Survey of the research on dynamic weapon-target assignment problem显示文摘The basic concepts and models of weapon-target assignment (WTA) are introduced and the mathematical nature of the WTA models is also analyzed. A systematic survey of research on WTA problem is provided. The present research on WTA is focused on models and algorithms. In the research on models of WTA, the static WTA models are mainly studied and the dynamic WTA models are not fully studied in deed. In the research on algorithms of WTA, the intelligent algorithms are often used to solve the WTA problem. The small scale of static WTA problems has been solved very well, however, the large scale of dynamic WTA problems has not been solved effectively so far. Finally, the characteristics of dynamic WTA are analyzed and directions for the future research on dynamic WTA are discussed. | Cai Huaiping Liu Jingxu Chen Yingwu Wang Hao | 2006 | Journal of Systems Engineering and Electronics2006,17,3: | 43
The Prospective Two-Dimensional Graphene Nanosheets: Preparation, Functionalization, and Applications显示文摘Graphene, as an intermediate phase between fullerene and carbon nanotube, has aroused much interests among the scientific community due to its outstanding electronic, mechanical, and thermal properties. With excellent electrical conductivity of 6000 S/cm, which is independent on chirality, graphene is a promising material for high-performance nanoelectronics, transparent conductor, as well as polymer composites. On account of its Young's Modulus of 1 TPa and ultimate strength of 130 GPa, isolated graphene sheet is considered to be among the strongest materials ever measured. Comparable with the single-walled carbon nanotube bundle, graphene has a thermal conductivity of 5000 W/(m·K), which suggests a potential application of graphene in polymer matrix for improving thermal properties of the graphene/polymer composite. Furthermore, graphene exhibits a very high surface area, up to a value of 2630 m^2/g. All of these outstanding properties suggest a wide application for this nanometer-thick, two-dimensional carbon material. This review article presents an overview of the significant advancement in graphene research: preparation, functionalization as well as the properties of graphene will be discussed. In addition, the feasibility and potential applications of graphene in areas, such as sensors, nanoelectronics and nanocomposites materials, will also be reviewed. | Zhi Yang Rungang Gao Nantao Hu Jing Chai Yingwu Cheng Liying Zhang Hao Wei Eric Siu-Wai Kong Yafei Zhang | 2012 | Nano-Micro Letters2012,4,1: | 16
Growth and characterization of 2-inch high quality β-Ga2O3 single crystals grown by EFG method显示文摘β-Ga_2O_3 is an ultra-wide band-gap semiconductor with promising applications in UV optical detectors,Schottky barrier diodes, field-effect transistors and substrates for light-emitting diodes. However, the preparation of large β-Ga_2O_3 crystals is undeveloped and many properties of this material have not been discovered yet. In this work, 2-inch β-Ga_2O_3 single crystals were grown by using an edge-defined film-fed growth method. The high quality of the crystal has been proved by high-resolution X-ray diffraction with 19.06 arcsec of the full width at half maximum. The electrical properties and optical properties of both the unintentionally doped and Si-doped β-Ga_2O_3 crystals were investigated systematically. | Shengnan Zhang Xiaozheng Lian Yanchao Ma Weidan Liu Yingwu Zhang Yongkuan Xu Hongjuan Cheng | 2018 | Journal of Semiconductors2018,39,8: | 12
Quantitative Trait Loci for Panicle Layer Uniformity Identified in Doubled Haploid Lines of Rice in Two Environments显示文摘Uniformity of stem height in rice directly affects crop yield potential and appearance, and has become a vital index for rice improvement. In the present study,a doubled haploid(DH) population, derived from a cross between japonica rice Chunjiang 06 and indica rice TN1 was used to analyze the quantitative trait locus(QTL) for three related traits of paniclelayer-uniformity;that is,the tallest panicle height, the lowest panicle height and panicle layer disuniformity in two locations:Hangzhou(HZ) and Hainan(HN).A total of 16 QTLs for three traits distributed on eight chromosomes were detected in two different environments. Two QTLs,qTPH-4 and qTPH-8 were co-located with the QTLs for qLPH-4 and qLPH-8,which were only significant in the HZ environment, whereas the qTPH-6 and qLPH-6 located at the same interval were only significant in the HN environment. Two QTLs,qPLD-10-1 and qPLD-10-2,were closely linked to qTPH-10,and they might have been at the same locus. One QTL,qPLD-3,was detected in both environments, explaining more than 23% of the phenotypic variations. The CJ06 allele of qPLD-3 could increase the panicle layer disuniformity by 9.23 and 4.74 cm in the HZ and HN environments.Except for qPLD-3,almost all other QTLs for the same trait were detected only in one environment, indicating that these three traits were dramatically affected by environmental factors. The results may be useful for elucidation of the molecular mechanism of panicle-layer-uniformity and marker assisted breeding for super-rice. | Liangyong Ma Jinsong Bao Longbiao Guo Dali Zeng Ximing Li Zhijuan Ji Yingwu Xia Changdeng Yang Qian Qian | 2009 | Journal of Integrative Plant Biology2009,51,9: | 7

