1AXL is a candidate receptor for SARS-CoV-2 that promotes infection of pulmonary and bronchial epithelial cells显示文摘The current coronavirus disease 2019(COVID-19)pandemic presents a global public health challenge.The viral pathogen responsible,severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2(SARS-CoV-2),binds to the host receptor ACE2 through its spike(S)glycoprotein,which mediates membrane fusion and viral entry.Although the role of ACE2 as a receptor for SARS-CoV-2 is clear,studies have shown that ACE2 expression is extremely low in various human tissues,especially in the respiratory tract.Thus,other host receptors and/or co-receptors that promote the entry of SARS-CoV-2 into cells of the respiratory system may exist.In this study,we found that the tyrosine-protein kinase receptor UFO(AXL)specifically interacts with the N-terminal domain of SARS-CoV-2 S.Using both a SARS-CoV-2 virus pseudotype and authentic SARS-CoV-2,we found that overexpression of AXL in HEK293T cells promotes SARS-CoV-2 entry as efficiently as overexpression of ACE2,while knocking out AXL significantly reduces SARS-CoV-2 infection in HI 299 pulmonary cells and in human primary lung epithelial cells.Soluble human recombinant AXL blocks SARS-CoV-2 infection in cells expressing high levels of AXL.The AXL expression level is well correlated with SARS-CoV-2 S level in bronchoalveolar lavage fluid cells from COVID-19 patients.Taken together,our findings suggest that AXL is a novel candidate receptor for SARS-CoV-2 which may play an important role in promoting viral infection of the human respiratory system and indicate that it is a potential target for future clinical intervention strategies.Shuai Wang Zongyang Qiu Yingnan Hou Xiya Deng Wei Xu Tingting Zheng Peihan Wu Shaofang Xie Weixiang Bian Chong Zhang Zewei Sun Kunpeng Liu Chao Shan Aifu Lin Shibo Jiang Youhua Xie Qiang Zhou Lu Lu Jing Huang Xu Li 2021Cell Research2021,31,2:39

4Prediction of fuel cell performance degradation using a combined approach of machine learning and impedance spectroscopy显示文摘Accurate prediction of performance degradation in complex systems such as solid oxide fuel cells is crucial for expediting technological advancements.However,significant challenges still persist due to limited comprehension of degradation mechanisms and difficulties in acquiring in-situ features.In this study,we propose an effective approach that integrates long short-term memory(LSTM) neural network and dynamic electrochemical impedance spectroscopy(DEIS).This integrated approach enables precise prediction of future evolutions in both current-voltage and EIS features using historical testing data,without prior knowledge of degradation mechanisms.For short-term predictions spanning hundreds of hours,our approach achieves a prediction accuracy exceeding 0.99,showcasing promising prospects for diagnostic applications.Additionally,for long-term predictions spanning thousands of hours,we quantitatively determine the significance of each degradation mechanism,which is crucial for enhancing cell durability.Moreover,our proposed approach demonstrates satisfactory predictive ability in both time and frequency domains,offering the potential to reduce EIS testing time by more than half.Zewei Lyu Yige Wang Anna Sciazko Hangyue Li Yosuke Komatsu Zaihong Sun Kaihua Sun Naoki Shikazono Minfang Han 2023Journal of Energy Chemistry2023,,12:0

6Pharmacokinetics of gene recombined angiogenesis inhibitor Kringle 5 in vivo using 131I specific markers and SPECT/CT显示文摘The previous pharmacokinetic methods can be only limited to drug analysis in vitro, which provide less information on the distribution and metabolismof drugs, and limit the interpretation and assessment of pharmacokinetics, the determination of metabolic principles, and evaluation of treatment effect. The objective of the study was to investigate the pharmacokinetic characteristics of gene recombination angiogenesis inhibitor Kringle 5 in vivo. The SPECT/CT and specific^(131)I-Kringle 5 marked by Iodogen method were both applied to explore the pharmacokinetic characteristics of^(131)I-Kringle 5 in vivo, and to investigate the dynamic distributions of^(131)I-Kringle 5 in target organs. Labeling recombinant angiogenesis inhibitor Kringle 5 using131 I with longer half-life and imaging in vivo using