1The HuangZaoSi Maize Genome Provides Insights into Genomic Variation and Improvement History of Maize显示文摘Maize is a globally important crop that was a classic model plant for genetic studies. Here, we report a 2.2 Gb draft genome sequence of an elite maize line, HuangZaoSi (HZS). Hybrids bred from HZS-improved lines (HILs) are planted in more than 60% of maize fields in China. Proteome clustering of six completed sequeneed maize genomes show that 638 proteins fall into 264 HZS-specific gene families with the majority of contributions from tandem duplication events. Resequencing and comparative analysis of 40 HZSrelated lines reveals the breeding history of HILs. More than 60% of identified selective sweeps were clustered in identity.by.descent conserved regions, and yield-related genes/QTLs were enriched in HZS characteristic selected regions. Furthermore, we dem on strated that HZS-specific family genes were not uniformly distributed in the genome but enriched in improvement/function.related genomic regions. 2Design and Technical Development of Wall-Climbing Robots:A Review显示文摘Once working at heights is dangerous,it is a significant accident.These accidents brought substantial economic losses and caused a large number of casualties.Therefore,it is essential to use wall-climbing robots to replace manual work at heights.The design of the wall-climbing robot is inspired by the climbing action of insects or animals.An intelligent bionic robot device can carry special equipment to operate on the wall and perform some dangerous operations instead of firefighters or inspection personnel more efficiently.The scope of application is vast.This paper firstly summarizes the research progress of wall-climbing robots with three different moving methods:wheel-climbing,crawler-based,and leg-footed robots;summarizes the applications and breakthroughs of four adsorption technologies:negative pressure,magnetic force,bionic and electrostatic;discusses the application of motion control algorithms in wall-climbing robots.Secondly,the advantages and disadvantages of different migration modes and adsorption methods are pointed out.The distribution and advantages of the combined application of different migration modes and adsorption methods are analyzed.In addition,the future development trend of wall-climbing robots and the promoting effect of bionic technology development on wall-climbing robots are proposed.The content of this paper will provide helpful guidance for the research of wall-climbing robots.Yi Fang Shuai Wang Qiushi Bi Da Cui Chuliang Yan 2022Journal of Bionic Engineering2022,19,4:5

4Near-resonance enhanced label-free stimulated Raman scattering microscopy with spatial resolution near 130 nm显示文摘High-resolution optical microscopes that can break 180 nm in spatial resolution set to conventional microscopies are much-needed tools.However,current optical microscopes have to rely on exogenous fluorescent labels to achieve high resolution in biological imaging.Herein,we report near-resonance enhanced label-free stimulated Raman scattering(SRS)microscopy with a lateral resolution near 130 nm,in which the high-resolution image contrast originates directly from a low concentration of endogenous biomolecules,with sensitivity gains of approximately 23 times.Moreover,by using a 0.3-m-long optical fiber,we developed hyperspectral SRS microscopy based on spectral focusing technology.Attributed to enhancements in spatial resolution and sensitivity,we demonstrated highresolution imaging of three-dimensional structures in single cells and high-resolution mapping of large-scale intact mouse brain tissues in situ.By using enhanced high-resolution hyperspectral SRS,we chemically observed sphingomyelin distributed in the myelin sheath that insulates single axons.Our concept opens the door to biomedical imaging with~130 nm resolution.Yali Bi Chi Yang Yage Chen Shuai Yan Guang Yang Yaozu Wu Guoping Zhang Ping Wang 2018Light(Science & Applications)2018,7,1:4

