| 1 | Analysis of pesticide residues in commercially available chenpi using a modified QuEChERS method and GC-MS/MS determination显示文摘To ensure the safety of the commercially available chenpi,a convenient and fast analytical method was developed for the determination of 133 pesticide residues in chenpi using gas chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry(GC-MS/MS).In this study,different extraction solvents,redissolution solvents and adsorbents were tested according to the recovery and purification effect to obtain a modified QuEChERS method.The samples were extracted with acetonitrile.During the clean-up step,octadecyl-modified silica(C18)and graphitized carbon black(GCB)were selected,and aminopropyl(NH2)was used instead of primary secondary amine(PSA)because of its weaker ion exchange capacity which had little effect on the recovery of ditalimfos.Samples were quantified by matrix-matched calibration with internal standards.All pesticides showed good linearity in the respective range,both with values of r2>0.99.The average recoveries of the pesticides spiked samples ranged from 70.0% to 112.2% with the RSDs of 0.2%–14.4%.The modified QuEChERS method was validated and applied to twenty real samples.Five pesticides were found in eight batches,but no pesticide exceeded the maximum residue limits(MRL,MRL reference to European commission). | Shuang Li Peipei Yu Ceng Zhou Ling Tong Dongxiang Li Zhiguo Yu Yunli Zhao | 2020 | Journal of Pharmaceutical Analysis2020,10,1: | 34 |
| 2 | Track-before-detect for Infrared Maneuvering Dim Multi-target via MM-PHD显示文摘In this paper, we present a novel and efficient track-before-detect (TBD) algorithm based on multiple-model probability hypothesis density (MM-PHD) for tracking infrared maneuvering dim multi-target. Firstly, the standard sequential Monte Carlo probability hypothesis density (SMC-PHD) TBD-based algorithm is introduced and sequentially improved by the adaptive process noise and the importance re-sampling on particle likelihood, which result in the improvement in the algorithm robustness and convergence speed. Secondly, backward recursion of SMC-PHD is derived in order to ameliorate the tracking performance especially at the time of the multi-target arising. Finally, SMC-PHD is extended with multiple-model to track maneuvering dim multi-target. | 4 | Effect of minor Sc addition on microstructure and stress corrosion cracking behavior of medium strength Al–Zn–Mg alloy显示文摘Influence of Sc content on microstructure and stress corrosion cracking behavior of medium strength Al–Zn–Mg alloy have been investigated by optical microscopy, scanning electron microscopy, electron backscatter diffraction, transmission electron microscopy and slow strain rate test. The results indicate that the addition of Sc results in the formation of the quaternary coherent Al_3(Sc, Zr, Ti) dispersoids during homogenization treatment, which will inhibit the dynamic recrystallization behavior. The number density of Al_3(Sc, Zr, Ti) particles increases with the increase of Sc content, and thus the recrystallization fraction of hot-extruded alloy is reduced and the peak strength in two-stage artificial aging sample is enhanced. At the same time, the wide of precipitation free zone is reduced, and the content of Zn and Mg in grain boundary particles and precipitation free zone is increased with the increase of Sc content. In peak-aged state, the 0.06 wt% Sc added alloy shows the better stress corrosion cracking resistance than the Sc-free alloy because of the reduction of recrystallization fraction and the interrupted distribution of grain boundary precipitates along grain boundary. | 6 | Palaeoenvironmental changes from pollen record in deep sea core PC-1 from northern Okinawa Trough,East China Sea during the past 24 ka显示文摘A pollen record of core PC-1 from the northern Okinawa Trough,East China Sea(ECS),provides information on vegetation and climate changes since 24 cal.kaBP.A total of 103 samples were palynologically analyzed at 8 cm intervals with a time resolution of 230 a.Four pollen zones are recognized:zone I(812―715 cm,24.2―21.1 cal.kaBP),zone II(715―451 cm,21.1―15.2 cal.kaBP),zone III(451―251 cm,15.2―10.8 cal.kaBP),zone IV(251―0 cm,10.8―0.3 cal.kaBP),corresponding to Late MIS 3,Last Glacial Maximum(LGM),deglaciation and Holocene,respectively.The LGM is characterized by the dominance of herbs,mainly Artemisia,and high pollen influx,implying an open vegetation on the exposed continental shelf and a cool and dry climate.The deglaciation is a climate warming stage with Pinus percentage increased and Artemisia percentage decreased and a rapid sealevel rise.The Holo-cene is characterized by predominance of tree pollen with rapid increase in Castanea-Castanopsis in-dicating the development of mixed evergreen and deciduous broad-leaved forest and a warm,humid climate.Low pollen influx during the Holocene probably implies submergence of the continental