| 3 | Numerical study on the restriction speed of train passing curved rail in cross wind显示文摘The results of numerical investigations of aerodynamic forces and moment coefficients of flow passing a simplified train geometry under different wind speeds are summarized. To compute numerically the different coefficients, the three-dimensional Reynolds-Averaged Navier-Stokes (RANS) equations, combined with the k-ε turbulence model, were solved using finite volume technique. The pres-sure-velocity fields were coupled using the SIMPLE algorithm. At each iteration the pressure correction was obtained by solving a velocity divergence-derived Poisson-like equation. With the computed aerodynamic forces, the formula of the restriction speed at which the train passed curved rail in cross wind was deduced to analyse the influences of aerodynamic forces on the restriction speed. Results of numerical investigations showed that aerodynamic lift and overturn moment increased more and more rapidly with train speed and wind speed. The enhancement trends showed nonlinear phenomena and enhanced risk in the course of train movement. When the train travels at a high speed and encounters a huge cross wind, the influence involved by nonlinear risk increment will extremely impair safety of train. The following conclusion can also be drawn: The effect of aerodynamic lift makes restriction speed reduce, however, the influences of aerodynamic drag to the limit train speed rest on the direction of wind flow. | 5 | Comparative genomic and transcriptomic analyses uncover the molecular basis of high nitrogen-use efficiency in the wheat cultivar Kenong 9204显示文摘Studying the regulatory mechanisms that drive nitrogen-use efficiency(NUE)in crops is important for sustainable agriculture and environmental protection.In this study,we generated a high-quality genome assembly for the high-NUE wheat cultivar Kenong 9204 and systematically analyzed genes related to nitrogen uptake and metabolism.By comparative analyses,we found that the high-affinity nitrate transporter gene family had expanded in Triticeae.Further studies showed that subsequent functional differentiation endowed the expanded family members with saline inducibility,providing a genetic basis for improving the adaptability of wheat to nitrogen deficiency in various habitats.To explore the genetic and molecular mechanisms of high NUE,we compared genomic and transcriptomic data from the high-NUE cultivar Kenong 9204(KN9204)and the low-NUE cultivar Jing 411 and quantified their nitrogen accumulation under high-and low-nitrogen conditions.Compared with Jing 411,KN9204 absorbed significantly more nitrogen at the reproductive stage after shooting and accumulated it in the shoots and seeds.Transcriptome data analysis revealed that nitrogen deficiency clearly suppressed the expression of genes related to cell division in the young spike of Jing 411,whereas this suppression of gene expression was much lower in KN9204.In addition,KN9204 maintained relatively high expression of NPF genes for a longer time than Jing 411 during seed maturity.Physiological and transcriptome data revealed that KN9204 was more tolerant of nitrogen deficiency than Jing 411,especially at the reproductive stage.The high NUE of KN9204 is an integrated effect controlled at different levels.Taken together,our data provide new insights into the molecular mechanisms of NUE and important gene resources for improving wheat cultivars with a higher NUE trait. | Xiaoli Shi Fa Cui Xinyin Han Yilin He Long Zhao Na Zhang Hao Zhang Haidong Zhu Zhexin Liu Bin Ma Shusong Zheng Wei Zhang Jiajia Liu Xiaoli Fan Yaoqi Si Shuiquan Tian Jianqing Niu Huilan Wu Xuemei Liu Zhuo Chen Deyuan Meng Xiaoyan Wang Liqiang Song Lijing Sun Jie Han Hui Zhao Jun Ji Zhiguo Wang Xiaoyu He Ruilin Li Xuebin Chi Chengzhi Liang Beifang Niu Jun Xiao Junming Li Hong-Qing Ling | 2022 | Molecular Plant2022,15,9: | 6 |

| 7 | Analysis theory of random energy of train derailment in wind显示文摘Based on the analysis theory of random energy of train derailment, an analysis theory of random energy of train derailment in wind is suggested. Two methods are proposed -the time domain method and the frequency domain method of analysis theory of random energy of train derailment in wind. The curves of σ pw -v under various wind speeds are obtained through the computation. The original curve of σ p -v is expanded, which turns the analysis theory of random energy of train derailment into the all-weather theory. Train derailment condition has been established under wind action. The first and second criterions of train derailment have been proposed in light of wind action. The analysis of train derailment cases at home or abroad is made, in- cluding the first analysis of Xinjiang train derailment case encountered 13-level of gale, which explained the inevitability of train derailment. The analysis theory of random energy of train derailment in wind shows its validity and accuracy. The input energy σ pw of the transverse vibration of train-track(bridge)-wind system is linked to train speed. | 8 | Multiplicity of solutions to geophysical inversion reflected by rupture slip distribution of the 2015 Nepal earthquake显示文摘The equivalence of geophysical fields,the finiteness of measurements and the measurement errors make the result of geophysical inversion non-unique.For example,the measurements and inversion method used,the priori rupture model determined and the slip distribution smoothing factor selected will have significant influences on the earthquake rupture slip distribution.Using different data and methods,different authors have given different rupture slip distribution models of the 2015 Mw7.9 Nepal earthquake,with the maximum slip ranging from 3.0 m to 6.8 m.In this paper,geometry parameters of the single rectangular fault model in elastic half-space were inferred constraining with the Global Positioning System(GPS) and Interferometric Synthetic Aperture