air policies in polluted region.Yarong Peng Hongli Wang Qian Wang Shengao Jing Jingyu An Yaqin Gao Cheng Huang Rusha Yan Haixia Dai Tiantao Cheng Qiang Zhang Meng Li Jianlin Hu Zhihao Shi Li Li Shengrong Lou Shikang Tao Qinyao Hu Jun Lu Changhong Chen 2023Journal of Environmental Sciences2023,,2:0
15Energy transfer,superior thermal stability and multi-color emitting properties of langbeinite-type solid-solution phosphor K_(2)Dy_(1.5-x)Eu_(x)Ta_(0.5)(PO_(4))_(3)显示文摘Langbeinite type compounds are a large kind of oxometallate with good flexibility structure.Herein,we synthesized a new langbeinite type compound K_(2)Dy_(1.5)Ta_(0.5)(PO_(4))_(3),in which the Dy^(3+)and Ta^(5+)were blended to occupy the same crystallographic sites.Simultaneously,solid solutions of K_(2)Dy_(1.5-x)Eu_(x)Ta_(0.5)(PO_(4))_(3)(x=0-1.5)were prepared and their photoluminescence properties were investigated.Due to energy transfer from Dy3+to Eu3+,both Dy3+and Eu3+characteristic emissions are observed under 393 nm light excitation.The emitting color of K_(2)Dy_(1.5-x)Eu_(x)Ta_(0.5)(PO_(4))_(3)turns from green through yellow to red by simply adjusting the Eu^(3+)concentration from 0 to 0.4.Moreover,K_(2)Dy_(1.48)Eu_(0.02)Ta_(0.5)(PO_(4))_(3)phosphor possesses excellent fluorescence thermal stability and exhibits zero thermal quenching at 150℃.These results manifest that K_(2)Dy_(1.5-x)Eu_(x)Ta_(0.5)(PO_(4))_(3)solutions are promising multi-color emitting phosphors candidate for near-UV LED.Shirui Zhang Dan Zhao Shaojie Dai Hongli Lou Ruijuan Zhang 2021Journal of Rare Earths2021,39,8:0
16Effect of preheating and annealing temperature on the microstructure and optoelectronic properties of CZTS films prepared by sol-gel method显示文摘The effects of different preheating and annealing temperatures on the surface morphology,microstructure,and optical properties of Cu_(2)ZnSnS_(4)(CZTS) thin films are investigated by controlling the preheating and annealing temperatures.The prepared thin films were characterized using X-ray diffraction(XRD),Raman spectroscopy,scanning electron microscopy(SEM),and ultra-violet-visible(UV-Vis) spectroscopy techniques.XRD and Raman spectroscopy showed that a Kesterite structure with a selective orientation along the(112) peak was generated,and the thin films produced at a preheating temperature of 300℃ and annealing temperature of 570℃ had fewer secondary phases,which was beneficial for improving the performance of the solar cells.SEM confirms that the crystallite size increases and then decreases as the temperature increases,and the largest and most uniform crystallite size with the smoothest surface is generated at the above preheating and annealing temperatures.UV-Vis measurements show that the thin films generated at the above temperature have the lowest transmittance and the lowest optical band gap value of 1.46 e V,which is close to the optimal band gap value for solar cells and is suitable as an absorber layer material.HU Zhaoshuo XUE Yuming DAI Hongli WANG Luoxin ZHANG Jiuchao WANG Jiangchao 2023Optoelectronics Letters2023,19,7:0

18Organic Ligand-Free Hydroformylation with Rh Particles as Catalyst显示文摘Summary of main observation and conclusion An efficient and organic ligand-free heterogeneous catalytic system for hydroformylation of olefins is highly desirable for both academy and industry.In this study,simple Rh black was employed as a heterogeneous catalyst for hydroformylation of olefins in the absence of organic ligand.The Rh black catalyst showed good catalytic activity for a broad substrate scope including the aliphatic and aromatic olefins,affording the desired aldehydes in good yields.Taking the hydroformylation of ethylene as an example,86%yield of propanal and TOF of 200 h-1 were obtained,which was superior to the reported homogeneous catalytic systems.In addition,the catalyst could be reused five times without loss of activity under identical reaction conditions,and the Rh leaching was negligible after each cycle.Shujuan Liu Xingchao Dai Hongli Wang Xinzhi Wang Feng Shi 2020Chinese Journal of Chemistry2020,38,2:0