6Review of the decomposition characteristics of eco-friendly insulation gas显示文摘As one of the major concerns of climate change,identifying a proper eco‐friendly insulation gas for replacing sulphur hexafluoride(SF_(6))becomes a prominent research topic in recent years.c-C_(4)F_(8),CF_(3)I,C_(5)F_(10O),C_(6)F_(12O)and C4F7N are some potential al-ternatives that are proved to have excellent characteristics,including high insulation strengths and low Global Warming Potentials(GWPs).Beyond these key factors,the decomposition products of these alternatives are closely related to the gases'insulation performance,as well as the safety of operators and the compatibility with other materials.In addition,the type and content of decomposition products can be used for fault diagnosis.Therefore,a number of studies were carried out to reveal the decomposition mechanism of these alternative gases,and then to explore the gases'application feasibility and strategy.The recent advances obtained in these studies,including theoretical calcu-lation methods,detection of gas decomposition products,decomposition mechanism are reviewed,and some perspectives for future works are proposed.It is concluded that the phenomenon of solid matter precipitation in c-C_(4)F_(8)and CF_(3)I gas decomposition cannot be ignored and that more research is needed to reveal the influence of buffer gases,micro‐aerobic,micro‐water and other impurities on the gas decomposition process.Yuan Yang Keli Gao Lijian Ding Jiangang Bi Shuai Yuan Xianglian Yan 2021High Voltage2021,6,5:3
7Flotillin-2 is an acrosome-related protein involved in mouse spermiogenesis显示文摘Spermatogenesis is a complex process of terminal differentiation by which mature sperms are generated,and it can be divided into three phases:mitosis,meiosis and spermiogenesis.In a previous study,we established a series of proteomic profiles for spermatogenesis to understand the regulation of male fertility and infertility.Here,we further investigated the localization and the role of flotillin-2 in spermiogenesis.Flotillin-2 expression was investigated in the testis of male CD1 mice at various developmental stages of spermatogenesis by using Western blotting,immunohistochemistry and immunofluorescence.Flotillin-2 was knocked down in vivo in three-week-old male mice using intratesticular injection of small inhibitory RNA(siRNA),and sperm abnormalities were assessed three weeks later.Flotillin-2 was expressed at high levels in male germ cells during spermatogenesis.Flotillin-2 immunoreactivity was observed in pachytene spermatocytes as a strong dot-shaped signal and in round spermatids as a sickle-shaped distribution ahead of the acrosome.Immunofluorescence confirmed flotillin-2 was localized in front of the acrosome in round spermatids,indicating that flotillin-2 was localized to the Golgi apparatus.Knockdown of flotillin-2 in vivo led to a significant increase in head sperm abnormalities isolated from the cauda epididymis,compared with control siRNA-injected testes.This study indicates that flotillin-2 is a novel Golgi-related protein involved in sperm acrosome biogenesis.Yibo Wu Xin Chen Shuai Wang Min Jiang Bo Zheng Quan Zhou Ye Bi Zuomin Zhou Xiaoyan Huang Jiahao Sha 2012The Journal of Biomedical Research2012,26,4:3

9Two-dimensional polymer-based nanosheets for electrochemical energy storage and conversion显示文摘Over the past decades, two-dimensional(2D) nanomaterials possessing planar layered architecture and unique electronic structures have been being quickly developed, due to their wide potential application in the fields of chemistry, physics, and materials science. 10Progress and prospects of horizontal well fracturing technology for shale oil and gas reservoirs显示文摘By systematically summarizing horizontal well fracturing technology abroad for shale oil and gas reservoirs since the “13th Five-Year Plan”, this article elaborates new horizontal well fracturing features in 3D development of stacked shale reservoirs, small well spacing and dense well pattern, horizontal well re-fracturing, fracturing parameters optimization and cost control. In light of requirements on horizontal well fracturing technology in China, we have summarized the technological progress in simulation of multi-fracture propagation, horizontal well frac-design, electric-drive fracturing equipment, soluble tools and low-cost downhole materials and factory-like operation. 