1A semantic geographical knowledge wiki system mashed up with Google Maps显示文摘A wiki system is a typical Web 2.0 application that provides a bi-directional platform for users to collaborate and share much useful information online.Unfortunately,computers cannot well understand the wiki pages in plain text.The user-generated geographical content via wiki systems cannot be manipulated properly and efficiently unless the geographical semantics is explicitly represented.In this paper,a geographical semantic wiki system,Geo-Wiki,is introduced to solve this problem.Geo-Wiki is a semantic geographical knowledge-sharing web system based on geographical ontologies so that computers can parse and storage the multi-source geographical knowledge.Moreover,Geo-Wiki mashed up with map services enriches the representation and helps users to find spatial distribution patterns,and thus can serve geospatial decision-making by customizing the Google Maps APIs.GAO Yong,GAO Song,LI RunQiang & LIU YuInstitute of Remote Sensing and Geographical Information Systems,Peking University,Beijing 100871,China 2010Science China(Technological Sciences)2010,53,S1:7

6Insights into microstructural evolution and deformation behaviors of a gradient textured AZ31B Mg alloy plate under hypervelocity impact显示文摘We have for the first time elucidated the microstructural evolution and deformation behaviors of a gradient textured AZ31 B Mg alloy plate under the ultrahigh strain rate of ~10~6 s^(-1) that is generated by a two-stage light gas gun with the hypervelocities of 1.6-4.4 km s^(-1). The hypervelocity impact cratering behaviors indicate that the cratering deformation of AZ31 B Mg alloy is mainly affected by the inertia and strength of the target material. The crater prediction equation of AZ31 B Mg alloy target under impact velocity of 5 km s^(-1) is given. The 2017 Al projectile completely melts in the Mg alloy target plate at the impact velocities of 3.8 km s^(-1) and 4.4 km s^(-1), and the microstructural evolution around the crater is: dynamic recrystallization zone, high-density twinning zone, low-density twinning zone, and Mg alloy matrix. It is found that the dynamic recrystallization, twinning and cracking are the main deformation behaviors for the AZ31 B Mg alloy to absorb the shock wave energy and release the stress generated by the hypervelocity impact. The main plastic deformation mechanisms of the Mg alloy target during hypervelocity impact are twinning and dislocation slip. Microstructure analysis shows the interactions of twins-twins, dislocations-dislocations, and twins-dislocations determine the strain hardening during the hypervelocity impact process, which eventually contributes the dynamic mechanical properties. 13An impact sensitivity assessment method of spacecraft based on virtual exterior wall显示文摘The impact sensitivity assessment of spacecraft is to obtain the probability of spacecraft encountering the OD/M(orbital debris or meteoroid),which is a prerequisite for survivability assessment of on-orbit spacecraft.An impact sensitivity assessment method of spacecraft based on virtual exterior wall was proposed to improve the computational efficiency.This method eliminates determination of the outermost surface elements of the spacecraft before generating the debris rays,which are assumed to originate from a non-concave virtual wall that completely wraps the spacecraft.The Dist Mesh method was adopted for the generating of the virtual wall to ensure its mesh quality.The influences of the sizes,mesh densities,shapes of the virtual wall on the efficiency and accuracy were considered to obtain the best combination of the size and mesh density of the wall and spacecraft.The results of this method were compared with those of S3DE(Survivability of Spacecraft in Space Debris Environment),BUMPER,MDPANTO,ESABASE2/Debris to verify the feasibility of the method.The PCHIP(Piecewise Cubic Hermite Interpolating Polynomial)was used to fit the size vs.flux relationship of the space debris to acquire the impact probability of OD/M with arbitrary size on the spacecraft.Runqiang Chi Yuyan Liu Diqi Hu Baojun Pang 2024Defence Technology(防务技术)2024,31,1:0
