1Design of sandwich-structured ZnO/ZnS/Au photoanode for enhanced efficiency of photoelectrochemical wate splitting显示文摘We developed and demonstrated a ZnO/ZnS/Au composite photoanode with significantly enhanced photoelectrochemical water-splitting performance, con- taining a ZnS interlayer and Au nanoparticles. The solar-to-hydrogen conversion efficiency of this ZnO/ZnS/Au heterostructure reached 0.21%, 3.5 times that of pristine ZnO. The comparison of the incident photon-to-current efficiency (IPCE) and the photoresponse in the white and visible light regions further verified that the enhancement resulted from contributions of both UV and visible light. The modification of the Au NPs was shown to improve the photoelectrochemical (PEC) performance to both UV and visible light, as modification encouraged effective surface passivation and surface-plasmon- resonance effects. The ZnS interlayer favored the movement of photogenerated electrons under UV light and hot electrons under visible light, causing their injection into ZnO; this simultaneously suppressed the electron-hole recombination at the photoanode-electrolyte interface. 2Re-Assessing Climatic Warming in China since 1900显示文摘The regional mean surface air temperature(SAT)in China has risen with a rate of 1.3–1.7℃(100 yr)^-1 since 1900,based on the recently developed homogenized observations.This estimate is larger than those[0.5–0.8℃(100 yr)^-1]adopted in the early National Reports of Climate Change in China.The present paper reviews the studies of the longterm SAT series of China,highlighting the homogenization of station observations as the key progress.The SAT series of China in early studies showed a prominent warm peak in the 1940s,mainly due to inhomogeneous records associated with site-moves of a number of stations from urban to outskirts in the early 1950s,thus leading to underestimates of the centennial warming trend.Parts of China were relatively warm around the 1940s but with differentphase interdecadal variations,while some parts were even relatively cool.This fact is supported by proxy data and could partly be explained by interdecadal changes in large-scale circulation.The effect of urbanization should have a minor contribution to the observed warming in China,although the estimates of such contributions for individual urban stations remain controversial.Further studies relevant to the present topic are discussed.Zhongwei YAN Yihui DING Panmao ZHAI Lianchun SONG Lijuan CAO Zhen LI 2020Journal of Meteorological Research2020,34,2:9

4Recent progress of green sorbents-based technologies for low concentration CO_(2) capture显示文摘The increased concentration of CO_(2) due to continuous breathing and no discharge of human beings in the manned closed space,like spacecraft and submarines,can be a threat to health and safety.Effective removal of low concentration CO_(2) from the manned closed space is essential to meet the requirements of long-term space or deep-sea exploration,which is an international frontier and trend.Ionic liquids(ILs),as a widespread and green solvent,already showed its excellent performance on CO_(2) capture and absorption,indicating its potential application in low concentration CO_(2) capture.In this review,we first summarized the current methods and strategies for direct capture from low concentration CO_(2) in both the atmosphere and manned closed spaces.Then,the multi-scale simulation methods of CO_(2) capture by ionic liquids are described in detail,including screening ionic liquids by COSMO-RS methods,capture mechanism by density functional theory and molecular dynamics simulation,and absorption process by computational fluid dynamics simulation.Lastly,some typical IL-based green technologies for low concentration CO_(2) capture,such as functionalized ILs,co-solvent systems with ILs,and supported materials based on ILs,are introduced,and analyzed the subtle possibility in manned closed spaces.Finally,we look forward to the technology and development of low concentration CO_(2) capture,which can meet the needs of human survival in closed space and proposed that supported materials with ionic liquids have great advantages and infinite possibilities in the vital area.Yuanyue Zhao Yihui Dong Yandong Guo Feng Huo Fang Yan Hongyan He 2021Chinese Journal of Chemical Engineering2021,34,3:3

