| 3 | Porous N-doped Ni@SiO_(2)/graphene network: Three-dimensional hierarchical architecture for strong and broad electromagnetic wave absorption显示文摘Electromagnetic wave absorber is critical for reducing increasingly serious electromagnetic wave pollu-tion,however,the development of lightweight and broadband microwave absorbers remains a pressing challenge.We report here the rational design and synthesis of N-doped Ni@SiO_(2)/graphene composite con-structed from 3D interconnected porous graphene network and Ni@SiO_(2) core-shell architecture,which fulfills lightweight and broadband requirements while exhibiting highly efficient electromagnetic wave absorption.The porous graphene network,functioning both as lightweight support and dielectric medi-ator,was synthesized via NaCl template-assisted high-temperature calcination method.Upon uniformly attached with core-shell Ni@SiO_(2) on the surface,the resulting abundant heterogeneous interfaces con-structed by graphene-Ni and Ni-SiO_(2) strongly reinforce polarization loss.The presence of low dielectric SiO_(2) allows facile tuning of the complex permittivity of ternary composite by adjusting coating thick-ness to balance the attenuation ability and impedance matching.Moreover,further N-doping of graphene assists in the optimization of dielectric loss ability.Taking account of the advantages arising from the porous hierarchical architecture,multiple absorption centers and diverse interfaces,the lightweight com-posite exhibits an ultra-strong reflection loss(RL)value of-71.13 dB at 13.76 GHz with a thickness of 2.46 mm and broad effective absorption bandwidth of 7.04 GHz at a low filler content of 15 wt.%.More importantly,the effective absorption range covers 13.28 GHz(4.72-18 GHz)with the optimized thickness of 1.6-5 mm,representing 83%of the whole range of frequencies.Our results demonstrate that the novel 3D porous N-doped Ni@SiO_(2)/graphene network with hierarchical architecture is a promising candidate for high-performance electromagnetic wave absorption. | Rui Guo Qi Zheng Lianjun Wang Yuchi Fan Wan Jiang | 2022 | Journal of Materials Science & Technology2022,,11: | 3 |
| 4 | FISH of 5S rDNA and telomeric(TTAGGG)n repeats in normal and translocated populations of the frog Quasipaa boulengeri(Anura,Ranidae)显示文摘Quasipaa boulengeri,a spiny frog,is widely distributed in the low mountain regions,around Sichuan Basin.Our previous study revealed five karyotypes,caused by a translocation,that are randomly distributed throughout different populations.5S rDNA and telomere sequence(TTAGGG) n are potential good markers for chromosome identification and karyological evolution.In this study,we examined the sequences of 14 populations using fluorescence in situ hybridization(FISH) to detect if there is any variation between karyologically normal and translocated populations.5S rDNA loci were located at the same position on chromosomes 1 in 7 translocated populations.In two of the seven normal populations,5S rDNA also occurred on chromosome 5 in addition to chromosome 1.Our findings further indicate that the 5S rDNA on No.1 most likely represents the ancestral condition,while the minor loci represent the derived state.Signal density variations of the 5S rDNA were observed beteween homologous chromosomes or sister chromatids of pair 1 in both normal and translocated populations.Telomere sequences were identically located on all ends of the 26 chromosomes in seven rearranged populations,however,no ITSs were observed on the translocated chromosomes 1 and 6.Two of the six normal populations were found to contain ITSs which indicates that populations with translocation events diverged prior to those with ITSs rearrangements.In the KKS and BF populations,the ITSs of chromosome 3 are not always found on both homologues.Inter-chromosomal signal strength of telomeric sequences commonly differs within all populations. | QING LiYan XIA Yun ZHENG YuChi ZENG XiaoMao | 2013 | Chinese Science Bulletin2013,58,17: | 2 |

| 10 | Matrilineal Genealogy of Hynobius (Caudata:Hynobiidae) and a Temporal Perspective on Varying Levels of Diversity among Lineages of Salamanders on the Japanese Islands显示文摘Previous work found that different Japanese lineages of salamanders had quite different levels of species and genetic diversity. Lineages vary from having one to several species and the extent of genetic variation among lineages differs substantially. Most speciose,genus Hynobius contains 18 species and several potential cryptic species. We explore genetic diversity in this genus by combining comprehensive sampling and mitochondrial DNA sequences. Based on this and previous analyses of salamanders,relative times of divergence are employed to evaluate the relationship between age and diversity among the four major lineages whose distributions broadly overlap on the islands. For Hynobius,our analyses are congruent with the previously reported high level of cryptic diversity in morphology and allozymes,particularly in species composed of non-sister matrilines. Both species and genetic diversity correlate with the relative ages of the lineages. This correlation indicates that the variation in levels of diversity can be explained,to a considerable extent,by the hypothesis that older insular lineages have accumulated greater diversity. | 12 | A Study of Using Synthetic Data for Effective Association Knowledge Learning显示文摘Association,aiming to link bounding boxes of the same identity in a video sequence,is a central component in multi-object tracking(MOT).To train association modules,e.g.,parametric networks,real video data are usually used.However,annotating person tracks in consecutive video frames is expensive,and such real data,due to its inflexibility,offer us limited opportunities to evaluate the system performance w.r.t.changing tracking scenarios.In this paper,we study whether 3D synthetic data can replace real-world videos for association training.Specifically,we introduce a large-scale synthetic data engine named MOTX,where the motion characteristics of cameras and objects are manually configured to be similar to those of real-world datasets.We show that,compared with real data,association knowledge obtained from synthetic data can achieve very similar performance on real-world test sets without domain adaption techniques.Our intriguing observation is credited to two factors.First and foremost,3D engines can well simulate motion factors such as camera movement,camera view,and object movement so that the simulated videos can provide association modules with effective motion features.Second,the experimental results show that the appearance domain gap hardly harms the learning of association knowledge.In addition,the strong customization ability of MOTX allows us to quantitatively assess the impact of motion factors on MOT,which brings new insights to the community. | Yuchi Liu Zhongdao Wang Xiangxin Zhou Liang Zheng | 2023 | Machine Intelligence Research2023,20,2: | 0 |
