4Visible transparent,infrared stealthy polymeric films with nanocoating of ITO@MXene enable efficient passive radiative heating and solar/electric thermal conversion显示文摘Visible transparent yet low infrared-emissivity(ε)polymeric materials are highly anticipated in many applications,whereas the fabrication of which remains a formidable challenge.Herein,visible transparent,flexible,and low-εpolymeric films were fabricated by nanocoating decoration of indium tin oxide(ITO)and MXene on polyethylene terephthalate(PET)film surface through magnetron sputtering and spray coating,respectively.The obtained PET-ITO@MXene(PET-IM)film exhibits lowεof 24.7%and high visible transmittance exceeding 50%,endowing it with excellent visible transparent infrared stealthy by reducing human skin radiation temperature from 32 to 20.8°C,and remarkable zero-energy passive radiative heating capability(5.7°C).Meanwhile,the transparent low-εPET-IM film has high solar absorptivity and electrical conductivity,enabling superior solar/electric to thermal conversion performance.Notably,the three heating modes of passive radiative and active solar/electric can be integrated together to cope with complex heating scenarios.These visible transparent low-εpolymeric films are highly promising in infrared stealth,building daylighting and thermal management,and personal precision heating.Xingyuan Du Xiangxin Li Yuxuan Zhang Xinyi Guo Zhengji Li Yanxia Cao Yanyu Yang Wanjie Wang Jianfeng Wang 2023Nano Research2023,16,2:1

6Flue Gas Monitoring System With Empirically-Trained Dictionary显示文摘The monitoring of flue gas of the thermal power plants is of great significance in energy conservation and environmental protection.Spectral technique has been widely used in the gas monitoring system for predicting the concentrations of specific gas components.This paper proposes flue gas monitoring system with empirically-trained dictionary(ETD)to deal with the complexity and biases brought by the uninformative spectral data.Firstly,ETD is extracted from the raw spectral data by an alternative optimization between the sparse coding stage and the dictionary update stage to minimize the error of sparse representation.D1,D2 and D3 are three types of ETD obtained by different methods.Then,the predictive model of component concentration is constructed on the ETD.In the experiments,two real flue gas spectral datasets are collected and the proposed method combined with the partial least squares,the background propagation neural network and the support vector machines are performed.Moreover,the optimal parameters are chosen according to the 10-fold root-mean-square error of cross validation.The experimental results demonstrate that the proposed method can be used for quantitative analysis effectively and ETD can be applied to the gas monitoring systems.Hui Cao Yajie Yu Panpan Zhang Yanxia Wang 2020IEEE/CAA Journal of Automatica Sinica2020,7,2:1

11Highly Efficient Heavy-Metal-Ion Removal from Shellfish Processing Liquid with Low Protein and Polysaccharide Loss by Hybrid Mesoporous Silica Diol-APDC-SBA15显示文摘Heavy metal ions in shellfish products are harmful to human health,and their removal with low nutrient loss remains challenging.Herein,a new type of mesoporous silica(SBA15),modified internally with ammonium pyrrolidine dithiocarbamate(APDC)and externally with alkyl-diol groups,which was named as Diol-APDC-SBA15,was successfully developed and characterized by powder X-ray diffraction patterns,nitrogen adsorption,and Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy.The solutions with lead,chromium,cadmium,and copper were used to investigate the adsorption capacity of Diol-APDC-SBA15.Diol-APDC-SBA15 was adopted to remove heavy metals from cooking liquids of clams(Ruditapes philippinarum),hydrolysate liquids of oysters(Ostrea gigas Thunberg),and polysaccharide solution from the cooking liquid of R.philippinarum.The efficiencies of removing heavy metal ions and the loss rates of proteins and polysaccharides were examined.The results showed that the adsorption capacities of Diol-APDCSBA15 for Pb,Cr,Cd,and Cu in standard heavy-metal solutions were 161.4,166.1,29.6,and 60.2mgg^(−1),respectively.The removal efficiency of Diol-APDC-SBA15 for Pb in the three shellfish processing liquids ranged from 60.5%to 99.6%.The Cr removal efficiency was above 99.9%in the oyster hydrolysate liquid.Meanwhile,the percentages of polysaccharide loss were 5.5%and 3.7%in the cooking liquid of clam and polysaccharide solution,respectively,and the protein loss was 1.2%in the oyster hydrolysate liquid.Therefore,the Diol-APDC-SBA15 material exhibits a great potential application in the removal of heavy metals from shellfish processing liquids with low losses of proteins and polysaccharides.QI Yanxia SONG Yang LIU Chang QI Shizhe WANG Haibo CAO Jijuan ZHAO Qiancheng 2023Journal of Ocean University of China2023,22,1:1

14Low infrared emitter from Ti3C2Tx MXene towards highly-efficient electric/solar and passive radiative heating显示文摘Realizing all-day and all-weather energy-saving heating is crucial for mitigating the global energy and ecology crisis.Electric/solar heating are two promising heating approaches,yet materials with high elec-trical conductivity,high solar absorptivity,and low infrared emissivity at the same time are rare in na-ture,which are highly anticipated and of great significance for highly efficient electric/solar heating.In this work,we demonstrate that Ti_(3)C_(2)T_(x) MXene with low IR emissivity(14.5%)fills the gap in the absence of the above materials,exhibiting a remarkable electric/solar heating performance.The saturated heating temperature of Ti_(3)C_(2)T_(x) film reaches a record-high value of 201°C at a low driving voltage of 1.5 V,and reaches 84.3°C under practical solar irradiation(750 W/m^(2))with a high solar to the thermal conversion efficiency of 75.3%,which is far superior to other reported materials.Meanwhile,the low IR emissivity endows Ti_(3)C_(2)T_(x) with a remarkable passive radiative heating capability of 7.0°C,ensuring zero-energy heating without electric/solar energy supply.The intrinsic characteristic of high electrical conductivity,high solar absorptivity,and low IR emissivity makes Ti_(3)C_(2)T_(x) unique existence in nature,which is highly promising for all-day and all-weather energy-saving heating.Mingming Shen Jiahao Ni Yanxia Cao Yanyu Yang Wanjie Wang Jianfeng Wang 2023Journal of Materials Science & Technology2023,,2:1

