| 1 | Co-pyrolysis characteristics of typical components of waste plastics in a falling film pyrolysis reactor显示文摘Waste plastics mainly come from MSW and usually exist in the form of mixed plastics. During the co-pyrolysis process of mixed plastics, various plastic components have different physicochemical properties and reaction mechanisms. Considering the high viscosity and low thermal conductivity of molten plastics, a falling film pyrolysis reactor was selected to explore the rapid co-pyrolysis process of typical plastic components(PP, PE and PS).The oil and gas yields and the compositions of pyrolysis products of the three components under different ratios at pyrolysis temperatures were analyzed to explore the co-pyrolysis characteristics of PP, PE, and PS. | 2 | Bi-prism-based single-lens three dimensional digital image correlation system with a long working distance: Methodology and application in extreme high temperature deformation test显示文摘As a novel three dimensional digital image correlation(3 D DIC) method, the bi-prism-based single lens(BSL) 3 D DIC method has been proposed and developed in recent years. Making use of a bi-prism, this method is able to perform a 3 D DIC measurement using only a single camera. Thus, the integration level of a BSL 3 D DIC system could be much higher than that of the double-camera3 D DIC system. In this paper, using a small-angle bi-prism and a camera with a longer focal length, a special BSL 3 D DIC system with a long working distance is designed for measurements in extreme environments. The principle of the system is first studied,and practical methods are then proposed for the system set-up and the determination of system parameters. Then, feasibility of the measurement system is verified by out-of-plane rigid-body translation tests. | 3 | In situ SEM-DIC technique and its application to characterize the high-temperature fatigue crack closure effect显示文摘In situ high-temperature(maximum: 650℃) experiments for fatigue crack growth on single edge-notched GH4169 superalloy specimens have been performed in scanning electron microscopy(SEM). In order to investigate the crack closure behavior,digital image correlation(DIC) method was applied to measure the full-field displacement and strain fields around the crack tip.The deformation carrier(speckle) was fabricated on the polished specimen surface with Zr O2 powders having a good hightemperature resistance, and the speckle patterns were recorded during the fatigue test by SEM. In consideration of the distortion of SEM images, the unabridged model and the bicubic model were used to correct the spatial distortion, and the distortion parameters can be determined by a calibration test. It is shown that the unabridged model makes a better contribution towards improving SEM-DIC measurement accuracy. Based on the deformation field, the mode Ι stress intensity factor range ?K and the crack opening displacement(COD) can be calculated for evaluating the crack closure effect. Additionally, the crack propagation was monitored using SEM and optical microscope. | 7 | Fabricating multi-porous carbon anode with remarkable initial coulombic efficiency and enhanced rate capability for sodium-ion batteries显示文摘Due to the abundant sodium reserves and high safety,sodium ion batteries(SIBs)are foreseen a promising future.While,hard carbon materials are very suitable for the anode of SIBs owing to their structure and cost advantages.However,the unsatisfactory initial coulombic efficiency(ICE)is one of the crucial blemishes of hard carbon materials and the slow sodium storage kinetics also hinders their wide application.Herein,with spherical nano SiO_(2)as pore-forming agent,gelatin and polytetrafluoroethylene as carbon sources,a multi-porous carbon(MPC)material can be easily obtained via a co-pyrolysis method,by which carbonization and template removal can be achieved synchronously without the assistance of strong acids or strong bases.As a result,the MPC anode exhibited remarkable ICE of 83%and a high rate capability(208 m Ah/g at 5 A/g)when used in sodium-ion half cells.Additionally,coupling with Na3V2(PO4)3as the cathode to assemble full cells,the as-fabricated MPC//NVP full cell delivered a good rate capability(146 m Ah/g at 5 A/g)as well,implying a good application prospect the MPC anode has. | Yong Tong Yuanji Wu Zihao Liu Yongshi Yin Yingjuan Sun Hongyan Li | 2023 | Chinese Chemical Letters2023,34,1: | 2 |
| 8 | Preprocessing method of night vision image application in apple harvesting robot显示文摘Due to the low working efficiency of apple harvesting robots,there is still a long way to go for commercialization.The machine performance and extended operating time are the two research aspects for improving efficiencies of harvesting robots,this study focused on the extended operating time and proposed a round-the-clock operation mode.Due to the influences of light,temperature,humidity,etc.,the working environment at night is relatively complex,and thus restricts the operating efficiency of the apple harvesting robot.Three different artificial light sources(incandescent lamp,fluorescent lamp,and LED lights)were selected for auxiliary light according to certain rules so that the apple night vision images could be captured.In addition,by color analysis,night and natural light images were compared to find out the color characteristics of the night vision images,and intuitive visual and difference image methods were used to analyze the noise characteristics.The results showed that the incandescent lamp is the best artificial auxiliary light for apple harvesting robots working at night,and the type of noise contained in apple night vision images is Gaussian noise mixed with some salt and pepper noise.The preprocessing method can provide a theoretical and technical reference for subsequent image processing. | Weikuan Jia Yuanjie Zheng De’an Zhao Xiang Yin Xiaoyang Liu Ruicheng Du | 2018 | International Journal of Agricultural and Biological Engineering2018,11,2: | 2 |