11Quantitative Evaluation of the Compatibility Effects of Aidi Injection on the Treatment of Hepatocellular Carcinoma Using Targeted Metabolomics:A New Strategy on the Mechanism Study of an Anticancer Compound in Traditional Chinese Medicine显示文摘Objective:Compound traditional Chinese medicine(CTCM)with the application of compatibility from multiple active ingredients with multiple-specific targets can achieve a synergistic effect on cancer therapy.This study is aimed to observe the compatibility effects of Aidi injection on the treatment of hepatocellular carcinoma and to explore the mechanism of CTCM.Methods:Aidi injection is a clinical compound prescription containing Mylabris,Ginseng,Astragalus,and Acanthopanax,which can inhibit tumor growth and induce apoptosis.In this study,the anticancer activity of Aidi injection,as well as its disassembled and combined compositions,had been evaluated by varying levels of polyamine biomarkers on human hepatoma Hep-G2 cells detected using ultrahigh-performance liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry.Results:According to the different variations in polyamine levels,it was revealed that Mylabris and Ginseng had an antitumor effect,while Astragalus acted as an assistant and Acanthopanax had weak anticancer activity.The increased level of polyamines in Hep-G2 cells had been found in HL-7702 cells.On combining Mylabris and Ginseng,polyamine levels went close to the normal level,which was even more marked when Astragalus was added.Aidi injection acted like the combination of Mylabris,Ginseng,and Astragalus.Conclusions:This study established a quantitative evaluation of the compatibility effects of Aidi injection based on polyamine biomarkers and evaluated the consistency of its anticancer effect,providing a manner to research the efficacy evaluation of CTCM.Moreover,the correlation between polyamine metabolism and anticancer activity can be used in anticancer drug screening.Ran Liu Lin-Lin Zhu Chun-Yu Yu Ya-Ping Shuai Ling-Ling Sun Kai-Shun Bi Qing Li 2021World Journal of Traditional Chinese Medicine2021,7,1:2
12Proposed methodology for online frequency response analysis based on magnetic coupling to detect winding deformations in transformers显示文摘Frequency response analysis is widely used as a method for the offline diagnosis of winding deformations in power transformers.To apply it to a working transformer,people need to determine how to inject the excitation signal and measure the response signal for windings that bear a rated voltage and current.In this study,a method to obtain the frequency response curve online is proposed.It uses the principle of magnetic field coupling to inject a frequency sweep signal into the windings through a Rogowski coil.Another Rogowski coil sensor placed at the root of a high-voltage bushing is used to measure the response current signal.Experiments on a 72.5 kV bushing show that metal accessories of the bushing have no influence on the injection or the measurement.The feasibility of this method was verified by experiments on charged 110/35/10 kV transformers at a factory and a working 35 kV transformer in a power station.The results show that it is safe to install the Rogowski coil at the root of the high-voltage bushing.The excitation signal can be injected into live windings and the response signal is measurable.Strong electromagnetic power frequency noise can be reduced and the frequency response curve can be measured online.Yangchun Cheng Jiangang Bi Wenzhi Chang Yuan Xu Xiaohua Pan Xianwei Ma Shuai Chang 2020High Voltage2020,5,3:2

14Identification and expression profiles analysis of odorant-binding proteins in soybean aphid,Aphis glycines(Hemiptera:Aphididae)显示文摘The soybean aphid,Aphis glycines,is an extreme specialist and an important invasive pest that relies on olfaction for behaviors such as feeding,mating,and foraging.Odorant-binding proteins(OBPs)play a vital role in olfaction by binding to volatile compounds and by regulating insect sensing of the environment.In this work we used rapid amplification of complementary DNA ends technology to identify and characterize 10 genes encoding A.glycines OBPs(AglyOBPs)belonging to 3 subfamilies,including 4 classic OBPs,5 Plus-C OBPs,and one Minus-C OBP.Quantitative real-time polymerase chain reaction demonstrated variable specific expression patterns for the 10 genes based on developmental stage and aphid tssue sampled.Expression levels of 7 AglyOBPs(2,3,4,5,7,9,and 10)were highest in the 4th instar,indicating that the 4th nymphal instar is an important developmental period during which soybean aphids regulate feeding and search for host plants.Tissue-specific expression results demonstrated that AglyOBP2,7,and 9 exhibited significantly higher expression levels in antennae.Meanwhile,ligand-binding analysis of5 OBPs demonstrated binding of AglyOBP2 and AglyOBP3 to a broad spectrum of volatiles released by green leaf plants,with bias toward 6-to 8-carbon chain volatiles and strong binding of AglyOBP7 to trans-B-farnesene.Taken together,our findings build a foundation of knowledge for use in the study of molecular olfaction mechanisms and prov ide insights to guide future soybean aphid research.Ling Wang Ying-Dong Bi Ming Liu Wei Li Miao Liu Shu-Feng Di Shuai Yang Chao Fan Lei Bai Yong-Cai Lai 2020Insect Science2020,27,5:2