63-D Numerical Simulation on the Chip Machining Process of a Metal Block显示文摘In this paper, the cutting process of a metal block is numerically simulated by the dynamic explicit FE code ABAQUS. Taking thermo-mechanical coupling effect into consideration, the simulation presents the variation of temperature, stress and strain distribution in the workpiece and chip. The effective plastic strain failure criterion is applied to modeling the chip separation and plastic formation. 7Electronic Structure and Physical Characteristics of Dioxin Under External Electric Field显示文摘Dioxin is a highly toxic and caustic substance,which widely existed in the atmosphere,soil and water with tiny particles.Dioxin pollution has become a major problem that concerns the survival of mankind,which must be strictly controlled.The bond length,bond angle,energy,dipole moment,orbital energy level distribution of dioxin under the external field are investigated using DFT(density functional theory)on basis set level of B3LYP/6-31G(d,p).The results indicate that with the increase of the electric field,the length of one Carbon-Oxygen bond increases while another Carbon-Oxygen bond decreases.The energy gradually decreases with the electric field,while the change of the dipole moment has an opposite trend.In the infrared spectra,the vibration frequency decreases with the electric field increasing and shows an obvious red shift.Moreover,the ultraviolet-visible absorption spectra under different electric fields are analyzed with TD-DFT(time-dependent density functional theory)method.The wavelength of the strongest absorption peak increases and occurs red shift with the increase of the electric field.All the above results can provide reference for further research on the properties of dioxin under different external electric field.Wenyi Yin Xiangyun Zhang Bumaliya Abulimiti Yuzhu Liu Yihui Yan Fengbin Zhou Feng Jin 2018Computers, Materials & Continua2018,,4:2

11Scalp acupuncture Yikang therapy on Baihui(GV20),Sishencong(EX-HN1),Zhisanzhen,Niesanzhen improves neurobehavior in young rats with cerebral palsy through Notch signaling pathway显示文摘OBJECTIVE:To investigate the efficacy of scalp acupuncture Yikang therapy on Baihui(GV20),Sishencong(EX-HN1),Zhisanzhen,Niesanzhen,on neurobehavior in young rats with cerebral palsy based on Notch signaling pathway.METHODS:Thirty 7-day-old rats were randomly divided into sham,model and acupuncture,10 rats in each group.The cerebral palsy model was established by the accepted modeling method,the acupuncture group selected'Baihui(GV20)','Sishencong(EX-HN1)','Zhisanzhen'and'Niesanzhen'for intervention 24 h after the model was made.The body masses were recorded before and after the treatment,respectively.After the intervention,the rats were subjected to suspension experiment,slope experiment,tactile stimulation experiment and Morris water maze experiment.After the end of the experiment,the morphological changes of hippocampal histology were observed by hematoxylineosin(HE)staining under light microscope,and the expression of Notch1,Notch3 and Hes5 were detected by Western blot and quantitative real-time polymerase chain reaction(PCR).RESULTS:The changes in body mass of the rats in each group were different;in behavioral experiments,compared with the sham,the suspension time of the model was shortened,the slope experiment,tactile stimulation experiment,and escape latency time were prolonged,and the number of platform crossing was reduced in the model,compared with the model,the suspension time of the acupuncture was prolonged,the slope experiment,tactile stimulation experiment,and escape latency time were shortened,and the number of platform crossing times was increased;HE staining showed severe hippocampal damage in the model and reduced hippocampal damage in the acupuncture.Western Blot and real-time fluorescence quantitative PCR showed that the expression of Notch1,Notch3 and Hes5 were increased in the model and the expression of Notch1,Notch3,Hes5 in acupuncture were decreased.CONCLUSIONS:Scalp acupuncture Yikang therapy may improve neurobehavior and reduce brain injury in rats with cerebral palsy by downregulating the expression of Notch1,Notch3,and Hes5.XUE Jianyi XU Jinyan HUANG Mao YU Wentao YAN Yihui YAN Yuanjie YIN Zhenjin LU Qian PENG Wanying YAN Siyang 2023Journal of Traditional Chinese Medicine2023,43,2:1