Antagonism of Protease-Activated Receptor 4 Protects Against Traumatic Brain Injury by Suppressing Neuroinflammation via Inhibition of Tab2/NF-κB Signaling显示文摘Traumatic brain injury(TBI)triggers the activation of the endogenous coagulation mechanism, and a large amount of thrombin is released to curb uncontrollable bleeding through thrombin receptors, also known as protease-activated receptors(PARs).However, thrombin is one of the most critical factors in secondary brain injury. Thus, the PARs may be effective targets against hemorrhagic brain injury.Since the PAR1 antagonist has an increased bleeding risk in clinical practice,PAR4 blockade has been suggested as a more promising treatment. Here,we explored the expression pattern of PAR4 in the brain of mice after TBI,and explored the effect and possible mechanism of BMS-986120(BMS),a novel selective and reversible PAR4 antagonist on secondary brain injury.Treatment with BMS protected against TBI in mice.mRNA-seq analysis,Western blot, and qRT-PCR verification in vitro showed that BMS significantly inhibited thrombin-induced inflammation in astrocytes, and suggested that the Tab2/ERK/NF-κB signaling pathway plays a key role in this process. Our findings provide reliable evidence that blocking PAR4 is a safe and effective intervention for TBI,and suggest that BMS has a potential clinical application in the management of TBI. | Jianing Luo Xun Wu Haixiao Liu Wenxing Cui Wei Guo Kang Guo Hao Guo Kai Tao Fei Li Yingwu Shi Dayun Feng Hao Yan Guodong Gao Yan Qu | 2021 | Neuroscience Bulletin2021,37,2: | 5
Mode-I fracture and durability of FRP-concrete bonded interfaces显示文摘In this study, a work-of-fracture method using a three-point bend beam (3PBB) specimen, which is commonly used to determine the fracture energy of concrete, was adapted to evaluate the mode-I fracture and durability of fiber-reinforced polymer (FRP) composite-concrete bonded interfaces. Interface fracture properties were evaluated with established data reduction procedures. The proposed test method is primarily for use in evaluating the effects of freeze-thaw (F-T) and wet-dry (W-D) cycles that are the accelerated aging protocols on the mode-I fracture of carbon FRP-concrete bonded interfaces. The results of the mode-I fracture tests of F-T and W-D cycle-conditioned specimens show that both the critical load and fracture energy decrease as the number of cycles increases, and their degradation pattern has a nearly linear relationship with the number of cycles. However, compared with the effect of the F-T cycles, the critical load and fracture energy degrade at a slower rate with W-D cycles, which suggests that F-T cyclic conditioning causes more deterioration of carbon fiber-reinforced polymer (CFRP)-concrete bonded interface. After 50 and 100 conditioning cycles, scaling of concrete was observed in all the specimens subjected to F-T cycles, but not in those subjected to W-D cycles. The examination of interface fracture surfaces along the bonded interfaces with varying numbers of F-T and W-D conditioning cycles shows that (1) cohesive failure of CFRP composites is not observed in all fractured surfaces; (2) for the control specimens that have not been exposed to any conditioning cycles, the majority of interface failure is a result of cohesive fracture of concrete (peeling of concrete from the concrete substrate), which means that the cracks mostly propagate within the concrete; and (3) as the number of F-T or W-D conditioning cycles increases, adhesive failure along the interface begins to emerge and gradually increases. It is thus concluded that the fracture properties (i.e., the critical load and fracture energy) of the bonded interface are controlled primarily by the concrete cohesive fracture before conditioning and by the adhesive interface fracture after many cycles of F-T or W-D conditioning. As demonstrated in this study, a test method using 3PBB specimens combined with a fictitious crack model and experimental conditioning protocols for durability can be used as an effective qualification method to test new hybrid material interface bonds and to evaluate durability-related effects on the interfaces. | Qiao Pizhong Xu Yingwu | 2008 | Water Science and Engineering2008,1,4: | 5
