1Characteristics and dynamic settings of the Central-east Asia multi-energy minerals metallogenetic domain显示文摘That more than 82 percent of proved sandstone-type uranium deposits coexist with proved oil-gas or coalfields in the world reflects the fact of coexistence and accumulation of multi-energy minerals including oil, gas, coal and uranium in the same basin. Especially, this phenomenon is most typical in the Central-east Asia energy basins. Across China, Mongolia and some central Asian countries, the giant Central-east Asia metallogenetic domain (CEAMD) stretches more than 6,000 km from Songliao Basin of China in the east to the Caspian Sea in the west. The multi-energy minerals distribution characteristics of the domain include: their spatial distribution is complicated and ordered; the ore-bearing horizon relates closely to the geographical region; the accumulation/mineralization and localization time is the same or close; the occurrence setting and accumulation/mineralization have close correlation; and they have rich provenance for all the minerals. All of these imply that they have close relations between each other under a unified geodynamic background. The exogenetic uranium mineralization process in CEAMD can be divided into five phases using time limits of 100 Ma, (50±2) Ma, 20±(2―4) Ma, 8―5 Ma. The major mineralization periods and their differences in each primary uranium-bearing basin are identical to the oil-gas accumulation and localization periods and phases in the same basin, and are also in response to regional tectonics and controlled in general by the regional geodynamic environment. For industrial application and commercial exploitation, it is suggested that an important period for coexistence, accumulation and localization of oil, gas, coal and uranium and their interaction mainly occur in the late/last and post basin evolution. Through generalized analysis and comparison of accumulation/mineralization environment of the energy basins in CEAMD, the authors propose that the relatively stable regional tectonic background and moderate (weaker) structural deformation probably are necessary for formation, coexistence and preservation of large and medium-scaled sandstone-type uranium ore deposits, oil-gas fields and coalfields, while basins in favor of coexistence and accumulation are those intracratonal, intermediary massif basins and corresponding reformed basins.LIU ChiYang QIU XinWei WU BoLin ZHAO HongGe 2007Science China Earth Sciences2007,50,z2:13
2Internet of Things to network smart devices for ecosystem monitoring显示文摘Smart, real-time, low-cost, and distributed ecosystem monitoring is essential for understanding and managing rapidly changing ecosystems. However, new techniques in the big data era have rarely been introduced into operational ecosystem monitoring, particularly for fragile ecosystems in remote areas. We introduce the Internet of Things(IoT) techniques to establish a prototype ecosystem monitoring system by developing innovative smart devices and using IoT technologies for ecosystem monitoring in isolated environments. The developed smart devices include four categories: large-scale and nonintrusive instruments to measure evapotranspiration and soil moisture, in situ observing systems for CO2 and d13 C associated with soil respiration, portable and distributed devices for monitoring vegetation variables, and Bi-CMOS cameras and pressure trigger sensors for terrestrial vertebrate monitoring. These new devices outperform conventional devices and are connected to each other via wireless communication networks. The breakthroughs in the ecosystem monitoring IoT include new data loggers and longdistance wireless sensor network technology that supports the rapid transmission of data from devices to wireless networks. The applicability of this ecosystem monitoring IoT is verified in three fragile ecosystems, including a karst rocky desertification area, the National Park for Amur Tigers, and the oasis-desert ecotone in China. By integrating these devices and technologies with an ecosystem monitoring information system, a seamless data acquisition, transmission, processing, and application IoT is created. The establishment of this ecosystem monitoring IoT will serve as a new paradigm for ecosystem monitoring and therefore provide a platform for ecosystem management and decision making in the era of big data.Xin Li Ning Zhao Rui Jin Shaomin Liu Xiaomin Sun Xuefa Wen Dongxiu Wu Yan Zhou Jianwen Guo Shiping Chen Ziwei Xu Mingguo Ma Tianming Wang Yonghua Qu Xinwei Wang Fangming Wu Yuke Zhou 2019Science Bulletin2019,64,17:10