14dBrms1 Acts as a Positive Regulator of Notch Signaling in Drosophila Wing显示文摘The highly conserved Notch signaling is precisely regulated at different steps in a series of developmental events. However, little is known about the regulation of Notch receptor at transcriptional level. Here, we demonstrate that dBrms1 is involved in regulating Notch signaling in Drosophila wing. We show that knockdown of dBrms1 by RNA interference(RNAi) in wing disc suppresses the expression of Notch signaling target genes wingless(wg), cut and Enhancer of split m8 [E(spl)m8]. Consistently, the levels of Wg and Cut are reduced in the dBrms1 mutant clones. Importantly, loss of dBrms1 leads to significant reduction of Notch proteins. Furthermore, depletion of dBrms1 results in apparent downregulation of Notch transcription in the wing disc. Moreover, we find that dBrms1 is functionally conserved with human Breast cancer metastasis suppressor 1 like(hBRMS1L) in the modulation of Notch signaling. 15Bias Analysis and Correction of Ground Surface Temperature Observations across China显示文摘Based on the ground surface temperature(GST)and snow surface temperature(SST)measurements during the period of adjustment from manual to automatic observation systems in China,the influence of observation methods on GST and its relationship with snow cover is analyzed.GST is corrected by SST,and the correction effect is evaluated.The results show that,during the parallel observation period,the winter GSTs from automatic observations are generally higher than those from manual observations,with the automatically observed national daily GST 1.18°C higher.The adjustment has a greater impact on GSTs at 0200,0800,and 2000 Beijing Time(BT)than at 1400 BT,and it has the greatest impact in Northeast and Northwest China,with deviations of 5.24 and 2.09°C,respectively.The GST deviation is closely related to the snow depth and annual snow totals.The average daily GST deviation increases at the rate of 0.66°C per 1-cm increase of snow depth when it is<15 cm,while it tends to be stable at around 10°C for snow depth over 15 cm.The GST deviation at a station is affected by its winter snow totals in Northeast and Northwest China,where the largest deviations are found where snow totals are all above 1000 cm.After the correction with SST,the mean deviation between the automatic and manual observations as well as the false trend can be effectively reduced.Following the correction,the mean deviation of daily GST decreases by 5.8°C,and its trend decreases from 1.87 to 0.65°C decade-1.Yan CUI Wenhui XU Zijiang ZHOU Chunyu ZHAO Yihui DING Xue AO Xiaoyu ZHOU 2020Journal of Meteorological Research2020,34,6:0

17Effects of Different Nitrogen and Phosphorus Synergistic Fertilizer on Enzymes and Genes Related to Nitrogen Metabolism in Wheat显示文摘In recent years,in order to improve nutrient use efficiency,especially nitrogen use efficiency,fertilizer valueadded technology has been developed rapidly.However,the mechanism of the effect of synergistic fertilizer on plant nitrogen utilization is not clear.A study was,therefore,conducted to explore the activities and gene expression of key enzymes for nitrogen assimilation and the gene expression of nitrogen transporters in wheat after the application of synergistic fertilizer.Soil column experiment was set up in Qingdao Agricultural University experimental base from October 2018 to June 2019.Maleic acid and itaconic acid were copolymerized with acrylic acid as cross-linking monomer to make a fluid gel,which was sprayed on the fertilizer surface to make nitrogen and phosphorus synergistic fertilizer.A total of 6 treatments was set according to different nitrogen and phosphorus fertilizer ratios:(1)100%common nitrogen fertilizer+100%common phosphate fertilizer(2)70%nitrogen synergistic fertilizer+100%phosphorus synergistic