| 1 | Distribution characteristic and geological signiflcance of rare earth elements in Lopingian mudstone of Permian,Panxian county,Guizhou province显示文摘In order to discuss the geochemical characteristic of REEs(rare earth elements) and their geological application,we measured the contents of rare earth elements,trace elements and minerals of 29 Lopingian(Late Permian) mudstone samples in Panxian county,carrying out ICP-MS and XRD analysis.The results show that the amount of REEs(185.56-729.46 10à6) is high.The ratios of w(LREE)/w(HREE)(6.84-13.86) and w(La)N/w(Yb)N(1.01-3.02) show clear differentiation of LREEs and HREEs.RREE has a significantly or critically positive correlation with lithophile elements Th,Nb,Ta,Ti,Ga,Sc,Cs,Zr,Hf,Sr,Be and chalcophile element Zn,a critically negative correlation with siderophile element Fe and a slightly positive correlation with illite,illite smectite mixed layers and siderite.REEs originate mainly from terrigenous minerals,in an inorganic phase.Source rocks of our samples consist of Emeishan basalt and a small part of sedimentary rocks,as suggested by the distribution patterns of REEs and w(PREE)-w(La)/w(Yb) diagram.Moreover,abnormal surfaces near the sequence boundaries(SB2,SB3,SB4) are related with the boundaries,identifled by geochemical characteristics of the REEs,such as PREE,w(LREE)/w(HREE),Eu/Eu and Ceanom. | Shao Yubao Guo Yinghai Qin Yong Shen Yulin Tian Li | 2011 | Mining Science and Technology2011,21,4: | 23 |
| 2 | Establishment of intestinal organoid cultures modeling injury-associated epithelial regeneration显示文摘The capacity of 3D organoids to mimic physiological tissue organization and functionality has provided an invaluable tool to model development and disease in vitro.However,conventional organoid cultures primarily represent the homeostasis of self-organizing stem cells and their derivatives.Here,we established a novel intestinal organoid culture system composed of 8 components,mainly including VPA,EPZ6438,LDN193189,and R-Spondin 1 conditioned medium,which mimics the gut epithelium regeneration that produces hyperplastic crypts following injury;therefore,these organoids were designated hyperplastic intestinal organoids(Hyper-organoids).Single-cell RNA sequencing identified different regenerative stem cell populations in our Hyper-organoids that shared molecular features with in vivo injury-responsive Lgr5+stem cells or Clu+revival stem cells.Further analysis revealed that VPA and EPZ6438 were indispensable for epigenome reprogramming and regeneration in Hyper-organoids,which functioned through epigenetically regulating YAP signaling.Furthermore,VPA and EPZ6438 synergistically promoted regenerative response in gut upon damage in vivo.In summary,our results demonstrated a new in vitro organoid model to study epithelial regeneration,highlighting the importance of epigenetic reprogramming that pioneers tissue repair. | Molong Qu Liang Xiong Yulin Lyu Xiannian Zhang Jie Shen Jingyang Guan Peiyuan Chai Zhongqing Lin Boyao Nie Cheng Li Jun Xu Hongkui Deng | 2021 | Cell Research2021,31,3: | 9 |
| 3 | The unconditional stable and convergent difference methods with intrinsic parallelism for quasilinear parabolic systems显示文摘A kind of the general finite difference schemes with intrinsicparallelism for the boundary value problem of the quasilinearparabolic system is studied without assuming heuristically thatthe original boundary value problem%for the quasilinear parabolic systemhas the unique smooth vector solution. By the method of a prioriestimation of the discrete solutions of the nonlinear differencesystems, and the interpolation formulas of the various norms ofthe discrete functions and the fixed-pointtechnique in finite dimensional Euclidean space, the existence anduniqueness of the discrete vector solutions of the nonlineardifference system with intrinsic parallelismare proved. Moreover the unconditional stability ofthe general finite difference schemes with intrinsic parallelismis justified in the sense of the continuous dependence of thediscrete vector solution of the difference schemes on the discretedata of the original problems in the discrete W(2,1)2 norms. | 4 | Correlation and analysis of well-log sequence with Milankovitch cycles as rulers: A case study of coal-bearing strata of late Permian in western Guizhou显示文摘Based on the well-logging data of typical wells of Zhijin,Panxian and Weining areas in western Guizhou,the well-logging data GR of late Permian coal-bearing strata were processed and wavelet transform technique was used to carry out the sequence stratigraphy division and correlation.The study mainly focuses on the controlling effects which Milankovitch had on high frequency sequence,Milankovitch cycle can be used as a ruler of sequence stratigraphy division and correlation to ensure the scientifcity and the unity of sequence stratigraphy division.According to well-logging signal of the ideal Milankovitch cycle,the corresponding relation between the wavelet scales and the cycles is determined by wavelet analysis.Through analyzing analog signals of subsequence sets to search the corresponding relation between various system tracts and the features of time-frequency,the internal features of wavelet transform scalogram could be made clearly.According to ideal model research,features of Milankovitch curves and wavelet spectrum can be seen clearly and each well can be classifed into four third-order sequences and two system tracts.At the same time Milankovitch cycle can realize the division and correlation of stratigraphic sequence in a quick and convenient way. | Yuan Xuexu Guo Yinghai Yu Jifeng Shen Yulin Shao Yubao | 2013 | International Journal of Mining Science and Technology2013,23,4: | 6 |

