1Development of transplanting manipulator for hydroponic leafy vegetables显示文摘The production of hydroponic leafy vegetable plug-seedlings uses coco-peat as culture substrate in South China.Coco-peat has lowered density than peat-moss,and the friction between substrate block and pickup tool is small.So,it is hard to pick up in mechanism transplantation.In order to increase the friction,the existing transplanting manipulator had relatively complex structures.To simplify the structure of transplanting manipulator and improve the stability of picking up substrate block,four stainless steel fingers with rectangular cross-section were used in this research.A vertical driving was used to realize the coupling effect that could insert and shrink at the same time,by applying different combination of constraints to the steel fingers.This could increase friction between the steel fingers and the substrate block,and then enhance the stability of the substrate block.Different combinations of constraints were applied to the rectangular stainless steel fingers(3 mm×0.8 mm).The working videos of steel fingers were taken by high-speed photography.High-speed motioned analysis software was used to acquire and analyze traces of steel fingers movements.When the length which top end of the steel fingers moved outward(M)is equal to 1.5 mm,the length which guiding part widened(N)is equal to 1 mm,the shrinking distance of steel fingers is 4.2 mm.In this research,16-day hydroponic leafy vegetable plug-seedlings were used for performance,which cultivated with coco-peat substrate with the moisture in the substrate at 81%.The transplanting manipulator was attached to a Denso robotic arm to conduct transplanting performance test.When the shrinking distance of steel fingers increased from 0 mm to 3.2 mm and the inserting angle decreased from 80°to 77°,the lifting force of substrate block increased by 118%from 1.45 N to 3.16 N.However,excessive shrinkage stirred the substrate block,which would reduce the friction between the substrate block and pickup parts and lowered the lifting force of pickup part in the substrate block.The experimental results also demonstrated that when the shrinking distance of the steel fingers reached 3.2 mm and the root distribution rate reached 46%,the success rate of transplantation was 80%.When the leafy vegetable plug-seedlings root distribution rate reached 92%,the success rate of transplantation was 96.67%.The degree of root distribution rate was positively correlated with the transplantation success rate.Therefore,in order to ensure an acceptable success rate of transplantation,the root distribution rate of leafy vegetable plug-seedlings should be at least 90%.This study provides a technical reference for developing simplified transplanting manipulator that can be used to transplant the hydroponic leafy vegetable plug-seedlings with coco-peat as the culture substrate.Bo Li Song Gu Qi Chu Yanli Yang Zhongjian Xie Kaijun Fan Xiaogeng Liu 2019International Journal of Agricultural and Biological Engineering2019,12,6:4

3Efficient Hierarchical Identity Based Signature Scheme in the Standard Model显示文摘Hierarchical identity based cryptography is a generalization of identity based encryption that mirrors an organizational hierarchy. It allows a root public key generator to distribute the workload by delegating public key generation and identity authentication to lower-level public key generators. Most hierarchical identity based signature schemes are provably secure in the random oracle model or the weak models without random oracles such as gauntlet-ID model. Currently, there is no hierarchical identity based signature scheme that is fully secure in the standard model, with short public parameters and a tight reduction. In this paper, a hierarchical identity based signature scheme based on the q-SDH problem that is fully secure in the standard model is proposed. The signature size is independent of the level of the hierarchy. 