shelf and retreat of the pollen source area.The vegetation indicated by pollen assemblage found in this upper zone is consistent with the present vegetation found in Kyushu,Japan.Originating from the humid mountain area of North Luzon of the Philippines,Tasmania and New Zealand,Phyllocladus with sporadic occurrence throughout PC-1 core probably suggests the influence of Palaeo-Kuroshio Current or intense summer monsoon.The observed changes in Pinus and Herbs percentage indicate fluctuations of the sea level,and high Pinus percentage corresponds to high sea level.Spectrum analysis of the pollen percentage record reveals many millennial-scale periodicities,such as periodicities of 6.8,3.8,2.2,1.6 ka. | XU HongYan CHANG FengMing LUO YunLi SUN XiangJun | 2009 | Chinese Science Bulletin2009,54,20: | 9 |

The network architecture, functional model of edge nodes and core nodes, the control packet format, a novel burst assembly scheme at ingress nodes and scheduling algorithm of core nodes are presented. The basic idea is to apply DiffServ capable burst assembly at ingress nodes and perform different per hop behavior (PHB) electronic treatments for control packets of different QoS class services at core nodes. | 12 | Vegetation evolution and its response to climatic change during 3.15-0.67 Ma in deep-sea pollen record from northern South China Sea显示文摘In order to study vegetation evolution and environmental change during 3.15-0.67 Ma,a total of 608 pollen samples with an average time resolution of 4 ka has been analyzed from ODP Site 1145(water depth 3175 m),northern South China Sea.The deep-sea sediments(213.62-91.9 m) cover from 3.15 to 0.67 Ma based on micropaleonotological stratigraphy.The characteristic features of the pollen diagram include that,pollen influx rises twice obviously around 2.58 Ma and during 2.0-1.8 Ma,in response to global climatic cooling and winter monsoon enhancement.Before 2.58 Ma,tropical and subtropical vegetation,mainly evergreen Quercus(E) and Altingia,predominated around northern SCS with much more tropical montane conifers and ferns relatively.From 2.58 Ma,temperate vegetation increased obviously,implying climatic cooling and winter monsoon enhancement.Spectral analysis shows that percentage variation in tropical and subtropical taxa has a strong 20 ka procession cycle probably due to the summer monsoon;while pollen influx has 100,41 and 19 ka cycles,indicating the sea level and winter monsoon change response to the ice-sheet variations. | LUO YunLi SUN XiangJun | 2013 | Chinese Science Bulletin2013,58,3: | 4 |
| 13 | Correlation of vascular endothelial growth factor to permeability of blood-brain barrier and brain edema during high-altitude exposure显示文摘BACKGROUND:Many studies have evaluated the role of vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF) in traumatic brain edema and hemorrhagic brain edema. OBJECTIVE:To observe the effects of VEGF expression on permeability of the blood-brain barrier (BBB) during high-altitude and hypoxia exposure,and to investigate the correlation between VEGF expression and BBB permeability with regard to Evans blue staining and brain edema during high-altitude exposure. DESIGN,TIME AND SETTING:The randomized,controlled,animal study was performed at the Tanggula Etape,Central Laboratory of Chengdu Medical College,and Central Laboratory of General Hospital of Chengdu Military Area Command of Chinese PLA,China,from July 2003 to November 2004. MATERIALS:Quantitative RT-PCR kit(Sigma,USA),VEGF ELISA kit(Biosource,USA),and Evans blue(Jingchun,China) were acquired for this study. METHODS:A total of 180 Wistar rats were equally and randomly assigned to 15 groups:low-altitude (500 m),middle-altitude(2 880 m),high-altitude(4 200 m),super-high-altitude(5 000 m),1,3,5,7,9, 11,13,15,17,19,and 21 days of super high-altitude exposure.Wistar rats were exposed to various altitude gradients to establish a hypoxia model. MAIN OUTCOME MEASURES:Brain water content was calculated according to the wet-to-dry weight ratio.BBB permeability to Evans blue was determined by colorimetric method.VEGF mRNA and protein levels in brain tissues were detected using RT-PCR and double-antibody sandwich ELISA. RESULTS:Brain water content,BBB permeability to Evans blue,and VEGF mRNA and protein levels in brain tissues increased with increasing altitude and prolonged exposure to altitude.The greatest increase was determined on day 9 upon ascending 5 000 m.Simultaneously,VEGF expression positively correlated to BBB permeability of Evans blue and brain water content(r = 0.975,0.917,P<0.01). | 17 | Quantitative climatic reconstruction of the Last Glacial Maximum in China显示文摘Quantitative paleoclimatic reconstruction is crucial for understanding the operation and evolution of the global climate system.For example,a quantitative paleoclimatic reconstruction for the Last Glacial Maximum(18±2 ka14C,LGM)is fundamental to understanding the evolution of