1Radio Propagation and Wireless Coverage of LSAA-Based 5G Millimeter-Wave Mobile Communication Systems显示文摘Millimeter-wave(mm Wave) communications will be used in fifth-generation(5G) mobile communication systems, but they experience severe path loss and have high sensitivity to physical objects, leading to smaller cell radii and complicated network architectures. A coverage extension scheme using large-scale antenna arrays(LSAAs) has been suggested and theoretically proven to be cost-efficient in combination with ultradense small cell networks. To analyze and optimize the LSAA-based network deployments, a comprehensive survey of recent advances in statistical mmWave channel modeling is first presented in terms of channel parameter estimation, large-scale path loss models, and small-scale cluster models. Next, the measurement and modeling results at two 5G candidate mmWave bands(e.g., 28 GHz and 39 GHz) are reviewed and compared in several outdoor scenarios of interest, where the propagation characteristics make crucial contributions to wireless network designs. 2Intergranular corrosion behavior and mechanism of the stabilized ultra-pure 430LX ferritic stainless steel显示文摘Intergranular corrosion(IGC) behavior of the stabilized ultra-pure 430 LX ferritic stainless steel(FSS) was investigated by using double loop electrochemical potentiokinetic reactivation(DL-EPR) and oxalic acid etch tests to measure the susceptibility of specimens given a two-step heat treatment. The results reveal that IGC occurs in the specimens aged at the temperature range of 600–750℃ for a short time. The aging time that is required to cause IGC decreases with the increase of aging temperature. A longer aging treatment can reduce the susceptibility to IGC. The microstructural observation shows that M(23)C6 precipitates form along the grain boundaries, leading to the formation of Cr-depleted zones. The presence of Cr-depleted zones results in the susceptibility to IGC. 3In-building coverage of millimeter-wave wireless networks from channel measurement and modeling perspectives显示文摘To progress cost-effective deployment of millimeter-wave(mm Wave)wireless networks for indoor users,the prediction of indoor-to-indoor(I2I)and outdoor-to-indoor(O2I)coverage based on field measurement studies is of great interest to the future generation mobile communication system.First,measurements in I2I and O2I scenarios,which have advantages in terms of achieving a fair comparison of channel characteristics across different mm Wave bands and bandwidths,are performed.Next,the developed dual-slope path loss model with a break-point distance is found to well fit omnidirectional and directional measured I2I data,especially at 39.5 GHz,revealing that the transition from lit or shadow regions to totally blocked regions is abrupt.Combined with space-time propagation characteristics,the indoor blockage effect on path loss and angular spread is investigated,therein being essential for the design of beam-steering and tracking algorithms.Double-directional measurement results show that most dominant paths arrive along the line-ofsight path,and only a few in-building reflections can be detected in higher frequency bands.Based on the joint analysis of channel measurement and modeling results,several mm Wave network design and in-building coverage enhancement insights are presented.Peize ZHANG Cheng YI Bensheng YANG Cheng-Xiang WANG Haiming WANG Xiaohu YOU 2020Science China(Information Sciences)2020,63,8:2

14Microscopic defects formation and dynamic mechanical response analysis of Q345 steel plate subjected to explosive load显示文摘As the basic protective element, steel plate had attracted world-wide attention because of frequent threats of explosive loads. This paper reports the relationships between microscopic defects of Q345 steel plate under the explosive load and its macroscopic dynamics simulation. Firstly, the defect characteristics of the steel plate were investigated by stereoscopic microscope(SM) and scanning electron microscope(SEM). At the macroscopic level, the defect was the formation of cave which was concentrated in the range of 0-3.0 cm from the explosion center, while at the microscopic level, the cavity and void formation were the typical damage characteristics. It also explains that the difference in defect morphology at different positions was the combining results of high temperature and high pressure. Secondly, the variation rules of mechanical properties of steel plate under explosive load were studied. The Arbitrary Lagrange-Euler(ALE) algorithm and multi-material fluid-structure coupling method were used to simulate the explosion process of steel plate. The accuracy of the method was verified by comparing the deformation of the simulation results with the experimental results, the pressure and stress at different positions on the surface of the steel plate were obtained. The simulation results indicated that the critical pressure causing the plate defects may be approximately 2.01 GPa. On this basis, it was found that the variation rules of surface pressure and microscopic defect area of the Q345 steel plate were strikingly similar, and the corresponding mathematical relationship between them was established. Compared with Monomolecular growth fitting models(MGFM) and Logistic fitting models(LFM), the relationship can be better expressed by cubic polynomial fitting model(CPFM). 