14Red light enhances folate accumulation in wheat seedlings显示文摘Red,white,blue,green,and yellow lights were applied to investigate their effects on folate accumulation in wheat seedlings.The different lights,especially red light,significantly increased the total folate content.Total folate showed maximum accumulation under 30μmol/(m2·s)of red light,with an increase of 24%compared with the control(darkness).5-Methyltetrahydrofolate(5-CH3-THF)was the dominant folate component,and was significantly increased by red light irradiation.In addition,under red light,the folate content of leaves was higher and more sensitive to light than that of endosperm or roots.Red light up-regulated the expression of guanosine triphosphate(GTP)cyclohydrolase 1(GCH1)and aminodeoxychorismate synthase(ADCS),enhanced the activity of GCH1 and ADCS,and increased the content of precursors of folate synthesis,including pterin and p-aminobenzoic acid(p ABA).Hence,the increased folate accumulation promoted by light could be attributed to the increased content of folate synthesis precursors,the activity of key enzymes,and related gene expression。Jianwei CHANG Chong XIE Pei WANG Zhenxin GU Yongbin HAN Runqiang YANG 2021Journal of Zhejiang University-Science B(Biomedicine & Biotechnology)2021,22,11:0
15Optimizing techno-functionality of germinated whole wheat flour steamed bread via glucose oxidase(Gox)and pentosanase(Pn)enzyme innovation显示文摘Germination,a powerful biofortification technique,holds immense potential in bolstering the micronutrient profile of essential staple grains,thereby paving the way for optimal nutritional enhancement.The primary goal of this study was to improve the technological functionality of germinated wheat flour by incorporating pentosanase(Pn)and glucose oxidase(Gox)enzymes,with particular emphasis on the evolutionary changes in its components.The inclusion of Gox did not produce any substantial impact on the volumetric characteristics of the steamed bread.The incorporation of Pn and Gox has been seen to enhance the overall excellence of steamed bread by optimizing loaf volume and textural characteristics while also improving the thermal stability of the dough.The existence of two endothermic peaks could be attributed to bound water or alterations in the granules within the starch crystallization region.Adding Pn and Gox reduced and increased the formation and stability time of the dough,respectively.A certain ratio was employed to assess alternations in the crystallinity of starch granules over a limited range.After steaming,a significant decrease in IR1047/1022 was observed,indicating that the elevated temperature partially disrupted the internal starch crystal structure,leading to a gelatinization reaction with water.The ratio of tensile resistance(R)and elongation(E)of dough increased significantly compared to the control.The results obtained from this study indicate that the simultaneous inclusion of enzymes(Pn+Gox)holds significant promise for expanding the technological functionality of germinated wheat flour dough and improving the quality attributes of steamed bread.Muhammad Bilal Yining Zhang Dandan Li Chong Xie Runqiang Yang Zhenxin Gu Dong Jiang Pei Wang 2023Grain & Oil Science and Technology2023,6,4:0
16Delivering an mRNA vaccine using a lymphatic drug delivery device improves humoral and cellular immunity against SARS-CoV-2显示文摘The exploration and identification of safe and effective vaccines for the SARS-CoV-2 pandemic have captured the world's attention and remains an ongoing issue due to concerns of balancing protection against emerging variants of concern while also generating long-lasting immunity. Here, we report the synthesis of a novel messenger ribonucleic acid encoding the spike protein in a lipid nanoparticle formulation (STI-7264) that generates robust humoral and cellular immunity following immunization of C57Bl6 mice. In an effort to improve immunity, a clinically focused lymphatic drug delivery device (MuVaxx) was engineered to modulate immune cells at the injection site (epidermis and dermis) and draining lymph node (LN) and tested to measure adaptive immunity. Using MuVaxx, immune responses were elicited and maintained at a 10-fold dose reduction compared to traditional intramuscular (IM) administration as measured by anti-spike antibodies, cytokine-producing CD8 T cells, neutralizing antibodies against the Washington (wild type) strain and South African (Beta) variants, and LN-resident spike-specific memory B cells. Remarkably, a 4-fold-elevated T cell response was observed in MuVaxx-administered vaccination compared to that of IM-administered vaccination.
