1Principle of in-situ 3D rock stress measurement with borehole wall stress relief method and its preliminary applications to determination of in-situ rock stress orientation and magnitude in Jinping hydropower station显示文摘As a main constituent of geological body, the rock masses have distinct differences from other materials, one of which is that rock masses are initially stressed in their natural states. Hence, it is an extremely challenging and significant research project to know the present residual stress of the rock masses in the earth's crust. Although some regularities of distribution of in-situ rock stresses can be deduced, the basic means to study the state of rock stress is in-situ stress measurement. After a brief review of several measuring methods of in-situ 3D rock stress, a new one, borehole wall stress relief method (BWSRM) to determine the in-situ 3D rock stress tensor in a single drilled borehole was proposed. Based on the principle of in-situ rock stress measurement with BWSRM, an original geostress measuring instrument was designed and manufactured. Preliminary experiments for determination of in-situ stress orientation and magnitude were carried out at an experimental tunnel in Jinping Ⅱ hydropower station in China, where the buried depth of overburden was about 2430 m. The results showed that it was feasible to measure the in-situ 3D rock stresses with BWSRM presented in this paper. 3Dehydrogenation of isobutane to isobutene over a Pt-Cu bimetallic catalyst in the presence of LaAlO_(3) perovskite显示文摘In this study,isobutane dehydrogenation to isobutene reaction was carried out in a series of PtCu bimetallic catalysts prepared by coimpregnation method.The catalysts were characterized by means of several techniques,including XRD,N_(2) adsorptiondesorption,TEM,XPS,H2TPR and TG.The results show that the existence of LaAlO_(3) perovskite can enhance the dispersion and sintering resistance of metal nanoparticles and facilitate the transfer of carbon deposits from active sites to the support.Interestingly,the perovskite nanoparticles can also inhibit the reduction of CuOx and the formation of PtCu alloys,resulting in the suitable interaction between Pt and Cu.The PtCu/LaAlO_(3)/SiO_(2)catalyst exhibits the optimal dehydrogenation performance with an isobutane conversion of 47%and isobutene selectivity of 92%after 310 min reaction,which was ascribed to the unique role of LaAlO_(3) perovskite as well as the appropriate PtCu interaction.Yanyong Li Meng Ge Jiameng Wang Mengquan Guo Fanji Liu Mingxun Han Yanhong Xu Lihong Zhang 2021Chinese Journal of Chemical Engineering2021,34,4:2

5Detection of Copy Number Alteration of MTA1 in Human Breast Cancer显示文摘OBJECTIVE The purpose of our study was to investigatethe expression level of MTA1 mRNA in breast cancer and itssignificance in relation to clinical pathology.METHODS The expression levels of MTA1 rnRNA in tumorand in paired normal adjacent tissue of 56 cases with breast cancerwere detected by fluorescent quantitative polymerase chainreaction.RESULTS The expression of MTA1 mRNA was detected in 47tumor specimens of 56 breast cancer patients(83.9%)and wassignificantly higher than in the paired normal breast tissue.Theover expressed MTA1 mRNA was significantly associated withpathologic stage(P=0.029),clinical grade(P=0.035)and lymphnode status(P=0.001).CONCLUSION The over expression of MTA1 mRNA may playa crucial role in the development of breast cancer.As the MTA1was comparatively highly-expressed in breast cancer,it maybecome a new biomarker for the diagnosis and treatment of breastcancer in the future.Mengquan Li Jingruo Li Mingxun Chen Juntao Bao 2009Clinical oncology and cancer resexreh2009,6,4:1

9胰岛素样生长因子-1在乳腺癌组织中的表达(英文)显示文摘Objective: We investigated the expression of insulin-like growth factor-1 (IGF-1) so as to explore its relationship with carcinogenesis and development of breast cancer. Methods: IGF-1 mRNA levels in tissues of breast cancer, adjacent breast cancer in 70 cases breast cancer patients were analyzed by RT-PCR with the normal breast tissues of paired breast as the control. Results: The level of IGF-1 mRNA expression in breast cancer tissues was significantly higher than that in the paired adjacent to breast cancer tissues, normal mammary gland tissues. The ration of IGF-1/β-actin were 0.679 ± 0.075, 0.463 ± 0.085, 0.305 ± 0.031, respectively. There was significant difference between different groups (P < 0.005). Expression of IGF-1 was associated with lymph node metastasis, pathological staging and estrogen receptor status of breast cancer and no significant relationship with tumor pathological grouping (P > 0.005). 