4MiR156 regulates anthocyanin biosynthesis through SPL targets and other microRNAs in poplar显示文摘Anthocyanins biosynthesized from the flavonoid pathway are types of pigments that are involved in the protection of poplar from biotic and abiotic stresses.Previous researchers studying anthocyanin-related transcription factors and structural genes in poplar have made significant discoveries. However, little is known about the regulatory role of microRNAs in anthocyanin biosynthesis in poplar. Here,we overexpressed miR156 in poplar to study the comprehensive effects of the miR156-SPL module on the biosynthesis of anthocyanins.Small RNA sequencing analysis revealed 228 microRNAs differentially expressed in transgenic poplar plants with dramatically increased miR156 levels.Furthermore, integrated microRNAomic and transcriptomic analysis suggested that two microRNAs,miR160h,and miR858,have the potential to affect anthocyanin accumulation in poplar by regulating auxin response factors and MYB transcription factors, respectively.Additionally, the accumulation of miR160h and miR858 displayed a positive correlation with miR156 levels, suggesting a possible interaction between the miR156-SPL module and these microRNAs in poplar.Last, metabolomics analysis revealed that the levels of anthocyanins, flavones, and flavonols were substantially elevated in transgenic poplar plants overexpressing miR156 compared with the wild type, whereas the total lignin content was reduced in the transgenic plants.Taken together, our results indicate that miR156 can fine tune the anthocyanin biosynthetic pathway via multiple factors, including microRNAs,transcription factors, and the levels of structural genes,in poplar. This provides additional clues for understanding the complex regulatory network of anthocyanin biosynthesis in woody plants.Yamei Wang Wenwen Liu Xinwei Wang Ruijuan Yang Zhenying Wu HanWang LeiWang Zhubing Hu Siyi Guo Hailing Zhang Jinxing Lin Chunxiang Fu 2020Horticulture Research2020,7,1:9
52.7 Ga Monzogranite on the Songnen Massif and Its Geological Implications显示文摘The formation and evolution of Songnen massif hasalways been a hot topic, and the presence of Precambrianbasement on the Songnen massif is still controversial: (1)Lacking of Pre-Paleozoic dating results, the Precambrianbasement on Songnen massif does not extend largelyaccording to the isotopic dating results of core frombasement, (2) the existence of gneiss from deep drill holesof the Songliao Basin makes some researchers considerthat Precambrian basement should exist on the Songnenmassif and another proof is that the geophysical featuresof gravity.WU Xinwei ZHANG Chao ZHANG Yujin GUO Wei ZHANG Chao CUI Tianri YANG Yajun HU Jianfei SONG Wanbing 2018Acta Geologica Sinica(English Edition)2018,92,3:8
6“Wrapping the gastroduodenal artery stump” during pancreatoduodenectomy reduced the stump hemorrhage incidence after operation显示文摘Objective: After pancreaticoduodenectomy(PD), the postoperative gastroduodenal artery stump(GDAS) hemorrhage is one of the most serious complications. The purpose of this study is to determine whether wrapping the GDAS during PD could decrease the postoperative GDAS hemorrhage incidence. Methods: A retrospective review involving 280 patients who underwent PD from 2005 to 2012 was performed. Wrapping the GDAS during PD was defined as 'Wrapping the GDAS using the teres hepatis ligamentum during PD'. A total of 140 patients accepted the 