| 1 | On-orbit Geometric Calibration of Linear Push-broom Optical Satellite Based on Sparse GCPs显示文摘The paper presents a geometric calibration method based on the sparse ground control points (GCPs), aiming to the linear push-broom optical satellite. This method can achieve the optimal estimate of internal and external parameters with two overlapped image pair along the charge-coupled device (CCD), and sparse GCPs in the image region, further get rid of the dependence on the expensive calibration site data. With the calibrated parameters, the line of sight (LOS) of all CCD detectors can be recovered. This paper firstly establishes the rigorous imaging model of linear push-broom optical satellite based on its imaging mechanism. And then the calibration model is constructed by improving the internal sensor model with a viewing-angle model after an analysis on systematic errors existing in the imaging model is performed. A step-wise solution is applied aiming to the optimal estimate of external and internal parameters. | 2 | Influence of CeO_2 and La_2O_3 on properties of palladium catalysts used for emission control of natural gas vehicles显示文摘Pd/YZ-Al2O3(Y and Zr modified Al2O3,and hereafter,labelled as Al) catalysts with 4 wt% additive CeO2 and/or La2O3 were prepared and characterized by X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy(XPS) ,NO-temperature programmed desorption(NO-TPD) ,N 2-adsorption/desorption(Brunauer-Emmet-Teller BET method) ,X-ray diffraction(XRD) and CO-chemisorption. Catalytic activities for CH 4,CO and NO conversion were tested in a gas mixture simulated the emissions from natural gas vehicles(NGVs) operated under stoichiometric conditions. The results indicated that all catalysts exhibited excellent catalytic performances for CH 4 and CO oxidation and the promoting effect of CeO2 or La2O3 was significant for NO conversion. XPS results showed that the electron density around Pd was increased by CeO2 and/or La2O3,the binding energy of Pd 3d decreased as the order:Pd/Al > Pd/Ce/Al > Pd/La/Al > Pd/CeLa/Al. The electron-rich Pd showed Rh-like catalytic properties which exhibited good activity for the reduction of NO. | 3 | CeO_2-ZrO_2-La_2O_3-Al_2O_3 composite oxide and its supported palladium catalyst for the treatment of exhaust of natural gas engined vehicles显示文摘Composite supports CeO2-ZrO2-Al2O3 (CZA) and CeO2-ZrO2-Al2O3-La2O3 (CZALa) were prepared by co-precipitation method. Palladium catalysts were prepared by impregnation and their purification ability for CH4, CO and NOx in the mixture gas simulated the exhaust from natural gas vehicles (NGVs) operated under stoichiometric condition was investigated. The effect of La2O3 on the physicochemical properties of supports and catalysts was characterized by various techniques. The characterizations with X-ray diffraction (XRD) and Raman spectroscopy revealed that the doping of La2O3 restrained effectively the sintering of crystallite particles, maintained the crystallite particles in nanoscale and stabilized the crystal phase after calcination at 1000℃. The results of N2-adsorption, H2-temperature-programmed reduction (H2-TPR) and oxygen storage capacity (OSC) measurements indicated that La2O3 improved the textural properties, reducibility and OSC of composite supports. Activity testing results showed that the catalysts exhibit excellent activities for the simultaneous removal of methane, CO and NOx in the simulated exhaust gas. The catalysts supported on CZALa showed remarkable thermal stability and catalytic activity for the three pollutants, especially for NOx. The prepared palladium catalysts have high ability to remove NOx, CH4 and CO, and they can be used as excellent catalysts for the purification of exhaust from NGVs operated under stoichiometric condition. To study the biological and genetic mechanism of the mGluR7-related diseases, a physical map covering the full-length mGluR7 genomic sequence has been constructed through seed clone screening and fingerprinting database searching. These BAC clones in the physical map have been sequenced with shotgun strategy and assembled by Phred-Phrap-Consed software; the error rate of the final genoniic sequence is less than 0.01%. mGluR7 spans 880 kb genoniic region, the GC content and repeat content of mGluR7 genoniic sequence are 38% and 37.5% respectively. mGluR7 has a typical 'house-keeping' promoter and consists of 11 exons, with introns ranging from 6 kb to 285 kb. mGluR7a and mGluR7b are two known alternatively splicing variants. | 6 | Segmental Translocation Contributed to the Origin of the Brassica S-locus显示文摘Self-incompatibility(SI),which has recurred during the evolution of plants,is one of the most important cross-pollination mating systems.Three S-loci have been reported