| 2 | Major advances in studies of the physical geography and living environment of China during the past 70 years and future prospects显示文摘The natural environment provides material essentials for human survival and development. The characteristics,processes, regional differentiation and forcing mechanisms of the elements of the natural environment(e.g. geomorphology,climate, hydrology, soil, etc.) are the main objects of research in physical geography. China has a complex natural environment and huge regional differentiation and therefore it provides outstanding reserach opportunities in physical geography. This review summarizes the most important developments and the main contributions of research in the physical geography and human living environment in China during the past 70 years. The major topics addressed are the uplift of the Tibetan Plateau and the evolution of its cryosphere, the development of fluvial systems, the acidification of the vast arid region of the Asian interior, variations in the monsoon and westerly climate systems on multiple timescales, the development of lakes and wetlands, the watershed system model, soil erosion, past human-environment interactions, biogeography, and physical geographic zonality. After briefly introducing international research developments, we review the history of research in physical geography in China, focusing on the major achievements and major academic debates, and finally we summarize the status of current research and the future prospects. | 4 | Embryonic endothelial evolution towards first hematopoietic stem cells revealed by single-cell transcriptomic and functional analyses显示文摘Hematopoietic stem cells(HSCs)in adults are believed to be born from hemogenic endothelial cells(HECs)in mid-gestational embryos.Due to the rare and transient nature,the HSC-competent HECs have never been stringently identified and accurately captured,let alone their genuine vascular precursors.Here,we first used high-precision single-cell transcriptomics to unbiasedly examine the relevant EC populations at continuous developmental stages with intervals of 0.5 days from embryonic day(E)9.5 to E11.0.As a consequence,we transcriptomically identified two molecularly different arterial EC populations and putative HSCprimed HECs,whose number peaked at El 0.0 and sharply decreased thereafter,in the dorsal aorta of the aorta-gonadmesonephros(AGM)region.Combining computational prediction and in vivo functional validation,we precisely captured HSCcompetent HECs by the newly constructed Neurl3-EGFP reporter mouse model,and realized the enrichment further by a combination of surface markers(Procr+Kit+CD44+,PK44).Surprisingly,the endothelial-hematopoietic dual potential was rarely but reliably witnessed in the cultures of single HECs.Noteworthy,primitive vascular ECs from E8.0 experienced two-step fate choices to become HSC-primed HECs,namely an Initial arterial fate choice followed by a hemogenic fate conversion.This finding resolves several previously observed contradictions.Taken together,comprehensive understanding of endothelial evolutions and molecular programs underlying HSC-primed HEC specification in vivo will facilitate future investigations directing HSC production in vitro. | Siyuan Hou Zongcheng Li Xiaona Zheng Yun Gao Ji Dong Yanli Ni Xiaobo Wang Yunqiao Li Xiaochen Ding Zhilin Chang Shuaili Li Yuqiong Hu Xiaoying Fan Yu Hou Lu Wen Bing Liu Fuchou Tang Yu Lan | 2020 | Cell Research2020,30,5: | 8 |

| 7 | Kinematics analysis of a novel all-attitude flight simulator显示文摘To overcome the kinematic singularity limitation of simulator, which is unavoidable in a three-axis architecture, an all-attitude flight simulator in a four-axis architecture is proposed. The simulator can always provide 3DOF motion by applying redundant manipulator mechanism. For direct kinematics of the manipulator, a dual-Euler method is adopted to solve the expressions of attitude angles; thus computation singularity of all- attitude angles is overcome. For inverse kinematics of the manipulator, pseudo-inverse gradient projection method is used to obtain optimal velocity solution. Then, based on dynamic control method, optimal position solution is obtained. The proposed inverse kinematics algorithm can achieve desired attitudes, as well as can avoid kinematics singularity and axis angle limits. | 10 | Exosomes secreted from cardiomyocytes suppress the sensitivity of tumor ferroptosis in ischemic heart failure显示文摘Heart