'wrapping' procedure(wrapping group). The other 140 patients didn't apply the procedure(non-wrapping group). Age, sex, preoperative data, estimated intraoperative blood loss, postoperative complications, pathologic parameters and hospitalization time were compared between two groups. Results: There were no significant differences in patient characteristics between two groups. After wrapping, the incidence of postoperative GDAS bleeding decreased significantly(1/140 vs. 9/140, P=0.01). The rates of the other complications(such as intra-abdominal infection pancreatic fistula, billiary fistula, gastrointestinal bleeding, et al.) showed no significant differences. Conclusions: Wrapping the GDAS during PD significantly reduced the postoperative GDAS hemorrhage incidence. And the 'wrapping' had no obvious influence on other complications.Chang Xu Xinwei Yang Xiangji Luo Feng Shen Mengchao Wu Weifeng Tan Xiaoqing Jiang 2014Chinese Journal of Cancer Research2014,26,3:7
7Negative pressure catheter drainage and jejunal feeding for descending necrotizing mediastinitis by interventional techniques:a retrospective study显示文摘Purpose: Descending necrotizing mediastinitis(DNM) is a lethal and acute suppurative disease. This report aimed to summarize our experience in the treatment of DNM with continuous negative pressure catheter drainage and transnasal jejunal feeding by interventional techniques. Materials and Methods: We retrospectively analyzed relevant clinical data of patients with DNM who underwent continuous negative pressure catheter drainage and transnasal jejunal feeding. All drainage catheters and jejunal feeding tubes were inserte d by interventional techniques. Results: In total, 21 patients were diagnosed with DNM by esophagography and computed tomography(CT). Catheters for the drainage of mediastinal abscesses as well as transnasal jejunal feeding tubes were successfully placed in all patients, indicating a 100% success rate. Of all patients, 13 underwent insertion of abscess drainage catheters through percutaneous puncture under DynaCT guidance, while eight had drainage catheter insertion through fistula orifices in the posterior nasopharyngeal wall or esophagus under fluoroscopic guidance. In total, 26 drainage tubes were inserted. One patient with diabetes died of sepsis and diabetic ketoacidosis 5 days postoperatively, while the remaining 20 patients showed good recovery with successful removal of the drainage catheters. Durations of catheterization were 45.2±50.44 days. The overall clinical success rate was 95.2%. Conclusion: The above described methods are non-surgical, minimally invasive and efficacious, and may be alternative therapeutic tools for patients who are not eligible for surgical operation, have a high postoperative risk, or are more likely to choose minimally invasive techniques.Gang Wu Meipan Yin Yi Fang Gang Liu Yonggang Luo Weihong Xie Yaozhang Dai Jin Shi Xinwei Han 2018Journal of Interventional Medicine2018,1,2:6
8Pathological changes in the lungs and lymphatic organs of 12 COVID-19 autopsy cases显示文摘Systematic autopsy and comprehensive pathological analyses of COVID-19 decedents should provide insights into the disease characteristics and facilitate the development of novel therapeutics. In this study,we report the autopsy findings from the lungs and lymphatic organs of 12 COVID-19 decedents—findings that evaluated histopathological changes;immune cell signature and inflammatory factor expression in the lungs, spleen and lymph nodes. Here we show that the major pulmonary alterations included diffuse alveolar damage, interstitial fibrosis and exudative inflammation featured with extensive serous and fibrin exudates, macrophage infiltration and abundant production of inflammatory factors(IL-6,IP-10,TNFo?and IL-I f).The spleen and hilar lymph nodes contained lesions with tissue structure disruption and immune cell dysregulation, including lymphopenia and macrophage accumulation. These findings provide pathological evidence that links injuries of the lungs and lymphatic organs