2Characterization of terpenoids and norisoprenoids from base and retail Qingke Baijiu by GC×GC-TOFMS and multivariate statistical analysis显示文摘Qingke(highland barley)Baijiu is a special Chinese Baijiu which is mainly produced from Qinghai-Tibet Plateau.Since the pine board is used as the bottom of the fermentation pit,we deduced that the terpenoids and norisoprenoids in pine board might be introduced into Qingke Baijiu.Thus,the terpenoids and norisoprenoids in Qingke Baijiu were investigated by headspace solid phase microextraction(HS-SPME)combined with comprehensive two-dimensional gas chromatography coupled to time-of-flight mass spectrometry(GC×GC-TOFMS).The results showed thatγ-terpinene(0.70-530.72μg/L),α-phellandrene(0.34-256.66μg/L),longicyclene(0-38.55μg/L),α-pinene(1.21-35.54μg/L)and limonene(0.93-23.69μg/L)were the top 5 terpenoids/norisoprenoids in Qingke Baijiu.Pulegone was detected and reported for the first time in Baijiu,and the concentrations in Qingke Baijiu were 0.78μg/L(fresh)and 3.90μg/L(7 years old).According to the principal component analysis(PCA)plot,young,aged,and retail Qingke Baijiu could be differentiated clearly.Fold change(FC)and t-tests analysis indicated thatβ-pinene,γ-terpinene,andα-selinene were the most different terpenoids/norisoprenoids between young and aged Qingke Baijiu,and longifolene was the most different terpenoids/norisoprenoids between base and retail Qingke Baijiu.The terpenoids and norisoprenoids,such as(E)-β-ionone,isoborneol andβ-cyclocitral,could be potential markers indicating the ageing process of Qingke Baijiu.Xinlei Wang Lin Zhu Xuebo Song Si Jing Fuping Zheng Mingquan Huang Shengbao Feng Luzhong La 2023Food Science and Human Wellness2023,12,1:2

5Investigation on Yield Behavior of 7075‑T6 Aluminum Alloy at Elevated Temperatures显示文摘Aluminum alloys have drawn considerable attention in the area of automotive lightweight.High strength aluminum alloys are usually deformed at elevated temperatures due to their poor formability at room temperature.In this work,the yield behavior of 7075 aluminum alloy in T6 temper(AA7075-T6)within the temperature ranging from 25°C to 230°C was investigated.Uniaxial and biaxial tensile tests with the aid of induction heating system were performed to determine the stress vs.strain curves and the yield loci of AA7075-T6 at elevated temperatures,respectively.Von Mises,Hill48 and Yld2000-2d yield criteria were applied to predicting yield loci which were compared with experimentally measured yield loci of the AA7075-T6.Results show that yield stress corresponding to the same equivalent plastic strain decreases with increasing temperature within the investigated temperature range and the shape of yield loci evolves nearly negligibly.The experimental yield locus expands with an increase of equivalent plastic strain at the same temperature and the work hardening rate of AA7075-T6 exhibits obvious stress-state-dependency.The nonquadratic Yld2000-2d yield criterion describes the yield surfaces of AA7075-T6 more accurately than the quadratic von Mises and Hill48 yield criteria,and an exponent of 14 in the Yld2000-2d yield function gives the optimal predictions for the AA7075-T6 at all investigated temperatures.Jianping Lin Xingyu Bao Yong Hou Junying Min Xinlei Qu Zhimin Tao Jiajie Chen 2020Chinese Journal of Mechanical Engineering2020,33,5:1
6Quantitative proteomics analysis of parthenogenetically induced pluripotent stem cells显示文摘Parthenogenetic embryonic stem(pES)cells isolated from parthenogenetic activation of oocytes and embryos,also called parthenogenetically induced pluripotent stem cells,exhibit pluripotency evidenced by both in vitro and in vivo differentiation potential.Differential proteomic analysis was performed using differential in-gel electrophoresis and isotope-coded affinity tag-based quantitative proteomics to investigate the molecular mechanisms underlying the developmental pluripotency of pES cells and to compare the protein expression of pES cells generated from either the in vivo-matured ovulated(IVO)oocytes or from the in vitro-matured(IVM)oocytes with that of fertilized embryonic stem(fES)cells derived from fertilized embryos.A total of 76 proteins were upregulated and 16 proteins were downregulated in the IVM pES cells,whereas 91 proteins were upregulated and 9 were downregulated in the IVO pES cells based on a minimal 1.5-fold change as the cutoff value.No distinct pathways were found in the differentially expressed proteins except for those involved in metabolism and physiological processes.Notably,no differences were found in the protein expression of imprinted genes between the pES and fES cells,suggesting that genomic imprinting can be corrected in the pES cells at least at the early passages.The germline competent IVM pES cells may be applicable for germ cell renewal in aging ovaries if oocytes are retrieved at a younger age.Zhe Hu LeiWang Zhensheng Xie Xinlei Zhang Du Feng Fang Wang Bingfeng Zuo Lingling Wang Zhong Liu Zhisheng Chen Fuquan Yang Lin Liu 2011Protein & Cell2011,2,8:0