16Comparison of Acoustic Characteristics of Gnathotrichus materiarius and Gnathotrichus sulcatus显示文摘As an emerging technology for pest monitoring,sound detection technology has the unique advantages in the field of plant quarantine. Experts at home and abroad have done lots of researches on sound detection technology for trunk borers,and achieved good results. The audible signals of adult Gnathotrichus materiarius and G. sulcatus were detected using sound detection method. It was concluded that the feeding and crawling acoustic signals of G. materiarius and G. sulcatus were significantly different,and the acoustic signals were greatly different even in the same species. In addition,the signal pulse duration and dominant frequency were significantly different. 17Radio propagationmeasurement and cluster-based analysis formillimeter-wave cellular systems in dense urban environments显示文摘The deployment of millimeter-wave(mmWave)cellular systems in dense urban environments with an acceptable coverage and cost-efficient transmission scheme is essential for the rollout of fifth-generation and beyond technology.In this paper,cluster-based analysis of mmWave channel characteristics in two typical dense urban environments is performed.First,radio propagation measurement campaigns are conducted in two identified mmWave bands of 28 and 39 GHz in a central business district and a dense residential area.The customdesigned channel sounder supports high-efficiency directional scanning sounding,which helps collect sufficient data for statistical channel modeling.Next,using an improved auto-clustering algorithm,multipath clusters and their scattering sources are identified.An appropriate measure for inter-and intra-cluster characteristics is provided,which includes the cluster number,the Ricean K-factor,root-mean-squared(RMS)delay spread,RMS angular spread,and their correlations.Comparisons of these parameters across two mmWave bands for both line-of-sight(LoS)and non-light-of-sight(NLoS)links are given.To shed light on the blockage effects,detailed analysis of the propagation mechanisms corresponding to each NLoS cluster is provided,including reflection from exterior walls and diffraction over building corners and rooftops.Finally,the results show that the cluster-based analysis takes full advantage of mmWave beamspace channel characteristics and has further implications for the design and deployment of mmWave wireless networks.Peize ZHANG Haiming WANG Wei HONG 2021Frontiers of Information Technology & Electronic Engineering2021,22,4:0
18Duplex PCR Detection of Pseudomonas savastanoi pv.phaseolicola and Curtobacterium flaccumfaciens pv,flaccumfaciens in Soybean显示文摘The paper aimed to establish a duplex PCR method for simultaneous detection of Pseudomonas savastanoi pv. Phaseolicola (Psp) and Curtobacterium flaccumfaciens pv. Flaccumfaciens (Cff). Based on the argK gene of Psp in GenBank,the primers PSPF1 / PSPR2 were designed. The duplex PCR assay was developed using the combined primers PSPF1 / PSPR2 and CffF1 / CffR2,which were specific primers for Cff. The reaction conditions were optimized and specificity and sensitivity of the duplex PCR were tested. The expected DNA fragment was specifically amplified from the genomic DNA of Psp and Cff. Specificity was confirmed in the artificially inoculated soybean samples imported. 19Two dimensional GeO_(2)/MoSi_(2)N_(4)van der Waals heterostructures with robust type-Ⅱ band alignment显示文摘Constructing two-dimensional(2D)van der Waals heterostructures(vdWHs)can expand the electronic and optoelectronic applications of 2D semiconductors.However,the work on the 2D vdWHs with robust band alignment is still scarce.Here,we employ a global structure search approach to construct the vdWHs with monolayer MoSi_(2)N_(4)and widebandgap GeO_(2).The studies show that the GeO_(2)/MoSi_(2)N_(4)vdWHs have the characteristics of direct structures with the band gap of 0.946 eV and typeII band alignment with GeO_(2)and MoSi_(2)N_(4)layers as the conduction band minimum(CBM)and valence band maximum(VBM),respectively.Also,the direct-to-indirect band gap transition can be achieved by applying biaxial strain.In particular,the 2D GeO_(2)/MoSi_(2)N_(4)vdWHs show a robust type-II band alignment under the effects of biaxial strain,interlayer distance and external electric field.The results provide a route to realize the robust type-II band alignment vdWHs,which is helpful for the implementation of optoelectronic nanodevices with stable characteristics.Xueping Li Peize Yuan Lin Li Ting Liu Chenhai Shen Yurong Jiang Xiaohui Song Congxin Xia 2023Frontiers of physics2023,18,1:0
