| 2 | GENERALIZED SIMULATION MODEL FOR MILLED SURFACE TOPOGRAPHY-APPLICATION TO PERIPHERAL MILLING显示文摘Based on analyzing various factors influencing milled surface topography, firstly, a generalized model for milled surface topography is proposed. Secondly, using the principles of transformation matrix and vector operation, the trajectory equation of cutting edge relative to workpiece is derived. Then, a three dimensional topography simulation algorithm is constructed through dividing the workpiece into regular grids. Finally, taking the peripheral milling process as an example, the generalized model is simplified, and the corresponding simulation examples are given. | 4 | Energy-based adaptive orthogonal FRIT and its application in image denoising显示文摘Efficient representation of linear singularities is discussed in this paper. We analyzed the relationship between the “wrap around” effect and the distribution of FRAT (Finite Radon Transform) coefficients first, and then based on study of some properties of the columnwisely FRAT reconstruction procedure, we proposed an energy-based adaptive orthogonal FRIT scheme (EFRIT). Experiments using nonlinear approximation show its superiority in energy concentration over both Discrete Wavelet Transform (DWT) and Finite Ridgelet Transform (FRIT). Furthermore, we have modeled the denoising problem and proposed a novel threshold selecting method. | 5 | A joint call for actions to advance taxonomy in China显示文摘Taxonomy plays an important role in understanding the origin, evolution, and ecological functionality of biodiversity. There are large number of unknown species yet to be described by taxonomists, which together with their ecosystem services cannot be effectively protected prior to description. Despite this, taxonomy has been increasingly underrated insufficient funds and permanent positions to retain young talents. Further, the impact factordriven evaluation systems in China exacerbate this downward trend, so alternative evaluation metrics are urgently necessary. When the current generation of outstanding taxonomists retires,there will be too few remaining taxonomists left to train the next generation. | 7 | Synthesis and Properties of Novel Fluorescence Probe Based on 1,8-Naphthalimide for Detection of Hydrogen Sulfide显示文摘Two fluorescence-enhanced probes,4-(2,4-dinitrophenoxy)-N-(2-hydroxyethyl)-1,8-naphthalimide(NTE-1)and 4-(2,4-dinitrophenoxy)-N-[4-(2,4-dinitrophenoxy)phenyl]-1,8-naphthalimide(NTE-2),have been designed and synthesized for detection of H2S.4-Hydroxy-1,8-naphthalimide as fluorophore in combination with 2,4-dinitrophenyl ether as H2S response site constructed the fluorescence probes.The consequences showed that both NTE-1 and NTE-2 displayed large red-shift(excess 100nm)in absorption spectra and more than 30-fold fluorescence enhancement in response to H2S.Moreover,the dual site probe,NTE-2,displayed wider linear range between fluorescence intensity and concentration of H2S(0-40μmol/L)compared with single site probe,which can be applied to quantita-tive detection of high concentration of H2S.The photomduced electron transfer(PET)response mechanism of probe was further studied by analyzing the distributions of molecular orbital.Importantly,the probes have potential practical applications in the detection of H2S. | MA Yunxia ZHANG Jie QU Hongmei | 2019 | Chemical Research in Chinese Universities2019,35,1: | 1 |