16Experimental Study on Impingement and Film Overall Cooling Characteristics of Turbine Shroud显示文摘Based on the variable characteristics of the actual operating conditions of the turbine shroud and the purpose of improving the cooling effect of the turbine shroud,this paper builds a test system of the impingement-film cooling shroud with two gas inlet angles(90°,167°).The effects of film cooling hole arrangement,gas inlet angle,blowing ratio(0.7,1.0,1.5,2.0,2.5,3.0)and temperature ratio(1.2,1.3,1.4,1.5,1.6)on the cooling characteristics of the impingement-film cooling shroud were experimentally studied by infrared temperature measurement technology,especially the effects of gas inlet angle and temperature ratio.The results showed that the film covering effect of the film cooling hole vertical or the same direction of the high-temperature gas incoming flow is better than the film covering effect of the reverse direction with the incoming flow,and the optimal arrangement of film cooling holes can improve the cooling effectiveness of the shroud.Compared with 90°intake gas,the film coverage area on the shroud surface of the 167°intake gas is expanded,and the surface average overall cooling effectiveness is increased by 1.03%to 12.6%.The overall cooling effectiveness of turbine shroud increases with the increase of blowing ratio,which increases the flow rate and pressure of cooling gas,and the corresponding increase rate is between 1.04%and 9.96%.However,the increase in the temperature ratio increases the mainstream heating capacity,resulting in a decrease in the cooling effectiveness of the shroud,with a maximum reduction rate of 11.04%.LI Ziqiang WANG Longfei MAO Junkui BI Shuai WANG Feilong 2022Journal of Thermal Science2022,31,1:1

19A two-dimensional MoS_(2) array based on artificial neural network learning for high-quality imaging显示文摘As the basis of machine vision,the biomimetic image sensing devices are the eyes of artificial intelligence.In recent years,with the development of two-dimensional(2D)materials,many new optoelectronic devices are developed for their outstanding performance.However,there are still little sensing arrays based on 2D materials with high imaging quality,due to the poor uniformity of pixels caused by material defects and fabrication technique.Here,we propose a 2D MoS_(2)sensing array based on artificial neural network(ANN)learning.By equipping the MoS_(2)sensing array with a“brain”(ANN),the imaging quality can be effectively improved.In the test,the relative standard deviation(RSD)between pixels decreased from about 34.3%to 6.2%and 5.49%after adjustment by the back propagation(BP)and Elman neural networks,respectively.The peak signal to noise ratio(PSNR)and structural similarity(SSIM)of the image are improved by about 2.5 times,which realizes the re-recognition of the distorted image.This provides a feasible approach for the application of 2D sensing array by integrating ANN to achieve high quality imaging.Long Chen Siyuan Chen Jinchao Wu Luhua Chen Shuai Yang Jian Chu Chengming Jiang Sheng Bi Jinhui Song 2023Nano Research2023,16,7:0
20Covalent Organic Frameworks with trans-Dimensionally Vinylene-linked π-Conjugated Motifs显示文摘Vinylene-linked covalent organic frameworks(COFs) are a class of promising porous organic materials that feature fully π-conjugated structures, high crystallinity, permanent porosity, ultrahigh chemical stability, and extraordinary optoelectronic properties. Over the past 5 years, this kind of material has been witnessed rapid development either in chemical synthesis or in potential applications. In this review, we summarize the chemistry to synthesize vinylene-linked COFs, especially the synthetic strategies involving activation of aryl methyl groups for condensation reaction. We then scrutinize the state-of-the-art development in properties and functions of this kind of COFs.
