| 1 | Comparison of microstructures and mechanical properties of composite extruded AZ31 sheets显示文摘The microstructures and mechanical properties of the composite extruded AZ31/AZ31 and AZ31/4047 Al sheets were investigated and made a comparison to the conventional extruded AZ31 sheet.Owing to the introduced intense shear deformation at the interface during the composite extrusion,grain refinement and tilted texture were detected in AZ31 layers of the AZ31/AZ31 and AZ31/4047 Al sheets,while the conventional extruded AZ31 sheet exhibited a relative coarse,inhomogeneous microstructure and strong basal texture.The compressiontension yield ratio was increased gradually from the AZ31 to the AZ31/AZ31 and AZ31/4047 Al sheets.Besides,the AZ31/4047 Al sheet could successfully accomplish the whole bending forming process at room temperature,while the AZ31 and AZ31/AZ31 sheets were both bend-formed to failure with significant cracks in the outer tensile region under the identical bending parameters.Moreover,under the same bending strain,both the outward offset degree of strain neutral layer and the sheet thickening were more serious in the AZ31/4047 Al composite sheet than those of the AZ31 and AZ31/AZ31 sheets.The foremost reason was the quite wide gap of material properties between Mg alloy AZ31 layer(tensile loading in the outer region)and Al 4047 layer(compressive loading in the inner region). | Yanfu Chai Yan Song Bin Jiang Jie Fu Zhongtao Jiang Qingshan Yang Haoran Sheng Guangsheng Huang Dingfei Zhang Fusheng Pan | 2019 | Journal of Magnesium and Alloys2019,7,4: | 11 |
| 2 | Influence of Mg and Ti on the microstructure and electrochemical performance of aluminum alloy sacrificial anodes显示文摘The experiments focused on the influence of magnesium and titanium as additional alloying elements on the microstructure and electro-chemical behavior of Al-Zn-In sacrificial anodes. The electrochemical behavior of the aluminum sacrificial anode with 3 wt.% sodium chloride solution was studied by electrochemical impedance spectroscopy (EIS) tests. It was found that a microstructure with few precipitates and refined grains could be achieved by adding 1 wt.% Mg and 0.05 wt.% Ti to the Al-Zn-In alloy,resulting in the improved current capacity and efficiency of the alloy. The equivalent circuit based on the EIS experimental data revealed less corrosion and lower adsorbed corrosion production on the surface of the aluminum alloy with a combination of 1 wt.% Mg and 0.05 wt.% Ti,which suggested that the corrosion behavior seemed to be strongly related to the presence of precipitate particles in the aluminum alloy,and moderate amounts of precipitate particles could be beneficial to the electrochemical performance of the aluminum alloy sacrificial anode. | Ma Jingling Wen Jiuba Li Xudong Zhao Shengli Yan Yanfu | 2009 | Rare Metals2009,28,2: | 9 |
| 3 | esveratrol inhibits necroptosis by mediating the TNF-α/RIP1/RIP3/MLKL pathway in myocardial hypoxia/reoxygenation injury显示文摘Resveratrol(RES)protects myocardial cells from hypoxia/reoxygenation(H/R)-caused injury.However,the mechanism of this effect has not been clarified.Thus,in this study,we aimed to determine whether RES attenuates H/R-induced cell necroptosis by inhibiting the tumor necrosis factor-alpha(TNF-α)/receptor-interacting protein kinase 1(RIP1)/RIP3/mixed-lineage kinase domain-like(MLKL)signaling pathway.Rat myocardial ischemia/reperfusion(I/R)models and H/R-injured cell models were constructed.Our study showed that myocardial H/R injury significantly increased the levels of TNF-α,RIP1,RIP3,and p-MLKL/MLKL by western blot analysis.Cell viability assay and 4,6-dianmidino-2-phenylindole(DAPI)-propidium iodide staining showed that the cell viability was decreased,and necroptosis was increased after myocardial H/R injury.The expressions of TNF-α,RIP1,RIP3,and p-MLKL/MLKL in H/R myocardial cells treated with different concentrations of RES were significantly downregulated.In addition,we also found that the cell viability was increased and necroptosis was decreased in dose-dependent manners when H/R-injured cells were treated with RES.In addition,the enhanced effect of TNF-αon necroptosis in myocardial H/R-injured cells was improved by RES,and the effect of RES was confirmed in vivo in I/R rats.This study also showed that RES suppresses necroptosis in H9c2 cells,which may occur through the inhibition of the TNF-α/RIP1/RIP3/MLKL signaling pathway.Our data suggest that necroptosis is a promising therapeutic target and may be a promising therapeutic target for the treatment of myocardial I/R injury. | Yongjun Hu Hongwei Pan Jianqiang Peng Jin He Mingxiang Tang Sulan Yan Jingjing Rong Junshan Li Zhaofen Zheng Haijun Wang Yanfu Liu Xin Zhong | 2021 | Acta Biochimica et Biophysica Sinica2021,53,4: | 6 |
| 4 | Influence of stress on the creep behavior of Cu particle enhancement SnPb based composite solder joints显示文摘Lap joints with a 1 mm2 cross-sectional area were fabricated using Cu particle enhancement 63Sn37Pb based composite solder and 63Sn37Pb eutectic solder to examine the influence of stress on the creep behavior of the solder joints. The results indicate that the creep resistance of the composite solder joints is generally superior to that of the conventional 63Sn37Pb solder joints. | 7 | In-situ investigation on the microstructure evolution of Mg-2Gd alloys during the V-bending tests显示文摘In this work,the in-situ observation of the microstructure in the Mg-2Gd(wt%)alloys during V-bending tests was operated.The microstructure and texture evolutions were characterized by the in-situ electron backscatter diffraction(EBSD),scanning electron microscopy(SEM)and the high-angle annular dark-field scanning transmission electron microscopy(HAADF-STEM)technique.The results revealed a unique microcracks nucleation mechanism in the Mg-Gd alloys compared with the traditional Mg alloy(AZ31 alloy).The microcrack was nucleated at the grain boundary for the Mg-2Gd alloy and in the intragranular for the AZ31 alloy during the bending process.This difference mode between the Mg-Gd and the AZ31 alloys was mainly attributed to the more random topology of the grain boundary network,the lower grain boundary cohesion and the enhanced hinder ability for the dislocations due to the segregated Gd atoms in the Mg-Gd alloy.Furthermore,the microcracks that had a large angleθwith the extruded direction(ED)in the Mg-Gd alloys were preferred nucleated since grain boundaries had the larger normal stress during the bending process. | Chao He Jianxin Zhou Yan Yang Bin Jiang Ming Yuan Zhihua Dong Yanfu Chai Weijun He Guangsheng Huang Dingfei Zhang Fusheng Pan | 2022 | Journal of Materials Science & Technology2022,,36: | 0 |
