1Synergistic effect between Sn and K promoters on supported platinum catalyst for isobutane dehydrogenation显示文摘Catalytic dehydrogenation of isobutane has recently received considerable attention because of the increasing demand for isobutene.In this study,the synergistic effect between Sn and K on PtSnK/γ-Al2O3 catalysts has been investigated by changing the content of Sn.It was found that with the presence of potassium,suitable addition of Sn could not only increase the metal dispersion,but also reduce the catalyst acidity.In these cases,the synergistic effect could also strengthen the interactions between the metal and support,which resulted in an increase in both catalytic activity and stability.In our experiments,Pt-0.6SnK/Al catalyst exhibited the lowest deactivation rate (12.4%) and showed a selectivity to isobutene higher than 94% at the isobutane conversion of about 45.3% after running the reaction for 6 h.However,with the excessive loading of Sn,surface property of active sites and the interactions between metal and support were changed.As a result,the initial optimal ratio between the metallic function and acid function would be destroyed,which was disadvantageous to the reaction.Yiwei Zhang Yuming Zhou Lihui Wan Mengwei Xue Yongzheng Duan Xuan Liu 2011Journal of Natural Gas Chemistry2011,20,6:12
2Effect of Ga Addition on Catalytic Performance of PtSnNa/ZSM-5 Catalyst for Propane Dehydrogenation显示文摘PtSnNaGa/ZSM-5 catalysts with different contents of Ga were prepared and characterized by X-ray diffraction (XRD), nitrogen adsorption, hydrogen chemisorption, ammonia temperature-programmed desorption (NH3-TPD), hydrogen temperature-programmed reduction (H2-TPR), and temperature-programmed oxidation (TPO) techniques. The performances of these catalysts for propane dehydrogenation were investigated. The test results indicated that the addition of Ga not only could improve the catalytic stability and propene selectivity, but also could effectively prevent the catalysts from coking. It was found that the PtSnNaGa(0.5 m%)/ZSM-5 catalyst exhibited the best performance in terms of propene selectivity and propane conversion. 3Transmembrane domain-mediated Lck association underlies bystander and costimulatory ICOS signaling显示文摘The B7-family inducible costimulator(ICOS)activates phosphoinositide-3 kinase(PI3K)and augments calcium mobilization triggered by the T-cell receptor(TCR).We surprisingly found that the entire cytoplasmic domain of ICOS is dispensable for its costimulation of calcium mobilization.This costimulatory function relies on the unique transmembrane domain(TMD)of ICOS,which promotes association with the tyrosine kinase Lck.TMD-enabled Lck association is also required for p85 recruitment to ICOS and subsequent PI3K activation,and Lck underlies both the bystander and costimulatory signaling activity of ICOS.TMD-replaced ICOS,even with an intact cytoplasmic domain,fails to support T FH development or GC formation in vivo.When transplanted onto a chimeric antigen receptor(CAR),the ICOS TMD enhances interactions between T cells and antigen-presenting target cells.Therefore,by revealing an unexpected function of the ICOS TMD,our study offers a new perspective for the understanding and potential application of costimulation biology.Zurong Wan Xingxing Shao Xingyu Ji Lihui Dong Jiacheng Wei Zhuqing Xiong Wanli Liu Hai Qi 2020Cellular & Molecular Immunology2020,17,2:4

5GRACE observed mass loss in the middle and lower Yangtze basin显示文摘Anthropogenic architectures have a significant impact to the environment. The Three Gorges Dam(TGD),as the largest dam in the world, is a typical example, and has influenced the mass anomalies transported by the flow downstream in the Yangtze River since June 2003. However, the evidence of TGD influence on downstream mass transportation is not documented. In this study, we analyze the monthly gravity solutions from GRACE to investigate the downstream mass variations of Yangtze River. From our results,the considerable mass loss is detected in the downstream of TGD. By comparing our estimations with the in situ water level data of TGD, we find that the mass variations derived from GRACE at Datong station decreases shortly after the impoundment of TGD. This confirms a strong connection between them.Furthermore, by comparing with the in situ sediment load and river discharge at Yichang and Datong gauging stations, we find that the sediment load data shows a similar mass loss signature while the river discharge of both stations has stay at a relative stable level. 