1前列腺癌骨转移患者的临床特征和预后因素显示文摘本文为了研究前列腺癌骨转移患者的临床特征及相关预后因素。研究搜集1997--2009年间诊治的115例前列腺癌骨转移患者进行回顾性分析。对患者年龄、诊断原发灶时Gleason评分、诊断原发灶时临床分期、是否内分泌治疗、是否行去势术、原发灶是否放疗、骨转移灶数目、骨转移时PSA和ALP水平、有无周围器官侵犯、有无区域和非区域淋巴结转移、是否伴骨旁软组织侵犯及其他脏器转移进行单因素和多因素预后分析。生存率计算运用Kaplan.Meier法,单因素分析采用Logrank法,多因素分析采用Cox回归模型。结果发现随访率为100%,1、3、5年随访例数分别为103、79、55例。1、3、5年生存率分别为89.1%、60.9%、49.8%,中位生存期为48.5个月。单因素分析结果显示患者年龄(Z2=7.18,P=0.028)、诊断原发灶时Gleason评分(x2=8.58,P=0.014)、诊断原发灶时临床分期(x2=10.62,P=0.014)、骨转移灶数目(x2=6.87,P=0.009)、骨转移时ALP水平(2=8.95,P=0.011)、有无周围器官侵犯(x2=9.03,P=0.003)和有无非区域淋巴结转移(Z2=12.45,P=0.000)的生存率有差异,余各项无差异。Cox模型多因素分析显示骨转移时ALP水平(x2=4.077,P=0.020)、诊断原发灶时Gleason评分(x2=4.573,P=0.044)和是否有非区域淋巴结转移(x2=3.934,P=0.030)是影响预后的因素。骨转移时碱性磷酸酶水平、诊断原发灶时Glason评分和非区域淋巴结转移是独立预测因素,这些预后因素将有助于我们确定适当的放射治疗分割方式和治疗剂量。Jian He Zhao-Chong Zeng Ping Yang Bing Chen We Jiang Shi-Suo Du 2012Asian Journal of Andrology2012,14,3:16

6Phylogenetic diversity of bacteria associated with the marine sponge Agelas robusta from South China Sea显示文摘It is well known that marine sponges harbor large numbers of bacteria,some of which have been proved to be sponge-specific.The diversity of bacteria in marine sponges distributed along the coast of South China Sea has been previously studied but that of bacteria in sponges inhabiting the open sea has been rarely investigated.In this report,the diversity of bacteria associated with the marine sponge Agelas robusta from a remote coral reef in the South China Sea was documented employing 16S rDNA library construction,amplified ribosomal DNA restriction analysis(ARDRA) and phylogenetic analysis.A total of 32 phylotypes were finally categorized in nine phyla including Cyanobacteria,Proteobacteria,Chloroflexi,Firmicutes,Actinobacteria,Acidobacteria,Planctomycetes,Bacteroidetes and Gemmatimonadetes.The dominant phylum was Proteobacteria whereas the dominant genus was Synechococcus in Cyanobacteria.Some spongespecific bacteria were also found in the bacteria population,but the proportion(5 OTUs/32 OTUs) was much lower than other sponges.This study reveals the phylogenetic diversity of bacteria in A.robusta and confirms the presence of some sponge-specific bacteria in the South China Sea.Understanding the diversity of sponge-associated bacteria in China assists to exploit the bacteria resources for biotechnology.SUN We DAI Shikun WANG Guanghua XIE Lianwu JIANG Shumei LI Xiang 2010Acta Oceanologica Sinica2010,29,5:1

9Identification and Analysis on True or False Hybrids from Hybridization Populations of Litchi( Litchi chinensis Sonn.) Using EST-SSR Markers显示文摘In order to better distinguish true hybrids in litchi crossbreeding,F1generations of two litchi hybridized combinations namely that‘Xuehuaizi’בGuiwei’and‘Xuehuaizi’בJiaohesanyuehong’were used as materials to identify true hybrids,to construct mapping populations and to study the genetic diversities of the two populations with EST-SSR markers.The results showed that F1generations of the two hybrid populations could be identified with an identification rate of100%by the combination of four pair primers,respectively,and the 159 individual plants of the two populations were true hybrids.In addition,variations were exited in leaf morphology of the progenies of the two populations and bands of parents absented were occurred on genotype.The clustering analysis showed that 113 F1plants from the hybridized combination of‘Xuehuaizi’בGuiwei’were clustered into six categories(similarity coefficient was 0.68),and 63.72%(72 plants)of which clustered into one group with male parent.The genetic distances between 32 plants(28.3%)and their parents were far which indicated that larger variation or recombinant appeared in these plants.Forty six hybrid progenies of the combination of‘Xuehuaizi’בJiaohesanyuehong’were divided into two categories when the similarity coefficient was 0.642 and most individual plants(60.87%)showed closer genetic relationship with female parent and partial maternal genetic tendency.It is concluded that EST-SSR markers are suitable to identify true hybrids of litchi.The construction of the two F1mapping populations has established basis for further genetic linkage mapping,meanwhile,has accumulated materials for cultivar improvement of litchi.Qingming SUN Shuaipeng MA We LIU Nonhui JIANG Jing FANG Xiaoyan YANG Xu XIANG 2015Agricultural Biotechnology2015,4,2:0
