| 1 | Standard pancreatoduodenectomy versus extended pancreatoduodenectomy with modified retroperitoneal nerve resection in patients with pancreatic head cancer:a multicenter randomized controlled trial显示文摘Background:The extent of pancreatoduodenectomy for pancreatic head cancer remains controversial,and more high-level clinical evidence is needed.This study aimed to evaluate the outcome of extended pancreatoduodenectomy(EPD)with retroperitoneal nerve resection in pancreatic head cancer.Methods:This multicenter randomized trial was performed at 6 Chinese highvolume hospitals that enrolled patients between October 3,2012,and September 21,2017.Four hundred patients with stage I or II pancreatic head cancer and without specific pancreatic cancer treatments(preoperative chemotherapy or chemoradiation)within three months were randomly assigned to undergo standard pancreatoduodenectomy(SPD)or EPD,with the latter followed by dissection of additional lymph nodes(LNs),nerves and soft tissues 270◦on the right side surrounding the superior mesenteric artery and celiac axis.The primary endpoint was overall survival(OS)by intention-to-treat(ITT).The secondary endpoints were disease-free survival(DFS),mortality,morbidity,and postoperative pain intensity.Results:TheR1 ratewas slightly lower with EPD(8.46%)thanwith SPD(12.56%).The morbidity and mortality rates were similar between the two groups.The median OS was similar in the EPD and SPD groups by ITT in the whole study cohort(23.0 vs.20.2 months,P=0.100),while the median DFS was superior in the EPD group(16.1 vs.13.2 months,P=0.031).Patients with preoperative CA19–9<200.0 U/mL had significantly improved OS and DFS with EPD(EPD vs.SPD,30.8 vs.20.9 months,P=0.009;23.4 vs.13.5 months,P<0.001).The EPD group exhibited significantly lower locoregional(16.48%vs.35.20%,P<0.001)andmesenteric LNrecurrence rates(3.98%vs.10.06%,P=0.022).The EPD group exhibited less back pain 6 months postoperation than the SPD group.Conclusions:EPD for pancreatic head cancer did not significantly improve OS,but patients with EPD treatment had significantly improved DFS.In the subgroup analysis,improvements in bothOS and DFS in the EPD armwere observed in patients with preoperative CA19–9<200.0 U/mL.EPD could be used as an effective surgical procedure for patients with pancreatic head cancer,especially those with preoperative CA19–9<200.0 U/mL. | Qing Lin Shangyou Zheng Xianjun Yu Meifu Chen Yu Zhou Quanbo Zhou Chonghui Hu Jing Gu Zhongdong Xu LinWang Yimin Liu Qingyu Liu MinWang Guolin Li He Cheng Dongkai Zhou Guodong Liu Zhiqiang Fu Yu Long Yixiong Li Weilin Wang Renyi Qin Zhihua Li Rufu Chen | 2023 | Cancer Communications2023,43,2: | 3 |
| 2 | Building Indoor Dangerous Behavior Recognition Based on LSTM-GCN with Attention Mechanism显示文摘Building indoor dangerous behavior recognition is a specific application in the field of abnormal human recognition.A human dangerous behavior recognition method based on LSTM-GCN with attention mechanism(GLA)model was proposed aiming at the problem that the existing human skeleton-based action recognition methods cannot fully extract the temporal and spatial features.The network connects GCN and LSTMnetwork in series,and inputs the skeleton sequence extracted by GCN that contains spatial information into the LSTM layer for time sequence feature extraction,which fully excavates the temporal and spatial features of the skeleton sequence.Finally,an attention layer is designed to enhance the features of key bone points,and Softmax is used to classify and identify dangerous behaviors.The dangerous behavior datasets are derived from NTU-RGB+D and Kinetics data sets.Experimental results show that the proposed method can effectively identify some dangerous behaviors in the building,and its accuracy is higher than those of other similar methods. | Qingyue Zhao Qiaoyu Gu Zhijun Gao Shipian Shao Xinyuan Zhang | 2023 | Computer Modeling in Engineering & Sciences2023,,11: | 1 |
| 3 | Trimethoxyboroxine as an electrolyte additive to enhance the 4.5V cycling performance of a Ni-rich layered oxide cathode显示文摘Ni-rich layered oxides are attractive cathode materials for advanced lithium-ion batteries(LIBs)due to their high energy density.However,their large-scale application is seriously hindered by their interfacial instability,especially at a high cut-off potential.Here,we demonstrate that trimethoxyboroxine(TMOBX)is an effective film-forming additive to address the interfacial instability of LiNi0.8Co0.1Mn0.1O_(2)(NCM811)material at a high cut-off voltage of 4.5V.We find that TMOBX decomposes before carbonate solvent and forms a thin cathode electrolyte interphase(CEI)layer on the surface of the NCM811 material.This TMOBX-formed CEI significantly suppresses electrolyte decomposition at a high potential and inhibits the dissolution of transition metals from NCM811 during cycling.In addition,electron-deficient borate compounds coordinate with anions(PF6^(−),F^(-) etc.)and H2O in the battery,further improving the battery's stability.As a result,adding 1.0wt%of TMOBX boosts the capacity retention of a Li||NCM811cell from 68.72%to 86.60%after 200 cycles at 0.5C in the range of 2.8–4.5V. | Wei Gu Guoyong Xue Qingyu Dong Ruowei Yi Yayun Mao Lei Zheng Haikuo Zhang Xiulin Fan Yanbin Shen Liwei Chen | 2022 | eScience2022,2,5: | 1 |
| 4 | Development of UAV-based shot seeding device for rice planting显示文摘In order to realize the high-quality row seeding operation with unmanned aerial vehicle(UAV)in paddy field,a shot seeding device that can sow five rows of pelleted rice seeds at the same time was designed.The shot seeding device mainly consists of an external grooved wheel seed metering device and five shot seeding modules.The designed external grooved wheel seed metering device can take the seeds out of the seed box and divide the seeds into five parts.The shot seeding module can accelerate the pelleted rice seeds to reduce the impact of the UAV wind on the direction of seed movement.Furthermore,an angle adjustment mechanism for the shot seeding module was used to change the row spacing.The seed metering device test verified that when the speed of the seed metering wheel was 15 r/min,the coefficient of variation of the discharge rate of each row(C.V1)and total seed discharge rate stability(C.V2)were 1.70%and 1.04%,respectively.Image processing technique was used to test the UAV seeding performance.The distribution characteristics of seeds on the ground showed that the number of seeds in each row gradually increased from both sides to the middle in the width direction.According to the statistics,there were 60%-70%of the seeds in each row in the 100 mm width range.The field test showed that when the working height was 1.5 m and the seeding quantity was 38.56 kg/hm^(2),the performance of sowing in rows was obvious,the deviation rate of seeding quantity was 1.89%.After 16 d of sowing,the seeds’emergence rate was stable,and the average emergence rate was 82.63%and the yield was 6775.50 kg/hm^(2). | Wei Liu Shuaishuai Zou Xuelang Xu Qingyu Gu Weizhuo He Jun Huang Junhao Huang Zichen Lyu Jianqin Lin Zhiyan Zhou Rui Jiang Xiwen Luo | 2022 | International Journal of Agricultural and Biological Engineering2022,15,6: | 0 |
