| 5 | Factors Associated with Thrombolysis Outcome in Ischemic Stroke Patients with Atrial Fibrillation显示文摘The outcome of early intravenous thrombolysis for ischemic stroke in patients with atrial fibrillation(AF)is worse than that without thrombosis. How to increase the efficacy of intravenous thrombolysis for AF-related ischemic stroke remains largely unknown. In this study, we investigated factors that influence the effect of intravenous thrombolysis in these patients. Our results showed that thrombolysis was independently associated with a favorable outcome(P \ 0.001) and did not influence the mortality of AF-related ischemic stroke, although it increased the risk of hemorrhage within 24 h after treatment. Risk factors for a poor outcome at admission were:heart failure(P = 0.045); high systolic pressure(P = 0.039); high blood glucose(P = 0.030); and a high National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale(NIHSS) score(P \ 0.001). Moreover, high systolic pressure at admission(P = 0.007), high blood glucose(P = 0.027), and a high NIHSS score(P \ 0.001) were independent risk factors for mortality at 3 months. Besides thrombolysis, a high NIHSS score(P = 0.006) and warfarin taken within 48 h before stroke onset(P = 0.032) were also independent risk factors for symptomatic hemorrhage within 24 h after treatment. | 6 | Metallogenic Epoch of Nonferrous Metallic and Silver Deposits in the Jiaodong Peninsula, China and its Geological Significance显示文摘As China's most important gold-producing district,the Jiaodong Peninsula also contains copper,lead-zinc,molybdenum(tungsten),and other nonferrous metal ore deposits,but the space-time and genetic relationships with gold deposits remain uncertain.To investigate the temporal relationship between these nonferrous metal and gold ore deposits,We collected the samples from a number of nonferrous metallic and silver deposits and metallogenetic rock bodies in the eastern Jiaodong Peninsula for isotopic dating.The results show that the Re-Os isotopic model ages of the Lengjia molybdenum deposit in Rongcheng range from 114.5± 1.8 Ma to 112.6± 1.5 Ma,with an average age of 113.6± 1.6Ma;the LA-ICP-MS ^(206)Pb/^(238)U ages of 33 zircons in the sericitization porphyritic monzogranite that hosts the Tongjiazhuang silver deposit in Rongcheng range between 122 Ma and 109 Ma,with a weighted mean age of 116.04± 0.95 Ma;the LA-ICP-MS ^(206)Pb/^(238)U ages of 31 zircons in the copper metallogenic pyroxene monzodiorite that hosts the Kuangbei copper deposit in Rongcheng range from126 Ma to 106 Ma,with a weighted mean age of 116.6± 1.7 Ma;and the LA-ICP-MS ^(206)Pb/^(238)U ages of19 zircons in the pyroxene monzodiorite surrounding the Dadengge gold and multimetal deposit in Weihai range from 113 Ma to 110 Ma,with a weighted mean age of 111.7± 0.6 Ma.All these results indicate that the metallogenic ages of the silver and nonferrous metallic deposits in the Jiaodong Peninsula are in a limited range from 118 Ma to 111 Ma.Previous studies have demonstrated that the isotopic ages of gold deposits in the Jiaodong Peninsula range from 123 Ma to 110 Ma,while Weideshanian magmatism occurred between 126 Ma to 108 Ma.Both these ranges are grossly consistent with the metallogenic ages of silver and nonferrous metallic deposits in this study,suggesting that the large-scale mineralization occurred in the Early Cretaceous when magmatic activities were strong.This epoch may be linked to the lithosphere thinning and the thermo-upwelling extension in eastern China at that time.In addition,field investigation also shows that gold and nonferrous metallic deposits are distributed nearby the Weideshanian granite,with the nonferrous metallic deposits lying within or surrounding the granite pluton and the gold deposits outside the granite pluton.We propose the following mineralization scenario:In the Early Cretaceous,an intensive lithospheric extension induced partial melting and degassing of the metasomatized lithospheric mantle,which resulted in the formation of mantle-derived fluids enriched in metal elements.During the rapid process of magma ascent and intrusion,crust-derived fluids were activated by the magmatic thermal dome and served to further extract ore-forming materials from the crust.These fluids may have mixed with the mantle-derived fluid to form a crust-mantle