in Brassicaceae,namely,Arabidopsis lyrata(Al),Brassica(Br),and Leavenworthia alabamica(La)S-loci.Here,through multi-genomic comparative analysis of 20 species,we revealed that the most ancient S-locus was formed prior to the divergence of Brassicaceae lineage I and II.Itwas retained and inherited by Arabidopsis,as the Al S-locus in Brassicaceae lineage I.Furthermore,we found that the Br S-locus,which has been widely used in the breeding of Brassica crops to generate hybrid seeds,was formed through segmental translocation(ST)in the hexaploid ancestor of Brassica in Brassicaceae lineage II.The Br S-locus was evolved through a ST from one of the triplicated ancestral S-locus paralogs in the Brassica hexaploidy ancestor,while the other two S-locus paralogs were lost.Together with the previous discovery that the La S-locus was formed through a secondary origin in Brassicaceae lineage I,we conclude the monophyletic origin of Al and Br S-loci and clarify the evolutionary route of S-loci in the Brassicaceae family.Our findings will contribute to evolutionary studies and breeding applications of the S-locus in Brassicaceae. | Yinan Cui Mu Zhuang Jian Wu Jisheng Liu Yiyue Zhang Lingkui Zhang Yile Huang Xu Cai Jianli Liang Kang Zhang Xiaowu Wang Feng Cheng | 2020 | Horticultural Plant Journal2020,6,3: | 2 |
| 7 | Intra-abdominal aortic balloon occlusion in the management of placenta percreta显示文摘Background:Massive bleeding is the main concern for the management of placenta percreta(PP).Intra-abdominal aortic balloon occlusion(IABO)is one method for pelvic devascularization,but the efficacy of IABO is uncertain.This study aims to investigate the outcomes of IABO in PP patients.Methods:We retrospectively reviewed the clinical data of PP cases from six tertiary centers in China between January 2011 and December 2015.PP cases with/without the use of IABO were analyzed.Propensity score matching analysis was performed to reduce the effect of selection bias.Postpartum hemorrhage(PPH)and the rate of hysterectomy,as well as neonatal outcomes,were analyzed.Results:One hundred and thirty-two matched pairs of patients were included in the final analysis.Compared with the control group,maternal outcomes,including PPH(68.9%vs.87.9%,χ^(2)=13.984,P<0.001),hysterectomy(8.3%vs.65.2%,χ^(2)=91.672,P<0.001),and repeated surgery(1.5%vs.12.1%,χ^(2)=11.686,P=0.001)were significantly reduced in the IABO group.For neonatal outcomes,Apgar scores at 1 minute(8.67±1.79vs.8.53±1.68,t=-0.638,P=0.947)and 5 minutes(9.43±1.55vs.9.53±1.26,t=0.566,P=0.293)were not significantly different between the two groups.Conclusions:IABO can significantly reduce blood loss,hysterectomies,and repeated surgeries.This procedure has not shown harmful effects on neonatal outcomes. | Weiran Zheng Ruochong Dou Jie Yan Xinrui Yang Xianlan Zhao Dunjin Chen Yuyan Ma Weishe Zhang Yiling Ding Ling Fan Huixia Yang | 2022 | Chinese Medical Journal2022,,4: | 2 |
| 8 | The role of intraoperative electron radiotherapy in centrally located hepatocellular carcinomas treated with narrow-margin (<1 cm) hepatectomy: a prospective, phase 2 study显示文摘Background: Postoperative radiotherapy (RT) is known to play an important role in the treatment of hepatocellular carcinomas (HCCs), but the specific role of intraoperative electron radiotherapy (IOERT) in HCCs remains unclear. The aim of this study was to investigate the safety and efficacy of IOERT in centrally located HCCs treated with narrow-margin (<1 cm) hepatectomy. Methods: This was a single-center, phase 2, prospective non-randomized controlled study, including 268 patients with centrally located HCCs who underwent narrow-margin hepatectomy. The patients were subsequently allocated to the IOERT group (n=59) or to the control group (n=65). The primary outcome of the study was to compare recurrence-free survival (RFS) between the IOERT group and the control group, and the secondary outcome was to compare overall survival (OS) rate between the two groups. Results: Of 268 patients enrolled, a total of 124 were included in the study: 59 in IOERT group, 65 in control group. The 1-, 2-, 3-year RFS rates were 79.3%, 62.1% and 45.8% for patients in the IOERT group, and 47.6%, 28.6%, and 22.9% for patients in the control group, respectively (P=0.025). The 1-, 2-, and 3-year OS rates were 100.0%, 94.9%, and 83.7% for patients in the IOERT group, and 92.3%, 87.5%, and 79.4% for patients in the control group, respectively (P=0.314). Subgroup analysis of MVI (+) patients revealed that RFS and OS are significantly prolonged in the IOERT subgroup as compared to the control, whereas there was no significant difference of RFS and OS between the two groups in MVI (−) patients. Conclusions: IOERT for centrally located HCCs with concurrent narrow-margin