with the fatal systematic respiratory and immune malfunction in critically ill COVID-19 patients.Qian Liu Yu Shi Jun Cai Yaqi Duan Rongshuai Wang Hongyan Zhang Qiurong Ruan Jiansha Li Lei Zhao Yifang Ping Rong Chen Liang Ren Xiaochun Fei Heng Zhang Rui Tang Xi Wang Tao Luo Xindong Liu Xuequan Huang Zhenhua Liu Qilin Ao Yong Ren Jing Xiong Zhicheng He Haibo Wu Wenjuan Fu Pengnan Zhao Xinwei Chen Guoqiang Qu Yunyun Wang Xi Wang Jia Liu Dongfang Xiang Sanpeng Xu Xiaowei Zhou Qingrui Li Jinghong Ma Heng Li Jie Zhang Sizhe Huang Xiaohong Yao Yiwu Zhou Chaofu Wang Dingyu Zhang Guoping Wang Liang Liu Xiu-Wu Bian 2020National Science Review2020,7,12:6
9Subcutaneous and intramuscular fat transcriptomes show large differences in network organization and associations with adipose traits in pigs显示文摘Subcutaneous fat(SCF)and intramuscular fat(IMF)deposition is relevant to health in humans,as well as meat production and quality in pigs.In this study,we generated RNA sequence data for 122 SCF,120 IMF,and 87 longissimus dorsi muscle(LDM)samples using 155 F6 pigs from a specially designed heterogeneous population generated by intercrossing four highly selected European commercial breeds and four indigenous Chinese pig breeds. The phenotypes including waist back fat thickness and intramuscular fat content were also measured in the 155 F6 pigs.We found that the genes in SCF and IMF differed largely in both expression levels and network connectivity, and highlighted network modules that exhibited strongest gain of connectivity in SCF and IMF,containing genes that were associated with the immune process and DNA double-strand repair, respectively. We identified 215 SCF genes related to kinase inhibitor activity, mitochondrial fission, and angiogenesis, and 90 IMF genes related to lipolysis and fat cell differentiation, displayed a tissue-specific association with back fat thickness and IMF content, respectively. We found that cis-expression QTL for trait-associated genes in the two adipose tissues tended to have tissuedependent predictability for the two adipose traits.Alternative splicing of genes was also found to be associated with SCF or IMF deposition, but the association was much less extensive than that based on expression levels. This study provides a better understanding of SCF and IMF gene transcription and network organization and identified critical genes and network modules that displayed tissue-specific associations with subcutaneous and intramuscular fat deposition. These features are helpful for designing breeding programs to genetically improve the two adipose traits in a balanced way.Yifeng Zhang Yingchun Sun Zhongzi Wu Xinwei Xiong Junjie Zhang Junwu Ma Shijun Xiao Lusheng Huang Bin Yang 2021Science China(Life Sciences)2021,64,10:5

11PDCD5 regulates iNKT cell terminal maturation and iNKT1 fate decision显示文摘Invariant natural killer T1(iNKT1)cells are characterized by the preferential expression of T-box transcription factor T-bet(encoded by Tbx21)and the production of cytokine IFN-γ,but the relationship between the developmental process and iNKT1 lineage diversification in the thymus remains elusive. We report in the present study a crucial role of programmed cell death 5(PDCD5)in iNKT cell terminal maturation and iNKT1 fate determination.Mice with T cell-specific deletion of PDCD5 had decreased numbers of thymic and peripheral iNKT cells with a predominantly immature phenotype and defects in response toα-galactosylceramide.Loss of PDCD5 also selectively abolished the iNKT1 lineage by reducing T-bet expression in iNKT cells at an early thymic developmental stage(before CD44 upregulation). We further demonstrated that TOX2,one of the high mobility group proteins that was highly expressed in iNKT cells at stage 1 and could be stabilized by PDCD5,promoted the permissive histone H3K4me3 modification in the promoter region of Tbx21.These data indicate a pivotal and unique role of PDCD5/TOX2 in iNKT1 lineage determination. They also suggest that the fate of iNKT1 may be programmed at the developmental stage of iNKT cells in the thymus.Ke Wang Xinwei Zhang Yifan Wang Gaowen Jin Mingyang Li Shusong Zhang Jie Hao Rong Jin Xiaojun Huang Hounan Wu Jun Zhang Yingyu Chen Qing Ge 2019Cellular & Molecular Immunology2019,16,9:4