8Multi‑scale Battery Modeling Method for Fault Diagnosis显示文摘Fault diagnosis is key to enhancing the performance and safety of battery storage systems.However,it is challenging to realize efficient fault diagnosis for lithium-ion batteries because the accuracy diagnostic algorithm is limited and the features of the different faults are similar.The model-based method has been widely used for degradation mechanism analysis,state estimation,and life prediction of lithium-ion battery systems due to the fast speed and high development efficiency.This paper reviews the mainstream modeling approaches used for battery diagnosis.First,a review of the battery’s degradation mechanisms and the external factors affecting the aging rate is presented.Second,the different modeling approaches are summarized,from microscopic to macroscopic scales,including density functional theory,molecular dynamics,X-ray computed tomography technology,electrochemical model,equivalent circuit model,distributed model and neural network algorithm.Subsequently,the advantages and disadvantages of these model approaches are discussed for fault detection and diagnosis of batteries in different application scenarios.Finally,the remaining challenges of model-based battery diagnosis and the future perspective of using cloud control and battery intelligent networking to enhance diagnostic performance are discussed.Shichun Yang Hanchao Cheng Mingyue Wang Meng Lyu Xinlei Gao Zhengjie Zhang Rui Cao Shen Li Jiayuan Lin Yang Hua Xiaoyu Yan Xinhua Liu 2022Automotive Innovation2022,5,4:0

10Carbolong Chemistry: Planar CCCCX-Type (X = N, O, S) Pentadentate Chelates by Formal [3+1] Cycloadditions of Metalla-Azirines with Terminal Alkynes显示文摘Three-membered unsaturated rings have been widely utilized in organic synthesis due to their inherent highly strained structures.Although much research has been applied to ring-expansion reactions of such strained ring systems,pathways other than[3+2]cycloadditions have rarely been observed in their reactions with alkynes,and to date,no[3+1]cycloadditions of isolated three-membered unsaturated rings with alkynes have been reported.Here we demonstrate an unprecedented[3+1]cycloaddition in which a fused metalla-azirine is used as a template to generate a series of planar CCCCX-type(X=N,O,S)pentadentate carbolong complexes 3–6.A series of substituted alkynes was tested for further exploration of the scope and mechanism for the[3+1]cycloaddition reactions.Complexes 3–6 represent rare examples of planar pentadentate complexes that assemble fourπ-conjugated fused rings by one bridgehead atom.These novel complexes are thermally stable in air and absorb ultraviolet,visible,and near-infrared light,and thus are potentially applicable in photoelectric devices and pharmaceuticals.Ming Luo Yuhui Hua Kaiyue Zhuo Lipeng Long Xinlei Lin Zhihong Deng Zhenyang Lin Hong Zhang Dafa Chen Haiping Xia 2021CCS Chemistry2021,3,2:0
11An optimized protocol for detecting guard cell specific gene expression by in situ RT-PCR in Brassica rapa显示文摘It is important to detect specific genes expressed in the guard cells,which control gas exchange and play key roles in response to drought and salt stresses.Due to the genetic transformation of Chinese cabbage(Brassica rapa)has not been well developed,in situ RT-PCR is a valuable option for detecting guard cell specific genes.We reported an optimized protocol of in situ RT-PCR by using an FAMA homologous gene Bra001929 in Brassica rapa.FAMA in Arabidopsis has been verified to be specially expressed in guard cells.We designed specific RT-PCR primers and optimized the protocol in terms of the(a)reverse transcription time,(b)blocking time,(c)antigen-antibody incubation time,and(d)washing temperature.Our approach provides a sensitive and effective in situ RT-PCR method for locating expression in the guard cells in Brassica rapa.Moreover,we proved the guard cell specific expression of Bra001929 in the epidermis indicating its’applicability as a marker gene for guard cells of Brassica rapa.Yingying Song Xinlei Guo Jian Wu Jianli Liang Runmao Lin Zifu Yan Xiaowu Wang 2022Horticultural Plant Journal2022,8,3:0