Decision Model of Knowledge Transfer in Big Data Environment显示文摘A decision model of knowledge transfer is presented on the basis of the characteristics of knowledge transfer in a big data environment. This model can determine the weight of knowledge transferred from another enterprise or from a big data provider.Numerous simulation experiments are implemented to test the efficiency of the optimization model.Simulation experiment results show that when increasing the weight of knowledge from big data knowledge provider, the total discount expectation of profits will increase, and the transfer cost will be reduced. The calculated results are in accordance with the actual economic situation. The optimization model can provide useful decision support for enterprises in a big data environment. | Chuanrong Wu Yingwu Chen Feng Li | 2016 | China Communications2016,13,7: | 4
A Project Risk Ranking Approach Based on Set Pair Analysis显示文摘Set Pair Analysis (SPA) is a new methodology to describe and process system uncertainty. It is different from stochastic or fuzzy methods in reasoning and operation, and it has been applied in many areas recently. In this paper, the application of SPA in risk ranking is presented, which includes review of risk ranking, introduction of Connecting Degree (CD) that is a key role in SPA., Arithmetic and Tendency Grade (TG) of CDs, and a risk ranking approach proposed. Finally a case analysis is presented to illustrate the reasonability of this approach. It is found that this approach is very convenient to operate, while the ranking result is more comprehensible. | Gao Feng Chen Yingwu | 2006 | 工程科学(英文版)2006,4,1: | 4
Functional tuning and expanding of myoglobin by rational protein design显示文摘Rational protein design is a powerful strategy, not only for revealing the structure and function relationship of natural metalloproteins, but also for creating artificial metalloproteins with improved properties and functions.Myoglobin(Mb),a small heme protein created by nature with diverse functions, has been shown to be an ideal scaffold for rational protein design. The progress reviewed herein includes fine-tuning its native functions of O2binding and transport, peroxidase activity and nitrite reductase(NIR)activity, and rational expanding its functionalities to peroxygenase,heme-copper oxidase(HCO),nitric oxide reductase(NOR),as well as hydroxylamine reductase. These studies have enhanced our understanding of how metalloproteins work in nature, and provided insights for rational design of functional metalloproteins for practical applications in the future. | LIN YingWu WANG JiangYun LU Yi | 2014 | Science China Chemistry2014,57,3: | 4
Acrolein Induces Systemic Coagulopathy via Autophagy-dependent Secretion of von Willebrand Factor in Mice after Traumatic Brain Injury显示文摘Traumatic brain injury(TBI)-induced coagulopathy has increasingly been recognized as a significant risk factor for poor outcomes, but the pathogenesis remains poorly understood. In this study,we aimed to investigate the causal role of acrolein,a typical lipid peroxidation product,in TBI-induced coagulopathy, and further explore the underlying molecular mechanisms. We found that the level of plasma acrolein in TBI patients suffering from coagulopathy was higher than that in those without coagulopathy.Using a controlled cortical impact mouse model,we demonstrated that the acrolein scavenger phenelzine prevented TBI-induced coagulopathy and recombinant ADAMTS-13 prevented acrolein-induced coagulopathy by cleaving von Willebrand factor(VWF).Our results showed that acrolein may contribute to an early hypercoagulable state after TBI by regulating VWF secretion.mRNA sequencing(mRNA-seq)and transcriptome analysis indicated that acrolein over-activated autophagy, and subsequent experiments revealed that acrolein activated autophagy partly by regulating the Akt/mTOR pathway. In addition,we demonstrated that acrolein was produced in the perilesional cortex, affected endothelial cell integrity, and disrupted the blood-brain barrier. In conclusion,in this study we uncovered a novel pro-coagulant effect of acrolein that may contribute to TBI-induced coagulopathy and vascular leakage, providing an alternative therapeutic target. | Wenxing Cui Xun Wu Dayun Feng Jianing Luo Yingwu Shi Wei Guo Haixiao Liu Qiang Wang Liang Wang Shunnan Ge Yan Qu | 2021 | Neuroscience Bulletin2021,37,8: | 3

Ambiguous nucleus regulates the proliferation and percentage of T lymphocytes in peripheral blood显示文摘The aim of this study was to examine the immunomodulatory role of the unilateral ambiguous nucleus(Amb). We performed electrical stimulation of the unilateral Amb,electrical stimulation of the left parietal cortex and the lateral hypothalamus following unilateral Amb lesion,as well as microinjection of acetylcholine chloride and hemicholine-3 into the unilateral Amb,and electrical stimulation of the unilateral Amb after injection of atropine, mecamylamine, propranolol, and phentolamine. Results showed that the number and proliferation of peripheral blood T lymphocytes were increased after electrical stimulation of the unilateral Amb.The cholinergic neurons in the Amb released choline substances to alter cellular immunity, thus confirming that the Amb mediates the neuro-immunomodulatory process. | Wei Wang Wei Chen Yingwu Mei Bin Guo Zhanqing Yang Shoupeng Fu Zhanpeng Yue Juxiong Liu | 2011 | Neural Regeneration Research2011,6,35: | 3