Earth’s climate during the last glacial-interglacial cycle.Previous quantitative palaeoclimate reconstructions in China are generally based on statistical comparison of modern pollen assemblages and modern climate data.These methods are based on the premise that vegetation-climate interactions remain the same through time,and implicitly assume that the interactions are independent of changes in seasonality and atmospheric CO2concentration.However,these assumptions may not always be valid,which may affect the reconstructions.Here,we present the results of a quantitative study of the LGM climate of China based on an improved inverse vegetation model which incorporates physiological processes combined with a new China Quaternary Pollen Database.The results indicate that during the LGM,mean annual temperature(ANNT),mean temperature of the coldest month(MTCO)and mean temperature of the warmest month in China were lower by^5.6±0.8,~11.0±1.6 and^2.6±0.9°C,respectively,compared to today,and that the changes in ANNT were mainly due to the decrease of MTCO.The ANNT decrease in southern China was^5.5±0.5°C.Mean annual precipitation was lower by^46.3±17.8 mm compared to today and was especially low in northern China(~51.2±21.4 mm)due to the decrease in summer rainfall.Comparison of our results with recent outputs from paleoclimatic modelling reveals that while the latter are broadly consistent with our estimated changes in mean annual climatic parameters,there are substantial differences in the seasonal climatic parameters.Our results highlight the crucial importance of developing seasonal simulation on paleoclimatic models,as well as the need to improve the quality of paleoclimatic reconstructions based on proxy records from geological archives. | Haibin WU Qin LI Yanyan YU Aizhi SUN Yating LIN Wenqi JIANG Yunli LUO | 2019 | Science China Earth Sciences2019,62,8: | 3 |

| 19 | Composition analysis and antioxidant activities of the Rhus typhina L.stem显示文摘The present investigation reports the chemical composition of the Rhus typhina L. stem identified via mass spectrometry and NMR as gallic acid, 1-O-galloyl-β-D-glucose, tryptophan, scopolin, methyl gallate, fustin, quercetin, rutin, and 1,2,3,4,6-penta-O-galloyl-β-D-glucose. The antioxidant properties and the chemical composition contents of the R. typhina L. stem grown in different regions in China were determined. To determine the antioxidant activity, a total phenolic content analysis, 2, 2-diphenyl-1-picrylhydrazyl radical scavenging activity assay, ferric reducing antioxidant power assay, and β-carotene linoleic acid model system were conducted. The results showed that the Rhus typhina L. stem possessed high antioxidant capacities due to its high phenolic content. The contents of the nine isolated compounds were determined by UPLC-ESI-MS/MS. The calibration curves of the nine isolated compounds were linear within the concentration range and the average recoveries were high. The result showed that 1-Ogalloyl-β-D-glucose, gallic acid, methyl gallate, and 1,2,3,4,6-penta-O-galloyl-β-D-glucose could be the compounds mainly responsible for the antioxidant capacity of the R. typhina L. stem. | 20 | Tip-assisted ambient electric arc ionization mass spectrometry for rapid detection of trace organophosphorus pesticides in strawberry显示文摘In this study,an ambient mass spectrometry(AMS)based method was developed for rapid detection of organophosphorus pesticides in strawberry.This method combines an electric arc and a microsyringe tip to realize tip-assisted ambient electric arc ionization(TAAEAI).A high-voltage electric arc can be applied to the microsyringe tip to generate an electric field,which results in corona discharge at the microsyringe tip.The juiced strawberry sample loaded on the tip could be directly ionized with TAAEAI and then analyzed by a mass spectrometer.TAAEAI-MS was successfully applied to analyze 6 organophosphorus pesticides in three strawberry samples.Malathion and profenofos were detected from the investigated strawberry samples.This method could quantitatively determine the contents of organophosphorus pesticides in strawberry with high reproducibility,high precision,and high sensitivity.Sample matrices did not interfere with the pesticide analysis.The recoveries of organophosphorus pesticides spiked in strawberry samples varied between 82.6%and 116%with relative standard deviations(RSDs)less than 9.2%.The limits of detection(LODs)varied between 0.0124µg/g and 0.0245µg/g,while the limits of quantification(LOQs)varied between 0.0413µg/g and 0.0817µg/g.The coefficients of determination(R2)of the method were determined to be>0.995.The method established here may have potential application in the detection of organophosphorus pesticides in vegetables and fruits. | Zihan Ma Yuanji Gao Fengjian Chu Yunli Tong Yuwen He Yuan Li Zhan Gao Weiwei Chen Shuheng Zhang Yuanjiang Pan | 2022 | Chinese Chemical Letters2022,33,9: | 2 |
