1Significantly enhanced piezoelectric performance in Bi_(4)Ti_(3)O_(12)-based high-temperature piezoceramics via oxygen vacancy defects tailoring显示文摘Bismuth titanate (Bi_(4)Ti_(3)O_(12),BIT)piezoelectric materials have attracted increasing attention due to their high-temperature applications.However,it is quite challenging to simultaneously achieve outstanding piezoelectric properties and high Curie temperature in BIT-based systems.In this study,oxygen vacancy defects tailoring strategy was utilized to solve this problem,excellent piezoelectric coefficient(32.1 pC/N),and ultrahigh Curie temperature(659℃)are gotten in Bi_(4)Ti_(3)-x(Mn_(1/3)Nb_(2/3))xO_(12)(BTMN)ceramics,which are among the top values in the BIT-based ceramics.More importantly,the(Mn_(1/3)Nb_(2/3))(4+d)+complex-ion modified Bi_(4)Ti_(3)O_(12)-based ceramics are characterized with excellent piezoelectric stability up to 500℃(d33>30.0 pC/N at 500℃))and significantly reduced conductivity(only~10^(-7)U-1 cm^(-1)at 500℃).Moreover,enhanced ferroelectricity and good dielectric stability were also obtained.The better comprehensive properties can be ascribed to two aspects.First,the concentration of oxygen vacancy defects is obviously reduced,and their distribution is effectively controlled in BITMN ceramics.Second,the introduction of(Mn_(1/3)Nb_(2/3))^((4+δ)+)complex-ion gives rise to the antiphase boundaries and massive ferroelectric domain walls.This works not only reveal the high potential of BITMN ceramics for high-temperature piezoelectric applications but also deepen the understanding of the structure-properties relationship in BIT-based materials.Xinchun Xie Zhiyong Zhou Ruihong Liang Xianlin Dong 2021Journal of Materiomics2021,7,1:6

6High-performance and high-thermally stable PSN-PZT piezoelectric ceramics achieved by high-temperature poling显示文摘High piezoelectric properties and superior thermal stability are both important indicators of piezoelectric ceramics serving at high temperature.However,since these properties are usually mutually exclusive,high performance and superior thermal stability are hard to achieve simultaneously.Here we report that a high piezoelectricity(d_(33)∼562 pC/N)and superior thermal stability(the variation is within 7%from 20 to 330℃)were both achieved in 0.4 mol%ZnO-doped 0.02Pb(Sb_(1/2)Nb_(1/2))-0.51PbZrO_(3)-0.47PbTiO_(3) by high-temperature poling.Compared with traditional poling method,high-temperature poling method forms a small-sized and highly oriented domain structure,which can effectively improve the piezoelectric and dielectric properties of piezoelectric ceramics.At the same time,the enhanced pinning effect of defect ions and stabilized domain structure due to high-temperature poling also contribute to the superior temperature stability of the piezoelectric and dielectric properties.This work provides an effective method for designing piezoelectric materials with high performance and good temperature stability for high temperature sensor applications.Zhengran Chen Ruihong Liang Chi Zhang Zhiyong Zhou Yuchen Li Zhenming Liu Xianlin Dong 2022Journal of Materials Science & Technology2022,,21:1

10Grain size effect on piezoelectric properties of Sr_(2)Nb_(2)O_(7)ceramics显示文摘Grain size effect on piezoelectric properties and thermal stability of perovskite layer structured(PLS)Sr_(2)Nb_(2)O_(7) ceramics are investigated.The Sr2Nb2O7 ceramics with different average grain sizes from 1.2μm to 3.6μm were prepared in different sintering temperatures by solid state reaction method.The average grain size increases,accompanied by a higher relative density of up to 96%.Pure Sr_(2)Nb_(2)O_(7) ceramics with larger grain size show a remarkable d33 of(1:70:1)pC/N while still with a very high T_(c) of(1340±4)℃.The thermal depolarization temperature of samples with large grain sizes reach over 1200℃ and the thermal stability increased with increasing of grain size.The ferroelectric domains structure was observed by PFM and larger grain is easy to form ferroelectric domain then enhance piezoelectric properties.This study demonstrates enhanced piezoelectric properties can be achieved in pure Sr_(2)Nb_(2)O_(7) by solid state reaction method and bring great revitalization to the Sr_(2)Nb_(2)O_(7)-based ceramics as a promising high-temperature piezoelectric material.Tao Chen Zhiyong Zhou Ruihong Liang Xianlin Dong 2018Journal of Advanced Dielectrics2018,8,4:0