5Extent of liver resection modulates the activation of transcription factors and the production of cytokines involved in liver regeneration显示文摘AIM:To investigate the molecular events involved in liver regeneration following subtotal hepatectomy (SH) as previous studies have largely focused on partial hepatectomy (PH). METHODS: Male Wistar rats were subjected to 70% PH or 90% SH, respectively, and sacrificed at different times after surgery. Untreated and sham-operated animals served as controls. Serum and liver samples were obtained to investigate liver function, apoptosis (TUNEL assay) and transcription factors (NF-κB,Stat3; ELISA) or cytokines (HGF, TNF-a,IL-6,TGF-a,TGF-b; quantitative RT-PCR) involved in liver regeneration. RESULTS:Serum levels of ALT and AST in animals with 70% PH differed significantly from sham-operated and control animals. We found that the peak concentration 12 h after surgery returned to control levels 7 d after surgery. LDH was increased only at 12 h after 70% PH compared to sham. Bilirubin showed no differences between the sham and 70% resection. After PH, early NF-κB activation was detected 12 h after surgery (313.21±17.22 ng/mL), while there was no activation after SH (125.22 ± 44.36 ng/mL) compared to controls (111.43±32.68 ng/mL) at this time point. In SH, however, NF-κB activation was delayed until 24 h (475.56±144.29 ng/mL). Stat3 activation was similar in both groups. These findings correlated with suppressed and delayed induction of regenerative genes after SH (i.e. TNF-a 24 h postoperatively: 2375±1220 in 70% and 88±31 in 90%; IL-6 12h postoperatively:2547±441 in 70% and 173±82 in 90%). TUNEL staining revealed elevated apoptosis rates in SH (0.44% at 24 h;0.63% at 7d) compared to PH (0.27% at 24h; 0.15% at 7d). 10Super Resolution Perception for Improving Data Completeness in Smart Grid State Estimation显示文摘The smart grid is an evolving critical infrastructure,which combines renewable energy and the most advanced information and communication technologies to provide more economic and secure power supply services.To cope with the intermittency of ever-increasing renewable energy and ensure the security of the smart grid,state estimation,which serves as a basic tool for understanding the true states of a smart grid,should be performed with high frequency.More complete system state data are needed to support high-frequency state estimation.The data completeness problem for smart grid state estimation is therefore studied in this paper.The problem of improving data completeness by recovering highfrequency data from low-frequency data is formulated as a super resolution perception(SRP)problem in this paper.A novel machine-learning-based SRP approach is thereafter proposed.The proposed method,namely the Super Resolution Perception Net for State Estimation(SRPNSE),consists of three steps:feature extraction,information completion,and data reconstruction.Case studies have demonstrated the effectiveness and value of the proposed SRPNSE approach in recovering high-frequency data from low-frequency data for the state estimation.Gaoqi Liang Guolong Liu Junhua Zhao Yanli Liu Jinjin Gu Guangzhong Sun Zhaoyang Dong 2020Engineering2020,6,7:1

17Regulate electric double layer for one-step synthesize and modulate the morphology of(oxy)hydroxides显示文摘FeOOH have received considerable attention due to their natural abundance and cost-effectiveness.Despite the significant progress achieved,the one-step synthesis of integrated FeOOH is still a major challenge.Meanwhile,the current research on FeOOH catalyst still suffers from the unclear mechanism of controlling morphology.Here,density functional theory(DFT)calculations and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy(XPS)demonstrated the strong electron-capturing and hydrogen absorption ability of Co in FeOOH,which further promotes the formation and stabilization of FeOOH.We used a one-step electrodeposition method to synthesize Co introduced FeOOH integrated electrocatalyst and propose to introduce ions with different valence states to regulate the morphology of FeOOH by precise modulation of electric double layer(EDL)composition and thickness.The prepared Co-FeOOH-K^(+)has a larger electrochemically active surface area(ECSA)(325 cm^(2))and turnover frequency(TOF)value(0.75 s^(-1)).In the electrochemical experiments of an alkaline anion exchange membrane electrolyzer,Co-FeOOH-K^(+)shows better oxygen evolution performance than commercial RuO_(2) under industrial production conditions and has good industrial application prospects.Jiaxin Liu Yue Shi Yanli Gu Zheng Lv Liang Zhao Yu Yang Tianrong Zhan Jianping Lai Lei Wang 2024Nano Research2024,17,5:0