SPECT instead of PET,could overcome the limitations of previous methods. When the doses of^(131)I-Kringle 5 were 10.0, 7.5 and5.0 g/kg, respectively, the two-compartment open models can be determined within all the metabolic process in vivo. There were no significant differences in t1/2α, t1/2β, apparent volume of distribution and CL between those three levels. The ratio of AUC(0 1)among three different groups of 10.0, 7.5 and 5.0 g/kg was 2.56:1.44:1.0, which was close to the ratio(2:1.5:1.0). It could be clear that in the range of 5.0–10.0 g/kg, Kringle 5 was characterized by the first-order pharmacokinetics. Approximately 30 min after^(131)I-Kringle 5 was injected,^(131)I-Kringle 5 could be observed to concentrate in the heart, kidneys, liver and other organs by means of planar imaging and tomography. After 1 h of being injected, more radionuclide retained in the bladder, but not in intestinal. It could be concluded that^(131)I-Kringle 5 is mainly excreted through the kidneys. About 2 h after the injection of^(131)I-Kringle 5, the radionuclide in the heart, kidneys,liver and other organs was gradually reduced, while more radionuclide was concentrated in the bladder.The radionuclide was completely metabolized within 24 h, and the distribution of radioactivity in rats was similar to normal levels. In our study, the specific marker^(131)I-Kringle 5 and SPECT/CT were successfully used to explore pharmacokinetic characteristics of Kringle 5 in rats. 7Study on the operating parameters of the 10 kW SOFC-CHP system with syngas显示文摘Solid oxide fuel cell combined with heat and power(SOFC-CHP)system is a distributed power generation system with low pollution and high efficiency.In this paper,a 10 kW SOFC-CHP system model using syngas was built in Aspen plus.Key operating parameters,such as steam to fuel ratio,stack temperature,reformer temperature,air flow rate,and air preheating temperature,were analyzed.Optimization was conducted based on the simulation results.Results suggest that higher steam to fuel ratio is beneficial to the electrical efficiency,but it might decrease the gross system efficiency.Higher stack and reformer temperatures contribute to the electrical efficiency,and the optimal operating temperatures of stack and reformer when considering the stack degradation are 750℃and 700℃,respectively.The air preheating temperature barely affects the electrical efficiency but affects the thermal efficiency and the gross system efficiency,the recommended value is around 600℃under the reference condition.Biao Li Zewei Lyu Jianzhong Zhu Minfang Han Zaihong Sun 2021International Journal of Coal Science & Technology2021,8,4:0

9Natural Disasters Warning for Enterprises Through Fuzzy Keywords Search显示文摘With the ever-increasing number of natural disasters warning documents in document databases, the document database is becoming an economic and efficient way for enterprise staffs to learn and understand the contents of the natural disasters warning through searching for necessary text documents. Generally, the document database can recommend a mass of documents to the enterprise staffs through analyzing the enterprise staff's precisely typed keywords. In fact, these recommended documents place a heavy burden on the enterprise staffs to learn and select as the enterprise staffs have little background knowledge about the contents of the natural disasters warning. Thus, the enterprise staffs fail to retrieve and select appropriate documents to achieve their desired goals.Considering the above drawbacks, in this paper, we propose a fuzzy keywords-driven Natural Disasters Warning Documents retrieval approach(named NDWDkeyword). Through the text description mining of documents and the fuzzy keywords searching technology, the retrieval approach can precisely capture the enterprise staffs' target requirements and then return necessary documents to the enterprise staffs. 