| 3 | Study on Soil Nutrient Fertility of Cultivated Land in Laos显示文摘[Objectives] This study was conducted to explore the differences in soil nutrient contents of cultivated land in different regions of Laos,and to provide a basis for soil nutrient management and scientific fertilization in Laos. [Methods] By collecting 166 samples of the 0-20 cm cultivated soil layer from farmland in the farming areas of Luang Namtha Province in the northern part of Laos and Vientiane Province in the middle of the country,the contents of soil organic matter,total nitrogen,available phosphorus,available potassium,available calcium and available magnesium were analyzed,so as to evaluate the current status of soil nutrient fertility and explore the differences in soil nutrient contents of regional cultivated land. [Results] The soil organic matter was relatively abundant,the total nitrogen and available potassium contents were at the lower-middle level,and the available phosphorus,available calcium and available magnesium were insufficient or extremely insufficient. The soil nutrient contents of cultivated land were different in different regions. | 5 | Survey and Evaluation of Heavy Metal Pollution in Paddy Soil in West Guangxi显示文摘This paper aims to understand the current situation of heavy metal pollution in paddy soil in West Guangxi,to provide a reference for heavy metal pollution control. The content of Cd,Pb and As of 50 soil samples of cultivation layer( 0- 20 cm),taken from main rice producing areas in West Guangxi,is determined. The environment quality of soil is assessed with the single factor index and the potential ecological risk of paddy soil is evaluated with the potential ecological risk index of Hakanson. The results show that the mean content of Cd,Pb,and As in paddy soil samples is 0. 941,26. 46 and 10. 16 mg / kg,respectively. The Cd content of 54. 0% soil samples and the As content of 2. 0% soil samples are higher than the standard II National Soil Environment Quality,and Cd in paddy soil has high potential ecological risk. | 7 | Polymorphisms in XRCC5,XRCC6,XRCC7 genes are involved inDNA double-strand breaks(DSBs) repair associated with the risk ofacute myeloid leukemia(AML) in Chinese population显示文摘Objective:To investigate the association between the X-ray repair cross complementing(XRCC) group 5, XRCC6 and XRCC7 polymorphisms and risk of acute myeloid leukemia(AML). Methods:This hospital-based case-control study included 120 AML patients and 210 cancer-free controls in a Chinese population. Three polymorphisms of XRCC5, XRCC6 and XRCC7 were genotyped using the polymerase chain reaction(PCR) or polymerase chain reaction-restriction fragment length polymorphism(PCR-RFLP) method. Results: We found that there was a significant decrease in risk of AML associated with the XRCC6 -61 CG/GG genotype(adjusted odd ratio (OR) = 0.55; 95% confident interval(CI) = 0.34-0.89) compared with the -61CC genotype. For the novel tandem repeat polymorphism (VNTR) in the XRCC5 promoter, we found when the XRCC5 six genotypes were dichotomized(i.e., 2R/2R, 2R/1R versus 2R/0R, 1R/1R, 1R/0R and 0R/0R), the latter group was associated with increased risk of AML(adjusted OR = 1.67; 95% CI = 1.00~2.79) compared to 2R/ 2R+2R/1R genotype. However, the XRCC7 6721G>T polymorphism had no effect on risk of AML. Conclusion:The XRCC6 -61C > G and XRCC5 2R/1R/0R polymorphisms, but not XRCC7 6721G > T polymorphism, could play an important role in the development of AML. | 9 | FeMo@porous carbon derived from MIL-53(Fe)@MoO_(3) as excellent heterogeneous electro-Fenton catalyst: Co-catalysis of Mo显示文摘An ultra-efficient electro-Fenton catalyst with porous carbon coated Fe-Mo metal(FeMo@PC),was prepared by calcining MIL-53(Fe)@MoO_(3).This FeMo@PC-2 exhibited impressive catalytic performance for sulfamethazine(SMT)degradation with a high turnover frequency value(7.89 L/(g·min)),much better than most of reported catalysts.The mineralization current efficiency and electric energy consumption were 83.2%and 0.03 kWh/gTOC,respectively,at lowcurrent(5mA)and small dosage of catalyst(25.0mg/L).The removal rate of heterogeneous electro-Fenton(Hetero-EF)process catalyzed by FeMo@PC-2 was 4.58 times that of Fe@PC/Hetero-EF process.Because the internal-micro-electrolysis occurred between PC and Fe0,while the co-catalysis of Mo accelerated the rate-limiting step of the Fe^(3+)/Fe^(2+) cycle and greatly improved the H_(2)O_(2)utilization efficiency.The results of radical scavenger experiments and electron paramagnetic resonance confirmed the main role of surface-bound hydroxyl radical oxidation.This process was feasible to remove diverse organic contaminants such as phenol,2,4-dichlorophenoxyacetic acid,carbamazepine and SMT.This paper enlightened the importance of the doped Mo,which could greatly improve the activity of the iron-carbon heterogeneous catalyst derived from metal-organic frameworks in EF process for efficient removal of organic contaminants. | Xuedong Du Wenyang Fu Pei Su Qizhan Zhang Minghua Zhou | 2023 | Journal of Environmental Sciences2023,,5: | 0 |