17Establishment of correlation between reaction kinetics and carbon structures in the char gasification process显示文摘For a gasification process,the char-CO_(2)gasification is the controlling step worthwhile to be deeply investigated.The article chosen corn stalk(CS),poplar sawdust(PS)and bagasse residue(BR)as the typical waste species derived from agricultural,forestal and industrial sources.The char-CO_(2)gasification behavior,reaction kinetics and carbon structure were studied to reveal the intrinsic factors determining the reaction kinetics.Generally,the carbon conversion and maximum conversion rate were influenced by the feedstocks species and char preparation temperatures,as influenced by ash proportion,potassium content in ash and carbon structure of char.The char-CO_(2)reaction for CS was subject more to the catalytic effect of alkali compositions,while pore structure affected more the gasification reaction for PS char.The isoconversional kinetic analysis indicated that the gasification reaction became stable at carbon conversion of 0.5.Subsequently,sectionalized kinetic parameters were calculated for the initial gasification temperature to the temperature reaching 50%conversion.The result showed that high initial gasification temperature increased the char-CO_(2)gasification barrier to hardly start the reaction but accelerate the reaction rate.The carbon structure analyses further clarified that the reaction activation energy was highly related to the microcrystalline structure of carbon,while the reaction rate was more determined by carbon pore structure.Zefeng Ge Xi Cao Zhenting Zha Yuna Ma Mingxun Zeng Yuqing Wu Zenghui Hou Huiyan Zhang 2023Carbon Resources Conversion2023,6,2:0
18Antagonistic MADS-box transcription factors SEEDSTICK and SEPALLATA3 form a transcriptional regulatory network that regulates seed oil accumulation显示文摘Transcriptional regulation is essential for balancing multiple metabolic pathways that influence oil accumulation in seeds.Thus far,the transcriptional regulatory mechanisms that govern seed oil accumulation remain largely unknown.Here,we identified the transcriptional regulatory network composed of MADS-box transcription factors SEEDSTICK(STK)and SEPALLATA3(SEP3),which bridges several key genes to regulate oil accumulation in seeds.We found that STK,highly expressed in the developing embryo,positively regulates seed oil accumulation in Arabidopsis(Arabidopsis thaliana).Furthermore,we discovered that SEP3 physically interacts with STK in vivo and in vitro.Seed oil content is increased by the SEP3 mutation,while it is decreased by SEP3 overexpression.The chromatin immunoprecipitation,electrophoretic mobility shift assay,and transient dual-luciferase reporter assays showed that STK positively regulates seed oil accumulation by directly repressing the expression of MYB5,SEP3,and SEED FATTY ACID REDUCER 4(SFAR4).Moreover,genetic and molecular analyses demonstrated that STK and SEP3 antagonistically regulate seed oil production and that SEP3 weakens the binding ability of STK to MYB5,SEP3,and SFAR4.Additionally,we demonstrated that TRANSPARENT TESTA 8(TT8)and ACYL-ACYL CARRIER PROTEIN DESATURASE 3(AAD3)are direct targets of MYB5 during seed oil accumulation in Arabidopsis.Together,our findings provide the transcriptional regulatory network antagonistically orchestrated by STK and SEP3,which fine tunes oil accumulation in seeds.Shuangcheng He Yuanchang Min Zijin Liu Fang Zhi Rong Ma Ankang Ge Shixiang Wang Yu Zhao Danshuai Peng Da Zhang Minshan Jin Bo Song Jianjun Wang Yuan Guo Mingxun Chen 2024Journal of Integrative Plant Biology2024,66,1:0
19Preparation of modified LiMn_2O_4 by solid-state reaction显示文摘Modified lithium manganese oxides were prepared by solid-state reaction of LiMn2O4 and LiCoO2 as raw materials. A study was carried out by TG-DSC, XRD, DSC and electrochemical to analyse the reaction process and structural characterization of products. The results show that the LiMn2O4 reacts chemically with LiCoO2 at high temperature. All of Li and partial Co atoms can insert into the LiMn2O4 crystal lattice and a newly formed spinel phase-modified LiMn2O4 was obtained. The distribution of Co content is even in modified LiMn2O4 compound.