16Intensive up-conversion photoluminescence of Er^(3+)-doped Bi_(7)Ti_(4)NbO_(21)ferroelectric ceramics and its temperature sensing显示文摘The intensive up-conversion(UC)photoluminescence and temperature sensing behavior of Er3t-doped Bi_(7)Ti_(4)NbO_(21)(BTN)ferroelectric ceramics prepared by a conventional solid-state reaction technique have been investigated.The X-ray diffraction and field emission scanning electron microscope analyses demonstrated that the Er3t-doped BTN ceramics are single phase and uniform flake-like structure.With the Er3t ions doping,the intensive UC emission was observed without obviously changing the properties of ferroelectric.The optimal emission intensity was obtained when Er doping level was 15 mol.%.The temperature sensing behavior was studied by fluorescence intensity ratio(FIR)technique of two green UC emission bands,and the experimental data fitted very well with the function of temperature in a range of 133–573 K.It suggested that the Er3t-doped BTN ferroelectric ceramics are very good candidates for applications such as optical thermometry,electro-optical devices and bio-imaging ceramics.Hua Zou Jun Li Qiufeng Cao Xusheng Wang Xinwei Hui Yanxia Li Yao Yu Xi Yao 2014Journal of Advanced Dielectrics2014,4,4:1
17MST4 kinase regulates immune thrombocytopenia by phosphorylating STAT1-mediated M1 polarization of macrophages显示文摘Primary immune thrombocytopenia(ITP)is an autoimmune hemorrhagic disorder in which macrophages play a critical role.Mammalian sterile-20-like kinase 4(MST4),a member of the germinal-center kinase STE20 family,has been demonstrated to be a regulator of inflammation.Whether MST4 participates in the macrophage-dependent inflammation of ITP remains elusive.The expression and function of MST4 in macrophages of ITP patients and THP-1 cells,and of a macrophage-specific Mst4−/−(Mst4ΔM/ΔM)ITP mouse model were determined.Macrophage phagocytic assays,RNA sequencing(RNA-seq)analysis,immunofluorescence analysis,coimmunoprecipitation(co-IP),mass spectrometry(MS),bioinformatics analysis,and phosphoproteomics analysis were performed to reveal the underlying mechanisms.The expression levels of the MST4 gene were elevated in the expanded M1-like macrophages of ITP patients,and this elevated expression of MST4 was restored to basal levels in patients with remission after high-dose dexamethasone treatment.The expression of the MST4 gene was significantly elevated in THP-1-derived M1 macrophages.Silencing of MST4 decreased the expression of M1 macrophage markers and cytokines,and impaired phagocytosis,which could be increased by overexpression of MST4.In a passive ITP mouse model,macrophage-specific depletion of Mst4 reduced the numbers of M1 macrophages in the spleen and peritoneal lavage fluid,attenuated the expression of M1 cytokines,and promoted the predominance of FcγRIIb in splenic macrophages,which resulted in amelioration of thrombocytopenia.Downregulation of MST4 directly inhibited STAT1 phosphorylation,which is essential for M1 polarization of macrophages.Our study elucidates a critical role for MST4 kinase in the pathology of ITP and identifies MST4 kinase as a potential therapeutic target for refractory ITP.Jingjing Cao Lili Ji Yanxia Zhan Xia Shao Pengcheng Xu Boting Wu Pu Chen Luya Cheng Xibing Zhuang Yang Ou Fanli Hua Lihua Sun Feng Li Hao Chen Zhaocai Zhou Yunfeng Cheng 2023Cellular & Molecular Immunology2023,20,12:0
18Theoretical study of partial oxidation of ethylene by vanadium trioxide cluster cation显示文摘Density functional theory (DFT) study of reaction between vanadium trioxide cluster cation (VO3+) and ethylene (C2H4) to yield VO2+ + CH3CHO (acetaldehyde) and VO2CH2+ + HCHO (formaldehyde) is carried out. Structures of all reactants, products, intermediates, and transition state in the reaction have been optimized and characterized. The results show unexpected barriers in the reaction due to the existence of a η2-O2 moiety in the ground state structure of VO3+. The initial reaction steps combining ethylene adsorption, C=C activation and O-O cleavage are proposed as rate limiting processes. Comparison of reactions of VO3+ + C2H4 with VO3 + C2H4 and VO2+ + C2H4 in the previous studies is made in detail. 20Multiparticle resonant optical sorting using a topological photonic structure显示文摘Resonance between light and object is highly desired in optical manipulation because the optical forces reach maximum values in this case. However, in traditional waveguide structures, the resonant interaction also greatly perturbs the incident field and weakens or completely destroys the manipulation on the subsequent particles. In order to avoid this dilemma, we propose to perform optical manipulation in a topological photonic structure.Owing to the topological protection, the light mode can almost keep its original form when an object is being manipulated. Therefore, resonant optical sorting can be achieved in a multiple and high throughput manner.