mixing-type ore-forming fluid.The high-temperature conditions in the center or in contact with the granitic magmatic thermal dome would have been favorable for the formation of porphyry-type,skarn-type,and hydrothermal-vein-type ores,thus forming a series of Mo(W),Cu,and Pb-Zn deposits in the mid-eastern Jiaodong Peninsula.In contrast,the medium-to low-temperature conditions in the periphery of the magmatic thermal dome would have favored the deposition of gold(silver) ores under the appropriate physiochemical and structural conditions.The metallogenic epoch of the molybdenum,copper,and silver deposits,and their spatio-temporal and genetic relations to the gold deposits,as demonstrated in this study,not only provide important insights to the study of regional metallogeny,our understanding of the metallogenesis of the Jiaodong type gold deposit,and the geodynamic background of the large-scale mineralization in the Jiaodong Peninsula,but also have practical value in guiding the mineral exploration. | SONG Mingchun WANG Shanshan YANG Lixin LI Jie LI Shiyong DING Zhengjiang | 2017 | Acta Geologica Sinica(English Edition)2017,91,4: | 12 |

| 8 | Comparative pharmacokinetics of tetramethylpyrazine phosphate in rat plasma and extracellular fluid of brain after intranasal,intragastric and intravenous administration显示文摘The purpose of this study was to compare the pharmacokinetic profiles of tetramethylpyrazine phosphate(TMPP)in plasma and extracellular fluid of the cerebral cortex of rats via three delivery routes:intranasal(i.n.),intragastric(i.g.)and intravenous(i.v.)administration.After i.n.,i.g.and i.v.administration of a single-dose at 10 mg/kg,cerebral cortex dialysates and plasma samples drawn from the carotid artery were collected at timed intervals.The concentration of TMPP in the samples was analyzed by HPLC.The area under the concentration-time curve(AUC)and the ratio of the AUCbrain to the AUCplasma(drug targeting efficiency,DTE)was calculated to evaluate the brain targeting efficiency of the drug via these different routes of administration.After i.n.administration,TMPP was rapidly absorbed to reach its peak plasma concentration within 5 min and showed a delayed uptake into cerebral cortex(t_(max)=15 min).The ratio of the AUCbrain dialysates value between i.n.route and i.v.injection was 0.68,which was greater than that obtained after i.g.administration(0.43).The systemic bioavailability obtained with i.n.administration was greater than that obtained by the i.g.route(86.33%vs.50.39%),whereas the DTE of the nasal route was 78.89%,close to that of oral administration(85.69%).These results indicate that TMPP is rapidly absorbed from the nasal mucosa into the systemic circulation,and then crosses the blood-brain barrier(BBB)to reach the cerebral cortex.Intranasal administration of TMPP could be a promising alternative to intravenous and oral approaches. | Dongmei Meng Haoyang Lu Shanshan Huang Minyan Wei Pingtian Ding Xianglin Xiao Yuehong Xu Chuanbin Wu | 2014 | Acta Pharmaceutica Sinica B2014,4,1: | 5 |
| 9 | Formation and evolution of layered structure in dissimilar welded joints between ferritic-martensitic steel and 316L stainless steel with fillers显示文摘Dissimilar high-energy beam(HEB)welding is necessary in many industrial applications.Different composition of heat-affected zone(HAZ)and weld metal(WM)lead to variation in mechanical properties within the dissimilar joint,which determines the performance of the welded structure.In the present study,appropriate filler material was used during electron beam welding(EBW)to obtain a reliable dissimilar joint between reduced-activation ferritic-martensitic(RAFM)steel and 316L austenitic stainless steel.It was observed that the layered structure occurred in the weld metal with 310S filler(310S-WM),which had the inferior resistance to thermal disturbance,leading to severe hardening of 310S-WM after one-step tempering treatment.To further ameliorate the joint inhomogeneity,two-step heat treatment processes were imposed to the joints and optimized.δ-ferrite in the layered structure transformed intoγ-phase in the first-step normalizing and remained stable during cooling.In the second-step of tempering,tempered martensite was obtained in the HAZ of the RAFM steel,while the microstructure of 310S-WM was not affected.Thus,the optimized properties for HAZ and 310S-WM in dissimilar welded joint was both obtained by a two-step heat treatment.The creep failure position of two dissimilar joints both occurred in CLAM-BM. | Guoliang Liu Shanwu Yang Jianwen Ding Wentuo Han Lujun Zhou Mengqi Zhang Shanshan Zhou RDKMisra Farong Wan Chengjia Shang | 2019 | Journal of Materials Science & Technology2019,35,11: | 4 |
