1Spatial econometric analysis of carbon emissions from energy consumption in China显示文摘作为技术支持从 1997~2009 并且用 ArcGIS9.3 和 GeoDA9.5 在中国基于每个区域的精力消费数据,这篇论文用精力消费在碳排出物的地区性的水平在空间模式的变化趋势上做了初步的研究,碳排出物的空间自相关分析,在碳排出物和他们的影响因素之间的空间回归分析。分析结果如下被显示出。(1 ) 从精力消费的碳排出物从 1997 ~ 2009 增加了超过 148% 但是高、低的排放区域的空间模式没极大地变化。( 2 )从精力消费的碳排出物的全球空间自相关从 1997~2009 增加了,空间自相关分析证明那在那里存在极化现象,高高度的凝块的中心没极大地变化,但是当前膨胀,低低的凝块的中心也没极大地变化,但是当前变窄。(3 ) 空间回归分析显示出那碳从精力消费的排出物与 GDP 和人口有一种靠近的关系,在碳排出物和 GDP 之间的空间回归的摆平 R 的率在碳排出物和人口之间比那高。到碳排出物的人口的贡献增加了,但是 GDP 的贡献从 1997 ~ 2009 减少了。碳排出物溢出效果由于两个从 1997 ~ 2009 被加重 GDP 和人口的增加, GDP 和人口因此是加强了碳排出物的空间自相关的二个主要因素。CHUAI Xiaowei HUANG Xianjin WANG Wanjing WEN Jiqun CHEN Qiang PENG Jiawen 2012Journal of Geographical Sciences2012,22,4:26
2Progress on design and related R&D activities for the water-cooled breeder blanket for CFETR显示文摘The water-cooled ceramic breeder (WCCB) blanket is one of the blanket candidates for Chinese fusion engineering testing reactor (CFETR) and is being developed at the Institute of Plasma Physics, Chinese Academy of Sciences (ASIPP). This paper reviews design and evolution of the WCCB blanket for CFETR, and presents a new WCCB blanket design according to the latest CFETR core parameters (major and minor radii are R = 7.2 m and a = 2.2 m, respectively) and missions. This new design is expected to satisfy multiple CFETR operation modes of 0.2, 0.5, 1.0, and 1.5 GW fusion power and achieve tritium self-sufficiency. The feasibility of the updated blanket design is evaluated from the aspects of neutronics and thermo-hydraulics. 3Maternal genetic history of ancient Tibetans over the past 4000 years显示文摘The settlement of the Tibetan Plateau epitomizes human adaptation to a high-altitude environment that poses great challenges to human activity.Here,we reconstruct a 4000-year maternal genetic history of Tibetans using 128 ancient mitochondrial genome data from 37 sites in Tibet.The phylogeny of haplotypes M9a1a,M9a1b,D4g2,G2a’c,and D4i show that ancient Tibetans share the most recent common ancestor with ancient Middle and Upper Yellow River populations around the Early and Middle Holocene.In addition,the connections between Tibetans and Northeastern Asians vary over the past 4000 years,with a stronger matrilineal connection between the two during 4000 BPe3000 BP,and a weakened connection after 3000 BP,that are coincident with climate change,followed by a reinforced connection after the Tubo period(1400 BPe1100 BP).Besides,an over 4000-year matrilineal continuity is observed in some of the maternal lineages.We also find the maternal genetic structure of ancient Tibetans is correlated to the geography and interactions between ancient Tibetans and ancient Nepal and Pakistan populations.Overall,the maternal genetic history of Tibetans can be characterized as a long-term matrilineal continuity with frequent internal and external population interactions that are dynamically shaped by geography,climate changes,as well as historical events.Ganyu Zhang Can Cui Shargan Wangdue Hongliang Lu Honghai Chen Lin Xi Wei He Haibing Yuan Tinley Tsring Zujun Chen Feng Yang Tashi Tsering Shuai Li Norbu Tashi Tsho Yang Yan Tong Xiaohong Wu Linhui Li Yuanhong He Peng Cao Qingyan Dai Feng Liu Xiaotian Feng Tianyi Wang Ruowei Yang Wanjing Ping Ming Zhang Xing Gao Yichen Liu Wenjun Wang Qiaomei Fu 2023Journal of Genetics and Genomics2023,50,10:1

6Maternal genetic history of southern East Asians over the past 12,000 years显示文摘Southern East Asia,including Guangxi and Fujian provinces in China,is home to diverse ethnic groups,languages,and cultures.Previous studies suggest a high complexity regarding population dynamics and the history of southern East Asians.However,large-scale genetic studies on ancient populations in this region are hindered by limited sample preservation.Here,using highly efficient DNA capture techniques,we obtain 48 complete mitochondrial genomes of individuals from Guangxi and Fujian in China and reconstruct their maternal genetic history over the past 12,000 years.We find a strong connection between southern East Asians dating to~12,000-6000 years ago and present-day Southeast Asians.In addition,stronger genetic affinities to northern East Asians are observed in historical southern East Asians than Neolithic southern East Asians,suggesting increased interactions between northern and southern East Asians over time.Overall,we reveal dynamic connections between ancient southern East Asians and populations located in surrounding regions,as well as a shift in maternal genetic structure within the populations over time.Yalin Liu Tianyi Wang Xichao Wu Xuechun Fan Wei Wang Guangmao Xie Zhen Li Qingping Yang Peng Cao Ruowei Yang Feng Liu Qingyan Dai Xiaotian Feng Wanjing Ping Bo Miao Yun Wu Yichen Liu Qiaomei Fu 2021Journal of Genetics and Genomics2021,48,10:1

9Defects and asymmetries in the visual pathway of non-human primates with natural strabismus and amblyopia显示文摘Strabismus and amblyopia are common ophthalmologic developmental diseases caused by abnormal visual experiences. However, the underlying pathogenesis and visual defects are still not fully understood. Most studies have used experimental interference to establish diseaseassociated animal models, while ignoring the natural pathophysiological mechanisms. This study was designed to investigate whether natural strabismus and amblyopia are associated with abnormal neurological defects. We screened one natural strabismic monkey(Macaca fascicularis) and one natural amblyopic monkey from hundreds of monkeys, and retrospectively analyzed one human strabismus case. Neuroimaging, behavioral,neurophysiological, neurostructural, and genovariation features were systematically evaluated using magnetic resonance imaging(MRI), behavioral tasks, flash visual evoked potentials(FVEP),electroretinogram(ERG), optical coherence tomography(OCT), and whole-genome sequencing(WGS), respectively. Results showed that the strabismic patient and natural strabismic and amblyopic monkeys exhibited similar abnormal asymmetries in brain structure, i.e., ipsilateral impaired right hemisphere. Visual behavior, visual function, retinal structure, and fundus of the monkeys were impaired. Aberrant asymmetry in binocular visual function and structure between the strabismic and amblyopic monkeys was closely related, with greater impairment of the left visual pathway.Several similar known mutant genes for strabismus and amblyopia were also identified. In conclusion,natural strabismus and amblyopia are accompanied by abnormal asymmetries of the visual system,especially visual neurophysiological and neurostructural defects.