12Phase segregation in inorganic mixed-halide perovskites:from phenomena to mechanisms显示文摘Halide perovskites, such as methylammonium lead halide perovskites(MAPbX3,X=I,Br,and Cl),are emerging as promising candidates for a wide range of optoelectronic applications, including solar cells,light-emitting diodes, and photodetectors, due to their superior optoelectronic properties.All-inorganic lead halide perovskites CsPbX3 are attracting a lot of attention because replacing the organic cations with Cs+enhances the stability, and its halide-mixing derivatives offer broad bandgap tunability covering nearly the entire visible spectrum. However, there is evidence suggesting that the optical properties of mixed-halide perovskites are influenced by phase segregation under external stimuli, especially illumination, which may negatively impact the performance of optoelectronic devices. It is reported that the mixed-halide perovskites in forms of thin films and nanocrystals are segregated into a low-bandgap I-rich phase and a high-bandgap Br-rich phase.Herein,we present a critical review on the synthesis and basic properties of all-inorganic perovskites,phase-segregation phenomena, plausible mechanisms, and methods to mitigate phase segregation, providing insights on advancing mixed-halide perovskite optoelectronics with reliable performance.Yutao Wang Xavier Quintana Jiyun Kim Xinwei Guan Long Hu Chun-Ho Lin Brendon Tyler Jones Weijian Chen Xiaoming Wen Hanwei Gao Tom Wu 2020Photonics Research2020,8,11:3
13Very Short-term Spatial and Temporal Wind Power Forecasting: A Deep Learning Approach显示文摘In power systems that experience high penetration of wind power generation, very short-term wind power forecast is an important prerequisite for look-ahead power dispatch.Conventional univariate wind power forecasting methods at presentonly utilize individual wind farm historical data. However, studies have shown that forecasting accuracy canbe improved by exploring both spatial and temporal correlations among adjacent wind farms.Current research on spatial-temporal wind power forecasting is based on relatively shallow time series models that,to date, have demonstrated unsatisfactory performance. In this paper,a convolution operation is used to capture the spatial and temporal correlations among multiple wind farms.A novel convolution-based spatial-temporal wind power predictor(CSTWPP)is developed.Due to CSTWPP’s high nonlinearity and deep architecture, wind power variation features and regularities included in the historical data can be more effectively extracted.Furthermore, the online training of CSTWPP enables incremental learning, which makes CSTWPP non-stationary and in conformity with real scenarios.Graphics processing units(GPU)is used to speed up the training process, validating the developed CSTWPP for real-time application.Case studies on 28 adjacent wind farms are conducted to show that the proposed model can achieve superior performance on 5-30 minutes ahead wind power forecasts.Tianyu Hu Wenchuan Wu Qinglai Guo Hongbin Sun Libao Shi Xinwei Shen 2020CSEE Journal of Power and Energy Systems2020,6,2:3

16Loss of CREST leads to neuroinflammatory responses and ALS-like motor defects in mice显示文摘Background:Amyotrophic lateral sclerosis(ALS)is a late onset neurodegenerative disease with fast progression.ALS has heavy genetic components in which a series of genetic mutations have been identified. In 2013,Mutations of the CREST gene(also known as SS18L1),which functions as a calcium-regulated transcriptional activator, were found in sporadic ALS patients. However, the pathogenic causality and mechanisms of ALS-associated mutations of CREST remain to be determined. Methods:In this study,we constructed CREST knockout and Q394X knock-in mice with CRISPR/Cas9 system.Using biochemical