fertilizer;(3)100%nitrogen synergistic fertilizer+70%phosphorus synergistic fertilizer;(4)100%nitrogen synergistic fertilizer+100%phosphorus synergistic fertilizer;(5)70%nitrogen synergistic fertilizer+70%phosphorus synergistic fertilizer;(6)100%commercial nitrogen synergistic fertilizer+100%commercial phosphorus synergistic fertilizer.The results are as follows:(1)the enzyme activities of wheat plants under synergistic fertilizer condition were higher than those under ordinary fertilizer,except under the treatment that nitrogen and phosphorus synergistic fertilizer were both reduced;(2)the expression level of the genes under the treatment“100%nitrogen synergistic fertilizer+100%phosphorus synergistic fertilizer”was significantly higher than those in other treatments.Combined with the higher performance of nitrogen concentration in various parts of the plant under the condition of applying synergistic fertilizer,this study indicated that the application of synergistic fertilizer can improve the nitrogen metabolism of the plant by increasing the nitrogen level in the rhizosphere soil,inducing the expression of nitrogen transporter genes and key assimilation enzymes genes.Yajun Li Yihui Wang Shuang Chen Yu Gao Yan Shi 2023Phyton-International Journal of Experimental Botany2023,92,7:0
18Customizing the HPL for China accelerator显示文摘HPL is a Linpack benchmark package widely used in high-performance computing tests. Customizing the HPL is crucial for a heterogeneous system equipped with CPU and the China accelerator because of the complexity of the China accelerator and the specified interface on matrix multiplication built in the China accelerator. Therefore, it is advisable to use delicate partition and encapsulation on matrix(DPEM) to expose a friendly testing configuration. More importantly, we propose the orchestrating algorithm for matrix multiplication(OAMM) to enhance the efficiency of the heterogeneous system composed of CPU and China accelerator. Furthermore, optimization at vectorization(OPTVEC) is applied to shield the architectural details of the vector processing element(VPE) equipped in the China accelerator. The experimental results validate DPEM, OPTVEC and OAMM. 19Doping strategy on improving the overall cathodic performance of double perovskite LnBaCo_(2)O_(5+σ)(Ln=Pr,Gd)as potential SOFC cathode materials显示文摘A series of single-phase double perovskite Pr1-xGdxBaCo_(2)-yFeyO_(5+σ)(x=0,0.5 and 1,0≤y≤1)materials were engineered through A/B site co-doping strategy to improve the mechanical,electrical and electrochemical properties as potential cathode materials for the application of intermediate solid oxide fuel cells(IT-SOFCs).The corresponding thermochemical stability,thermal expansion behavior,electrical conductivity and cathodic polarization resistance of the materials were systematically investigated.It was found that the A-site dual lanthanide doped Pr_(0.5)Gd_(0.5)BaCo_(2)O_(5+σ)(PGBCO)exhibits improved electrical conductivity,reduced thermal expansion,and comparatively low electrochemical polarization resistance versus single lanthanide double perovskite,PrBaCo_(2)O_(5+σ)(PBCO)and GdBaCo_(2)O_(5+σ)(GBCO)materials.Further investigation on the effect of B-site Fe-doping on Pr_(0.5)Gd_(0.5)BaCo_(2)-yFeyO_(5)+σ(PGBCF-y,0≤y≤1)reveals that all the PGBCF-y compositions exhibit excellent chemical stability with Gd-doped ceria(GDC)at operating temperatures not higher than 1100℃.Besides,doping of Fe in B-site can effectively reduce the thermal expansion coefficients(TECs)of the Pr_(0.5)Gd_(0.5)BaCo_(2)O_(5)+σceramics at 30e1000℃.And the electrochemical impedance spectra(EIS)results show that the PGBCF-y|GDC|PGBCF-y symmetric cells have acceptable low area specific polarization resistances.Further examination of the cathodic polarization and characteristic capacitance from the AC impedance spectra by employing the relaxation time distribution(DRT)method demonstrated that charge transfer is the dominating subprocess for the oxygen transport through the materials.Fangze Chen Dacheng Zhou Xueqing Xiong Juntao Pan Donglin Cai Ze Wei Xiyong Chen Yihui Liu Nengneng Luo Jialin Yan Toyohisa Fujita 2023Journal of Materiomics2023,9,5:0