11Excellent piezoelectric constant and thermal stability in BiScO_(3)-PbTiO_(3) piezoelectric ceramics via domain engineering显示文摘The application of piezoelectric ceramics at high temperature is limited because they can't have both high piezoelectric coefficient and high Curie temperature.While,BiScO_(3)-PbTiO_(3)-based piezoelectric ceramics possessing high Curie temperature and piezoelectric properties simultaneously have drawn increasing attention due to their potential applications at high temperature.Here,we reported a novel compositional design of(1-x)[0.36BiScO_(3)-0.64PbTiO_(3)]-xBi(Sn_(1/3)Nb_(2/3))O_(3)(abbreviated as BS-PT-xBSN).BS-PT-xBSN ceramic samples were synthesized by conventional solid state reaction method.According to the ternary phase diagram of BS-PT-xBSN ceramics brought up in this work,the morphotropic phase boundaries(MPB)were confirmed,which is located in the vicinity of x¼0.02.It canbe identified that the x=0.02 sample near MPB has the optimal electric performance which are giant piezoelectric coefficient(d_(33)-450 pC/N,higher 18%than undoped samples)and high Curie temperature(T_(c)-368℃)as well as large remant polarization(P_(r)46.6 m C/cm^(2)).In addition,the variation of P_(r) is 3% in the temperature range of 30-180℃ and the depolarization temperature of x=0.02 ceramics is about 280℃.Structural analysis such as in-situ PFM and TEM confirms that giant piezoelectricity and depolarization temperature are attributed to the appearance of nano-domain and complexity of domains as well as the stable domain configuration.This work not only reveal the high potential of BS-PT-xBSN for high-temperature piezo-electric applications but also open up a feasible approach to design new high-temperature piezoelectric ceramics.Yazhu Dong Zhiyong Zhou Ruihong Liang Xianlin Dong 2022Journal of Materiomics2022,8,2:0
12Early Permian A-type Granites in the Zhangdaqi Area, Inner Mongolia, China and Their Tectonic Implications显示文摘There is a controversy regarding the amalgamation of Xing’an and Songnen Blocks along the Hegenshan-Heihe Suture(HHS)in the eastern Central Asian Orogenic Belt(CAOB).To solve this problem,we performed detailed study on the granites from the Zhangdaqi area,adjacent to the north of the HHS in the northern part of the Great Xing’an Range,NE China.Geochemically,the granites in the study area are metaluminous-weak peraluminous and high-K calc-alkaline series.Trace elements of the granites show that LREEs are relatively enriched,while HREEs are relatively deficient and obvious REE fractionation.The granites are characterized by obvious negative Eu anomalies,meanwhile,they are relatively enriched in Rb,K,Th and depleted in Ba,Nb,Sr,P,Ti.All the geochemical features suggest that the granites in the Zhangdaqi area are aluminum A-type granites.The zircon LA-ICP-MS U-Pb ages of these granites are 294-298 Ma,indicating that they formed in the Early Permian.These granites also have positiveεHf(t)values(8.4-14.2)and a relatively young two-stage model age between 449 Ma and 977 Ma,implying that the magma was derived from the re-melting of the Early Paleozoic-Neoproterozoic juvenile crust.Combined with geochemical characteristics(Nb/Ta ratios of 9.0-22.2,and Zr/Hf ratios of 52.3-152.0),we believe that the magmatic source area is a mixture of partial melting of the lower crust and depleted mantle.A-type granites and bimodal volcanic rocks along the Hegenshan-Heihe Suture formed during the Late Carboniferous-Early Permian,indicating that the HHS between Xing’an and Songnen Blocks closed in the late EarlyCarboniferous.Subsequently,the Zhangdaqi area was in a post-orogenic extensional environment from Late Carboniferous to Early Permian and resulted in the formation of the A-type granites.ZHANG Li LIU Yongjiang SHAO Jun LI Weimin LIANG Chenyue CHANG Ruihong YANG Hongzhi FENG Zhiqiang ZHANG Chao XU Jia SHI Yi YANG Fan HE Pengfei 2019Acta Geologica Sinica(English Edition)2019,93,5:0