and imaging tools,we illustrated core pathological phenotypes in CREST mutant mice and claimed the possible pathogenic mechanisms.Furthermore,we also observed locomotion defects in CREST mutant mice with behavioural tests. Results:We demonstrate that ALS-related CREST-Q388X mutation exhibits loss-of-function effects.Importantly, the microglial activation was prevalent in CREST haploinsufficiency mice and Q394X mice mimicking the human CREST Q388X mutation.Furthermore,we showed that both CREST haploinsufficiency and Q394X mice displayed deficits in motor coordination. Finally,we identified the critical role of CREST-BRG1 complex in repressing the expression of immune-related cytokines including Ccl2 and Cxcl10 in neurons, via histone deacetylation, providing the molecular mechanisms underlying inflammatory responses within mice lack of CREST.Conclusion:Our findings indicate that elevated inflammatory responses in a subset of ALS may be caused by neuron-derived factors, suggesting potential therapeutic methods through inflammation pathways.Cheng Cheng Kan Yang Xinwei Wu Yuefang Zhang Shifang Shan Aaron Gitler Anirvan Ghosh Zilong Qiu 2019Translational Neurodegeneration2019,8,1:2
17Low phosphorus promotes NSP1–NSP2 heterodimerization to enhance strigolactone biosynthesis and regulate shoot and root architecture in rice显示文摘Phosphorus is an essential macronutrient for plant development and metabolism, and plants have evolved ingenious mechanisms to overcome phosphate(Pi)starvation. However, the molecular mechanisms underlying the regulation of shoot and root architecture by low phosphorus conditions and the coordinated utilization of Pi and nitrogen remain largely unclear. Here,we show that Nodulation Signaling Pathway 1(NSP1)and NSP2 regulate rice tiller number by promoting the biosynthesis of strigolactones(SLs),a class of phytohormones with fundamental effects on plant architecture and environmental responses. We found that NSP1 and NSP2 are induced by Oryza sativa PHOSPHATE STARVATION RESPONSE2(OsPHR2)in response to low-Pi stress and form a complex to directly bind the promoters of SL biosynthesis genes, thus markedly increasing SL biosynthesis in rice.Interestingly, the NSP1/2–SL signaling module represses the expression of CROWN ROOTLESS 1(CRL1),a newly identified early SL-responsive gene in roots,to restrain lateral root density under Pi deficiency. We also demonstrated that GR24^(4DO) treatment under normal conditions inhibits the expression of OsNRTs and OsAMTs to suppress nitrogen absorption but enhances the expression of OsPTs to promote Pi absorption, thus facilitating the balance between nitrogen and phosphorus uptake in rice.Importantly,we found that NSP1p:NSP1 and NSP2p:NSP2 transgenic plants show improved agronomic traits and grain yield under low-and medium-phosphorus conditions.Taken together, these results revealed a novel regulatory mechanism of SL biosynthesis and signaling in response to Pi starvation, providing genetic resources for improving plant architecture and nutrient-use efficiency in low-Pi environments.Kun Yuan Hao Zhang Chaoji Yu Nan Luo Jijun Yan Shuang Zheng Qingliang Hu Dahan Zhang Liquan Kou Xiangbing Meng Yanhui Jing Mingjiang Chen Xinwei Ban Zongyun Yan Zefu Lu Jian Wu Yu Zhao Yan Liang Yonghong Wang Guosheng Xiong Jinfang Chu Ertao Wang Jiayang Li Bing Wang 2023Molecular Plant2023,16,11:2
18Recognition of high-specificity hERG K+ channel inhibitor-induced arrhythmia in cardiomyocytes by automated template matching显示文摘Cardiovascular disease(CVD)is the number one cause of death in humans.Arrhythmia induced by gene mutations, heart disease,or hERG K+channel inhibitors is a serious CVD that can lead to sudden death or heart failure.Conventional cardiomyocyte-based biosensors can record extracellular potentials and mechanical beating signals. However, parameter extraction and examination by the naked eye are the traditional methods for analyzing arrhythmic beats, and it is difficult to achieve automated and efficient arrhythmic recognition with these