Radar(InSAR) coseismic deformations and bounding the slip with approximate average value;and then,the single rectangular fault was divided into multiple sub-faults,and the final slip smoothing factor,the final slip distribution and the maximum slip were determined with the misfit-roughness tradeoff curve,the cross-validation sum of squares(CVSS) and the third-party observation data or indexes being comprehensively taken into account.The results show that,the rupture of the Nepal earthquake extended by over 100 km east by south.The maximum slip of the earthquake was about 6.5-6.7 m,and most of the slip is confined at depths of 8-20 km,consistent with the depth distribution of aftershocks.The method for reducing the multiplicity of solutions to rupture slip distribution in this paper was ever used in inversion of rupture slip distribution for the 2008 Wenchuan and 2013 Lushan earthquakes,and the third-party measurement-surface dislocation has very large effect on reducing the multiplicity of solutions to inversion of the Wenchuan earthquake.Other priori information or indicators,such as fault strike,dip,earthquake magnitude,seismic activity,Coulomb stress,and seismic period,can be used for beneficial validation of and comparison with inversion results. | Kai Tan Caihong Zhang Bin Zhao Qi Wang Ruilin Du Rui Zhang Xuejun Qiao Yong Huang | 2017 | Geodesy and Geodynamics2017,8,1: | 2 |
| 9 | Insulin-Enhanced Antitumor Effect of 5-Fluorouracil in vivo显示文摘OBJECTIVE To determine if insulin treatment can enhance the antitumor effect of 5-fluorouracil(5-FU),and to explore the mech- anism of the enhancement of insulin. METHODS S180 sarcoma,H22 liver cancer and human Eca-109 esophageal cancer cells were transplanted into nude mice to evaluate the inhibitory effect on tumor growth of insulin alone or in combination with 5-FU.The levels of serum insulin-like growth factor-I(IGF-I)and insulin-like growth factor binding protein-3 (IGFBP-3)were determined. RESULTS Compared with 5-FU treatment alone,the tumor weight of H22 liver cancer and S180 sarcoma was reduced further with high,medium and low-dose insulin(0.09,0.06,0.03 U/20 g) +5-FU treatment.When a high dosage of insulin+5-FU was ad- ministered,tumor weight was significantly reduced(P<0.05).The inhibitory rate of growth of S180 sarcoma and H22 liver cancer reached 50.2% and 51.4%,respectively,which was significantly higher than 24.9% and 27.9% in the group receiving 5-FU alone (P<0.05).High,medium and low-dose insulin combined with 5-FU significantly inhibited the growth of Eca-109 cancer cells (P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the level of serum IGF-1 decreased(P<0.05),whereas the level of serum IGFBP-3 slightly increased in the 5-FU±insulin groups(P>0.05).In mice with H22 liver cancer and S180 sarcoma the IGF-1 level with high- dose insulin+5-FU treatment was significantly lower compared to treatment with 5-FU alone(P<0.05),but the difference was not significant in mice transplanted with esophageal cancer cells. | 13 | A joint call for actions to advance taxonomy in China显示文摘Taxonomy plays an important role in understanding the origin, evolution, and ecological functionality of biodiversity. There are large number of unknown species yet to be described by taxonomists, which together with their ecosystem services cannot be effectively protected prior to description. Despite this, taxonomy has been increasingly underrated insufficient funds and permanent positions to retain young talents. Further, the impact factordriven evaluation systems in China exacerbate this downward trend, so alternative evaluation metrics are urgently necessary. When the current generation of outstanding taxonomists retires,there will be too few remaining taxonomists left to train the next generation. The relations between electrical properties of CdSe wafers and surface topography, composition and structure were analyzed. The results show that the change of surface composition by etching is beneficial to decrease leakage current. Meanwhile, the increase of oxygen on surface caused by passivation can largely decrease leakage current. | 19 | An extended binary subband canonical correlation analysis detection algorithm oriented to the radial contraction-expansion motion steady- state visual evoked paradigm显示文摘The radial contraction-expansion motion paradigm is a novel steady-state visual evoked experimental paradigm,and the electroencephalography(EEG)evoked potential is different from the traditional luminance modulation paradigm.The signal energy is concentrated chiefly in the fundamental frequency,while the higher harmonic power is lower.Therefore,the conventional steady-state visual evoked potential recognition algorithms optimizing multiple harmonic response components,such as the extended canonical correlation analysis(eCCA)and task-related component analysis(TRCA)algorithm,have poor recognition performance under the radial contraction-expansion motion paradigm.This paper proposes an extended binary subband canonical correlation analysis(eBSCCA)algorithm for the radial contraction-expansion motion paradigm.For the radial contraction-expansion motion paradigm,binary subband filtering was used to optimize the weighting coefficients of different frequency response signals,thereby improving the recognition performance of EEG signals.The results of offline experiments involving 13 subjects showed that the eBSCCA algorithm exhibits a better performance than the eCCA and TRCA algorithms under the stimulation of the radial contraction-expansion motion paradigm.In the online experiment,the average recognition accuracy of 13 subjects was 88.68%±6.33%,and the average information transmission rate(ITR)was 158.77±43.67 bits/min,which proved that the algorithm had good recognition effect signals evoked by the radial contraction-expansion motion paradigm. | Yuxue Zhao Hongxin Zhang Yuanzhen Wang Chenxu Li Ruilin Xu Chen Yang | 2022 | Brain Science Advances2022,8,1: | 0 |