10Performance and stability analysis of SOFC containing thin and dense gadolinium-doped ceria interlayer sintered at low temperature显示文摘Gadolinium-doped ceria(GDC)interlayers are required to prevent the interfacial reaction between La_(0.6)Sr_(0.4)Co_(0.2)Fe_(0.8)O_(3)(LSCF)cathode and Y_(2)O_(3)-stabilized ZrO 2(YSZ)electrolyte in solid oxide fuel cells(SOFCs).However,it's difficult to prepare a thin and dense GDC interlayer on the sintered half-cell at a low temperature.In this study,the physical vapor deposition(PVD)method was employed to success-fully manufacture dense GDC interlayers with the thickness of 1 m m.The influences of GDC sintering temperature(900℃,1000℃ and 1100℃)on cell performance characteristics and degradation behavior were investigated.The cell with GDC interlayer sintered at 1100?C showed the lowest degradation rate during the 216-h operation.The best stability was attributed to the most effective inhibition of Sr diffusion by the GDC interlayer,which was demonstrated by the almost unchanged Ohmic and polari-zation resistances during the aging stage and the negligible Sr enrichment at YSZ/GDC interface.Compared to the conventional screen-printed GDC interlayers(sintered above 1250℃),the GDC inter-layer prepared by the PVD method and sintered at 1100℃ was significantly denser and thinner,showing a promising application prospect due to its benefits for cell stability.Yige Wang Chuan Jia Zewei Lyu Minfang Han Junwei Wu Zaihong Sun Fumitada Iguchi Keiji Yashiro Tatsuya Kawada 2022Journal of Materiomics2022,8,2:0
11Experimental test and theoretical calculation of the fracture height limit of gas pipe flow to Darcy flow显示文摘Low-speed flow experiments in which ultra-fine copper tubes are used to simulate micro-fractures in carbonate strata are conducted to analyze the variations of gas flow state in fractures of different fracture heights,determine flow state transition limit and transition interval,and establish the calculation method of flow state transition limit.The results show that the ideal Hagen-Poiseuille flow is the main form of gas flow in large fractures.Due to the decrease of fracture height,the gas flow in the fracture changes from Hagen-Poiseuille flow with ideal smooth seam surface to non-Hagen-Poiseuille flow,and the critical point of the transition is the boundary of flow state transition.After the fracture height continues to decrease to a certain extent below the boundary of the flow state transition fracture height,the form of gas flow gradually changes to the ideal Darcy flow,thus the transition interval of the gas flow state in the closing process of fracture can be determined.Based on the three-dimensional microconvex body scanning of the fracture surface,the material properties of fracture and properties of fluid in the fracture,a method for calculating the boundary of flow state transition is established.The experimental test and theoretical calculation show that the limit of the fracture height for the transition from pipe flow to Darcy flow is about twice the sum of the maximum height of the microconvex bodies on the upper and lower sides of the fracture.XIONG Yu FU Xitong LI Qian SUN Zewei ZHANG Chun ZHANG Fei 2022Petroleum Exploration and Development2022,49,3:0
12Wearable Fiber‑Based Supercapacitors Enabled by Additive‑Free Aqueous MXene Inks for Self‑Powering Healthcare Sensors显示文摘Wearable fiber-based electronics have found diverse applications including energy storage,healthcare or thermal management,etc.In particular,additive-free aqueous inks play significant roles in fabrication of wearable fiber-based devices,owning to their nontoxic nature and ease of manufacturing.Herein,wearable carbon fiber-based asymmetric supercapacitors(WASSC)are developed based on additive-free aqueous MXene inks,for self-powering healthcare sensors.The sediments of MXene without further modification are used as inks.Furthermore,combined with additive-free aqueous MXene/polyaniline(MP)inks,WASSC,with a wide voltage window and high capacitance is developed for practical energy supply.Impressively,WASSC has been successfully utilized to power wearable pressure sensors that could monitor motions and pulse signals.This wearable self-powered monitoring system on can accurately monitor the human motions,pronunciation,swallow or wrist pulse,without using the rigid batteries.This advantage realizes a great potential in simple and cost effective monitoring of human health and activities.Besides,self-powered system enables waste recycling of MXene and provides an effective approach for designing wearable and fiber-based self-powered sensors.Junlin Ma Zewei Cui Yuhang Du Jianxin Zhang Changkai Sun Chengyi Hou Nan Zhu 2022Advanced Fiber Materials2022,4,6:0