hepatectomy was feasible and safe. Statistically better RFS rate was observed in the IOERT group compared to the control group. Subgroup analysis revealed that IOERT was more beneficial for postoperative survival of HCC patients with MVI. | 9 | Flavone from Zhongjiefeng(Herba Sarcandrae Glabrae) inhibits platelet apoptosis in immune-induced bone marrow failure through mitochondrial pathway显示文摘OBjECTIVE: To investigate the effect of Flavone from Zhongjiefeng(Herba Sarcandrae Glabrae) on the platelet number in immune-induced bone marrow failure(BMF) and its mechanism of mitochondrial apoptotic pathway.METHODS: Immune-induced BMF model, established in mice, was randomly divided into four groups: normal control group without BMF, BMF control group, cyclosporine(CSA) group and flavone group(n = 10 in each group). Mice were given0.027 g/kg cyclosporine or 0.2 g/kg flavone lavage daily in either the cyclosporine or flavone group respectively. Platelet count, mitochondrial transmembrane potential(ΔΨm), cytochrome C(Cyt C), phosphatidylserine(PS), changes of calcium ion(Ca^(2+)),and protein expression of mitochondrial apoptotic pathway including B-cell lymphoma-2(bcl-2) Homologous Antagonist-Killer Protein(Bak), bcl-2-associated X protein(Bax), caspase-3, caspase-8, and caspase-9 were examined and compared.RESULTS: Compared with the normal control group, the BMF group had significantly lower levels of platelet count, ΔΨm, and expressions of caspase family proteins as well as higher levels of Cyt C, PS,Ca^(2+), and expressions of Bak and Bax(all P < 0.05).Compared with the BMF group, the CSA and flavone groups had significantly higher ΔΨm and expressions of caspase family proteins(all P < 0.05)whereas the levels of Cyt C, PS, Ca^(2+), and expressions of Bak and Bax were reduced(all P < 0.05).More importantly, the flavone group had higher levels of Cyt C, Ca^(2+)and expressions of Bak and Bax compared with the CSA group(all P < 0.05), while the levels of PS and caspase family proteins were reduced(all P < 0.05).CONCLUSION: Flavone from Zhongjiefeng(Herba Sarcandrae Glabrae) significantly increases the platelet number and prevents its apoptosis through mitochondrial pathway. | Jiang Yiling Zheng Qin Zhang Aiping Cui Lele Xia Lemin Luo Meihong | 2017 | Journal of Traditional Chinese Medicine2017,37,5: | 2 |
| 10 | Evaluation of triage strategies for high-risk human papillomavirus-positive women in cervical cancer screening:A multicenter randomized controlled trial in different resource settings in China显示文摘Objective:We aimed to evaluate the effectiveness of different triage strategies for high-risk human papillomavirus(hrHPV)-positive women in primary healthcare settings in China.Methods:This study was undertaken in 11 rural and 9 urban sites.Women aged 35-64 years old were enrolled.HrHPV-positive women were randomly allocated to liquid-based cytology(LBC),visual inspection with acetic acid and Lugol’s iodine(VIA/VILI)(rural only)triage,or directly referred to colposcopy(direct COLP).At 24 months,hrHPV testing,LBC and VIA/VILI were conducted for combined screening.Results:In rural sites,1,949 hrHPV-positive women were analyzed.A total of 852,218 and 480 women were randomly assigned to direct COLP,LBC and VIA/VILI.At baseline,colposcopy referral rates of LBC or VIA/VILI triage could be reduced by 70%-80%.LBC(n=3 and n=7)or VIA/VILI(n=8 and n=26)could significantly decrease the number of colposcopies needed to detect one cervical intraepithelial neoplasia(CIN)2 or worse and CIN3+compared with direct COLP(n=14 and n=23).For the 24-month cumulative detection rate of CIN2+,VIA/VILI triage was 0.50-fold compared with LBC triage and 0.46-fold with the direct COLP.When stratified by age,baseline LBC triage+performed best(P<0.001),peaking among women aged 35-44 years(Ptrend=0.002).In urban sites,1,728 women were hrHPV genotyping test positive.A total of 408,571 and 568women were randomly assigned to direct COLP for HPV16/18+,direct COLP for other hrHPV subtypes+,and LBC triage for other hrHPV subtypes+.LBC(n=12 and n=31)significantly decreased the number of colposcopies needed to detect one CIN2+and CIN3+compared with direct COLP(n=14 and n=44).HPV16/18+increased the 24-month cumulative detection rate of CIN2+(17.89%,P<0.001).Conclusions:LBC triage for hrHPV-positive women in rural settings and direct COLP for HPV16/18+women and LBC triage for other hrHPV subtype+women in urban settings might be feasible strategies. | Le Dang Linghua Kong Yuqian Zhao Yi Dai Li Ma Lihui Wei Shulan Zhang Jihong Liu Mingrong Xi Long Chen Xianzhi Duan Qing Xiao Guzhalinuer Abulizi Guonan Zhang Ying Hong Qi Zhou Xing Xie Li Li Mayinuer Niyazi Zhifen Zhang Jiyu Tuo Yiling Ding Youlin Qiao Jinghe Lang | 2022 | Chinese Journal of Cancer Research2022,34,5: | 2 |
