1Preparation and application of a new catalyst to produce bio-oil from microalgae liquefaction显示文摘In this study,hydrothermal catalytic liquefaction method was adopted to produce bio-oil from microalgae.The influence of supported Ni-Catalysts doped neodymium(Nd)on the bio-oil yield from microalgae liquefaction was investigated,aiming to find the optimal preparation procedure of bio-oil.It proved that under the condition of a temperature of 270℃and a reaction period of 30 min,the bio-oil yield of hydrothermal catalytic liquefaction of spirulina powder could reach 55.1%by means of the catalyst prepared with 1 mol/L neodymium nitrate as the dipping solution after a calcination for 4 h at 800℃.In addition,the characterization on catalyst was discussed in this research.Wang Yipeng Nan Ge Wang Wenjia Zhang Jinglai Han Wei 2017International Journal of Agricultural and Biological Engineering2017,10,1:1
2A telomere-to-telomere reference genome provides genetic insight into the pentacyclic triterpenoid biosynthesis in Chaenomeles speciosa显示文摘Chaenomeles speciosa(2n=34),a medicinal and edible plant in the Rosaceae,is commonly used in traditional Chinese medicine.To date,the lack of genomic sequence and genetic studies has impeded efforts to improve its medicinal value.Herein,we report the use of an integrative approach involving PacBio HiFi(third-generation)sequencing and Hi-C scaffolding to assemble a high-quality telomere-to-telomere genome of C.speciosa.The genome comprised 650.4 Mb with a contig N50 of 35.5 Mb.Of these,632.3 Mb were anchored to 17 pseudo-chromosomes,in which 12,4,and 1 pseudo-chromosomes were represented by a single contig,two contigs,and four contigs,respectively.Eleven pseudo-chromosomes had telomere repeats at both ends,and four had telomere repeats at a single end.Repetitive sequences accounted for 49.5%of the genome,while a total of 45515 protein-coding genes have been annotated.The genome size of C.speciosa was relatively similar to that of Malus domestica.Expanded or contracted gene families were identified and investigated for their association with different plant metabolisms or biological processes.In particular,functional annotation characterized gene families that were associated with the biosynthetic pathway of oleanolic and ursolic acids,two abundant pentacyclic triterpenoids in the fruits of C.speciosa.Taken together,this telomere-to-telomere and chromosome-level genome of C.speciosa not only provides a valuable resource to enhance understanding of the biosynthesis of medicinal compounds in tissues,but also promotes understanding of the evolution of the Rosaceae.Shaofang He Duanyang Weng Yipeng Zhang Qiusheng Kong Keyue Wang Naliang Jing Fengfeng Li Yuebin Ge Hui Xiong Lei Wu De-Yu Xie Shengqiu Feng Xiaqing Yu Xuekui Wang Shaohua Shu Zhinan Mei 2023Horticulture Research2023,10,10:0
3The Anzhen Risk Scoring System for Acute Type A Aortic Dissection:A Prospective Observational Study Protocol显示文摘Introduction:Acute type A aortic dissection(ATAAD)is a catastrophic disease with fatal outcomes.Malperfusion syndrome(MPS)is a serious complication of ATAAD,with an incidence of 20–40%.Many studies have shown that MPS is the main risk factor for poor ATAAD prognosis.However,a risk scoring system for ATAAD based on MPS is lacking.Here,we designed a risk scoring system for ATAAD to assess mortality through quantitative assessment of relevant organ malperfusion and subsequently develop rational treatment strategies.Methods and analysis:This was a prospective observational study.Patients’perioperative clinical data were col-lected to establish a database of ATAAD(N≥3000)and determine whether these patients had malperfusion complica-tions.The Anzhen risk scoring system was established on the basis of organ malperfusion by using a random forest survival model and a logistics model.The better method was then chosen to establish a revised risk scoring system.Ethics and dissemination:This study received ethical approval from the Ethics Committees of Beijing Anzhen Hospital,Capital Medical University(KS2019034-1).Patient consent was waived because biological samples were not collected,and no patient rights were violated.Findings will be disseminated at scientific conferences and in peer-reviewed publications.Bo Jia Cheng Luo Chengnan Li Yipeng Ge Yongliang Zhong Zhiyu Qiao Haiou Hu Suwei Chen Junming Zhu 2023Cardiovascular Innovations and Applications2023,7,1:0