6Dual-stimuli responsive near-infrared emissive carbon dots/hollow mesoporous silica-based integrated theranostics platform for real-time visualized drug delivery显示文摘Due to better penetrating abilities of near-infrared (NIR) light and lower autofluorescence of biological tissue at NIR region, the combination of NIR fluorescent imaging with therapeutic abilities has gradually emerged as a promising strategy for cancer therapy. Herein, tumor microenvironment (TME) sensitive nanocarriers based on doxorubicin hydrochloride (DOX), NIR emitting carbon dots (C-dots), hollow mesoporous silica nanoparticles (HMSN) and anionic polymer citraconic anhydride-modified polylysine (PLL(cit)) are fabricated for imaging guided drug delivery. The NIR emitting C-dots were conjugated onto the surface of HMSN via disulfide bonds which can be reduced by intracellular glutathione (GSH) and result in the release of DOX into cells. And then the PLL(cit) was grafted on the surface of the nanocarriers to endow the nanocarriers with charge convertible property in mildly acidic TME (pH = 6.50) which results in prolonged blood circulation time and enhanced cellular internalization. The in vitro and in vivo experiments confirmed that the dual pH/GSH responsive features of nanocarriers can eliminate the tumor tissues effectively and elicit much slighter side effects. Moreover, since the fluorescence of C-dots can be recovered after the reduction of disulfide bonds and selectively accumulation of nanocarriers around tumor tissue, the DOX@HMSN-SS-C-dots-PLL(cit) can be served as a promising NIR fluorescence probe for targeted imaging of tumor tissue. 7A rat pup model of cerebral palsy induced by prenatal inflammation and hypoxia显示文摘Animal models of cerebral palsy established by simple infection or the hypoxia/ischemia method cannot effectively simulate the brain injury of a premature infant. Healthy 17-day-pregnant Wistar rats were intraperitoneally injected with lipopolysaccharide then subjected to hypoxia. The pups were used for this study at 4 weeks of age. Simultaneously, a hypoxia/ischemia group and a control group were used for comparison. The results of the footprint test, the balance beam test, the water maze test, neuroelectrophysiological examination and neuropathological examination demonstrated that, at 4 weeks after birth, footprint repeat space became larger between the forelimbs and hindlimbs of the rats, the latency period on the balance beam and in the Morris water maze was longer, place navigation and ability were poorer, and the stimulus intensity that induced the maximal wave amplitude of the compound muscle action potential was greater in the lipopolysaccharide/hypoxia and hypoxia/ischemia groups than in the control group. We observed irregular cells around the periventricular area, periventricular leukomalacia and breakage of the nuclear membrane in the lipopolysaccharide/hypoxia and hypoxia/ischemia groups. 10EUV-dependence of Venusian dayside ionopause altitude:VEX and PVO observations显示文摘The Venusian dayside ionosphere, similar to other planetary ionospheres, is produced primarily by ionization of its neutral upper atmosphere due to solar extreme ultraviolet (EUV) radiation. It has become clear that the expansion of the ionosphere may be strongly controlled by the EUV level, as exhibited in data collected by the Pioneer Venus Orbiter (PVO) during one solar cycle (1978 1992). However, the EUV-dependence of the Venusian dayside ionopause altitude, which defines the outer boundary of the ionosphere, remains obscure because the PVO crossed the dayside ionopause only during the solar maximum;its periapsis lifted too high during the solar minimum. Recently, during the period 2006 2014, which included the longest and quietest solar minimum of the past several decades, Venus Express (VEX) provided measurements of the photoelectron boundary (PEB) over the northern high-latitude region. Since the photoelectron boundary is closely related to the ionopause, we have an opportunity to analyze the EUV effect on the dayside ionopause by combining PVO and VEX observations. We have evaluated and then reduced the orbit bias effect in data from both PVO and VEX, and then used the results to derive a relationship between solar EUV level and the dayside ionopause altitude. 15Ablation of Venusian oxygen ions by unshocked solar wind显示文摘As an Earth-like planet Venus probably had a primordial dipole field for several million years after formation of the planet.Since this dipole field eventually vanished the ionosphere of Venus has been exposed to the solar wind.The solar wind is shocked near Venus,and then scavenges the ionospheric particles through the magnetosheath and the magnetotail.The escape rate of oxygen ions(O^+)estimated from spacecraft observations over the past several decades has manifested its importance for the evolution of planetary habitability,considering the accumulated effect over the history of Venus.However,all the previous observations were made in the shocked solar wind and/or inside the wake,though some simulations showed that unshocked solar wind can also ablate O^+ions.Here we report Venus Express observations of O^+ions in the unshocked solar wind during the solar minimum.The observations suggest that these O^+ions are accelerated by the unshocked solar wind through pickup processes.The estimated O^+escape rate,2.1×10^(24) ions/s,is comparable to those measured in the shocked solar wind and the wake.This escape rate could result in about 2 cm global water loss over 4.5 billion years.Our results suggest that the atmospheric loss at unmagnetized planets is significantly underestimated by previous observations,and thus we can emphasize the importance of an Earth-like dipole for planetary habitability.Yong Wei Markus Fraenz Edward Dubinin Weixing Wan Tielong Zhang Zhaojin Rong Lihui Chai Jun Zhong Rixiang Zhu Yoshifumi Futaana Stas Barabash 2017Science Bulletin2017,62,24:0