| 6 | Silica supply and diatom blooms in the Jiaozhou Bay, China显示文摘The variations in nutrients(molar ratios) and chlorophyll a in the Jiaozhou Bay were examined before and after a diatom bloom in a period that lasted from November 2003 to March 2004. Negative relationships between nutrient concentrations, Si/P, Si/N ratios and chlorophyll a content were found during the bloom, which reflected the relationship between nutrient concentrations, phytoplankton biomass and growth. Large increase in nutrient concentrations, particularly SiO_3-Si after the late autumn, is one of major reasons inducing the diatom bloom in winter, and the bloom was finally controlled due to SiO_3-Si depletion by phytoplankton. The bloom was mainly controlled by SiO_3-Si. Before 1998, relatively low level of SiO_3-Si kept ecological balance of eutrophication waters in the Jiaozhou Bay. In recent years, however, human activities have increased SiO_3-Si concentration, which is likely one of the primary cause for the increased diatom blooms in the Jiaozhou Bay. | 7 | Geochemical Characteristics and Sedimentary Control of Pinghu Formation(Eocene)Coal-bearing Source Rocks in Xihu Depression,East China Sea Basin显示文摘Coal-bearing source rocks of the Pinghu Formation in the Xihu Depression comprise an important material basis of oil and gas resources in the East China Sea Basin.Based on drilling core observation results combined with the analysis and test results of macerals,trace/rare earth elements,and rock pyrolysis,the geochemical characteristics and sedimentary control of coal-bearing source rocks formation are discussed in a high-frequency sequence framework.The results indicate that the macerals composition of the coal-bearing source rocks of the Eocene Pinghu Formation in the Xihu Depression is dominated by vitrinite,with low-medium abundance of exinite and almost no inertinite.The coals and carbonaceous mudstones display higher amounts of total organic carbon(TOC)(14.90%-65.10%),S1+S2(39.24-136.52 mg/g),and IH(191-310 HC/g TOC)respectively,as compared to the mudstones.Organic matter is plotted in typeⅢkerogens and partially in typeⅡ;it is mainly in the low maturity stage.The trace elements results imply that the samples were deposited in a weakly reducing to weakly oxidizing environment and were occasionally affected by seawater.The coal-bearing source rocks were deposited in a relatively oxygen-containing environment.The coal-bearing source rocks development is jointly controlled by the coal accumulation environment,the water conditions affected by ocean currents in offshore basins in China,oxidation-reduction cycles of aqueous media and paleoclimate evolution in a high-frequency sequence framework. | SHEN Yulin QIN Yong CUI Min XIE Guoliang GUO Yinghai QU Zhenghui YANG Tianyang YANG Liu | 2021 | Acta Geologica Sinica(English Edition)2021,95,1: | 2 |

| 14 | Nutrient compositions of cultured Thalassiosira rotula and Skeletonema costatum from the Jiaozhou Bay in China显示文摘Carbon,nitrogen,phosphorus,silicon composition of cultured two different sized phytoplankton common species of Thalassiosira rotula and Skeletonema costatum from the Jiaozhou Bay were measured.Carbon,nitrogen,phosphorus,silicon contents in cell were obvious higher in T.rotula than in S.costatum,but the percents of nitrogen,phosphorus,silicon contents in cell dry mass in T.rotula were lower than those in S.costatum.The dry mass concentrations of nitrogen,phosphorus,silicon in S.costatum were much higher than those in T.rotula,particularly silicon,the former was 6.4 times of the latter,showing that S.costatum could more assimilate these elements.Especially,S.costatum had competitive dominance for assimilating silicon,which is beneficial to its becoming a major dominant species in relative short silicon of the Jiaozhou Bay.There were some differences in numerical value of nutrient ratios both laboratory-cultured phytoplankton and different sized suspended particulates(mainly phytoplankton)in the Jiaozhou Bay,which was caused by the changes of environment.High contents of carbon,nitrogon and relative low phosporus,silicon,high molar ratio of nitrogen to phosphorus(far higher than Redfield value)and low ratio of silicon to phosphorus and silicon to nitrogen(far lower than Redfield values)in the two diatoms and different sized suspended particulates were consistent with those in the seawater.Relative short silicon in the seawater and phytoplankton showed that silicon was possibly affectting phytoplankton growth in the Jiaozhou Bay. | SHEN Zhiliang WU Yulin LIU Qun YAO Yun | 2008 | Acta Oceanologica Sinica2008,27,4: | 1 |