| 10 | Metagenome analysis reveals potential microbial functions in topsoil of wheat-maize rotation system with five-year application of fertilizers显示文摘Fertilization mode affects soil quality and ecological health.The effects of four fertilization regimens on lignocellulose content,readily degradable carbohydrate decomposition,and potential microbial functions in the topsoil of a wheat-maize rotation system between 2012 and 2017 were investigated.The fertilization regimens of control(control NFNB),high chemical fertilizer(HCF),high biochar plus low chemical fertilizer(HBLCF),and biochar-based fertilizer(BBF)were compared on soil fundamental properties,microbial structure,and potential function in soil carbohydrate degradation based on metagenome analysis.The diversity of carbohydrate-active enzyme genes in the topsoil microbial consortia in the four trials was primarily distributed within the ten ecologically most dominant phyla.Application of BBF was associated with the lowest decline in total nitrogen and P2O5(2012-2017:6.5%and 28.1%,respectively)and the most effective carbohydrate decomposition(2015-2017:67.0%for cellulose and 59.9%for readily degradable carbohydrate).Carbohydrate transport and metabolism accounted for 6.0%of reads assigned functional classification under the BBF regimen.These findings reveal the ecologically functional diversity of topsoil microorganisms and suggest BBF application as a promising strategy for sustainable agriculture and beneficial to soil health. | Yujun Shen Lixin Zhao Haibo Meng Hongsheng Cheng Jingtao Ding Jiarui Wang Shanshan Dong Xi Zhang Liqiu Song Shengwei Zheng | 2019 | International Journal of Agricultural and Biological Engineering2019,12,6: | 3 |

| 12 | Review of Rapid Transformation of Floodplain Wetlands in Northeast China: Roles of Human Development and Global Environmental Change显示文摘Northeast China is the region with the largest area of wetlands in China. The Sanjiang Plain and the Songnen Plain are large freshwater marsh distribution regions that are affected by climate warming and by the increasing frequency and density of extreme weather and are the regions most subject to disturbances by human activities in Northeast China. The wetlands of the Sanjiang Plain and the Songnen Plain have shrunk severely in the past 60 years, and wetland functions have been reduced substantially because of climate change, unreasonable land use, fire episodes, engineering and construction works and urbanization. Large-scale agricultural development started in the 1950 s has been the most important driving factor for wetland loss and degradation in the Sanjiang Plain. Water shortage has been the most important factor for degradation and fragmentation of wetlands in the Songnen Plain. To mitigate wetland degradation and better protect wetlands, special regulations, long-term mechanisms and technical support of wetland protection should be established. A wetland compensation program should be implemented, and technologies for increasing the adaptive capacity of wetlands should be developed. | 16 | Comparative analysis of habitation behavioral patterns in spatial configuration of traditional houses in Anhui;Jiangsu;and Zhejiang provinces of China显示文摘This study investigated the categories of spatial characteristics of traditional houses in Anhui,Jiangsu,and Zhejiang provinces of China by applying syntactic theories and conducting a comparative analysis of their different layout configurations.Six houses in the three provinces were selected as measurement samples,and statistical analysis of their spatial variables was conducted through SPSS 22.Results showed that the correlation of depth and integration in the Zhejiang and Jiangsu samples are negative,whereas the samples in Anhui show no correlation.These results further indicated that spaces with high rates of utilization in Zhejiang and Jiangsu dwellings are located at low depths in the spatial configurations,whereas the samples from Anhui show opposite findings.Different housing spatial structures reflect various habitation behavioral patterns in this area.Zhejiang and Jiangsu residents interact more closely with outside spaces in their daily lives,whereas Anhui residents have very limited interaction with outside spaces,thereby reflecting two different modes of living behavior,namely,extroversion and introversion. | Jie Ding Shanshan Ma | 2020 | Frontiers of Architectural Research2020,9,1: | 2 |