| 10 | Scalp acupuncture Yikang therapy on Baihui(GV20),Sishencong(EX-HN1),Zhisanzhen,Niesanzhen improves neurobehavior in young rats with cerebral palsy through Notch signaling pathway显示文摘OBJECTIVE:To investigate the efficacy of scalp acupuncture Yikang therapy on Baihui(GV20),Sishencong(EX-HN1),Zhisanzhen,Niesanzhen,on neurobehavior in young rats with cerebral palsy based on Notch signaling pathway.METHODS:Thirty 7-day-old rats were randomly divided into sham,model and acupuncture,10 rats in each group.The cerebral palsy model was established by the accepted modeling method,the acupuncture group selected'Baihui(GV20)','Sishencong(EX-HN1)','Zhisanzhen'and'Niesanzhen'for intervention 24 h after the model was made.The body masses were recorded before and after the treatment,respectively.After the intervention,the rats were subjected to suspension experiment,slope experiment,tactile stimulation experiment and Morris water maze experiment.After the end of the experiment,the morphological changes of hippocampal histology were observed by hematoxylineosin(HE)staining under light microscope,and the expression of Notch1,Notch3 and Hes5 were detected by Western blot and quantitative real-time polymerase chain reaction(PCR).RESULTS:The changes in body mass of the rats in each group were different;in behavioral experiments,compared with the sham,the suspension time of the model was shortened,the slope experiment,tactile stimulation experiment,and escape latency time were prolonged,and the number of platform crossing was reduced in the model,compared with the model,the suspension time of the acupuncture was prolonged,the slope experiment,tactile stimulation experiment,and escape latency time were shortened,and the number of platform crossing times was increased;HE staining showed severe hippocampal damage in the model and reduced hippocampal damage in the acupuncture.Western Blot and real-time fluorescence quantitative PCR showed that the expression of Notch1,Notch3 and Hes5 were increased in the model and the expression of Notch1,Notch3,Hes5 in acupuncture were decreased.CONCLUSIONS:Scalp acupuncture Yikang therapy may improve neurobehavior and reduce brain injury in rats with cerebral palsy by downregulating the expression of Notch1,Notch3,and Hes5. | XUE Jianyi XU Jinyan HUANG Mao YU Wentao YAN Yihui YAN Yuanjie YIN Zhenjin LU Qian PENG Wanying YAN Siyang | 2023 | Journal of Traditional Chinese Medicine2023,43,2: | 1 |
| 11 | EMG oscillator model-based energy kernel method for characterizing muscle intrinsic property under isometric contraction显示文摘This paper presents a new method for estimating the isometric contraction force and the characterization of muscle’s intrinsic property.The method,called the energy kernel method,starts with converting the electromyography(EMG)signal into planar phase portraits,on which the elliptic distribution of the state points is named as the energy kernel,while that formed by the noise signal is called the noise kernel.Based on such stochastic features of the phase portraits,we approximate the EMG signal within a rectangular window as a harmonic oscillator(EMG oscillator).The study establishes the relationship between the energy of control signal(EMG)and that of output signal(force/power),and a characteristic energy is proposed to estimate the muscle force.On the other hand,the natural frequencies of the noise and the EMG signal can be attained with the energy kernel and noise kernel.In this way,the direct signal–noise recognition and separation can be accomplished.The results show that the representativeness of the characteristic energy toward the force is satisfactory,and the method is very robust since it combines the advantages of both RMS and MPF.Moreover,the natural frequency of the EMG oscillator is not governed by the MU firing rate of a specific muscle,indicating that this frequency correlates with the intrinsic property of muscle.The physical meanings of the model provide new insights into the understanding of EMG. | Xing Chen Yuehong Yin Yuanjie Fan | 2014 | Chinese Science Bulletin2014,59,14: | 1 |

| 15 | Characterization and structure analysis of the heterosolvate of erythromycin thiocyanate显示文摘Erythromycin thiocyanate is widely used for the production of other macrolide antibiotics. In this work, a novel heterosolvate of this pharmaceutical compound has been obtained and characterized for the first time, which was transformed from the dihydrate form in the acetone solvent through evaporation crystallization. Thermal behavior together with compositional analysis revealed that both water and acetone molecules participated in the formation of the crystal lattice which is rarely reported before. The general chemical name of the heterosolvate may be defined as erythromycin thiocyanate sesquihydrate hemiacetonate. Furthermore, studies on solid-state spectral analysis provided strong evidence of intermolecular hydrogen bonds in heterosolvate crystals. According to the crystal structure determined by single crystal X-ray diffraction, the formation mechanism of the heterosolvate is proposed in which strong multihydrogen bondings between water and solute molecules form the layer structure. While acetone molecules form single-hydrogen bonds with solutes and reside in channels between layers.