methods. In this work,we developed a unique automated template matching(ATM)cardiomyocyte beating model to achieve arrhythmic recognition at the single beat level with an interdigitated electrode impedance detection system. The ATM model was established based on a rhythmic template with a data length that was dynamically adjusted to match the data length of the target beat by spline interpolation. The performance of the ATM model under long-term astemizole, droperidol, and sertindole treatment at different doses was determined. The results indicated that the ATM model based on a random rhythmic template of a signal segment obtained after astemizole treatment presented a higher recognition accuracy(100%for astemizole treatment and 99.14%for droperidol and sertindole treatment)than the ATM model based on arrhythmic multitemplates. We believe this highly specific ATM method based on a cardiomyocyte beating model has the potential to be used for arrhythmia screening in the fields of cardiology and pharmacology.Hao Wang Hongbo Li Xinwei Wei Tao Zhang Yuting Xiang Jiaru Fang Peiran Wu Xi Xie Ping Wang Ning Hu 2021Microsystems & Nanoengineering2021,7,2:2
19TRAF3IP3 at the trans-Golgi network regulates NKT2 maturation via the MEK/ERK signaling pathway显示文摘Thymic natural killer T(NKT)2 cells are a subset of invariant NKT cells with PLZF^(hi)GATA3^(hi)IL-4^(+).The differentiation of NKT2 cells is not fully understood. In the present study,we report an important role of TRAF3-interacting protein 3(TRAF3IP3)in the functional maturation and expansion of committed NKT2s in thymic medulla.Mice with T-cell-specific deletion of TRAF3IP3 had decreased thymic NKT2 cells, decreased IL-4-producing peripheral iNKTs,and defects in response toα-galactosylceramide.Positive selection and high PLZF expression in CD24^(+)CD44^(−) and CCR7^(+)CD44^(−) immature iNKTs were not affected.Only CD44^(hi)NK1.1^(−) iNKTs in Traf3ip3^(−/−) mice showed reduced expression of Egr2,PLZF,and IL-17RB,decreased proliferation, and reduced IL-4 production upon stimulation. This Egr2 and IL-4 expression was augmented by MEK1/ERK activation in iNKTs,and TRAF3IP3 at the trans-Golgi network recruited MEK1 and facilitated ERK phosphorylation and nuclear translocation.LT βR-regulated bone marrow-derived nonlymphoid cells in the medullary thymic microenvironment were required for MEK/ERK activation and NKT2 maturation. These data demonstrate an important functional maturation process in NKT2 differentiation that is regulated by MEK/ERK signaling at the trans-Golgi network.Xinwei Zhang Ke Wang Weijia Zhao Li Cao Shusong Zhang Rong Jin Xiuyuan Sun Jie Hao Xiaojun Huang Mingzhao Zhu Hounan Wu Hongshan Zhao Qing Ge 2020Cellular & Molecular Immunology2020,17,4:2
20Geochemical and Nd-Hf Isotopic Constraints on the Petrogenesis of an Archean Granitoid in the Erguna Massif, NE China显示文摘Crystalline basement and Precambrian crustal growth of the continental massifs within the Central Asian Orogenic Belt(CAOB) are still pending problems. Our geological and geochemical investigations identified an Archean(2606 Ma) granitic pluton in the Biliya area of the Erguna Massif. The Neoarchean granitoids show high and positive in-situ zircon ε_(Ht)(t)(+0.3 to +10.0), whole-rock ε_(Nd)(t)(+4.8) and whole-rock ε_(Ht)(t) values(+2.1). They are characterized by high Y + Ce + Zr + Nb(> 220 ppm) and Zr contents and could be classified as A-type granites. These granitoids are characterized by high Zr saturation temperatures(T;)(796–836°C). They were derived from partial re-melting of juvenile mafic lower crust in an intracontinental back-arc extensional environment. This newly identified Neoarchean granitic pluton may represent the crystalline basement of the several continent massifs within the CAOB, and their high ε_(Ht)(t)–ε_(Nd)(t) values may also indicate the occurrence of lateral crustal growth events in these massifs during the Neoarchean.SHAO Jun LI Yinglei WANG Deli SONG Wanbing WU Xinwei LIU Hongzhang 2021Acta Geologica Sinica(English Edition)2021,95,6:2