Time Optimization of Multiple Knowledge Transfers in the Big Data Environment显示文摘In the big data environment, enterprises must constantly assimilate big dataknowledge and private knowledge by multiple knowledge transfers to maintain theircompetitive advantage. The optimal time of knowledge transfer is one of the mostimportant aspects to improve knowledge transfer efficiency. Based on the analysis of thecomplex characteristics of knowledge transfer in the big data environment, multipleknowledge transfers can be divided into two categories. One is the simultaneous transferof various types of knowledge, and the other one is multiple knowledge transfers atdifferent time points. Taking into consideration the influential factors, such as theknowledge type, knowledge structure, knowledge absorptive capacity, knowledge updaterate, discount rate, market share, profit contributions of each type of knowledge, transfercosts, product life cycle and so on, time optimization models of multiple knowledgetransfers in the big data environment are presented by maximizing the total discountedexpected profits (DEPs) of an enterprise. Some simulation experiments have beenperformed to verify the validity of the models, and the models can help enterprisesdetermine the optimal time of multiple knowledge transfer in the big data environment. | Chuanrong Wu Evgeniya Zapevalova Yingwu Chen Feng Li | 2018 | Computers, Materials & Continua2018,,3: | 2

Mapping QTLs for heading synchrony in a doubled haploid population of rice in two environments显示文摘Simultaneous heading of plants within the same rice variety, also refer to heading synchrony, is an important factor that affects simultaneous ripening of the variety. Understanding of the genetic basis of heading synchrony may contribute to molecular breeding of rice with simultaneous heading and ripening. In the present study, a doubled haploid (DH) population, derived from a cross between Chunjiang 06 and TN1 was used to analyze quantitative trait locus (QTL) for heading synchrony related traits, i.e., early heading date (EHD), late heading date (LHD), heading asynchrony (HAS), and tiller number (PN). A total of 19 QTLs for four traits distributed on nine chromosomes were detected in two environments. One QTL, qHAS-8 for HAS, explained 27.7% of the phenotypic variation, co-located with the QTLs for EHD and LHD, but it was only significant under long-day conditions in Hangzhou, China. The other three QTLs, qHAS-6, qHAS-9, and qHAS-10, were identified under short-day conditions in Hainan, China, each of which explained about 11% of the phenotypic variation. Two of them, qHAS-6 and qHAS-9, were co-located with the QTLs for EHD and LHD. Two QTLs, qPN-4 and qPN-5 for PN, were detected in Hangzhou, and qPN-5 was also detected in Hainan. However, none of them was co-located with QTLs for EHD, LHD, and HAS, suggesting that PN and HAS were controlled by different genetic factors. The results of this study can be useful in marker assisted breeding for improvement of heading synchrony. | Liangyong Ma Changdeng Yang Dali Zeng Jing Cai Ximing Li Zhijuan Ji Yingwu Xia Qian Qian Jinsong Bao | 2009 | Journal of Genetics and Genomics2009,36,5: | 2

Influence of drying and calcination temperatures for Ce-Cu-Al trimetallic composite catalyst on simultaneous removal H_(2)S and PH_(3):Experimental and DFT studies显示文摘This work explored the influences of the drying and calcination temperatures on a Ce-Cu-Al trimetallic composite catalyst for the simultaneous removal of H_(2)S and PH_(3).The effects of both temperatures on the structural features and activity were examined. The density functional theory method was used to calculate adsorption energies and further analyze their adsorption behavior on different slabs.Experiments revealed suitable drying and calcination temperatures to be 60 and 500℃,respectively.The capacity reached 323.8 and 288.1 mg/g.Adjusting drying temperature to 60℃is more inclined to form larger and structured grains of CuO.Rising calcinating temperature to 500℃could increase the grain size and redox capacity of CuO to promote performance.Higher temperatures would destroy the surface structure and lead to a crystal phase transformation, which was that the CuO and Al_(2)O_(3)were gradually recombined into CuAl_(2)O_(4)with a spinel structure. The exposed crystal planes of surficial CuO and CuAl_(2)O_(4)were determined according to characterization results.Calculation results showed that, compared with CuO(111),H_(2)S and PH_(3)have weaker adsorption strength on CuAl_(2)O_(4)(100)which is not conducive to their adsorption and removal. | Yingwu Wang Qiang Lin Chi Wang Kai Li Xin Sun Xin Song Yangyan Gao Ping Ning | 2021 | Journal of Environmental Sciences2021,33,6: | 2