18Development of a high-productivity grafting robot for Solanaceae显示文摘Grafting is a green,environmentally friendly,and sustainable way to prevent soil-borne diseases.Although artificial grafting is the main grafting approach used for grafting production,it has some problems which are low productivity,unstable operating quality and labor-intensive.Hence,some countries have been engaged in the development of grafting robots for the past two decades;however,the productivity of these grafting robots has no advantage when compared to artificial grafting.This study aims to develop a high-productivity grafting robot(HPR)for Solanaceae.To improve grafting productivity,this paper adopted plug trays to feed crown-removed rootstocks automatically and carried out multi-plant simultaneous grafting to improve grafting productivity and extensibility.Manipulators were employed to take out rootstocks,increase the distance between them,and transfer them to transfer cups for the simultaneous multi-plant grafting.At the same time,negative pressure mechanisms were designed for speeding up the auxiliary feeding of root-removed scions.Although the HPR was designed in a two-operator mode,a one-operator mode can also be implemented by adjusting the control program.Tests were conducted by varying the artificial feeding speed to analyze the performance of the grafting robot.The results showed that the productivity of the robot in the two-operator mode was 2250 plants/h,and 1542 plants/h in one-operator mode;comparing the artificial feeding productivity with auto grafting productivity,it was found that the capacity of the grafting robot was higher than the feeding speed of the one-operator mode but lower than that of the two-operator mode.Zhongjian Xie Song Gu Qi Chu Bo Li Kaijun Fan Yanli Yang Yi Yang Xiaogeng Liu 2020International Journal of Agricultural and Biological Engineering2020,13,1:0
19N-doped graphitic carbon encapsulating cobalt nanoparticles derived from novel metal–organic frameworks for electrocatalytic oxygen evolution reaction显示文摘Nitrogen-doped carbon catalysts with hierarchical porous structure are promising oxygen evolution reaction(OER)catalysts due to the faster mass transfer and better charge carrying ability.Herein,an exquisite high nitrogen-containing ligand was designed and readily synthesized from the low-cost biomolecule adenine.Accordingly,three new MOFs(TJU-103,TJU-104 and TJU-105)were prepared using the Co(II)or Mn(II)ions as metal nodes.Through rationally controlling pyrolysis condition,in virtue of the high nitrogen content in well-defined periodic structure of the pristine MOFs,TJU-104–900 among the derived MOFs with hierarchical porous structure,i.e.,N-doped graphitic carbon encapsulating homogeneously distributed cobalt nanoparticles,could be conveniently obtained.Thanks to the synergistic effect of the hierarchical structure and well dispersed active components(i.e.,C=O,Co–Nx,graphitic C and N,pyridinic N),it could exhibit an overpotential of 280 mV@10mA/cm^(2)on carbon cloth for OER activity.This work provides the inspiration for fabrication of nitrogen-doped carbon/metal electrocatalysts from cost-effective and abundant biomolecules,which is promising for practical OER application.Yuanmeng Tian Hao Wu Aamir Hanif Yanli Niu Ying Yin Yangyi Gu Zuofeng Chen Qinfen Gu Yun Hau Ng Jin Shang Liangchun Li Mingxian Liu 2023Chinese Chemical Letters2023,34,8:0
20周剂量多西他赛、顺铂联合低剂量氟尿嘧啶治疗晚期胃癌的随机对照研究(英文)显示文摘Objective: The aim of this study was to investigate the efficacy of weekly docetaxel (TXT), cisplatin (DDP) combined with continuous infusion of low dose fluorouracil (FU) on advanced gastric carcinoma. Methods: Forty patients with advanced gastric carcinoma were randomly divided into two groups: the research group and the control group with 20 cases in each group. Patients in the research group were given TXT 40 mg/m2 on d1 and d8 plus DDP 30 mg/m2 on days 1, 3. FU 200 mg/m2 was infused continually from day 1-14. Patients in control group received ELF regimen therapy. Etoposide (VP-16) 120 mg/m2, calcium folinate (CF) 200 mg/m2, and FU 500 mg/m2 were given on days 1 and 3. Twenty-eight days were regarded as one cycle. At least two cycles must be completed. The short-term efficacy, adverse reaction, quality of life (QOL), and overall survival (OS) were recorded. Results: The clinical efficacy could be evaluated in 19 patients of research group and 17 patients in control group. The efficacy of research group was significantly better than that in control group (52.63% vs 17.65%, χ2 = 4.760, P = 0.041). However, the difference was not significant in the frequency of adverse reaction, QOL, median survival time, and OS between the two groups (P > 0.05). Conclusion: The short-term efficacy of weekly docetaxel and cisplatin plus low dose FU was better than traditional ELF regimen in the treatment of advanced gastric cancer.