failure(HF)patients in general have a higher risk of developing cancer.Several animal studies have indicated that cardiac remodeling and HF remarkably accelerate tumor progression,highlighting a cause-and-effect relationship between these two disease entities.Targeting ferroptosis,a prevailing form of non-apoptotic cell death,has been considered a promising therapeutic strategy for human cancers.Exosomes critically contribute to proximal and distant organ-organ communications and play crucial roles in regulating diseases in a paracrine manner.However,whether exosomes control the sensitivity of cancer to ferroptosis via regulating the cardiomyocyte-tumor cell crosstalk in ischemic HF has not yet been explored.Here,we demonstrate that myocardial infarction(MI)decreased the sensitivity of cancer cells to the canonical ferroptosis activator erastin or imidazole ketone erastin in a mouse model of xenograft tumor.Post-MI plasma exosomes potently blunted the sensitivity of tumor cells to ferroptosis inducers both in vitro in mouse Lewis lung carcinoma cell line LLC and osteosarcoma cell line K7M2 and in vivo with xenograft tumorigenesis model.The expression of miR-22-3p in cardiomyocytes and plasma-exosomes was significantly upregulated in the failing hearts of mice with chronic MI and of HF patients as well.Incubation of tumor cells with the exosomes isolated from post-MI mouse plasma or overexpression of miR-22-3p alone abrogated erastin-induced ferroptotic cell death in vitro.Cardiomyocyte-enriched miR-22-3p was packaged in exosomes and transferred into tumor cells.Inhibition of cardiomyocyte-specific miR-22-3p by AAV9 sponge increased the sensitivity of cancer cells to ferroptosis.ACSL4,a pro-ferroptotic gene,was experimentally established as a target of miR-22-3p in tumor cells.Taken together,our findings uncovered for the first time that MI suppresses erastin-induced ferroptosis through releasing miR-22-3p-enriched exosomes derived from cardiomyocytes.Therefore,targeting exosome-mediated cardiomyocyte/tumor pathological communication may offer a novel approach for the ferroptosis-based antitumor therapy. | Ye Yuan Zhongting Mei Zhezhe Qu Guanghui Li Shuting Yu Yingqi Liu Kuiwu Liu Zhihua Shen Jiaying Pu Yanquan Wang Changhao Wang Zhiyong Sun Qian Liu Xiaochen Pang Ao Wang Zijing Ren Tong Wang Ying Liu Jinhuan Hong Jiajie Xie Xin Li Zhonghua Wang Weijie Du Baofeng Yang | 2023 | Signal Transduction and Targeted Therapy2023,8,4: | 2 |

| 15 | Control Design for Harmonic Disturbance Rejection for Robot Manipulators with Bounded Inputs显示文摘Currently most of control methods are of one degree of freedom(1-DOF) control structure for the robot systems which are affected by unmeasurable harmonic disturbances,at the same time in order to obtain perfect disturbance attenuation level,the controller gain must be increased.In practice,however,for robotic actuators,there are physical constraints that limit the amplitude of the available torques.This paper considers the problem of tracking control under input constraints for robot manipulators which are affected by unmeasurable harmonic disturbances.A new control scheme is proposed for the problem,which is composed of a parameter-dependent nonlinear observer and a tracking controller.The parameter-dependent nonlinear observer,designed based on the internal model principle,can achieve an estimation and compensation of a class of harmonic disturbances with unknown frequencies.The tracking controller,designed via adaptive control techniques,can make the systems asymptotically track the desired trajectories.In the control design,the continuous piecewise differentiable increasing function is used to limit control input amplitude,such that the control input saturation is avoided.The Lyapunov stability of closed loop systems is analyzed.To validate proposed control scheme,simulation results are provided for a two link horizontal robot manipulator.The simulation results show that the proposed control scheme ensures asymptotic tracking in presence of an uncertain external disturbance acting on the system.An important feature of the methodology consists of the fact that the designed controller is of 2-DOF control structure,namely,it has the ability to overcome the conflict between controller gain and robustness against external disturbances in the traditional 1 -DOF control structure framework. | YAO Yu WANG Xiaochen HE Fenghua | 2011 | Chinese Journal of Mechanical Engineering2011,24,2: | 1 |
