2Using support vector classification for SAR of fentanyl derivatives显示文摘Aim: To discriminate between fentanyl derivatives with high and low activities.Methods: The support vector classification (SVC) method, a novel approach,was employed to investigate structure-activity relationship (SAR) of fentanyl derivatives based on the molecular descriptors, which were quantum parameters including ΔE [energy difference between highest occupied molecular orbital energy (HOMO) and lowest empty molecular orbital energy (LUMO)], MR (molecular refractivity) and Mr (molecular weight). Results: By using leave-oneout cross-validation test, the accuracies of prediction for activities of fentanyl derivatives in SVC, principal component analysis (PCA), artificial neural network (ANN) and K-nearest neighbor (KNN) models were 93%, 86%, 57%, and 71%, respectively. The results indicated that the performance of the SVC model was better than those of PCA, ANN, and KNN models for this data. 8The thermodynamic properties of flow-induced precursor of polyethylene显示文摘Flow-induced preordering or precursor(FIP) has been studied in a series of lightly cross-linked high-density polyethylene with a combination of extensional rheology and in situ synchrotron radiation small-angle X-ray scattering(SAXS) and wide-angle X-ray diffraction(WAXD) measurements. Based on the incipient strains of SAXS and WAXD signals during extension in a large temperature range, strain-temperature diagrams for flow-induced preordering and nucleation were constructed and revealed that flow-induced crystallization(FIC) undergoes two stages: melt-precursor transition(MPT) and precursor-nuclei transition(PNT). At different temperatures, FIP with different inner structures and morphologies can be induced by strain; these embryos have shape and structure that are related to those of the corresponding critical nuclei. With the strain-temperature diagrams, the thermodynamic properties of FIP are deduced, which shows that compared with the relative nuclei the FIP always has a lower bulk free energy(?H) and a much lower surface free energy(?e). In extreme cases(high temperature), the ?e of FIP can be negligible. 9On the Transient Numerical Simulation of Solid Rocket Motor by Coupling Quasi One⁃Dimension Internal Flow with Three⁃Dimension Propellant Grain Burnback显示文摘The quasi one⁃dimension compressible flowfield coupled to the three⁃dimension propellant grain regression solved by the level⁃set method was used to simulate the transient internal ballistics of solid rocket motor.One⁃dimension flowfield instead of three⁃dimension can save computational cost on the premise of calculation accuracy because the radial and azimuthal variations parameters have little contribution to the internal flowfield.The grain regression in real⁃time could provide accurate geometrical information for simulation.A combination of flowfluid solver and grain regression can reappear in a relatively real internal ballistic flowfield,so it is good for further studying the instability of solid rocket motor.For level⁃set equations,the total variation⁃diminishing second⁃order Runge⁃Kutta method for temporal derivatives and a fifth⁃order weighted⁃essentially⁃non⁃oscillatory scheme for spatial derivatives were used.The total variation⁃diminishing MacCormack method was used to discrete the Euler equations in flowfield solver.Two modules of this code were tested in this study:one is the burning rate module and the other is the nozzle erosion module.Results show that the burning rate influenced the solid rocket motor efficiency,and the velocity profile in the chamber was affected by the nozzle shape,and the nozzle erosion could influence the head⁃end pressure spike.Juan Duan Yongliang Xiong Ningdong Hu 2021Journal of Harbin Institute of Technology(New Series)2021,28,5:0
10Size effects on the mixed modes and defect modes for a nano-scale phononic crystal slab显示文摘The size-dependent band structure of an Si phononic crystal(PnC)slab with an air hole is studied by utilizing the non-classic wave equations of the nonlocal strain gradient theory(NSGT).The three-dimensional(3D)non-classic wave equations for the anisotropic material are derived according to the differential form of the NSGT.Based on the the general form of partial differential equation modules in COMSOL,a method is proposed to solve the non-classic wave equations.The bands of the in-plane modes and mixed modes are identified.The in-plane size effect and thickness effect on the band structure of the PnC slab are compared.It is found that the thickness effect only acts on the mixed modes.The relative width of the band gap is widened by the thickness effect.The effects of the geometric parameters on the thickness effect of the mixed modes are further studied,and a defect is introduced to the PnC supercell to reveal the influence of the size effects with stiffness-softening and stiffness-hardening on the defect modes.This study paves the way for studying and designing PnC slabs at nano-scale.Jun JIN Ningdong HU Hongping HU 2023Applied Mathematics and Mechanics(English Edition)2023,44,1:0
11Boosting the photo-induced charge transfer in melon by lengthening the melon chains through a facile regrowth approach显示文摘Melon-derived carbon nitride photocatalysts are a kind of star layered materials applied in solar energy conversion.With in-planeπorbitals of the heptazine subunits and their overlap along the melon chains being the most distinctive feature,the condition of melon chains is of great importance for the atomic and energy band structures of carbon nitride photocatalysts as well as their photo-activities.In principle,fragmentized melon chains in practical carbon nitride would lead to unfavorable structure disorder both in longitudinal and vertical directions,thus inhibiting the efficient transfer for photo-induced electrons and holes,respectively.Here,with a facile regrowth approach,that is to treat carbon nitride under the atmosphere containing C/N species,the melon chains in carbon nitride were experimentally lengthened,which was reflected by the regularly fraction variation of different nitrogen species derived from X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy(XPS)analysis.The prolonged melon chains led to dramatically improved in-plane structure order and boosted transfer of photo-induced electrons and holes,which were confirmed by the spontaneous photo-deposition of oxidants and reductants.The combination of this regrowth approach with homogenously distributed nitrogen vacancies resulted in much enhanced visible-light-responsive photoactivities.Besides,control experiments using nitrogen-vacancy-free carbon nitride and different C/N-contained precursors showed the compatibility as well as the critical factors for the lengthening effects of the regrowth approach.We hope that the facile but efficient regrowth approach could be widely adopted in melon-derived carbon nitride photocatalysts used for various applications.Tongtong Li Shulan Wang Li Li Xiaohua Yu Huaze Zhu Ningdong Feng Ju Rong Yongqiang Yang Gang Liu 2023Nano Research2023,16,2:0