| 17 | Lipocalin-2-induced proliferative endoplasmic reticulum stress participates in Kawasaki disease-related pulmonary arterial abnormalities显示文摘Clinical cases have reported pulmonary arterial structural and functional abnormalities in patients with Kawasaki disease(KD);however,the underlying mechanisms are unclear.In this study,a KD rat model was established via the intraperitoneal injection of Lactobacillus casei cell wall extract(LCWE).The results showed that pulmonary arterial functional and structural abnormalities were observed in KD rats.Furthermore,proliferative endoplasmic reticulum stress(ER stress)was observed in the pulmonary arteries of KD rats.Notably,the level of lipocalin-2(Lcn 2),a trigger factor of inflammation,was remarkably elevated in the plasma and lung tissues of KD rats;increased Lcn 2 levels following LCWE stimulation may result from polymorphonuclear neutrophils(PMNs).Correspondingly,in cultured pulmonary artery smooth muscle cells(PASMCs),Lcn 2 markedly augmented the cleavage and nuclear localization of activating transcription factor-6(ATF6),upregulated the transcription of glucose regulated protein 78(GRP78)and neurite outgrowth inhibitor(NOGO),and promoted PASMCs proliferation.However,proapoptotic C/EBP homologous protein(CHOP)and caspase 12 levels were not elevated.Treatment with 4-phenyl butyric acid(4-PBA,a specific inhibitor of ER stress)inhibited PASMCs proliferation induced by Lcn 2 and attenuated pulmonary arterial abnormalities and right ventricular hypertrophy and reduced right ventricular systolic pressure in KD rats.In conclusion,Lcn 2 remarkably facilitates proliferative ER stress in PASMCs,which probably accounts for KD-related pulmonary arterial abnormalities. | Zhaoling Shi Yue Yin Chen Li Hui Ding Nan Mu Yishi Wang Shanshan Jin Heng Ma Manling Liu Jie Zhou | 2021 | Science China(Life Sciences)2021,64,6: | 1 |

| 19 | Evolution and roles of cytokinin genes in angiosperms 1:Do ancient IPTs play housekeeping while non-ancient IPTs play regulatory roles?显示文摘Isopentenyltransferase(IPT)genes,including those encoding ATP/ADP-IPTs and tRNA-IPTs,control the rate-limiting steps of the biosynthesis of N6-(Δ2-isopentenyl)adenine(iP)-type and trans-zeatin(tZ)-type cytokinins and cis-zeatin(cZ)-type cytokinins,respectively.However,the evolution and roles of these IPTs in angiosperms are not well understood.Here,we report comprehensive analyses of the origins,evolution,expression patterns,and possible roles of ATP/ADP-IPTs and tRNA-IPTs in angiosperms.We found that Class I and II tRNA-IPTs likely coexisted in the last common ancestor of eukaryotes,while ATP/ADP-IPTs likely originated from a Class II tRNA-IPT before the divergence of angiosperms.tRNA-IPTs are conservatively retained as 2–3 copies,but ATP/ADP-IPTs exhibit considerable expansion and diversification.Additionally,tRNA-IPTs are constitutively expressed throughout the plant,whereas the expression of ATP/ADP-IPTs is tissue-specific and rapidly downregulated by abiotic stresses.Furthermore,previous studies and our present study indicate that ATP/ADP-IPTs and their products,iPs/tZs,may regulate responses to environmental stresses and organ development in angiosperms.We therefore hypothesize that tRNA-IPTs and the associated cZs play a housekeeping role,whereas ATP/ADP-IPTs and the associated iP/tZ-type cytokinins play regulatory roles in organ development and stress responses in angiosperms,which echoes the conclusions and hypothesis presented in the accompanying study by Wang,X.et al Evolution and roles of cytokinin genes in angiosperms 2:Do ancient CKXs play housekeeping roles while non-ancient CKXs play regulatory roles?Hortic Res http://gffzzd3cc09b8251d45dfs9pxcuxwun9696qv9.ffgz.tsg.suse.edu.cn/10.1038/s41438-020-0246-z. | Xiaojing Wang Shanshan Lin Decai Liu Lijun Gan Richard McAvoy Jing Ding Yi Li | 2020 | Horticulture Research2020,7,1: | 1 |
